*Smackdown! opens with Chris Jericho in the ring discussing the TLC match for the Unified Tag Team championships at the TLC PPV. He then turns his attention to the announced Batista vs. Kane match tonight, noting it will name the new top contender for the Undertaker’s World championship. He claims he should be in the match. Teddy Long comes out and announced Jericho vs. The Undertaker in a non-title match for later.

*The Hart Dynasty defeated Cryme Time.

*Backstage, Vickie Guerrero and Eric Escobar demand Teddy Long grant Escobar a Intercontinental championship bout. Long makes the match and says it will be his only shot.

*CM Punk comes out with Festus and a brown paper bag. Punk introduces Drew Gallows (that name may not be 100% correct but that’s what it sounded like), formerly Festus. Punk said his friends gave him pills in the past and that’s why Festus was in the state he was in, but that’s in the past. Punk said that what he has inside the bag comes out 12/1 and he’s scared that it will be available to the public. Punk pulls the Jeff Hardy DVD. Out comes Matt Hardy, who defends his brother. This leads to…

*Matt Hardy defeats CM Punk by DQ after Festus interferes. They beat down Hardy afterwards.

*Backstage, Mickie James is asked about Michelle McCool’s video last week. James said that no matter how juvenile Layla and McCool get, she’s worked hard to get here and she’s not leaving Smackdown.

*Batista defeated Kane by countout to become the new number one contender to the World championship.

*WWE Intercontinental champion John Morrison defeated Eric Escobar. After the bout, Vickie Guerrero yelled at, slapped and spit on Escobar.

*Backstage, Escobar and Guerrero argue. Escobar tells Vickie that she makes him sick and every time she kisses him, he has to wash his mouth out with disinfectant. He tells her they are over.

*Undertaker defeated Chris Jericho by DQ in a non-title match. Batista joined Matt Striker and Todd Grisham on commentary for the match. Taker was going for the Tombstone when Batista hit the ring and took out his leg. Batista hit Taker repeatedly with chairshots. Batista flexed while standing over Taker. Batista and Jericho punched Taker. C.M. Punk ran in and it became a three-on-one. Kane finally came out and cleaned house. Taker chokeslammed Batista. Taker then chokeslammed Punk while Kane chokeslammed Jericho at the same time. Taker posed with belt and Kane. They left together and posed at the top of the ramp to a huge pop to close the show.

Former TNA X Division Champion Low Ki worked a dark match prior to tonight’s SmackDown/ECW taping in Bridgeport, Connecticut, defeating Paul Burchill. Low-Ki, who has been working in WWE’s developmental promotion, worked under the name Kaval.

One look at the artists featured on this EP will tell you that this is a rather ambitious undertaking. Unfortunately, the A side is not something I can recommend. It’s pretty much standard gabber, with the Hellfish track repeatedly dropping a sample of some guy saying something about pissing on you. The Bryan Fury track is a little better, with a swatch of disjointed melody and slightly more imaginative drum programming, but still, in my opinion, a dud.

But the B side is where things really pick up. The DJ Hidden track is very heavy and on the more fractured side of things. Dark, creepy samples, good progression and, overall, yet another mark in the win column for him.

The Somatics track is the black sheep on this record. When played on 33, as I believe is intended, it is like some kind of dark safari through a landscape of twisted electronics. Dubstep tempo, but it’s surely not dubstep. Hard to explain, really, but suffice to say that it’s Somatics in experimental mode, which is generally a very good thing.

Overall, the Hidden and Somatics cuts make this worth purchasing and the gabber stuff is pretty much in the same vein as the stuff that turned me off from Deathchant about five years ago.

No source for this one statside, but The Hard Store ships fast and is fairly affordable.

Ok, I’ve been a terrible blogger. I’m now behind on three weeks of Smackdown and one week of Raw. Oops. Those catch-up posts will be up tomorrow, promise. But for tonight, let’s focus on Survivor Series.

Batista vs. Rey Mysterio
Is there anyone who thinks Mysterio is winning this? I didn’t think so. Batista looks better and stronger as a feel than he ever has a face and it makes no sense for him to lose now. The only question is how badly will he hurt Mysterio?
My Pick: Batista

Michelle McCool, Jillian Hall, Beth Phoenix, Layla and Alicia Fox vs. Mickie James, Gail Kim, Kelly Kelly, Eve Torres and Melina

First of all, can I comment what an oversight it is that Natalya is not in this match? She’s probably the most talented woman on the WWE roster and I loved seeing her in the ring at Bragging Rights, it was one of the highlights of the terrible show. She would be a much worthier contribution than Layla or Alicia Fox, just saying. That said, team McCool is a little less useless than Team Mickie, so they’re winning.
My Pick: Team McCool

John Morrison, Matt Hardy, Finlay, Evan Bourne and Shelton Benjamin vs. The Miz, Jack Swagger, Drew McIntyre, Sheamus and Dolph Ziggler
Team Miz seems stronger since it’s got five hot, young stars including two guys (McIntyre and Sheamus) who are getting major pushes from the powers that be, while Team Morrison has three guys who are mid-carders at best and never going to be more than that, as well as two hot, young stars. But… The Miz and Jack Swagger seem to be headed for a big feud and I see that getting in their way tonight and giving the win to Morrison’s team.

Randy Orton, Ted DiBiase Jr., Cody Rhodes, William Regal, and CM Punk vs. Kofi Kingston, Christian, R-Truth, MVP and Mark Henry
We actually get to see Christian at a PPV! Yay! That said, I don’t think we’ll see much of him. This match is really about Kofi Kingston and Legacy, particularly Randy Orton. My prediction is that Kofi will be the last man standing on his team and he’ll be left facing Legacy, but that the three members of Legacy will start squabbling and somehow Kingston will manage the victory. This would solidify Kingston as a major player and it would start the long over-due destruction of Legacy. Not saying they’re breaking up tonight, but I think after tonight we’re going to be one step closer to the final split.
My Pick: Team Kofi

The Undertaker vs. The Big Show vs. Chris Jericho for the World Heavy-Weight Championship
I’d love for Jericho to win this, but we all know that’s not happening. And The Big Show doesn’t seem like a legitimate contender either since he hasn’t managed a one-on-one title shot in the last year, neither has Jericho for that matter. The Undertaker is retaining, but the destruction of the tag team champions is going to happen. They might not break up tonight, but the end will be in sight.
My Pick: The Undertaker

John Cena vs. Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels for the WWE Championship
Cena got a clean pin over on Triple H on Monday, which makes me think he’s losing the belt tonight. The only thing I went back and forth over was which member of DX is going to win the title. In one way it made more sense for it to be Shawn Michaels to win to set up the eventual DX split since we all know they’re facing each other at Wrestlemania. After all Triple H used to be the guy who was all about the title, it would drive him nuts to see his friend with the belt and lead to a Triple H heel turn. But then, I realized that it also made sense and would be in character for Shawn Michaels to help Triple H win the belt (remember Michaels once laid down to give Triple H the European Championship) and would allow for tension down the road. The fact that Triple H took the pin on Monday made me think that that’s the way it’ll go.

