Well, well, well Simon Cowell on the front cover of the NME (New Musical Express, for those that don’t know was once a highly influential paper for discerning record buyers. Repeat WAS) It created intrigue. I didn’t buy a record because of a review but I was curious enough to want to hear it and then make up my own mind as how to dispose of my disposable income. It was there to whet our appetites and were slavering, hungry and ready for our nourishment. Now the NME matters not and they have splashed the nemesis on the front cover. Nothing is any different from the last five years that Simon Cowell has reigned supreme and all things Simon Cowell continue to dominate the ‘coverted’ Christmas Number One. Why should anything change now?

First question, why is it coveted? Maybe once it meant something, now it’s a forgone conclusion. And before you jump up and tell me Rage against the Machine pipped him to the post for the first time in half a decade, so what? It won’t change anything, it’s an outcry, we’ve had them against wars, politicians, you name it we’ve voiced it. The public gets on it’s high horse and voices it’s opinion. Within a week Joe X Factor Winner will be outselling Rage against the Machine, everyone will be full of festive bird and trimmings and it’ll be buysiness as usual.

And so to the NME article. And let’s be totally honest here, written to get people to buy a paper they no longer care about. Because the nemesis is on the cover. Whatever you think of Simon he is bigger than Swine Flu and far more contagious. He changed the way we watched televison ( we being a generalization) and he changed the way people bought records. He got them to watch his programs and to buy his records, where previously they bought very few records. They couldn’t care less about music on television as we can see from what became of MTV. Please someone tell them what the ‘M’ stands for.

Let us debate.From said article…

Simon Cowell believes he single handedly managed to save the industry from ruin, he says in a new interview with NME. Things were looking pretty grim before he started with the two shows, ( X Factor and Britain’s got Talent ) Cowell says and the fact that he managed to get such high ratings on TV boosted interest in the music the contenders on the show made. One thing lead to another, and more and more people started going into music stores to buy music, which would not have happened otherwise, the star says.

“The music industry was in a huge decline. What I would argue in my defense is that shows like Britain’s Got Talent and The X Factor have actually got people more interested in music again and are sending more people into record stores. We haven’t seen this kind of uplift in years,” Cowell tells NME. In making this statement, he also comes to contradict other stars who claim that these two shows only bring out the worst in the industry, in that they artificially promote manufactured pop stars who have no staying power – this, despite the fact that some of those who appeared on the show have gone to sell millions of albums all over the world, like Leona Lewis and Susan Boyle.

Correct, more people did go in to record stores to buy music, but not music as such Simon, they bought YOUR music. He says he single handedly saved the industry from ruin. Again I beg to differ, he saved SONY/BMG from ruin and for that they pay him more than most labels turn over nowadays. I don’t think he saved Universal from the disastrous year they have just had and the massive sums of money they had to be seen to invest in new albums from U2 etc to look like they were playing the game. Which when all is said and done is the incessant, mindless game of catch up. He’s already lapped you several times over, you’re on the starting blocks…….No particular place to go! While Simon Cowell saved the music industry, Universal laid off a bunch of people. Where lies the saviour in that? And next year they’ll be even more redundancies. The music industry is incapable of keeping up with him, because he is more gifted than them in knowing what the people want. And now he has the only shows that people watch that have music on. He can pick and choose what wannabes and what stillhavetobees are on it. He is the only kid in town, the only one with that choice.

Call it the dumbing down of record buyers, call it apathy, call it what the fuck you want but nobody does it anywhere near as successfully as Simon Cowell and every A and R person in the music business wishes they had a mere fingernail of his midas touch. But they don’t . They cannot lead and they cannot follow, they scratch their combined heads and they have no answer. Simon Cowell will dominate for as long as he chooses to , there is no deposition in sight and he ain’t abdicating. He is too powerful. He started the battle and he won the war. In the music industry people used to be constantly looking over their shoulders to see where the competition was, from wherever. That’s what made it exciting, everyone vying for pole position. You pip someone, they pip you. We were a nation of pippers, now he’s Pip Central, he’s pipped the lot of ‘em and they’re all totally pipped off.

