Созданием рекламного видео «Skoda Superb: Tango» занимались ребята из агентства Road.</p>

<p>Ostatnio pięciodrzwiowe samochody nie są tylko nudnymi kombi czy hackbackami. Samochody pokroju BMW5GT czy Skody Superb stanowią nową definicję auta wyposażonego w  dwie pary drzwi oraz sporej klapy bagażnika. Lekko uterenowione, bądź luksusowe samochody z opływową sylwetką stają się coraz modniejsze. Dlatego Honda, nie chcąc przegapić nowej niszy na rynku motoryzacyjnym postanowiła lekko przebudować Accorda. Samochód przeznaczony na rynek amerykański doczeka się wkrótce wersji którą osobiście nazwałbym po prostu liftback. Nowe auto posiada płynną, nieco podwyższoną sylwetkę, która wydaje się lekko drapieżna. Ze zdjęć, jakie pojawiły się w sieci można wywnioskować,  że samochód posiadać będzie napęd na wszystkie koła.</p>

Вечерта обаче спря интернета и нямах възможност да кача всичко. <p>Посетих Авто Фест Варна 2009  в предпоследния му ден и още с влизането видях голям транспарант <strong>Top Gear</strong> и просто спрях да гледам към останалата част от залата, сякаш бях хипнотизиран <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Естествено, там се намираха най-интересните коли в цялото изложение&#8230; сигурно съм седял около 2 часа. Най-лошото бе, че не позволяваха да се влиза в колите или да се снимат салоните им. Освен това, на брошурата пишеше, че ще има и <strong>Nissan GT-R</strong>, но тази невероятна кола не бе там, за което съжалявам много. Въпреки това си прекарах чудесно и снимах, докато запълня цялата карта с памет на фотоапарата ми.</p>

<p>Първо видях <strong>Infinity FX50</strong>, но доста бързо преминах към  <strong>Infinity G37 Coupe</strong> &#8211; много красива червена кола, в която дори успях да седна, но не ми позволиха да снимам интериора <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> . Чак след като й се накефих, забелязах, че до всяка кола си има табела с характеристиките, коментар на Джереми Кларксън и цената &#8211; естествено, наснимах всички. след Infinity G37 Coupe пристъпих бавно към нещо доста по вълнуващо <strong>Mercedes CLK63 AMG Black Series</strong>. И там поседях доста време зяпайки отстрани, защото не успях да убедя пича да ме пусне вътре, но пък ми отвори предния капак <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . Следващата кола обаче беше нещо, което може да спокойно да се определи като уникално &#8211; <strong>Mercedes Carlsson Aigner CK65 Eau Rouge</strong>. Сигурно съм гледал втренчено всеки детайл по няколко минути&#8230; Невероятна визия и внимание към детайлите, изключително удобен и елегантен салон (да, успях да седна вътре). Малко след като ме пуснаха да седна започна да се събира тълпа и да снима. Това принуди отговорните за колата хора да отворят предния капак и да махнат предпазните капаци, за да се разкрие 6-литровия V12 мотор с мощност 705 к.с. Само вижте колко снимки направих на двигателя <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Не знам дали някога ще го видим по родните пътища, защото били произведени само 10 бройки в цял свят.</p>

<p>Точно след  Mercedes Carlsson Aigner CK65 Eau Rouge имаше един тъмнозелен <strong>Morgan Plus 4</strong>, който бе много добре реставриран и запазен. Красавица! Точно до Morgan-а имаше нещо много странно и чудато, носещо името <strong>Морски Дух</strong>. Оказа се, че това е изобретение на Техническия Университет във Варна и върви с природен газ, но се задвижва и с педали, като колело. Колко и да ми бе интересно, в крайна сметка се върнах на Mercedes Carlsson Aigner CK65 Eau Rouge, за да му се порадвам още <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>След като се радват доста време на Mercedes Carlsson Aigner CK65 Eau Rouge реших да видя какво друго има щанда на Top Gear. Мернах набързо <strong>Suziki GSX 1300 R Hayabusa</strong> и <strong>Suzuki GSX 1000 R</strong>, но точно след тях имаше много по-вълнуващи и интересни неща. Първото бе <strong>Can Am Spyder Roadster</strong> &#8211; 1000-кубиков мотор-триколка, но не точно&#8230; нито е мотор, нито е кола. Все пак изглежда много оригинално, яко и 100% ще привлича погледите по улиците.</p>