Don’t know why I bother, really.

But let’s do this, anyway.

Right. Welcome to the next instalment of everybody’s favourite wrestling series, WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2010 – now with so many bells and whistles, that it feels suffocating, like a giant man’s armpit. The first thing that gets your attention is the HUGE amount of modes, options, configurations etc. They are EVERYWHERE and are this edition’s selling point. To quote:

“It’s your world now.” Nice.

Create your characters. Create finishing moves. Get this – you can now create – wait for it – finishing moves off the top rope! Create outfit designs, and stories to mimic those seen on TV, if you like. Having so many options may be an absolute dream for diehard fans out there. I get that. But oh my god – this is sick. This is serious.

I guess it’s nice that you can go online and upload your created stories, moves and what-not as well as downloading other people’s creations, but with the amount of time and effort put into these creations I felt I should be getting paid for it. To be honest I really couldn’t care less.

Anyway – let’s talk about the gameplay. Or rather, let’s not.

All your characters are here. Your Triple H, your Undertaker.. And many, many others, keeping fairly up-to-date with the actual roster in… ‘real life’. Fortunately, for those quick to point out that things aren’t what they should be, updates will be available in future on the Playstation Store.

This is no plug-‘n’-play business here. First off, would you like a one-on-one match? Tag team? Fatal Four-way? Okay – after that, what kind of match? Normal? Table? Hell in the Cell? Extreme Rules? You get the picture so let’s move on.

Here’s a tip: only ever play against human opponents as AI has NEVER  been the series’ strong point. Watch in amazement, as a CPU fighter will leave the ring – find a ladder – bring it back in the ring – walk around with it a bit – leave themselves open to having said ladder stolen from them – and then pretty much invite you to wrap it around their head. And man – I wish I could recover that quickly from being slammed through a burning table (yes fans – BURNING TABLES ARE BACK!!!).

Even having a ring full of CPU characters doesn’t compensate for their stupidity nor does cranking up the difficulty. You’ll need to be cool with this before even considering taking on the game’s preset ‘Road to Wrestlemania’ story modes, and the others included.

With AI this dumb, I defy you not to ask yourself, “Who’s the real dumbass here?”

Oh, how I miss WWE: No Mercy, on the N64.

To sum it up, this is for WWE fans ONLY. True WWE fans. The enormous amount of game modes on offer will keep them tinkering till the final bell and perhaps they will manage to overlook the major issues, no problem. Many will just be happy to see that Randy Orton’s neck looks lifelike, not that I’ve checked, or anything.

For everyone else, particularly those who enjoy a quick drop-in game every now and then, stay away. You will get lost in this stuff, and want to hit somebody around the head with a chair!

There’s no messing about on Smackdown. No silly intros, just straight into a match, which happened to be Batista vs Matt Hardy.  This was all about giving Batista a tune-up before his match against former friend, Rey Mysterio, at Survivor Series. Observation: As a heel Dave doesn’t pretend to throw a hand grenade and let the pyro explode behind him, yet as a nice guy he did. You’d think it would be the other way round. Like “You don’t like me? Well catch this exploding bomb then.” Just sayin’. Matt Hardy took quite a beating, finding himself slammed into the canvas from a great height several times.  Yes, Mr. Striker, I agree, Dave is indeed ready for Rey Mysterio.

The bravest little boy in the company, Josh Matthews, stuck a microphone in Dave’s face to ask how he’s feeling. Personally, I’d be giving Dave a wide berth, but that’s why I’m sitting here drinking tea out of a Starbucks paper cup I’ve used three times today because I can’t be bothered to use a real mug, and Josh is earning lots of money working for the WWE. Basically, Batista has no remorse over the way he’s been treating his former pal and is looking forward to finishing it for good at the PPV.

Oh Dave. You look all squidgy when you frown. Bless!

Later on the show, The Undertaker would be teaming up with pretend brother, Kane, to reform the Brothers of Destruction. Vickie Guerrero wasn’t happy with this and not only went to warn Teddy Long of the chaos it could create, but she also wanted to complain that her play-thing, Eric Escobar, was being sidelined. Escobar may possibly be the most annoying wrestler on TV at the moment. Then again, it has been pointed out that I turn more times than a rotisserie chicken, so it’ll probably be a matter of weeks before I fall in love with him. Dolph Ziggler is a classic example of this. Initial loathing, swiftly followed by intense adoration. I’m so fickle.

Oh how times change.

Anyway, Teddy tried to throw the two of them out of his office.  Mr. McMahon showed up, told Teddy off for an idea that wasn’t his own and appointed Vickie as ‘consultant to Smackdown’ to help Teddy get off probation. This was promptly followed by some high-pitched screeching and some horrible dancing.

Back in the ring, Drew McIntyre’s shower curtain has been given a nice little satin trim. Better, but I want more plastic jewels. Back to the glue-gun, wardrobe dept. Apparently, Finlay reminds Drew of a little old lady. Don’t think so, Drew. He looks like a tough-nut to me. Unless you were thinking of this old lady.

Finlay came out and wasted no time in smacking up the sleek, serpentine and sadistic Scotsman (Credit: Striker). Drew didn’t know what had hit him, Finlay coming at him and throwing him around like a whirlwind. The only thing Drew could think to do was poke Finlay in the eyes, buying himself a few seconds of respite. As Matt Striker so cleverly pointed out, there’s no eye machine in the gym. You can’t prepare for that. I would recommend blogging for strengthening the eye muscles. My eye muscles are RIPPED. Being temporarily blind, Finlay didn’t see McIntryre coming in for the pin.

Possible scratched cornea. Thanks for the diagnosis Dr. Striker.

Right, time for some CM Punk and Mr. Punk had a special treat for us. He held an intervention to cure us all of our addictions. Wicked! I’m totally up for being ‘intervened’ if Punk wants to lock me in a room with him and talk to me about my sins. Made all the more ironic by the fact that I watched this week’s Smackdown while sucking lager through a straw.

Punk suggested that we might like to touch hands to ensure the intervention’s success. Actually I think those are séance rules, but I’ll go along with whatever he wants.

The first addiction on the list was cigarettes. I haven’t smoked since I was 17. That was some time ago and even then it was only for a short time.