Where is the competition, where lies the challenge? He’s so adept at it now, it can’t be demanding. He’s even working with Clive Davis and Simon Fuller who also know the ropes better than the competition. ‘All for one and one for all’ as these Three Muskateers all sit triumphantly under the BMG empire.

I worked there and with all them for 7 years in the 90’s and directly with the two Simons. Clive Davis probably didn’t know me from Adam and he never invited me to his pre Grammy’s Party. For that I am eternally grateful, I hate puking at parties. In those days it was a different set up and a different level of success. Like most record companies, they had success and then they didn’t. I saw Simon Cowell rise from nothing and I know what he has that his competitors don’t have……. belief, resilience and an ability to deliver, consistently. More than the rest of them put together. You may not like it but you can never underestimate the power he has in knowing how to do it. He may appear he’s bitching about RATM but he’s just winding everyone up, he’ll love the fact that he creates so much controversy that a nation must rise against him

The first of many rants I suspect.

Facts of the BFG: Let's Do This

In 1985 or there close within, a young rapper named LL Cool J burst onto the scene with his fresh, innovative, and ultimately brash single, “Rock the Bells” under the label Def Jam. Who could possibly forget such classic lines as, “You bring the woodpecker, I will bring the wood”? Our favorite line from the single, however, would be that of, “I will battle anybody, I don’t care you tell…” And with such a boast, LL reigned supreme for years with Earl, the DJ whose hand was like a shark’s fin on the wheels of steel.

There has been enough smack talking from the likes of many platinum heavyweights to last a lifetime, and frankly, Universal Artists, International and Joe Stern-McGovern, global agent and President of the company, have decided it’s time to call all bluffs, to stop those who would deal from the bottom of the deck, to prove their own worth, and to reign supreme, just as their ancestor, LL Cool J, did in the mid-80s. With an eye towards cornering the rap market by somewhere around 2014, Universal Artists, International has announced to the world, “You think you can touch this, you talkin’ to me, well then let’s cash battle, sucker DJs”*.

Joe Stern-McGovern: A Challenge for Charity

Beginning January 2010, Universal Artists, International’s heavyweights, Black Flock Gang aka BFG from the self-titled smash CD, BFG, and their oft featured artists, Christian Levi and Ms. Kesha Lee, will set out on the road to battle all comers to prove their dominance in the highly competitive world market. Sucker DJs globally, be prepared to be shut down, to have your mama thoroughly disrespected, to bow your heads in shame, and to wipe those saline tears of miserable failure away as you have your proverbial asses handed to you Dirty South Style courtesy of the BFG.

DO: Ain't No Other

Is this a claim on behalf of the notorious, infamous, and supreme BFG that the South trumps east, west, and midwest? Certainly not. Why might one ask? Simply said, with the versatility of the BFG, they consider themselves masters of every variation, bringing due respect and paying homage to each in their own way. Not only will the Black Flock Gang break out in verse to make the hardest of the Eastern seaboard suffer whiplash, they will rock the richter scale until California falls off and into the ocean as the next largest island of the world. If they fail to show restraint, California might entirely become the next Atlantis.

Fans Awaiting the BFG Concert

Sucker DJs of every realm, bow down in reverence as the kings who came to save the game pass before your mortal eyes. You name the place, you name the date, you name the style, and watch yourselves stepped on like a petulant red ants on a picnic blanket. The BFG will demand nothing short of your full measure of respect. Show them a line and they will cross it in a minute. If you can see them, it’s too late to run.

The Honorable Hood Shuttlesworth

“Disciples of soul, godfathers of rap, our rhythm is down as your mama is whack,” claims Japan’s lead envoy for Universal Artists, International. Yes, the BFG have already made their way overseas and leveled the best the Japanese market has to offer in exhibition shows against some of the greatest styles in the manner of Ludacris, Lil’ Jon, Slim Thug, Ice Cube, and even the tattoed poet himself, Lil’ Wayne.