<p>Следващият изложен автомобил обаче беше много по-ефектен и загадъчно красив. <strong>KTM X-Bow Superlight</strong> &#8211; 2.0-литрoв двигател със 6-степенна механична скоростна кутия и турбо, които предават на задните колела 220 к.с. Цялата конструкция тежи малко повече от болид на Формула 1 &#8211; само 785 кг. Точно заради малкото си тегло това карбоново чудо ускорява от 0-100 за 3.9 секунди <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Ех, как исках само да чуя звука от ауспусите му&#8230; но уви, не позволяваха колите от щанда на Top Gear да бъдат запалвани. Останах си само с гледането и снимането&#8230;</p>

<p>Преминах на следващите две коли &#8211; <strong>Alfa Romeo Brera 2.4 JTD</strong> и <strong>Maserati GranTurismo S</strong>, но тях вече ги бях виждал неколкократно по улиците на Варна, така че нямаше нищо интересно. За жалост, те бяха и последните две попълнения на щанда на Top Gear. Нямах избор, освен да обиколя още 5-6 пъти целия щанд и да продължа към останала част от изложението.</p>

<p>Точно срещу колите от Top Gear имаше един много интересен автомобил &#8211; искрящо зелен <strong>Ford Focus RS 2.5 DURATEC 305 PS</strong>. Веднага си спомних епизода от Top Gear, в който Джереми Кларскън показана на какво е способна тази кола. На живо наистина изглеждаше много добре и отвътре, и отвън. С още няколко момчета успяхме да убедим представителя, че много искаме да чуем звука му&#8230; и успяхме. Ммм, обожавам ръмженето на мощни двигатели. Адреналинът нахлува бързо&#8230; но това е друга тема. И около Ford Focus RS 2.5 DURATEC се задържах известно време (поне 30 минути) преди да пристъпя към по-безинтересните коли <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Огледах се набързо и погледът ми се спря на бял хечбек на щанда на Subaru. Може би сте се досетили, че вниманието е било привлечено точно от новата <strong>Subaru Impreza</strong> <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Минах, седнах, запалих, нарадвах се и продължих, за да не направя някоя глупост. Исках по-бързо да сляза от колата, защото бях на ръба да вкарам 1-ва и да тръгна. Точно поради тази причина се насочих към останалите изложени автомобили от Subaru. Видях набързо <strong>Subaru Triback</strong> и <strong>Subaru Outback</strong>, но за мен нямаше нищо интересно в тях.</p>

<p>Минах и през Nissan, но както вече казах, Nissan GT-R не присъстваше на Авто Фест Варна 2009. Щракнах <strong>Nissan QuashQai</strong> и <strong>Nissan Navara</strong> и си тръгнах от там разочарован.</p>

<p>Пристъпих към Skoda, но и там нямаше нищо, което да не сте виждали по родните пътища &#8211; новата <strong>Skoda Superb</strong>, <strong>Skoda Octavia</strong> и още един много грозен модел, който просто не заслужи вниманието на фотоапарата ми.</p>

<p>Точно от другата страна на Skoda бяха изложени моделите на Citroen, сред които най-интересен бе <strong>Citroen C4 VTR By Sebastien Loeb 1.6</strong>. Освен готините лепенки по вратите, салонът е изпипан напълно в спортен стил, но са останали всички екстри. Като цяло не изглежда никак зле, но само на външен вид &#8211; под капака няма нищо впечатляващо &#8211; 1.6-литров мотор с мощност 122 к.с.</p>

<p>Естествено, погледнах какво има на щандовете и на останалите производители, участващи в изложението, но не видях нищо прекалено интересно. <strong>Fiat Bravo</strong>, <strong>Fiat 500</strong>, <strong>Mazda 6</strong>, <strong>Toyota Prius</strong> и новото <strong>Peugeot 308 CC Premium Pack 2.0 HDI</strong>.</p>

<p>За края си оставих щанда на Daihatsu, където имаше една много симпатична малка спортна кола &#8211; <strong>Daihatsu Copen</strong>. Изглеждаше доста ефектно, но под капака има само 1.3-литров мотор с мощност 90 к.с.</p>

Se trata de la versión station wagon de la berlina y se caracteriza por el amplio espacio con el que cuentan las plazas y por el maletero, con una mayor capacidad de carga.<br />