Next, prescription medication. Ok, well, I am fond of Ibuprofen 400s. But I’m very cautious about when I take them. I have got quite a painful jaw problem though (for real). So if I need them I’ll take them, because I know you don’t want to see me cry, Mr. Punk. Ditto my migraine medicine.

Finally……………….

I’m sorry I make you ill. I feel ashamed. Maybe I’ll feel better about myself if I have another slurp from my kiddie cup.

Punk proceeded to pour each vice into a big rubbish bin. Cue R-Truth, who was so angry he didn’t even rap his way out. Worryingly, I seem to have picked up all the words listening to him in recent months and was able to fill in the blanks myself. Basically, Truth didn’t like the sanctimonious garbage coming out of Punk’s mouth and knocked him to the ground, pouring the fags, pills and ‘liquid hell’ all over Punk’s body.

Ahem. Back to some actual wrestling. John Morrison was defending his Intercontinental Title against Dolph Ziggler. Again. Surely Dolph’s going to pull it off this time, right? Nope. This was a Best of Three Falls match, Morrison taking the first, Ziggler taking the second (of course) and Morrison taking the third. Not even this awesome move could finish Morrison off.

Great match though. Matt Striker said I have to soak John Morrison in. Ok, if you insist. But only because Matt told me I have to.

The Divas match was next. But I’ve already said far too much about that this weekend. Track back if you want to read my rant.

After that silliness, it was time for Rey Mysterio vs Tyson Kidd, with Batista on commentary. Well, he didn’t actually say anything so it doesn’t really count as commentary. He did put his headset on though. Unfortunately, he was so angry after his match with Matt Hardy he forgot to put his trousers on.

Totally understandable under the stressful circumstances.

Fairly decent match with some impressive aerobatics, but all eyes were on the menacing figure at the announce table. Dave tried to interfere but Rey managed to knock him off his chair and make away with his body still intact. This will all sort itself out at the PPV.

Speaking of big stuff happening at the PPV, JeriShow vs the Brothers of Destruction was a great taster for the Triple Threat between Taker, Jericho and Big Show for the Heavyweight Title at SS. Thanks to the Smackdown match I’m actually looking forward to the PPV match now, and before that I was kind of meh about it. Jericho eventually took the win, swiping the belt and running to the top of the ramp. It’s not yours yet, darl. But you never know.

Todd welcomes us to Philadelphia, and tonight the Brothers of Destruction reunite as Kane & the World Heavyweight Champion Undertaker faces the Unified Tag Team Champions, Jeri-Show. However right now we UNLEASH…THE ANIMAL.

Batista vs. Matt Hardy

Batista comes out with his new entrance…no pyro…no smiles…no nothing. Matt Hardy’s a pretty good guy to have in the ring with Batista, as he has credibility and takes a pretty good beating. Although honestly Batista should go on a real big time jobber squash, ala Sid in 1992. Just show up on the other shows and start creaming guys. He drops Hardy with 3 straight spinebusters, then the Demon Bomb for the win. WINNER: Batista (Grade: 1.5)

-We go back to last week and the contract signing between Rey and Batista, where Rey flipped the table onto Batista, then Batista flipped out. We go backstage and Josh Matthews tries to talk to Batista, but he cuts him off and says Rey made 3 major mistakes. 1) He cost Batista the World Title, 2) He signed the Hold Harmless agreement, and 3) He embarrassed him last week. Well at Survivor Series, Batista says he will take care of Rey Mysterio, with no remorse and no holding back.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

-We return with a video montage of the Brothers of Destruction. It’s amazing how much they pump this up considering their matches are always a workrate-starved trainwreck. We then go backstage with Teddy Long, who’s interrupted by Vicky Guerrero and Eric Escobar. Vicky gives him crap about teaming the Brothers of Destruction tonight, that it will wreck the main event at Survivor Series. She’s also mad that her boyfriend Eric Escobar hasn’t been on the show. Vicky says there’s no wonder Teddy’s on probation. Teddy’s about to throw them out when Mr. McMahon comes into the office. He’s also perturbed that the Brothers of Destruction are teaming tonight and can ruin the main event of Survivor Series. So having said that, Vince decides to have Vicky Guerrero as Smackdown’s consultant to help Teddy with the show. Vince leaves and Vicky dances and screams in celebration. Ok, this idea completely sucks. No offense to the great Eddie Guerrero, but without Edge she is so damn annoying.

Drew McIntyre vs. Finlay

We go back the last few weeks and Drew’s beatdowns of Finlay. Drew takes the mike and says Finlay’s more like a crying old lady than a fighter. Pretty stiff match as Finlay’s really throwing potatoes out there. It’s a pretty short, as McIntyre takes control and hits the big DDT for the win. Not much more to say. WINNER: Drew McIntyre (Grade: 1.5)

COMMERCIAL BREAK

Out comes CM Punk our straight edge superstar. In the ring is a table with 3 upside down buckets with X’s on them. Punk says tonight he’s going to do for the WWE Universe what should have been done a long time ago. Punk says everyone must recover, and the first step is a confession. He says everyone must admit that they have a problem. He says everyone must stand or touch the TV at home and admit that they’re all addicts. Everyone is in denial and can’t admit their problems to anyone. Punk says he’s here to teach everyone how to survive. He lifts the first bucket and it’s a carton of cigarettes. Punk says no one cares that inhaling cigarette smoke is poisonous and they might as well throw their lungs in the garbage. Tonight Punk will throw the cigarettes in the garbage because that’s how they survive. That’s how straight edge lives. Under the second bucket is a bottle of pills. Punk says this helps weak people hide pain, suffering and cowardess. So these are going in the garbage too. Next is a bottle of whiskey. Punk says this is the worst of them all. Alcoholics are nothing more than weaklings who live in a cloud because they don’t want to admit reality or their own lives. He pours the whiskey in the garbage can. Suddenly R-Truth comes out. He goes “WHAT’S UP” to the crowd, then tells Punk that this is wrong and he doesn’t like him. Truth kicks Punk in the gut, then drops him with a DDT and pours all the crap in the garbage can all over Punk. Then Truth nails Punk in the gut with the garbage can. This is a good feud as its pushing R-Truth to the forefront and CM Punk is staying warm till his next Title feud.

Intercontinental Championship
Two out of Three Falls match
John Morrison © vs. Dolph Ziggler

This is Ziggler’s chance to show he’s a legit in-ring guy and not some 5 minute hump with blonde hair. Morrison gets the first fall with Starship Pain. A few minutes later Ziggler gets the second fall with his “Zig-Zag” finisher. See this is what sucks about TV matches. This should have been paced much better and really let these two guys wrestle for 20 minutes, eat up the middle of the show. The third fall is pretty good, but 2 out of 3 falls matches can’t be rushed. Some really good action during the last fall, and Morrison hits Starship Pain to finish it. Great match, but rushed. Let these guys go 20 minutes and show that Ziggler is the real thing. WINNER: John Morrison (Grade 2.5)

COMMERCIAL BREAK (Including a promo for the new Hulk Hogan DVD)

The match is nothing, as Mickie takes her out in about a minute. WINNER: Mickie James (Grade: 0)

-After the match Michelle McCool does a skit where she calls Mickie a pig. Actually pretty rough stuff and Mickie cries as she walks down the aisle.