No one can bring the energy of the BFG, no one can match their verbal skills and delivery. The BFG will make a grown man cry to any of the numerous beats by Tiptonville, Tennessee’s own A-Dub, conqueror of crunk and his cohort, 731 joker of Lake County and pop’s answer to the age old question of the chicken and the egg, Lil’ J.

A-Dub & Lil' J: I Been On

Is this challenge by Joe Stern-McGovern of Universal Artists, International belligerent? Not at all, it simply underscores the supremacy and dominance of the BFG for any of the unenlightened, ill spoken, disrespectful, or simply “act a fool” MC. Like Hammer said in his time, “Can’t touch this,” and from the likes of Public Enemy, “Don’t believe the hype,” and Vanilla Ice…well, let’s not even go there…

In words of caution from those under the Shaka Productions camp in Birmingham, Alabama, “Man up, fool, check your D, because you’re ’bout to feel the fury of the BFG, B!”

In a quote from Joe Stern-McGovern, he summarizes his own take on the legends come to be publicly, collectively, and individually as the BFG,

“You cannot hold down the human spirit any easier than you can surpress the intellect. Give it some time, and it’s certain to rise to the surface and beyond your wildest dreamsn and expectations”.

When asked about the BFG and their lyrics, methods, and take on life, the company’s President, Joe Stern-McGovern, gave the following response,

“When I was a youth myself, we realized we were doing many sectors and slices of society a disservice, socially and politically speaking. These children were fed on the lies, corruption, and propaganda of forces supposedly larger than themselves, but they’ve risen, risen from the plumes with a message which won’t be swept beneath the carpet.”

Joe Stern-McGovern: President of Universal Artists, International

Joe Stern-McGovern continued to state,

“Their lyrics are a social commentary, a take on their lives in a society which has tried to mold them into what they wanted them to be, pawns and worker ants to the queen, but they have a message to send with their own take on the turn fate has handed them.

If the world, let alone any invidual has taken up issue with the BFG? In a quote from Joe Stern-McGovern,

“Society has made their bed, now they can lie in it. If the powers that be cannot deal with the indignance of the disenfranchised who refuse to be categorized or smothered by sweeping generalizations, let them do better next time, and try harder with future generations”.

Lo of the BFG: The Usual Suspect

In a quote from Joe Stern-McGovern,

“The dye is cast with this lot, and now society will face their full fury, as well as their sometimes poetically beautiful take on the human condition.”

In one word from one journalist, “Wow!”

The black flock gang has arrived, and will continue to reign supreme as long as they care to carry their message, and once having done so in a manner of haughty arrogance coupled with humility, the saviors of the hustle many call rap will pass on the torch to their own sons and daughters for millions to thrill to in future battles.

Max Herre – der gut aussehende und smarte Musiker aus Stuttgart hat wieder ein Album produziert. „Ein geschenkter Tag“ ist der Titel der neuen Scheibe und Max hat sich verändert und sein Sound mit ihm!

Foto: Oneshot.at

Be sure to read the parts about her famous producers, friends, associates, staff members and Kabbalah members, contacting and approaching me on her behalf and the part about Kabbalah member Russell Davies’ sick misconduct in conjunction with her (press ctrl F and then type in his name Russell Davies). I will post a summary of the lawsuit shortly.

During the George W. Bush administration, I filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the FBI. First they lied in writing and stated there were no files. Then, when I pressed the issue some more with a written “appeal” of their decision, they stated in writing there are files and they are withholding them and I’d have to sue them to get it, so I did today.

The FBI has been withholding thousands of pages in files relating to the case and other items concerning me, in violation of the Freedom of Information Act.

Madonna

When Obama ran for President, he promised “Change” in America. He also promised “transparency” in government, something that was sorely lacking during the Bush years.