Quizá haya perdido un poco la forma, pero deseo ponerme al día en &#8220;<em>cero coma</em>&#8220;. He estado de viaje por Inglaterra estas tres últimas semanas, hecho que me ha impedido poder compartir las novedades del motor con todos vosotros. En breve colgaré un especial sobre los vehículos con los que he podido cruzarme durante las últimas semanas en tierras inglesas. Entre las fotografías incluiré alguna de un lugar llamado Silverstone, un sitio que a más de uno os sonará. Pero hasta entonces, habrá que hablar de otros temas. Skoda presentará el Superb Combi -también llamado <em>ranchera</em> por los más puristas- en el Salón Internacional del Automóvil de Frankfurt.<!--more--></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">La generación anterior del Superb ha sido muy utilizada por el gremio de los taxistas. Se trataba de un vehículo amplio con un precio muy competitivo. La única pega que se le podría atribuir es la falta de un portón que facilitara la carga y descarga en el vehículo. La nueva generación del Superb ha eliminado esa barrera, pudiendose tratar de un vehículo de 4 y 5 puertas según las necesidades que tuviéramos en cada momento. Por si esto fuera poco, la firma del grupo Volkswagen ha decidido poner en el mercado una versión familiar, por lo que la carga y descarga en el coche se facilitará todavía más.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Desde Skoda pretenden que la versión Combi continúe con el éxito de la nueva generación de el Superb, que ya ha puesto en el mercado más de 42.000 unidades. Cuando acudimos a cubrir el Salón Internacional del Automóvil de Barcelona, tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer la nueva versión del Superb. He de decir que me pareció un vehículo elegante, amplio y muy bien rematado. La nueva versión llevará consigo estos mismos adjetivos, pero tendremos que sustituir el amplio por muy amplio, ya que tendrá un maletero como para hacer una mudanza.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">De momento no se conoce cómo será la versión definitiva del modelo. Volkswagen sólo ha puesto a disposición de la prensa unos teasers -imagen con la que puedes intuir alguna silueta del coche-, pero la presentación definitiva se realizará en el Salón de Frankfurt.</p>

<p>El nuevo <strong>Skoda Octavia</strong> también se puede adquirir con por un precio muy ajustado, 16.690 €. Monta un 1.4 TSI de 122 CV. Trae de serie 8 airbags, ESP, aire acondicionado, control de velocidad, ordenador de a bordo, radio CD con MP3 y 8 altavoces.</p>
<p>Además, el buque insignia de la marca también se beneficia de estos descuentos. A my, jako odbiorcy tego co wielcy producenci rzucą nam łaskawie śledzimy doniesienia dotyczące zmniejszania. Jeszcze niedawno wydawało się nam, że jesteśmy skazani na gigantyzm. Przy premierze Volkswagena Polo wszyscy popadli w zachwyt/popłoch że osiągnął on rozmiary Golfa, tyle że pierwszej generacji. Albo fakt, który zaobserwowałem dziś na ulicy. Mimo dość obfitej ulewy pewna młoda kobieta sprawnie prowadząc przerośnięte Audi Q7 i siedząc jakieś 80/90 centymetrów nad zatłoczoną (korkami) ulicą, jak gdyby nigdy nic kontynnuowała mejkap,  mimo że zapaliło się zielone światło i ruszyła dopiero po popędzeniu jej przez jakiegoś dziadka w leciwym fiacie uno. Duże samochody jednak nie będą stanowić częstego widoku na naszych ulicach. Dominację zaznaczają coraz  popularniejsze małe auta, czy z racji że są bardziej ECO, czy po prostu z powodu niższej ceny. Downsizing nie dotyczy tylko silników, najczęściej uturbionych 1.4. Gdybym kilka lat temu powiedział że w miarę luksusowy i niewątpliwie duży samochód jakim jest Skoda Superb będzie miała pod maską silnik o tej samej pojemności co niegdyś 60- konna Astra, którą można było sprawnie wyprzedzić polonezem „Borewiczem” zostałbym uznany co najmniej za mało szkodliwego wariata.</p>

<p>Dziś nikogo się dziwi fakt, że Porsche, czy Lamborghini chcą mieć bardziej czyste i ekologiczne silniki. Jednak tak jak w przypadku Porszaka może zmienić to piękny, klasyczny dźwięk sześciocylindrowego boxera na coś podobnego, ale beż tej nutki historycznej. Nie znajduje to u mnie aprobaty. Komu szkodzi ta 1/5 energii uwalnianej do środowiska? Czy samochodów marki Porsche 911 jest tyle co Yarisów, czy Golfów? Zdecydowanie nie. Krocząc dalej ścieżką downsizingu można zauważyć że chociażby Rolls-Royce  postanawia wprowadzić do produkcji ostatni model koncepcyjny. Ghost czy jak wolimy go nazywać 200EX ma być czymś pomiędzy „powszednim” BMW 7, a bajecznym, jakby wyczarowanym, bajkowym Roysem Phantomem.</p>

