Pēdējā laikā daudz domāju par to, ko varētu darīt tādu, kas man sagādātu patiesu prieku un nodrošinātu līdzekļus iztikai un baudām. Viena no tēmām/nozarēm ir procesu optimizēšana/sakārtošana. Plāna kā to realizēt gan vēl nav – bet gan jau būs labi, jo skaidri definēta vēlme ir puse no uzvaras. Ja kādam ir ieteikumi vai idejas par to, ko man vajadzētu darīt – priecāšos uzklausīt.
Šajā sakarā: mans nesenais piedzīvojums ar auto novietošanu Tallinā un soda kvīts par nepareizu novietošanu saņemšanu.
Visa komunikācija ar igauņu valsts aparātu notika pa epastu (nosūtīju arī foto no notikuma vietas) un lēmums par sodu 480 eek (ap Ls 30) ir atcelts – no sākuma saņēmu to igauniski ar digitālo parakstu parakstītu – to man laipni iztulkoja stāvvietu pārvaldošā uzņēmuma pārstāvis, jo man kā LV pilsonim protams nav Igaunijas e-paraksta ierīces. Vēl palasījos internetā ka vispār juridiski ārzemēs sastādītu soda kvīšu
Manuprāt, latvijā elektroniska komunikācija nekad nedotu rezultātus un nekas sakarīgs nenotiktu, ja nebūtu kaudzes papīru un birokrātijas labirintu staigāšanas.
Latvijas ierēdniecībai vajadzētu mācīties no kaimiņvalstīm.

Un par baudu laikam jau vēl ko teikt, bet aizmirsu.

I nearly got caught out last night whilst filming Lemar at Eschuca singing 50/50. His performance was very brief so there was no time for technical errors. The video camera suddenly won’t record and was displaying a message on the LCD screen “Dirty tape head use tape cleaner”. Normally I have a brand new tape cleaner in my bag but as sod’s law would have it, not tonight. I’ve never needed the tape cleaner before, well it was a good job I had a spare tape that worked fine. I will always carry a tape cleaner from now on and also test my video camera and tapes before I arrive so I know there isn’t a problem at the last minute.

Mans viedoklis par fotoradariem ir pozitīvs un es tos atbalstu, kaut arī zinu, ka daudziem hroniskiem pārkāpējiem ir jau sen iegādāti radardetektori, kas ļauj noteikt fotoradaru vismaz 500 metrus iepriekš. Pašam man tāda nav, un neuzskatu ka būtu nepieciešams.

Vakardien braucot mājup, Baltezerā pretējā ceļmalā ieraudzīju uzstādītu foto radaru, kura izvietojums un darbības virziens viennozīmīgi norāda uz to, ka vismaz pašreizējais to izvietojums ir nevis uzlabot drošību uz ceļa, bet gan sasniegt kārtējos rekordus, par stundā nobildētajiem ātruma pārkāpējiem

Lai pamatotu savu domu, izveidoju nelielu karti iekš maps.google, kurā attēloju visus būtiskākos elementus – apdzīvotas vietas robežu, radara novietojumu, darbības virzienu.

Kā redzam no kartes, tad radars novietots tikai 100-130 metrus aiz ceļa zīmes Apdzīvotas vietas sākums, jeb lai “ķertu” tos kas iebrauc Baltezerā nesabremzējoties līdz 60km/h jau pirms ceļa zīmes “Baltezers”.

Protams var teikt, ka uz 50km/h jābrauc jau sākot no zīmes, bet tie kas regulāri brauc caur Baltezeru, zin ka braucot no Ādažiem uz Rīgu tieši pirms Baltezera ceļš ir no uzkalna lejā, tādējādi lai neiebrauktu Baltezerā ar ātrumu virs 70km/h (nemaz nerunājot 50km/h) ir jābremzē vairāk kā parasti, bet ja grib taupīt degvielu izmantotot automašīnas inerci un ieripot Baltezerā īpaši nebremzējot, tad brīvgaitā jāsāk ripināties jau no pagrieziena uz Baltezera kokaudzētavu, kas ir vismaz 1km iepriekš.