Rey Mysterio vs. Tyson Kidd

Batista is at the broadcast table and he’s not said a word to anybody. The match is pretty good and Tyson Kidd needs more singles matches to give himself an identity. It ends quick as Kidd is thrown to the floor, then Batista gets up and throws Kidd to the barricade. WINNER: Tyson Kidd by disqualification (Grade: 1.5)

-Rey then hits a West Coast Pop on Batista through the broadcast table. Batista chases him around but can’t catch him. We go backstage and Jeri-show is talking. Jericho says they must work as a team. Big Show says he’s looking ahead to Survivor Series and becoming the World Heavyweight Champion. Jericho says that selfishness will lead to their downfall tonight. Big Show says tonight will be fine, as Show has tagged with both guys and knows how they tick. Show asks Jericho if he’s scared. Jericho says he’s not scared of Big Show nor is he intimidated by the Undertaker. Show leaves…then the lights go out. Jericho starts freaking out, then the lights come back on and its Show with the light switch. He says…point proven. Jericho’s scared. We then go back to Monday night to the awesome Raw at WWE’s Home Office…Madison Square Garden. That video montage was awesome…and they should make a DVD honoring….”The Garden.”

Unified Tag Team Champions Jeri-Show vs. Brothers of Destruction

Cool intro for Taker & Kane with the symbols on fire. Jericho will likely eat up most of the action here, as he’s getting pounded by both brothers. Kane becomes face in peril for a while but eventually Taker & Kane lay Big Show on the broadcast table and try a double chokeslam but Jericho breaks it up. Jericho is chokeslammed by Kane, but Big Show stops Taker from Tombstoning Jericho and Show chokeslams him. Big Show helps Jericho up and Jericho hits the Codebreaker. Jericho then takes the World Title belt and leaves. With that we’re out. This go home episode was ok, but with Vicky back on and no Edge, the future is bleak. WINNER: No Contest (Grade: 2)

O combate terminou em No Contest. No fim, depois de Kane estar KO e Undertaker também, Chris Jericho aplicou o codebreaker em Big Show e fugiu com o World Heavyweight Championship! Que poderemos esperar do Triple Threat no PPV?

Even though throughout the epic battle between the evil and the ugly, Jeri-Show came out on top. Big Show was helping his partnar up to help him but Jericho code breaks him. This sunday they verse each other with Undertaker at Survivor Series!

Rey versed Tyson Kidd. Tyson was about to jump on Rey when Batista grabbed him and threw him on the security wall, making it an DQ. Rey got mad and jumped on Batista and ran!

Friday Night SMACKDOWN was awesome and random. CM Punk usually comes out and talks about how to be Straight-Edge. He even gave a presentation this time. He dumped a carton of cigarettes, alcohol and pills in a trash can. He talked and then R-Truth came out and ddt’d CM Punk then poured everything in the can on top of CM Punk, then slammed the trash can on him!

I really wanted to get a blog out sooner, but I’ve been keeping very busy all week.  While my writing on Suite101 has been nonexistent for the past two weeks, my writing on GamerSyndrome has soared to new heights.  No longer publishing just the two required articles per week, I’ve been submitting upwards of four articles a day, reporting on the latest news in the games industry as well as throwing in a few original pieces.  It’s been fun, but more than anything it’s been tiring, time-consuming, and it’s given me a real feel for the whole writing career thing.  Surely when I finally land a paying job it will be more stressful, but by submitting so much content within a week, I’m getting at least a small taste of what it’s like to write on a professional scale.

Due to my excessive writing, I haven’t had much time to play video games (or do anything else, for that matter).  My copy of SvR 2010 has just sat near my Wii collecting dust.  It’s rather saddening, especially since I really enjoy Story Designer mode.  I haven’t had time to finalize my original WWE story.  Oh, well.  Maybe next week.

The few spare moments I have had I’ve spent playing numerous indie games.  I’d played independently developed games before, but I’m just now getting into indie games on a large scale.  I first played Time Fcuk about a week ago (or possibly two weeks ago).  I really liked it.  Its blend of puzzle and platform mechanics is great, and the twisted story behind it is eerie in a satisfying kind of way.  The graphics are great too.  Very simple, but very effective; and even though the designer stated that it’s not an artistic game, it’s hard not to argue against that statement given the game’s unique look.  Time Fcuk was reason enough for me to set up a Newgrounds account.  That’s how much I loved it.  Plus, I’m trying to collect the game’s achievement medals.  The fact that the game supports user-created content makes it even greater.  I may never create my own levels, but I’ll likely return to the game multiple times later on to try some original stages.

Another game I played and completed is RunMan: Race Around the World.  But much like Aether (which I’m still in the process of completing), I’ll talk about that game in my next post.  I just downloaded Cave Story.  Due to the fact that I had to work a Deftones concert last night (which wasn’t anything special considering I don’t care at all for the Deftones), I wasn’t able to play the game all that much.  Nope, I was pretty much only able to configure the controls and play part of the first stage.  I plan on playing the hell out of that game during Thanksgiving break.

That’s about it for now.  This post was much longer than I had planned.  I could probably write more, but I have to work another concert at Avalon tonight, and I’d like to watch the rest of last night’s SamckDown before going to work later.  I’m also working the night club apparently, so I should make some decent money tonight.  Here’s hoping.

backstage: josh mattews vuelve a “arriesgar su vida” entrevistando a batista, le pregunto sobre este domingo a lo que batista contesto que rey mysterio ha cometido varios errores, “quitarle su titulo a batista”, “avergonzar a batista” y “firmar el acuerdo de lesion o algo asi” con una mirada fiera poco convincente batista garantizo que el domingo mysterio sera castigado, humillado y lesionado… con el rumor de que mysterio nescesita cirugia es muy probable que la amenaza de dave se haga realidad

backstage: Teddy long se encuentra en su oficina contemplando su traje a cuadros cuando llega vickie guerrero y eric… ESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSCOBAR, vickie le reclamo a teddy por permitir que los hermanos de la destruccion se reunieran, teddy como buen titere de vince que es le echo la culpa a vince, vickie no acepto esa excusa (y eso que es experta en EXCUSE MEEEEE) teddy la puso en su lugar diciendo que de plano no la ocupa cuando de pronto el patron vince llega para regañar a teddy por hacer excactamente lo que el le habia ordenado (que patron eh) despues decidio que teddy nescesitaba ayuda asi que (musica dramatica) oficialmente vickie guerrero se convirtio en la consultante lo que llevo a lo que en mi opinion es una de las reacciones de alegria mas divertidas que he visto en el año, este segmento me encanto, me recordo lo mucho que se le extaño a doña vickie, no me sorprenderia que se hiciera con la gerencia general mas tarde

hasta que por fin intentan poner a mcyntire como un rudo que SI lucha, por primer vez alguien logra dañarlo antes de que el inevitablemente ganara… aunque no hizo diferencia, lucha rapida, mcyntire hizo su ddt de 2 brazos y todo se acabo, al final de la lucha mcyntire sale despeinado y jadeando y claro haciendo esa vocecita que por alguna razon me causa gracia…

