Hi all I’ve been meaning to post this for a while this is a before & after on how I work on my skies I still need to post my tutorial on this but u will see from the two images the differences!!  I bring out the luminescence with what I do to my skies!!  I’m sure everyone will agree that a sky can make or break your image!!  Anyhow this is what I do will post my tutorial on line shortly they will be available for purchase!!

This is an original piece by me. It created from a drawing I did after my parent’s divorce and a lot conflict and fighting was going on. I just wanted to float up into the fluffy clouds and get away from all the craziness around. My world had been turned upside-down and I have never gone through something so difficult. But I have grown up, gotten stronger. I persevere, live my life with optimism despite all the negativity. I reach for my dreams and I will make it in life because I choose to do so.

For everyone who is going through rough times, I know how difficult it is. I have been though many unnatural deaths in the family, moving to different states, illness of my family and friends, and even my entire home life being torn to pieces.

It’s a new day. Make of it what you can. Lift your chin up and look straight ahead and live your dreams.

The sun was starting to set at around three o’clock on Christmas Eve.

The day’s shortest day has been and gone – but someone forgot to tell the sun. I didn’t mind as I was out testing my new SLR camera…

merry christmas, hannukah, kwanza, or whatever it is you celebrate. in this modern age, i’m not even sure what it is we celebrate anymore: be it x’mas, globalization or just another reason to eat turkey.. what matters is that most people gather: friends, family and other acquaintances together in warmth and cheers. christmas trees, lights, and other decoration become a part of oir subconcious as we bond into a more serious connection.

The bright festive skies have now been subdued by gray clouds. Not ominous – as in rain bearing. But a reminder of another reality.

The change of scenery by God the Master Painter coincides with my reflection on some imperatives that I have to address by the end of 2009. My thoughts were muted – yet positively optimistic. A sense that blue skies will win out in the end.

In that moment, my thoughts about God was that He is the Great Provider. He promises not give us a stone when we ask for bread or a snake when we ask for fish.

So I decided after much deliberation to start blogging again.  I plan on updating this thing frequently and posting about random things here and there.  About music, thoughts/ideas, current interests and things of that nature.

But let me start by saying as of last Friday, I am a Disney College Program Alumni!  After 7 long months, I’ve finally completed the college program with the Disney Company (though I’m staying with Disney even after the program is COMPLETELY finalized January 2nd 2010).  The DCP is a sort of ROP program/internship at the Disneyland Resort where you take college courses at the Disney University located on site while working within the resort.  Now that King of the Hill is on I have TV ADD and I cannot concentrate on writing this any longer, it’s the episode where Bill is determined to kill himself for being alone during the holidays and obsessing over his ex-wife who left him.  HILARIOUS!  Anyway, Bill is having a mental breakdown and is now cross-dressing while pretending to be his ex.  Welp, gotta watch the rest of this so I’ll catchya peeps later!

I saw the most-most-most beautiful and inspiring sky in P.J. last night. Something like my MsN’s picture but not as homogeneous as that. Still, I’m all in for it! It’s just gorgeous. I took a couple of pictures ; not that nice. Too bad.

today i belong to the sea again. the large and open bodies of water have waited for as long as i have. crashing the waves and fighting the wind, i close my eyes and just absorb the moist sea air. the unpredictable open clouds are casually raining in this winter holiday season, just as i felt this exactly a year ago in the caribbean sea.