<p>Nawet w sieci pojawił się konfigurator w którym możemy stworzyć własną, wymarzoną limuzynę. Pytanie brzmi: po co? Jeśli stać cię na Roysa, to tym bardziej możesz wysłać kogoś do salonu, fabryki, dyrektora R-R aby przyniósł ci polakierowane próbki metalu, czy skóry do wnętrza auta. Uważam , że brytyjski producent jest na tyle ekskluzywny, że nie musi się zniżać do poziomu Audi, BMW czy Hondy. Jednak robi to ponieważ moim zdaniem  są naciski ze strony niemieckich właścicieli. Co więcej, nie będę zdziwiony gdy na przykład w przyszłym roku do Ghost’a zostanie wprowadzona jednostka hybrydowa. Bo jakże tak światły producent nie będzie miał ekologicznego modelu. A wszak, nie do pojęcia byłby Phantom z jednostką powiedzmy półelektryczną. Rolls-Royce musi się liczyć z BMW, która posiada prawa do marki, co jest widoczne w planach wypuszczenia uroczego maleństwa Mini w specjalnej edycji desygnowanej dwiema wielkimi literami „R”.</p>

<p>Jeśli nawet w Mini poczujemy się jak w autach, którymi zachwycali się wszyscy, nie wyłączając Lenina (który aż do śmierci przemieszczał się tylko w ostatnim znakiem kapitalizmu w Rosji) to downsizing jest bardziej groźny niż pożyteczny.</p>

Selbst mitten in Warschau hält sie nachts um halb drei bei auf zehn Kilometer gesperrter Hauptverkehrsader eine reibungslos zu fahrende Alternativroute parat.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">Derlei Stresssituationen bekommen die Fondpassagiere gar nicht erst mit: sie können sich auf der bequemen Rückbank entspannen und dem Treiben außerhalb des Superb durch die getönte Privacy-Verglasung zuschauen. Informationen zum Standort erhalten sie aber auch über das Display zwischen den Vordersitzen auf dem wie im Flugzeug Uhrzeit und Außentemperatur angezeigt werden. Auf den ersten Blick mag das als überflüssiges Gimmick erscheinen, doch wenn Sie sich einmal auf einer Europarundreise befinden ist diese Anzeige unglaublich praktisch: auf einer Tagesetappe durch Skandinavien kann sich die Temperatur gerne einmal von schwedischen T-Shirt- und Badeseetauglichen 23°C auf -4°C und festgefahrener Schneedecke in Finnland ändern – da ist es doch gut zu wissen wie man seine Kleidung bei der nächsten Toilettenpause aus dem auf angenehme 21°C klimatisierten Superb wählen sollte.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">Überhaupt ist es meist die Toilette die den Superb zu Pausen zwingt, denn seine Ausdauer, die gerne mal über 1400km pro Tankfüllung beträgt überfordert auch die durchtrainierteste Blase. Dass der große Skoda diese enormen Distanzen mit seinem kleinen 60 Liter Tank absolviert ist dabei aber wohl die größte Überraschung. Natürlich sind die Erwartungen an ein in der Effizienz optimiertes Modell nicht gering, doch das was der „weiße Wal“ auf ruhigen Tagesetappen geleistet hat ist wirklich eine Sensation. 4.2 Liter auf 100km in einem 4.84m Auto und dabei haben wir nicht gegeizt: voll beladen – eher randvoll – mit vier Personen und jeden der 565 Kofferraum-Liter ausgenutzt, eine stetig laufende Klimaanlage und ein ständig am 230V-Wechselrichter hängendes Notebook sind nicht gerade die besten Voraussetzungen für eine Verbrauchsrekordfahrt.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">Natürlich fährt man die Vierpunktzwei nicht bei vollem Ladedruck und deutscher Ich-verschenke-keinen-linke-Spur-Meter-Mentalität, sondern bei gemütlichen 110km/h auf weitläufigen Europastraßen. Kommt ein wenig innerstädtisches Sightseeing dazu oder erlaubt der Verkehr auch mal Tempi knapp über 130km/h zeigt der Bordcomputer nur unwesentlich höhere Werte an: 4.5l, ab und an auch mal 4.7l – da ging es dann aber schon zügig voran.</span></p>