CM punk nos da una catedra sobre las drogas y “como sobrevivir” al mas puro estilo de una clase que podriamos escuchar en un centro de atencion a las adicciones, a este segmento solo le falto la musiquita emotiva con el clasico “creo en ti”, como siempre se la paso diciendo que todos por igual somos unos drogadictos y procedio a invitar a todos a ponerse de pie y a que los que lo veiamos en casa tocaramos la pantalla para “sentir su buena vibra de straight edge”, luego procedio a enseñarnos 3 cubetitas, una con una caja ridiculamente grande de cigarros, nos avento una explicacion de como nos contaminamos los pulmones y que solo habia una forma de sobrevivir y procedio a tirarlos en un bote de basura y a pisar los que cayeron al piso, luego mostro un frasco con medicina, nos regaño por como todos usamos la prescripcion del doctor para comernosla como si fueran dulces… por supuesto tambien los tiro al bote, la gente siguio abucheando, la tercer cubeta provoco una ovacion y no era para menos, ERA WHISKY!, punk nos dijo que esto controlaba nuestras vidas y que era veneno blah blah blah… sigo balbuceando cuando R-truth entro a interrumpir la clase en medio de una ovacion (yo ya me estaba durmiendo) truth solto su “WHATS UP” (que onda) y le dijo unas “verdades” dijo que la gente era libre de tomar sus propias decisiones y que ademas punk le caia gordo, a lo cual procedio a aplicarle un muy raro ddt directo en el bote de basura, mientras punk estaba en el suelo adolorido, truth LE VACIO EL BOTE CON DROGAS A PUNK! punk se retorcio eh hizo una cara de horror como si alguien le hubiera echado agua bendita a un demonio, un segmento divertido ya que truth hizo lo peor que se le puede hacer a un straight edge

3.- John Morrison D. Dolph ziggler en lucha de 2 de 3 caidas (***1/2)

no tienen idea de como me emociona mas la lucha por el intercontinental mas que la del WHC o el WWE, esta vez crei que ziggler se haria campeon finalmente, pero morrison demostro que no dejara que el intercontinental caiga en manos del pelos de elote, a pesar de que la lucha fue muy corta fue genial, morrison se llevo la primera caida cuando ziggler le habia bloqueado el starship pain y creia ganar cuando morrison aplico un roll up, luego comerciales, despues ziggler se concentro en las costillas de morrison hasta que contra ataco un roll up para aplicar el Zig Zag para empatar la contienda, la tercer caida estuvo mas reñida, al final morrison aplico el starship pain para retener finalmente

soy yo o ziggler esta teniendo chance tras chance por el titulo desde night of champs, quien sabe cuales seran las intenciones del equipo creativo, pero me parece que seria buen momento de cambiar el rumbo de esta rivalidad antes de que se vuelva tediosa y repetitiva

4.- Mickie james D. Layla con un rollup (1/2*)

Mickie buscaba venganza por el asesinato de su ropa la semana pasada y la obtuvo… para alguien que le gusta juntarse con una bully como Michelle mccool puedo decirles que layla hace un muy mal trabajo luchando… el unico movimiento visible que le note fue un drop kick y hasta alli por que mickie contra ataco y la cubrio para ganar… sip, no mucho que decir aqui

despues de la lucha layla… (LA ODIO ES DEMASIADO ENFADOSA!) tomo el microfono y le dijo que no duraria mucho celebrando y que mirara el titantron, aparecio michelle McCool vestida de granjera con el clasico “te lo advertimos” despues la llamo piggy james para mostrarnos un photoshop de un cerdito con la cara de mickie james y un “eso es todo amigos” al mas puro estilo de los looney tunes, mickie salio llorando…

soy yo o esta es la forma en que los directivos estan castigandola por ser “gorda” y no tener un “desempeño al maximo”, bueno señores esa es la prueba de que tan mal esta la division femenina, hasta donde se mickie james ha sido la diva que mas ha trabajado tanto en tv como en house shows, que piensan que ella es mecanica? nel, esa es la trizte realidad de la wwe, prefieren ponernos modelos que apenas luchan (layla por ejemplo…) que mostrarnos VERDADERAS LUCHADORAS (mickie james, beth phoenix, natalya) oh bueno… esto es wwe despues de todo

5.- Tyzon kidd D. Rey Mysterio por DQ (*1/2)

fue corto pero por lo menos vimos que SMACKDOWN si pone luchas diferentes, se la pasaron mas rato enfocando al “comentarista invitado” batista que practicamente no hablaba, rey ya tenia el 619 listo cuando kidd salio del ring, la lucha iba bien, estaba ineresante, hasta que batista se tuvo que meter a empujar a kidd, el ref llamo luego luego a la descalificacion, supongo que esta fue la forma de batista de “avergonzar” a mysterio, pero olvido una regla basica: nunca le des la espalda a mysterio, puede brincarte encima antes de que puedas siquiera reaccionar, batista volvio a dar maroma por segunda ocasion, batista intento atrapar a mysterio pero no pudo cacharlo por que el enmascarado se le escurrio fuera de su alcance, a pesar de todo… puedo decirles que me encanta como se esta construyendo el feudo

Backstage: Jerishow se encontraba conversando sobre la lucha de esta noche y survivor series, jericho le dijo al big show que debian de tener cuidado contra los BOD, show le dijo que si estaba asustado a lo que jericho respondio que no le temia ni al undertaker, ni al big show, show solo asintio y se fue, las luces se fueron de pronto y jericho empezo a gritar como niña (bueno no como niña pero grito bien cura), las luces volvieron y resulto que el big show habia apagado la luz, de modo que jericho SI esta asustado