Therefore, it is in this vein that I filed the lawsuit. A rough draft of the lawsuit, along with a polite, respectful letter was sent to Obama on July 15. 2009, which the U.S. Postal Service confirms the White House has received.

It was a last resort, as Madonna’s conduct is endangering my very life, as the lawsuit details and the FBI’s criminal negligence and cover-up thereof, has caused me extensive damage as well. Madonna, through her staff, famous producers, associates and friends, keeps contacting me and harassing me.

Marcia G. Cook (center)

As many of you know, I sued Madonna/Sony in 2005 and the case was corrupted by her. It was thrown out without being read, by Miami Judge and George W. Bush appointee, Marcia G. Cook (the magistrate judge was Stephen Brown).

She is the same judge that violated the Constitution to aid Bush, who for the first time in U.S. history, held a man in prison for years, without charging him for a crime. 400 years of painstaking law was thrown out the window, marking a profound low in the Judiciary’s history.

Cook further stated the case, which involved assault and death threats against me was, “Amusing.” Yes, really. That’s the word she inexcusably used in her ruling, while stating pop stars could not have broken the law. She reminds me of verbally abusive, Judge Kent, who was recently impeached.

She threw it out, clearly without reading it, the same day she received it, according to the court’s case transfer sheet. My case was not the only one she had that day, as she had dozens. Therefore, she could not have possibly read the 60 pages of the lawsuit, 200 pages of evidence exhibits and Gigabytes of comparative data illustrating infringements.

In short, she committed fraud. People do not pay their taxes and court filing fees, for their cases not to be read and reviewed correctly. That spits in the taxpayers faces, who pay judges salaries and is a violation of the judicial canons.

She also stated something in her ruling, that was riddled with misspellings and misapplied law, that I was instructed to cut the case down to 50 pages, when I was told to cut it down to “60 pages” by her colleague, who was the judge that had the case first, Cecilia Altonaga.

Cecilia Altonaga

Madonna and her cohorts kept stealing items from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog and Altonaga ignored the motion for an injunction to bar her from stealing anything else, which I thought was strange.

Then, she and the Defendants called me into court for a hearing in December 2005, where she basically treated me the victim, like a criminal and the lawbreaking Defendants’ lawyers, like royalty.

She even sarcastically told me to “Try state court” which is absolutely the wrong venue for a copyright case, as copyrights pertain to federal law and federal court. I’ve seen other copyright cases dismissed from state court with the court stating it is the wrong venue. I can’t imagine as a judge, Altonaga did not know this. I politely requested in a motion that she recuse herself.

She was acting in the Defendants’ best financial interest, not in the interest of justice and truth. Turns out, Altonaga’s child had been given stock in the Defendants’ company (Sony) and her husband works for the law firm, Holland and Knight as a partner and Sony is one of their biggest clients. That’s a multi-million dollar account. So they put food on her table and as such, she ruled in their favor.

R. Allen Stanford was arrested a few months ago for running a ponzi scheme

It’s this same sort of thing that allowed R. Allen Stanford to win a case in Miami he should not have. It’s a shame, as had integrity prevailed in the case years ago, when a man formally sued and accused him in court, of running a ponzi scheme, providing proof thereof, investors in America, Britain and the Caribbean, would have saved billions of their hardearned life savings.

This year it was revealed, the FBI also knew since 1998, what Stanford was doing in running a ponzi scheme, but kept silent, allowing it to continue, instead of arresting him and stopping the financial damages a decade ago, which grew to terrible proportions over the last 10 years.

The case against Stanford was dismissed and the innocent, truth telling Plaintiff, was ordered to pay that crook Stanford $300,000 in court costs and damages. Talk about corrupt. Read about it by clicking here. Stanford’s chief financial officer has now pled guilty, disclosing their criminal misconduct.

As stated above, Obama promised “change” and “transparency” in government. So, let’s see if things have changed regarding the government, court system and corporate America or if my rights will be corruptly violated again in court.