Kāpēc tāds cepiens? Tāpēc ka:

• neticu ka radars nolasa maksimālo ātrumu + iztaisa bildi distancē kas ir mazāka par 40metriem (jeb 2sekundes braucot ar 70km/h vai 1sekunda lidojot uz 150 km/h)
• neatbalstu radara ar +10k/h iestatījumiem izvietojumu tuvāk kā 200 metri pirms/pēc zīmēm apdzīvotas vietas beigas/sākums ja mājas sākas tikai pēc šiem 200metriem (kā tas ir Baltezera gadījumā)
• uzskatu ka foto radars jāizvieto vietās, kur tiešām ir dzīvojamās mājas un intensīva gājēju plūsma, nevis vietās kur pēc CSN ir jābrauc ar ierobežotu ātrumu, bet dabā nav būtisku apdraudējumu.

Zinot, kā tiek izmantoti parastie radari ceļu policistu rokās vai videoradari ar ko ekipētas ceļu policijas automašīnas, nebrīnīšos, ja arī fotoradari ir uzgriezti uz maksimālo darbības distanci, kas brīžiem sniedzas pāri ceļa zīmju darbības zonai.

Bet varbūt sašutums ir nevietā un beidzot ieviešot fotoradarus tiks sakārtota ātruma pārkāpumu fiksēšana un tehniski tiks izslēgti gadījumi, kad apturētajiem braucējiem tiek piedēvēti svešu auto ātrumi, vai sliktas redzamības laikā ceļu policsti videoradarā uz mirkli uzplēksnījošo maksimālo ātrumu steidz uzrādīt pirmai pretīm braucošai mašīnai. Vismaz jautājumi par fotoradara darbības principu ir uzdoti un tiek gaidīta atbilde no ceļu policijas amatpersonām.

Net Neutrality is, as you may not know, the idea that your internet provider gives you access to all sites on the internet at a constant speed. This has been standard practice for years now and in my opinion should stay this way. However the big bad wolf -Virgin Media- has decided they don’t give a crap about the small, privately run sites of the world wide web, they only care about the sites that are willing to fork out some £££’s.

What Virgin Media are basically doing, is making the sites that don’t pay them a pile of cash load up slower than the sites that do pay them a pile of cash.

So that small bloke with no friends you know…well he now has to pay the big, fake tanned bloke just to have a chance…

And to make it worse, I’m on Virgin Media…the sods.

Its was a long time in my head possibly from old sci-fi and a trip to Disney when i was ten but cmon this is the answer guys!! This wins on all levels i will take over one day and enforce this transport system on the state. Watch the video first then come back to me.

This is it! It answers all issues i can tell of.

Cost of implementation: CPO of support beams cannot be too high and will allow for other transport padestrians, emergency etc to go underneath
Commuter density: As the entire city can go directly to where they need to go there would be no main transport node overcrowding with people having to go to a central point in order to get back out to where they wish to go. Also the computer controlled system would keep the pods at a constant stream increasing the density of traffic which could fit on a line compared to regular trains.
Environment: Just skimming the top of this one. The system is electric therefore the source of the power can be augmented as and when renewable power slides the affordability scale. The transport will not run with thousands of empty seats a day. People can get out of their cars as in the skyway you can have that music you like playing as loud as you like, you can have that tele-meeting but on top of that slap a wireless connection in there and you can have a mini traveling office avec mug of coffee and bagel if you please!
There are so many more reasons for thei public private partnerships, hospital transport street to door, tourist assistance, delivery pods could run on the same system taking the heavy goods vehicles off the roads, drink driving reduction 24 /7 / 365 availabiliy the list goes on and on. check out their website for more details and tell a friend or two.