6.- Los hermanos de la destruccion vs JeriShow termino en no contest (***)

buena lucha, justo lo que esperabamos ver, y justo lo que le hacia falta a kane despues de un tiempod e andar flojillo, kane fue apaleado por un rato antes de que le diera el hot tag al undertaker que ya estaba como fiera, se concentro en jericho, estaba por aplicar el chokeslam cuando jericho contra ataco para usar las murallas que a su vez fueron contra atacadas por la puerta del infierno, jericho iba a rendirse cuando big show rompio la llave con un legdrop, las cosas se calentaron de modo que kane se metio al quite y se armo el kaos, los 2 hermanos estaban por aplicar el chokeslam a show en la mesa de los comentaristas cuando jericho los interrumpio y se dio cuenta de que estaba acorralado (me parecia que se encogio en tamaño… tal vez era eso o yo me estaba partiendo de risa viendo la expresion en el rostro de jericho) ambos iban a terminar a jericho cuando show se recupero y knoqueo a kane, despues aplico el chokeslam al enterrador, fue a chekar a jericho cuando este le aplico el decodificador (ASI SE LLAMA, NO ROMPE CODIGO, NO LE ROMPIO EL CODIGO, ES EL DECODIFICADOR!), despues se bajo del ring y se robo el titulo

un final genial, comparado con RAW me encuentro mas emocionado de ver esta triple amenaza que la del titulo WWE

Mis favoritos de la noche

1.- CM punk: me gusto ver que su promo no fue repetitivo, en especial me encanto como se retorcio, tengan en cuenta que le estaban echando drogas a alguien que no las usa

2.- Chris jericho: genial como siempre, me encanta ver que puede hacer reir aun siendo rudo, me gusta mas asi

3.- Vickie Guerrero: aun despues de su segmento, su bailecito y sus gritos de felicidad me siguieron haciendo reir

Calificaion final: 7 de 10

como siempre smackdown le va aganando a raw, aunque debo decir que el raw de esta semana estuvo genial

eso fue todo por el momento, no estoy seguro si podre ver Survivor Series completo pero lo intentare ya que tengo que estar en la fiesta del barrio

los vere el lunes para mi opinion de como fue lo que vi de Survivor series y el martes les traere mi columna sobre RAW

On last week’s Smackdown, Mickie James was ‘reduced to tears’ when Michelle McCool and Layla interrupted her match against Natalya by cutting her clothes to pieces with some dressmaking scissors.

I didn’t like it, but I made a joke of it and chalked it up as another lame Diva storyline that might end up with Mickie beating Michelle McCool for the Women’s Title somewhere down the line. But this week the silliness didn’t just continue, it became infuriating. To the point where I feel embarrassed for the women involved.

The main premise was that following a pitifully short but victorious match against Layla , Mickie James was pointed in the direction of the titantron by her opponent. There she was met with a pre-recorded cartoony video of Michelle McCool referring to Mickie as ‘Piggy James’. McCool proceeded to sing her own version of ‘Old McDonald Had a Farm’, replacing McDonald with McCool and singing that Mickie was the newest piggy on her farm. This left Mickie James to walk out of the arena dejected and in tears.

I’m not stupid. I’ve watched wrestling for a long time. I understand that this is a work. All professional wrestling in the ’sports-entertainment’ stable is based on very basic principles.  There is a good guy/girl, a bad guy/girl, and ultimately good will prevail over evil. How and when each feud reaches that conclusion is down to the creative team, but the story will reach the same conclusion almost every time. Mickie James will, no doubt, get her revenge on Michelle McCool and Layla, we’ll all cheer and the story will be done and dusted. But there’s something more important going on here and I’m concerned about what it means for women in the WWE.

The most obvious reason for this storyline is that Mickie James’ shift from Raw to Smackdown during the recent Divas draft was down to the fact that she has become overweight. But that theory makes no sense. Firstly, I saw Mickie James in person a couple of weeks ago. She isn’t even close to being overweight. She looks incredibly healthy. You could possibly say that her work rate has very marginally decreased, but I would be more inclined to attribute that to the lack of time given to Divas matches than to Mickie’s actual wrestling talent.  Also, Smackdown is by far the superior wrestling show. Its mainstream media profile may be lower than Raw, especially since the introduction of the celebrity guest host feature, but among the wrestling community Smackdown has rarely missed the mark in recent months and I look forward to it more than any other brand. If being drafted to Smackdown is such a punishment, why would Beth Phoenix, debatably the most talented female wrestler in the entire company, be drafted at the same time? All indications were that Smackdown would be the place to go for strong, exciting female competition. Unfortunately, this is turning out to be painfully untrue.

I’m not too worried about Mickie James’ state of mind. Wrestlers are actors. They can summon up tears in the same way they can limp up the ramp with a fake knee injury. And I suspect Mickie had to agree to this storyline before it got started. But what worries me is that all Creative can come up with for these talented women is a sniping, catty, bitchy feud revolving around clothes, weight gain, the importance of physical appearance. Gender stereotyping in its purest form. Very little importance is placed upon the actual wrestling. I’m all for jokes and silliness. This website is based on just that and if you’re not taking wrestling with a pinch of salt, you should probably navigate to a different form of entertainment. Whether you’re a fan or a superstar you certainly need tough skin, however deeply involved with this industry you happen to be.

But what message does this ‘piggy’ story send out to the kids who watch wrestling? Personally, I preferred when wrestling was targeted at adults. I came to it during the Attitude Era when anything was fair game. As an adult, I found that exciting. But if WWE are making the shrewd business move of marketing their product to children, they need to think more carefully about how children might interpret the storylines they throw out there. When I watched Mickie’s entrance I was happy to see this little girl in the crowd.

It’s nice to see girls cheering for girls as well as the male wrestlers. But I wonder what she made of seeing Michelle McCool’s nursery rhyme based attack on her heroine. You’re a fat pig, you should feel ashamed and cry about it? I wouldn’t want any daughter of mine exposed to that. Of course, Mickie will eventually overcome the bullies and deliver a message of positivity. But this feud isn’t sitting comfortably with me at the moment. Women in general are bombarded with negative media and fashion industry messages concerning physical beauty, largely that physical beauty equals personal success and anything less than airbrushed perfection is failure. To a certain extent, physical appearance is an important theme within wrestling for both men and women. Wrestling’s connection to the bodybuilding and fitness industries suggests that a certain level of fitness and muscle tone are required as standard. But women within the WWE are held to higher physical standards than men. Men get away with carrying extra pounds in a way that women do not.