It will also be a bellwether to you, the business owner and the domestic/global investor, as to the true state of things in the corporate and court sector.

I filed the case in the appropriate jurisdiction, under the appropriate laws, it is formatted according to the rules of federal procedure and I have successful proved access and misconduct that are a proximate cause of the clear cut damages I sustained.

The case has been assigned to judge Jose Martinez. However, the magistrate judge providing oversight, is the same one from the 2005 Madonna case, judge Stephen Brown (18 magistrate judges and I get the same one again). However, once again, I’m going to act in good faith.

I will post all the details of the case as it transpires, every single aspect, on the Judiciary Report and its affiliated sites. I’m also asking you to forward the lawsuit link to as many people as possible, to create awareness about the case.

The more people that know about it, the less inclined those Hollywood Kabbalah loons should be, in continuing to harass and terrorize me.

Obama Creates Cyber Security Branch Hollywood Pedophiles President Barack Obama Today, President Bar

Obama Creates Cyber Security Branch

Hollywood Pedophiles

President Barack Obama

Today, President Barack Obama announced the creation of a Cyber Security department of the U.S. government to combat hacks into the national internet infrastructure.

Presently, the FBI has a computer intrusion department named “CIP” that goes by other names as well, but their performance has been very poor in stopping major hacks into domestic government and private sector computer networks.

Just last week, I read a feedback column link that led to an article featuring a U.S. general stating America may begin to respond to cyber attacks with military force.

During the press conference today, President Obama spoke of people breaking the law by “hacking” into computers and “stealing intellectual property” (copyrights, trademarks and patents).

Note to Madonna: he’s talking about you, witch!

President Obama even referred to a company that lost $400,000,000 via this criminal practice. It appears Madonna and her associates in Hollywood have set the new standard for dirty business dealings in this regard among criminals, creating a nasty template for others to follow. Hollywood private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, had hackers on staff that specialized in this deceitful, illegal practice. Madonna was one of his clients.

As many of you have also witnessed, when I write something on the site that is unflattering about Madonna, my websites (and computers) get hacked, sabotaged and delayed.

Intellectual property theft is vile, cowardly, lazy and disgraceful. It says to the country and the world, one is too dumb and untalented to author creative works, therefore one will take the dishonorable route of stealing from others’ federally registered intellectual property.

In my case, the thefts of my copyrights became very malicious and sick. For example, Madonna’s cohorts at Lions Gate, a defendant in the 2005 Aisha v. Madonna case, which the latter bought out in violation of criminal statues, went so far, as to arrogantly and criminally steal more copyrights from me two years later in 2007.

The commercial and critical flop “Good Luck Chuck” was stolen from my copyrights. To be nasty, this is what they did with my preexisting copyright they butchered with their stupidity and vileness.

My preexisting copyright was a wonderful, romantic, fictitious movie treatment I wrote about an affluent man on a dating site and women finding out about it and flocking to him. The later released Lions Gate film “Good Luck Chuck” is about an affluent man, whose profile is posted on a dating site and women flocking to him.

That’s an illegal duplication of my copyright, which Madonna criminally gained an unlawfully made copy of, along with my voluminous Copyrighted Catalog, via criminal hacking, performed by Digilink, the company that began hosting her website Madonna.com several years ago.

Here’s where it gets really sick. In the infringing film “Good Luck Chuck” they added items not in my copyright, such as crass, pornographic sex scenes and a character named ANISHA which is one letter away from my real, legal name AISHA. Not to mention, the lead female character in the film, played by Jessica Alba, is named “CAM” and one of my private nicknames I use is “KAM” short for my middle name KAMILAH. They are both pronounced the same as well.

It was a stupid and criminally incriminating thing to do. The infringing film “Good Luck Chuck” constitutes major violations of the law and is more than enough to obtain a devastating indictment and convictions, for all involved, for criminal copyright infringement, computer intrusion and violations of various human rights laws.

