3D mini-skull ~ Fire in the Head

So, I bought 3 new molds. I have been pretty excited about them because they are full on 3D skull molds, which I have never worked with before. One is large, two are small. They finally arrived in the mail & I excitedly set up some plaster.

They set.

And then they sat.

I was intimidated by the idea of painting these skulls! So, tonight I confessed my dilemma to my Beloved & he suggested I just paint one for fun. No expectations, just see what comes out.

And boy, check out what came out.