I’m not opposed to female feuds. On the contrary, I want to see more made of the exchanges between the women on the roster so that fans will start caring about the matches. I want that snowball to start rolling. But the methods and ideas currently used within these storylines are both lazy and outdated. Batista and Rey Mysterio’s current intense battle is based upon the breakdown of a long-standing friendship. CM Punk’s fight with R-Truth is based on the fact that Punk claims to be morally and socially superior to Truth. His feud with Jeff Hardy ran along similar lines. Mickie James’ feud with Michelle McCool is based on the suggestion that she is fat and her two bullies aren’t. There is no clever characterisation. No depth. No narrative. It’s insulting. Not necessarily to Mickie James, because she can take it on the chin, but to the audience. Women care about physical appearance above all else, right? So let’s just throw that out there and spend the rest of our time coming up with clever insults for CM Punk to chuck at the audience. It’s so very wrong.

According to a piece I read on Diva-Dirt.com earlier today, the piggy storyline also pertains to some concern among WWE management that Mickie James has an interest in pursuing a career beyond the company. If this happens to be true, I wish her good luck. A wrestler’s career is short and could be ended at any moment by serious injury. The in-ring career of any wrestler, male or female, will not take them through to their pension. A back-up plan is required. Today’s young, college educated talent have a Bachelor’s degree and in some cases a Masters degree to fall back on. I doubt we’ll see Dolph Ziggler and John Morrison ripping each other to pieces on an overseas tour into their late fifties and sixties. They have options. Flair and Hogan do not.

Female careers in wrestling are even shorter. The importance placed on youthful looking women within the WWE means that their shelf-life is significantly shorter than that of their male counterparts. The Undertaker, Triple H and Shawn Michaels are all headlining well into their forties. Can we say with any confidence that Michelle McCool, Mickie James and Layla will still be wrestling into their forties? There are all kinds of issues concerning why women don’t reach positions of prominence in the workplace, not just in wrestling but in the Western workplace as a whole. One argument, for example, is that women are more likely to leave their jobs when starting a family and are less likely to return to full-time work until after their children reach school age than their male equivalents.

These issues are far too complex to discuss here, but it’s interesting that Lillian Garcia recently left the WWE because she was getting married and wanted to start a new chapter in her life. Vickie Guerrero took several months off work because she felt she was travelling too much and needed to spend more time with her children.  We rarely hear of male superstars taking this kind of action. Two of the WWE’s most popular Divas, Trish Stratus and Lita, both left to forge successful careers in other industries. If Mickie James’ career aspirations lie elsewhere, why should she be denied that opportunity? WWE seem to have few plans to develop their women’s division, yet as soon as one of its most popular female stars expresses the tiniest indication that she might leave, they object. Like I say, I’m only responding to a rumour I read elsewhere, which may be untrue. But if it is true it’s extremely bad form and I’d like to see them give Mickie and her female colleagues a reason to stay, rather than punishing them for wanting to leave.

I don’t often write long, serious posts such as this. My mission statement has always been to look on the lighter side of the industry and find the comedy in the product the WWE put out there. But sometimes seemingly small developments make me angry and I have to get them off my chest. This has been one of those occasions. Normal, comedic service will resume with the Raw and Smackdown recaps.

6) La lucha entre Undertaker y Kane contra Chris Jericho y Big Show termina en DQ

Smackdown was very entertaining this week with the highlights of it been the 2 out of 3 falls match between John Morrison and Dolph Ziggler, another great promo from CM Punk and the Main Event which was The Brother Of Destruction vs Jerishow, setting up the Triple Threat Match at Survivor Series very well.

The first match of the night was Batista vs Matt Hardy in a good little match making The Animal look dominating, and was pretty much a squash with very little offence from Hardy.

The match following was Finlay vs Drew McIntyre, with Finlay beating on McIntyre from the get go, but gets poked in the eye. McIntyre eventually gets a Double Arm Underhook DDT for the win. Poor Finlay!!

Then we saw a very good match from 2 up and comers Ziggler and Morrison. Lots of back and forth action with Ziggler going after the injured ribs of Morrison for most of the match. Morrison Got the 1st pinfall with a roll up early on. Ziggler would eventually get the 2nd fall after going after the ribs and delivering the Zig Zag. Despite this Morrison fought through the pain and went on to successfully defend the title after taking Ziggler out with Starship Pain.

Divas match kept the storyline between Micke and Mccool and Layla going, but other than that, didn’t interest me.

CM Punk did another great promo about being straight edge by pretty much throwing everything that can poison you (Cigarettes, Pain killers, Alcohol) in to a trash can in the ring. R-Truth would eventually come to the ring and talk Punk down and take him out with a DDT and empty the trash can of drugs and smokes all over Punk. This was an amusing promo.

Rey took on Tyson Kidd in a decent match with Batista at the announcer’s table to watch the match (he didn’t speak throughout the match). Batista would interfere causing Rey Rey to lose by disqualification, which would cause Rey to take Batista down with a seated senton, embarrassing The Animal a 2nd time.

The main event which seemed to go to a non finish was a fun match with plenty of action setting up the triple threat match very well. The end kind of came when Jericho is in the ring been doubled teamed by The BoD, but Big Show would help Jericho by Choke-Slamming Taker. But when Show went to help Chris up, Chris would deliver the Code Breaker to Show and runaway with Takers World Championship. Will this be the scene at Survivor Series?

Olha eu de novo ai galera, o último show antes do Survivor Series o Sd dessa semana teve uma reunião dos Brothers of The Destruction. Are You Ready?Com a Theme Phodastica começamos o SD dessa semana, o último antes do Survivor Series ( EU VOU ASSISTIR, se os Streams derem certo né) enfim começamos hoje com

Single Match: Batista vs Matt Hardy.

Começamos essa match com Matt aplicando socos em Batista até os 2 irem para fora do ringue onde Matt joga Batista contra a security wall e depois o coloca no ringue. Batista aproveita disso para mandar chutes e um slam para o pin sem sucesso seguido de chin lock, Matt sai com o jawbreaker e soca batista para o elbow drop, Matt ia fazer o TOF mas Batista reverte para BB e Matt tamém reverte para DDT e o pin sem sucesso. Matt tenta o side effect mas da errado e Batista tenta o spear, Matt contra ataca com o leg scizzors e depois soca Batista no corner, o “Aninmal reage e manda 3 spinebusters para o Batista Bomb e o Pin sem sucesso.

Vencedor: Batista

Comentários: Luta legal (mesmo com o Batista), pois foi objetiva (dar moral para Batista na sua luta contra Rey) e Matt reverte o BB para DDT.

Nos bastidores JM pergunta a Batista sobre semana passada (rey jogou a mesa em cima dele) e Batista responde que ele nunca vai lutar depois da luta pois ele não vai ter piedade e vai puni-ló e não vai ficar com remorso do que ele vai fazer com ele.