Hollywood Pedophiles

Here’s where the infringement “Good Luck Chuck” gets even sicker. The character ANISHA starts off as an 8-year-old girl (which coincidentally is the age I immigrated to America from Jamaica).

To be nasty, they made this character a goth 8-year-old virgin wearing a leather bra, trying to lose her virginity in a closet with an 8-year-old boy (never happened to me by the way, as I took a Christian vow of chastity until marriage, which I wrote about on my site a few years ago in the Q&A section).

However, Lions Gate turned my wholesome, romantic, copyright about a grown, affluent man on a dating site and grown women finding out about it and flocking to him, into a nasty, depraved, promiscuous piece of pornographic garbage.

The nasty PEDOPHILES at Lions Gate should be locked up for not only criminal copyright infringement and hacking, but for filming and broadcasting that piece of nastiness featuring the character ANISHA, an 8-year-old, underage, preteen girl in a black leather bra, skimpy skirt, black lipstick and goth hairstyle, trying to have sex in a closet with an 8-year-old boy. The scene is disgusting and PEDOPHILIC. You’re nasty PEDOPHILES for thinking that is filmable entertainment.

It reveals the sick levels of mental illness present in Hollywood that they could do something so deplorable. This is the terrible level of mental illness the FBI has running loose around the streets of Los Angeles.

Hollywood is disgusting and severely mentally ill. You need serious counseling with a side order of institutionalization.

Imagine that. I have been quietly working on copyrights and patents to improve people’s health and you animals are criminally robbing and defaming me with my own copyrighted work, in criminal violation of the law. What nasty message do you think that sends to the public about you.

But, it is the same sick pattern of mental illness rearing its ugly head throughout the case I reported to the FBI that they claim they are investigating.

As mentioned the other day, Madonna recently, criminally stole another of my preexisting copyrights, that has been sitting in the Library of Congress in D.C. from 2006, that is my life story and ripped it off in a sick, obsessive manner, for her so-called directorial debut “Filth And Wisdom.”

The lead character in Madonna’s rip off “Filth And Wisdom” is an immigrant named A.K. aspiring to be a singer, writer and poet. In my 2006 preexisting copyrighted movie script, I star in the biopic as myself, an immigrant aspiring to be a singer, writer and poet, whose initials are A.K. (short for “Aisha Kamilah”).

What kind of sickos criminally steal copyrights from a writer, then include the defrauded writer’s name in the script as a character. That screams severe mental illness and sends the nation and the world a horrific message about Hollywood.

Madonna and co. even stole one of my copyrights about my homeland Jamaica, where I lived for years and Miami, where I’ve lived for two and a half decades, adding slurs to the script, sure to offend Jamaica and even started making arrangements to fly to Jamaica to begin filming it.

I’ve quietly been living in Miami for 25 years. I have no criminal record or history of strange conduct. I have a genius level IQ and spend my time at home, on my computers, doing research work and authoring patents and copyrights. I spend a lot of time authoring items for science and medical patents, to improve people’s health and quality of life.

I don’t bother people. I don’t go to clubs, industry parties, none of that. Yet, the aforementioned animals in Hollywood have been viciously targeting, robbing and attacking me, unprovoked and invading my privacy in very sick ways.

Who could be happy or pleased with that kind of criminal interference in their life. It’s disgraceful. The human rights abuses and civil rights violations I have been subjected to are so sick.

Her conduct and that of her cronies in Hollywood has been ugly and unjustifiable. There is no excuse for it.

