<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p><span><font face="Times New Roman">Potrebno je:</font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman">250 gr. margarina, 1/2 kg. mekog brašna, 3 jaja, malo soli, pola šolje mleka, 1/2 kg. mlevenog junećeg mesa, l kvasac, 1/2 šolje milerama, ili kajmaka, malo bibera, malo nane i seckanog peršuna, malu kašičicu vegete. . </font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman">Istopiti margarin i napraviti testo od brašna, 1 jaje,<span>  </span>suvi kvasac i malo soli<span>  </span>Dobro izrađeno testo podeliti na 2 dela, i rastanjiti ih prema veličini pleha. Jednu koru staviti u pleh koji obložimo masnim papirom za pečenje. Odozgo stavimo fil:</font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman">FIL: Propržiti na ulju jednu glavicu crnog luka, zatim dodati meso, začine<span>  </span>pa sve zajedno dinstati 15 minuta, Na kraju u prohlađeno mestododati dva jaja i mileram. </font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman">Prekriti drugim delom testa ostaviti da odstoji najmanje 1 sat i tek onda staviti da se peče. </font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman">Pečemo na 200 oko pola sata. </font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></span></p>

<p><span></span><span><font face="Times New Roman">Izdinstati meso i luk na skoro gotovo. Dodat začine a na kraju kikiriki puter. . Filovati tri po tri kore  a svaku koru poprskati kiselom vodom. </font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman">. Sirovu pitu iseći na kocke, preliti rastvorom pavlake, jaja i kisele vode, ostaviti da odstoji 2-3 sata i peći.</font></span><span><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></span></p>

<p style="margin:0;" class="MsoBodyText"><span><font face="Times New Roman">Propržiti luk i šargarepu, dodati začine, kada omekšaju dodati parčad ribe, isečeni oljušten paradajz, kiselu vodu, zdrobljenu kocku supe, prethodno skuvati pirinač i dodati kao i iseckan peršun.</font></span></p>
<p style="margin:0;" class="MsoBodyText"><span><font face="Times New Roman">U nauljenu tepsiju staviti 2 kore poprskati mešavinom kisele vode,<span>  </span>prašaka za pecivo i ulja pa staviti 3 kore isto poprskati gornjom mešavinom i tako sve dok ne potrošimo trećinu kora, zatim stavimo fil pa ponovo kore poprskamo pa stavimo fil i na kraju poprskamo ostatak kora. Isečemo sveže na veću parčad, pa stavimo u zagrejanu rernu na 250C, <span> </span>peći 30 minuta. </font></span></p>

Sve kuvati na tihoj vatri dok se ne zgusne. Skinuti sa vatre, dodati sir i žumanca, skuvati španat, ocediti iseckati ga. Podeljeno testo rastanjiti kolika je tepsija (tepsiju pomastiti). Na dolje testo staviti fil a gornjim pokriti. Peći 30 min. na 180 C.</font></span></p>

1/4 jogurta<br />
pola šolje mleka<br />
1 čaše brašna<br />
1 prašak za pecivo<br />
150g izrendanog kačkavalja<br />
150g seckane šunkarice<br />
4-5 sitno iseckanih kiselih krastavčića<br />
3 jajeta<br />
150g isečenih paprika ili koprive<br />
150g posnog sira<br />
1 kašiku putera od kikirikija</p>
<p><strong>PRIPREMA</strong>: Prvo izmutiti cela jaja pa postepeno dodavati mleko, jogurt i ostale sastojke. Dobro izmešati, ostaviti pola sata da odstoji i peći na 180C oko 20 minuta. I gotovo! </span></p>

Filovati tri po tri kore, polivajući ih uljem i vodom, zatim ih sveže iseći na kocke i još malo poprskati vodom i uljem. Peći na 200C oko 40 minuta.</span></p>
