Documental Interesantísimo sobre la Naturaleza de Exoplanetas, y como es costumbre de la más radiosa actualidad, del 2009 por National Geographic, y que gracias a los últimos descubrimientos, y los futuros que se tendrá con el telescopio Kepler, tendremos una idea aproximada que tipo de atmósfera y superficie y probablemente de vida albergan en esos esos Planetas Extrasolares.Gracias a ianuaStella Por Este Extraordinario Documental.

Se creía que toda órbita era elíptica cuasiconcéntrica en un sistema solar, pero se han descubierto planetas que orbitan en forma de cometas, a esos planetas se les llaman “yoyos”, y es que tienen veranos como los de Venus, y Inviernos como los de Júpiter, y esa amplitud térmica se antoja complicado para albergar vida.También están los planetas totalmente acuosos, incluso su superficie es agua pero en estado de hielo 7, producida por la enorme presión de gran cantidad del líquido elemento.En esas rarezas cósmicas, nos encontramos también con planetas puramente macizos, elemento el cual es el carbono, y que sería como un pedruzco orbitando, es decir que los de hielo 7 con los de carbono maxizos sería los extremos de nuestra Tierra, y la Tierra sería una mezcla de estos dos.

 

También existen las supertierras, y que podría albergar vida en ella, pero por su extraordinario tamaño, su gravedad sería crítica, por lo que tendríamos que desplazarnos a sus posibles lunas (como tiene Júpiter y Saturno).Si ya eran rarezas estos exoplanetas, están los planemos, éstos son los huérfanos que después de ser expulsado de su sistema solar vagan por la inmensidad del espacio.Y el próximo telescopio, Kepler, será capaz de detectar al menos 50 planetas como la Tierra, y será el primer paso para ver la posibilidad de Vida Extraterrestres en otros Mundos.

Shoes are prone to wearing out quickly just due to their very nature of daily pounding. This is the reason it is even more crucial to maintain and care for your shoes even more than other items in your wardrobe. There are some tips that can help you prolong the life of your shoes, some of which are basic repair and cleaning routines that can be handled at home.

It doesn’t take a huge amount of time, effort, or money to do the maintenance that will help to protect your investment and prolong the life of your quality shoes. It doesn’t make any sense whatsoever to invest a hundred dollars or more on a pair of shoes and then not take the necessary steps to care for them properly. One of the easiest things you can do for your shoes is to clean the dirt off them gently with a soft brush and if they are wet, dry them off and stuff them with dry newspaper to help absorb any moisture and help them keep their shape while they are drying.

For leather shoes you can and should use cream to polish and protect them. After polishing you should always be sure to remove the excess with a non-abrasive cloth. Just the mere act of polishing can make your neglected shoes look almost new again, but if you keep them polished in the first place they will be more likely to never look bad to begin with.

Okay, those are the easy things now let’s look at the maintenance tips that take a little more elbow grease or assistance from a professional. If you have a pair of high quality leather shoes that the heels are becoming worn on you can have the heels replaced with rubber heel caps that will not only last longer than the original ones but also be more comfortable to walk on.

Another popular replacement is that of the original leather sole. Leather soles wear out quickly and replacing them with high quality rubber soles such as Vibram will help to prolong the life of your shoes and also make them less slippery. If you live in a colder climate you will appreciate that the rubber soles help keep your feet warm better than the leather ones as well give you better protection against slipping on icy areas.

Another method of shoe maintenance that can be applied to your favorite pair of shoes is to replace the leather sole with a rubber one. Although the leather does allow room for the foot to breathe, it is less warm and more slippery. This can be a concern during the winter month especially in snowy and icy conditions. The rubber sole would provide more traction for your foot and prevent slipping and falling.

Most men are familiar with the style of men’s dress shoes known as “wing tips”, those with an elaborate and ornate toebox which is both decorative and protective. Those of us who know how to find quality wingtips at the best prices are a much rarer breed.
In order to acquire the best possible pair of these majestic shoes there are numerous considerations that we must think about.

The factors of style, color, price, and comfort all have to be taken in to consideration in order to find the best value of a quality pair of wingtip shoes. Incidentally, these same factors apply to shopping for other shoes as well.

For many style is the thing that is thought of first. Right or wrong, this is the way that most people think and they often will sacrifice comfort for style. This is particularly apparent in women where we see them wearing tall stiletto heels that do incredible damage to the feet and can only feel good to someone with masochistic tendencies. Wingtip shoes are virtually timeless as far as a men’s dress shoe goes so take the time to choose a pair that will match your overall wardrobe that will still be in your budget and look good.

Due to the fact that I am always online I tend to use the internet to research everything and footwear is no exception. I would suggest you do the same. No matter where you work as a nurse chances are that you spend a large part of your day on your feet. Many people don’t realize that in addition to the patience and the education it takes to be a nurse it also takes some physical strength and stamina. Some days you may not get 5 minutes to sit down all day because you are so busy so it is really critical that you choose the proper shoes to help support your feet. I know when I was growing up my mom worked as a nurse and one of her biggest complaints was having to be on her feet all day long and she worked a lot of 12 hour shifts.

For nurses, as with other people who are on their feet all day, comfort needs to be the foremost consideration. Never put style over comfort when you must be standing the majority of your work shift. You won’t be seeing nurses wearing high heels! Being on your feet for ten hours or more is very stressful on your legs, ankles, feet and your lower back as well. Choosing the proper shoes with good padding and support will help to alleviate this.

When you are looking for shoes to wear in your nursing profession you also want to look for shoes with non slip soles since there are many situations you may find yourself in where the floor may be slippery. There is always something wet on the floor in a hospital.

It is best to choose rubber soles because not only do they give you stability but they are also protective against foreign substances that you may step on. You can simply wash your shoe off and go about your business. You want to be sure that you buy shoes with thick soles as well.

I just had to go into the hospital a couple of months ago and the nurses and doctors alike were almost all wearing the new rubber shoes called “Crocs”. Undoubtedly they must be extremely comfortable for so many of the staff at the hospital to be wearing them. Another cool thing about them is that they are very much in style too, especially in my area. These shoes are made totally of rubber so they are very easy to care for, all you have to do is just wash them off with soap and water and you are good to go. This makes an excellent choice for an environment such as a hospital where you may be coming in contact with all kinds of biohazards that you have to deal with on a daily basis.