But between August and October, hackers gained access to emails and a range of campaign files, from policy position papers to travel plans. And we worked closely with the CIA — with the FBI and the Secret Service and hired security consultants to restore the security of our systems. It was a powerful reminder: In this Information Age, one of your greatest strengths — in our case, our ability to communicate to a wide range of supporters through the Internet — could also be one of your greatest vulnerabilities…

But every day we see waves of cyber thieves trolling for sensitive information — the disgruntled employee on the inside, the lone hacker a thousand miles away, organized crime, the industrial spy and, increasingly, foreign intelligence services. In one brazen act last year, thieves used stolen credit card information to steal millions of dollars from 130 ATM machines in 49 cities around the world — and they did it in just 30 minutes. A single employee of an American company was convicted of stealing intellectual property reportedly worth $400 million. It’s been estimated that last year alone cyber criminals stole intellectual property from businesses worldwide worth up to $1 trillion.

In short, America’s economic prosperity in the 21st century will depend on cybersecurity…

This new approach starts at the top, with this commitment from me: From now on, our digital infrastructure — the networks and computers we depend on every day — will be treated as they should be: as a strategic national asset. Protecting this infrastructure will be a national security priority. We will ensure that these networks are secure, trustworthy and resilient. We will deter, prevent, detect, and defend against attacks and recover quickly from any disruptions or damage.

To give these efforts the high-level focus and attention they deserve — and as part of the new, single National Security Staff announced this week — I’m creating a new office here at the White House that will be led by the Cybersecurity Coordinator. Because of the critical importance of this work, I will personally select this official. I’ll depend on this official in all matters relating to cybersecurity, and this official will have my full support and regular access to me as we confront these challenges…

All has been a little quiet over the weekend while I battle my latest case of Swine Flu. Anyway, news is this morning that my old chums at eMusic – famed for their non-relationship with the major labels – have finally reached an agreement with SonyBMG.

The background to the story is simple. When founded 11 years ago, eMusic refused to put DRM on the music they sold. This, up until very recently when iTunes followed suit, was always a taboo subject with the major labels who subsequently refused to licence their music to the service.

Since then, eMusic has carved itself out to be the biggest (and best) legal independent music resource online. They were amongst the first to introduce a monthly subscription fee and have gone from strength-to-strength whilst other services have come and gone. By the end of last year, they had sold over 250 million tracks – a phenomenal amount of independent music (and made even better taking into account the fact that Domino don’t have any artists on the service).

The deal isn’t quite as succinct as you’d hope for though, according to the New York Times, the deal will only cover tracks that are more than two years old, and that eMusic will “slightly raise prices and reduce the number of downloads for some of its monthly plans” in return.

eMusic boss Danny Stein continues to say that the price hike is supported by its existing indie labels, and I guess that’s the best we can hope for. Let’s just hope this deal is as beneficial to the vast number of independent artists on eMusic as it should be.

As an aside, you can get 35 FREE tracks from eMusic and support FFP by clicking here.

P!nk – Australia’s biggest selling international recording artist of 2006-7 – is back, at the top of her game, and raring to perform live for your entertainment.

In 2007 P!nk staged the biggest Australian concert tour ever by a female artist, with more than 307,000 tickets sold for a 35 show itinerary that grew to a run of more than 8 weeks around the country’s arenas.

Winning the 2007 Helpmann Award for ‘Best International Contemporary Concert’, 2007’s I’m Not Dead Tour was a spectacular that drew critical raves and standing ovations!

“Such was the deafening reception for the singer… it was impossible not to be swept up in the excitement of her opening songs… the singer’s strikingly energetic performance left them tickled pink .” Sun Herald

“The pop rebel shimmied, grooved and rocked her way across the arena all night, turning her performance into an elaborate stage show to take her sometimes controversial messages to the masses. And they loved it.” mX

Now P!nk brings her Funhouse Tour 2009 to Australia, presented by Optus for what is certain to be another recordbreaking run of shows.

Aiming to top the raunchy theatrical performances of the I’m Not Dead Tour, Funhouse will not disappoint! Expect a dazzling carnival-styled stage set, feats of aerial daring and surprises that can only be hinted at… and at the core, the confident and charismatic vocal powerhouse that is unmistakably P!nk .

P!nk said, “I’m so excited to get back on the road. The ‘Funhouse’ tour ideas are running rampant in my head. Who knows what they’ll come out as…. And I can’t wait to see.”