Der Superb trägt weder schwer an Nickel-Metallhybrid-Akkus für einen unzulänglichen Hybrid-Antrieb, noch eifert er mit plasmabeschichteten Laufbuchsen und innermotorischen Maßnahmen dem reibungsoptimierten Downsizing hinterher. Natürlich tragen der verschlossene Kühlergrill, die Abrisskante am Heck, das tiefergelegte Fahrwerk und nicht zuletzt die rollwiderstandsarmen Reifen und das in der Übersetzung verlängerte Fünfganggetriebe zum geringen Verbrauch bei, doch der gute alte 1.9 Liter TDI zeigt einmal mehr deutlich, welches Sparpotenzial immer noch beim Fahrer liegt.</span></p>

Geht es in den unteren Gängen noch einigermaßen flott vorwärts wird dem Superb gerade in den großen Übersetzungen merklich der Zahn gezogen. Doch genau dieser Umstand macht den white allstar zu einem perfekten Kilometerfresser. Der Skoda ist niemals hektisch, niemals übereifrig, sondern immer ruhig und gelassen. Das Fahrwerk trägt hierzu maßgeblich bei. Unebenheiten, Bodenwellen, Querfugen und sonstige Störungen des Fahrbahnbelages filtert er gekonnt weg, ohne den Fahrer dabei vom Geschehen völlig abzukoppeln.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Verdana;">Das Beste am Skoda ist aber sein Preis. 25.190 EUR kostet das Greenline-Modell in der Grundausstattung und das ist verglichen mit der Menge Auto, die es für diesen Preis gibt wirklich ein sehr gutes Angebot. Dass man den Tschechen in dieser Version nicht mir elektrisch verstellbaren Ledersitzen, einem schweren Glasschiebedach und anderen gewichtigen Verwöhnextras ausstaffieren kann zeigt vor allem eins: Verzicht muss nicht immer etwas schlechtes sein, denn im Greenline wirkt nicht nach Verzicht. Einfach, funktional und robust.</span></p>

Op elke stand waar Skoda een of meer auto`s had staan, werd een Bluetooth Server in een auto verwerkt. De <a href="http://wwww.autorai.nl" target="_blank">AutoRAI</a> was ingedeeld in een aantal belevingswereleden waar auto`s per type werden gecategoriseerd. De modellen van Skoda waren aanwezig in de belevingswerelden City &#38; Compact, Green Innovations, Family &#38; Travel en Adventure.</p>
<p>Door de indeling van de AutoRAI per belevingswereld verviel de tradiotionele merkenstand. Skoda zocht een alternatieve manier om toch te kunnen communiceren met de bezoekers en heeft hiervoor Bluetooth Marketing ingezet.</p>
<p>Skoda had voor elke belevingswereld een speciale GIF-afbeelding ontwikkeld. Bezoekers van de AutoRAI ontvingen dus een boodschap die was afgestemd op de Skoda modellen die in die specifieke belevingswereld stonden.</p>
<p>In de belevingswereld City &#38; Compact werd de reclamecampagne van de Skoda Fabia benadrukt. De bezoekers ontvingen een afbeelding met daarin de 169 kleurcombinaties waarin de Fabia leverbaar is.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-223" title="Skoda_green_innovations" src="http://interactievemarketing.wordpress.com/files/2009/04/animatie_4_v31.gif?w=128" alt="Skoda_green_innovations" width="128" height="96" />Op de Skoda stand van Green Innovations werd via Bluetooth gecommuniceerd dat er diverse Skoda modellen zijn met een gunstig verbuik en lage CO2 uitstoot.</p>
<p>Binnen Family &#38; Travel werd een boodschap uitgezonden om de bezoekers te laten merken hoeveel ruimte de verschillende Skoda`s bevatten.</p>
<p>De Skoda Octavia die in de Adventure belevingswereld stond, zond een bericht uit waarin de nieuwe <a title="Skoda Yeti" href="http://www.skoda.nl/yeti" target="_blank">Skoda Yeti</a> gepresenteerd werd.</p>

<p></span>Skoda has unveiled the new Skoda Superb in the Indian car market. Back in May 2008 the car manufacturer drove the astounding new Superb on European roads. And now a new Superb is driven to India with elegant and refined modifications.</p>
<p>The <a href="http://www.carazoo.com/newcars">new car</a> is a winner over its predecessor with better styling, futuristic technologies, powerful engine, and enhanced safety. The new Superb is creatively designed with high quality exterior adornments and chrome detailing accentuating the visual appeal. The chrome detailing on the front radiator softens the aggressive look of the front fascia given by the wide piercing headlamps.</p>