Na sala de TL vemos ele se arrumando até vickie chegar e falar que falar que no tempo dela de GM, ela nunca viu os BOD, Ted diz que a decisão não e dele e de Mr Mcmahon, vickie diz então que ele está sendo controlado por ele e tem que botar moral no show, Ted da uma tirada em Vickie e Vince chega e fala que a idéia da reunião dos BOF foi uma idéia imbécil ( e foi dele a idéia) e fala que Vickie será sua consultante para ficar de olho em TL.

Single Match: Drew McIntyre vs Finlay.

A match começa com Finlay socando Drew que sai do ringue mas é perseguido pelo Irlandês que o ataca furiosamente até os 2 voltarem ao ringue e Finlay Bater mais em Drew, mas quando o Juíz separa Finlay Drew o acerta no olho e depois manda o Double Arm DDT para o pin com sucesso.

Vencedor: Drew McIntyre

Comentários: Luta bem rápida só para alimentar a feud e tudo culminar em um combate no DQ. (aposto que isso vai acontecer)

No ringue temos uma mesa com 3 baldes com um X e um latão de lixo, então CM punk vem ao ringue e começar a falar que vai ajudar os fãs a se recuperarem dos vícios. Ele diz que o primeiro passo para a cura e a confissão, e que as pessoas tem que admitir que tem esse problema e pede para que todos levantem suas mãos, mas ninguém faz e vaia Punk. Ele fala que os fãs não são nada sem as drogas que matam seus corpos, ele disse que vai ensinar como se libertar desse vício. Então Punk pega o primeiro balde com um X e nele tinha cigarros, ele fala que quem fuma está jogando seus pulmões fora, então Punk joga os cigarros fora, na lata de lixo.
No próximo balde tinha remedios e Punk diz que as pessoas tomam remédio sem receita médica apenas por que já são viciadas em medicamentos, então Punk joga os remedios no lixo e depois pega uma garrafa de wisk e fala que quem bebe isso está tomando um veneno e depois joga a “Marvada” no latão de lixo (que merda tá ficando essa lata de lixo), então quando ele termina, R-truth aparece e fala que Punk se acha melhor que todos na arena e fala que na verdade todos são capazes de tomar as próprimas decisões na vida e por fim ele diz que não gosta dele e manda um DDT e depois joga em cima dele toda aquela (merda) lavagem e depois o ataca com a lata de lixo.

2 of 3 Falls Intercontinental championship Match: John Morrison vs Dolph Ziggler.

Começamos com Ziggler na ofensiva até Morrison reagir com clothesline, drop kick e half kick para o pin sem sucesso. Morrison derruba Dolph e tenta o SSP mas Dolph sai fora do ringue e Morrison manda um out side 360 splash (eu acho que foi isso por que pareceu com um 450º splash). De volta ao ringue Morrison tenta o SSP mas Dolph coloca os joelhos se protegendo e quando ele vai atacar Morrison, ele reage e manda um small packtage com sucesso.

Morrison tenta um roll up sem sucesso e depois o kick, mas Dolph desvia do kick e manda seu finisher para o pin com sucesso.

Dolph manda um drop kick para o pin sem sucesso e depois manda desesperadamente elbows drop para outro pin sem sucesso seguido de chin lock. Dolph manda um belo backbreaker e pina sem sucesso, Dolph estica a coluna de Morrison com a ajuda do steel step e manda um low drop kick para o pin sem sucesso e Morrison deixa a onda levar e pina Dolph também, mas sem sucesso. Dolph consegue o Face buster mas Morrison escapa do pin. Dolph tenta um slam e Morrison MARAVILHOSAMENTE reverte o slam para DDT e depois manda o Star Ship Pain para o pin com sucesso.

Comentários: Para uma 2 of 3, essa luta foi muito rápida e acho que serviu para dar moral a Morrison que vai  enfrentar o Team Miz no SS.

Divas Single Match: Mickie James Vs Layla.

A catfight começa com Mickie socando Layla até ela reagir e começar a chutar Mickie para o low drop kick seguido de pin sem sucesso. Mickie reage rapidamente e manda um roll up para o pin sem sucesso.

Após a luta Layla pega o microfone e fala para ela comemorar enquanto pode um video de Michelle McCool vestida de fazendeira e começa a cantar aquela musica da fazenda (ia ia ooooooooo) e aparece uma montagem de Mickie ou como McCool disse Piggie, com um corpo de porco e a cara de Mickie e depois ela ainda zoa Mickie com uma montagem de Gaguinho, e Mickie fica a chorar no ringue. (sacanagem da WWE)

A luta começa com Tyson dominando com chutes, socos e strong irish whip para o pin sem sucesso. Tyson manda low drop kick para o pin sem sucesso mamas depois erra o springboard elbow drop e Rey reage mandando hurricanrana e chutes para o pin sem sucesso. Rey deixa Tyson na posição do 619 mas ele sai e Batista ataca Tyson Nisso Rey aproveita para mandar um senton drop em Batista e depois manda um low drop kick e sai correndo.

Tag Team Match: WWE Unified Tag Team Champions Jeri-Show vs THe Brothers Of The Destruction.

Começamos com Jericho e Kane no ringue. Jericho tenta atacar mas Kane manda um uppercut seguido de corner clothesline e o pin sem sucesso + tag com Taker, ele entra e manda Jericho contra o corner e ele faz tag com Big Show. Os 2 se encaram e trocam socos e SHOW manda o irish whip mas Taker reage e manda um flyning lariat e depois ele junto com Kane mandam um double clothesline em Show e vamos aos comerciais.

Na volta temos Jericho e Taker no ringue e o Dead man manda o old school para o pin sem sucesso, Taker faz a tag com Kane e os 2 manda um double big Boot e Kane parte para o pin sem sucesso. Big Show faz tag escondida com Jericho e manda um spear em Kane para o pin sem sucesso. Show fica socando Kane no ringue e depois manda alguns moves para a tag com Jericho, que manda bulldog e o springboard lion salt mas Kane se protege com os joelhos.
Jericho faz tag com Show que tenta um superplex em Kane, mas ele derruba Show e manda o diving clothesline para a tag com Taker que entra e manda o combo (big boot + leg drop) e o pin sem sucesso. Taker tenta o chokslam mas Jericho reverte para WOF e Taker reverte para Hells Gate, mas Show entra no ringue manda um Leg drop em Taker, Kane vem para o resgate e manda show para fora do ringue com um Big Boot, Taker deixa Jericho Caido e Kane Arruma a mesa dos comentaristas para um double chokeslam em Big Show mas Jericho tenta salva-ló e acaba tomando um chokslam e de Kane, Big Show pega Kane e manda o Ko punch nele, Taker tenta o chokslam em Show mas ele entra dentro do ringue e manda um Chokslam em Taker. Big Show vai ver se Jericho esta bem e do nada Jericho manda o code breaker em Big Show e em seguida foge com o WH title de Taker.