“When P!nk lets rip there’s no denying her soul or sass.” Herald Sun

“She’s real, fallible, positive, gutsy, a self-confessed dork and knows her own mind. And she has proved to be a great entertainer too, offering….one of the best shows….seen in a long time.” West Australian Set to add substantially to the accumulated albums sales of 23 million world-wide, P!nk ’s 5th studio album Funhouse will be released on October 25 by Sony/BMG, and features the 1 smash hit So What.

It follows the massively successful I’m Not Dead album – which spawned seven top 5 smash hits and has to date sold more than 600,000 copies in Australia.

Sony chairman, Howard Stringer, is hanging on, but his employees are not, jumping ship to get away from his madness…and forthcoming criminal charges. First BMG left, now Ericsson wants out.

Sony Ericsson USA boss, Najmi Jarwala, quit his job this week at the crumbling company. This marks the third Sony division head that has quit in the last month.

The Sony electronics and Sony IPL CEOs also quit their respective jobs. Sony is suffering massive sales declines and losses in every area of trade, far worse than all of their competitors. Hmm I wonder why. God doesn’t like ugly and neither does the product buying public.

I have every right to be angry regarding this questionable company. Their conduct towards me has been predatory, invasive and illegal.

A few years ago, they invited me to Sony (in writing). I did not go.

Shortly after, Sony started spying into my computer via an item they sent me as an unsolicited gift (contained backdoor computer trojan). Sony was sued in 2005 by U.S. state attorneys and consumer groups for similar misconduct in the DRM scandal.

In 2005, Sony illegally dove headfirst into my Copyrighted Catalog without permission, that contains 12,000 songs, 300 movie scripts and short stories, 15 book manuscripts, 200 music video treatments, 500 photographs, 150 photo treatments, a perfume line and clothing line. They illegally passed it around to Sony’s music and film artists and writers, who knowingly infringed my Copyrights and routinely visit my websites (before and after the infringements occurred). They criminally received an illegally made copy of my Copyrighted Catalog, procured through hacking commissioned by Madonna, whose lawyer, Robert Jacobs of Mannat Phelps, is also in charge of Sony’s music catalog (Madonna has a side distribution deal with Sony). I later met Jacobs at a legal case management meeting, when he came up to me and bizarrely started shaking my hands and trying to strike up a conversation.

Sony is the same company that previously ripped off my godmother’s husband, Clement Coxsonne Dodd, who invented ska and reggae music and signed Bob Marley and many others to record deals. Sony infringed his copyrighted music as well, which he had to sue them regarding.

Then (Madonna and Sony) they started having producers like Timbaland, Jellybean Benetez and Sean “Diddy” Combs, try to contact me.

Sony has been watching me and my work for years, with very ill intentions. They are predators that have broken the law at my expense, to the point it made me physically ill.

These people have been preying on me, circling me like sharks and vultures, when I had no intention of joining any of their companies for any reason. Their conduct towards me has been so ugly, unseemly, unprovoked and uncalled for.

I have every right to be angry and feel violated, as much of their conduct crossed into illegal territory for which they deserve imprisonment.

Sony Ericsson takes a merciless beating

Published March 24, 2009, 12:17 PM – First the joint venture predicted a huge loss for its upcoming earnings call, then it lost its North American leader. What’s next?…

On Friday, the joint venture announced that it could post a loss of between €340-390 million for the first quarter of 2009…the company’s presence in the smartphone category remains weak.

Yesterday, Sony Ericsson announced that Najmi Jarwala, President of Sony Ericsson USA and the head of the North American division, would be leaving at the end of this month to “pursue other career opportunities.” …

Further fueling this speculation were the rumors that wireless hardware company Ericsson was looking to get out of the joint venture.

One thing is certain, if Sony Ericsson’s losses actually exceed the €390 million the company warned, this will not be the last bad news we hear from the company this month.