It is comparatively much spacious than the current <a href="http://www.carazoo.com/newcars/carreview/Skoda/Superb">Skoda Superb</a> on Indian roads and is packed with a host of elegant and versatile interiors. The touch screen entertainment-cum-information system with a storage space of 30GB hard drive is the centre of attraction. And the chrome detailing carried from the exterior to the interior adds to the aesthetic appeal of the car. Even the levels of safety are improved in the new Superb. It is equipped with anti lock brakes and a number of airbags for improved occupant protection.</p>
<p>The new Superb comes to India with a 1.8 liter TSI (Turbocharged Fuel Stratified Injection) petrol engine churning out a power of 160 bhp. And the diesel variant of the new Superb is expected to be launched soon.</p>
<p>With its brilliant styling and powerful engine technology the new Skoda Superb will be pitted against the leading sedan Honda Accord.</p>

Well the first thing that stands out with the Superb is the unique ‘twin door’ concept which allows you to open the boot as either a hatchback or a saloon – excellent if you can’t decide between the two!</p>

<p>Apart from that clever little feature nothing else really stands out apart from the copious amount of space inside the Superb. The interior of the car features a vast amount of space and passengers sitting in the back of the car will be treated to a luxurious amount of legroom. It is also really comfortable and therefore in terms of comfort it seems like a good choice for those travelling long-distances and is a clear example of why this car is so often used as a taxi. Autocar magazine state that “…anyone shopping for a great value large car who put comfort and value at the top of their priority list should wait until they have seen the new Superb at their local Skoda dealer…” which is high praise for the large family car.</p>
<p>This isn’t the first Superb to hit the roads either; the original Superb was launched in 1934 – this is infact the third to be launched. There are a variety of models available on the market – the Classic, Comfort, Elegance and finally the Laurin and Klement – they are therefore offering you a range of different specifications to choose from.</p>
<p>Looks wise the Superb is nothing to shout about. It isn’t ugly – but it isn&#8217;t good-looking either. It is a basic family saloon that is more concerned with comfort than looks. Critics are also applauding the smooth driving experience that the Superb offers which adds more weight to the idea that the Superb is ideal for long journeys. Some even suggest that it is far smoother than any Mercedes.</p>
<p>As well as the vast amount of legroom on the inside of the <a href="http://www.birchwoodgroup.co.uk/skoda" target="_blank">new Skoda</a> Superb, the ‘Elegance’ also comes with electric windows, a sat nav, air conditioning, a premium CD system, 17” alloy wheels, rain-sensing wipers, electric seats and climate-controlled air conditioning. All of which make for a pleasurable driving experience and add a touch of elegance and luxury to the inside of the Superb – because it certainly doesn’t look elegant on the outside!</p>
<p>A brand new Superb will set you back around £15,500 which compared to one of its nearest competitors, the Ford Mondeo, which will set you back around £17,795 is pretty reasonable!</p>
<p>For the car make that was once the butt of all car jokes, Skoda are gradually shedding their bad image so many people may think that for a <a href="http://www.birchwoodgroup.co.uk/skoda" target="_blank">Skoda</a> perhaps it is Superb.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>I&#8217;ve been surfing around this <a title="Lincoln Skoda dealer" href="http://www.hortonskoda.co.uk/" target="_blank">Lincoln Skoda dealer</a>&#8217;s website lately and I&#8217;m curious about the new Skoda Superb and whether it really is, well, superb.</p>

<p>The advertising for it said &#8220;we started with the name and worked backwards.&#8221; Which suggests a team of designers all trying to make the most superb car. Did they succeed?</p>
<p>It looks nice enough, it doesn&#8217;t look like a traditional Skoda &#8211; which is a good thing &#8211; pretty sharp inside and out and has all the now-usual gadgets and gizmos along with some unique touches. I really like the twindoor boot concept &#8211; the boot can open either saloon style or hatchback style.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not sure if it counts as Superb though &#8211; I suppose I&#8217;ll have to head to a Skoda dealer and drive one. But it&#8217;s pitched at the executive market which has elluded Skoda for some time.</p>
<p>What do you think: is the <a title="new Skoda Superb" href="http://www.hortonskoda.co.uk/">new Skoda Superb</a> really all that superb??</p>
