Rofl, SMH, kann ich da nur sagen: Eminems neuer Stiefvater Neal Alpert ist bisexuell (was an sich nicht schlimm ist) UND hat Eminems Mum  Debbie Nelson vor gut einem Jahr verklagt! Der Typ war nämlich ihr Agent und Co-Author des Anti-Marshall Schinkens “My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem”. Und warum wurde sie verklagt? Genau, es ging um Geld (was auch sonst…) Seitdem haben sie sich aber wohl wieder zusammengerauft (und das Geld bestimmt gut aufgeteilt, dass sie mit dem Buch verdient hat) und lieben sich. Am lustigsten finde ich die Begründung für die Heirat:

Ok so I’m not 100% sure if this is the official video…but you know what? you put Gucci Mane and Soulja Boy on the same track, then you put an emoticon in the title of that song.

It’s crystal clear, that there are no restrictions for dumb this particular track could be.

It’s upbeat and catchy though, and if it is the official video, props to Trey Songz. It could’ve been worse.

When i hear Schorcher nowadays i start to question whether i have ever actually liked anything he’s done. Didn’t he used to make ok beats? Can’t remember. I try to convince myself i at least have enjoyed him as a mc, but even thats hard. I really don’t know where to begin with this. Is Schorcher making a conscious decision to make worse music than Chipmunk or Tinchy? Why does the music sound like bad versions of the american hiphop everyone already hated hated two-three years ago? Why after making good music and having a career do you decide you want to be Soulja Boy? Answer me Schorcher, how come your best track sounds like Phil Collins? In fact it sounds worse than Phil Collins but still. “On top of the roof haha”. Yeah thats funny, being on top of the roof, thats funny, or is it? What so funny about being on the roof Schorcher?  What is a space invader Schorcher? Why are you standing on the chairs Schorcher? Why doesn’t she know your name Schorcher? Is it because all music you do nowadays is total crap, is that the reason Schorcher?

Iyaz is currently sitting pretty at number three at in the US chart.  So firstly we had “Kiss me thru the phone” from Soulja boy, then we had just recently “Whatcha say” by Jason Derulo and now to add the R&B catchy ringtone friendly “tunage” we can add replay. Although lyrically and vocally this song stinks like scooby doo’s fith leg, the melody carries it through.  The typical cliché of the simplicity of the american lifestyle tries to carry this video, but the only thing i’m staring at is the girl in the video…. You know the one in the bikini…. I like!.

Just as his Toussaint L’ouverture lead the Haitian Revolution, Wyclef Jean has returned to his Hip-Hop roots with his latest EP From The Hut, From The Projects, To The Mansion to spark a musical revolution. Despite never really having left the public eye, the pioneering musician felt it was necessary to return to rhyming under an alias to reflect his current revolutionary mindframe. Introducing Toussaint St. Jean, but this does not mark an exit for Wyclef Jean, but rather a new chapter in his already fascinating story.

“Revolution is in my bloodline,” he says, before explaining how Toussaint was one of the key figures in the Revolution for Haiti. “So with the tone of the message that I would be giving when I rapped, the name automatically came to me,” he elaborates. “The EP goes back to the essence. It was important to go back to the basics and the fundamentals, because sometimes you get so big that people forget where you come from,” he adds. “I wanted people to understand that I have not forgotten Hip-Hop. I’ve not forgotten lyrics; that is very important in what I do.”

To me the difference in this mixtape were the beats, the great choices of beats on covers listed above combined with tracks like Swag Surfin’, Ice Cream Paint Job, Watch my Shoes, and break Up make this tape fire. It’s just about 3 a.m. PDT and ESPN has skipped ahead twice in the fourth quarter of the Wizards-Cavs game.

By now Cleveland is behind 17 points and LeBron James is trying to rally his team back after picking up a technical foul.

There were a few questionable decisions and post-game remarks by Cavs coach Mike Brown that I wasn’t in full agreement with, namely his apparent inability to see things with a keen eye on the offensive end.

Last year, James and DeShawn Stevenson had a small riff in the postseason. Stevenson called James overrated. And James said responding to Stevenson would be like veteran rapper Jay-Z responding to a teenage Soulja Boy, who had just one album to his credit at that time.

Well that beef hasn’t died much.

James took it to Stevenson in the third quarter, launching five consecutive bad shots. He made the first two, but all five were either far behind the three-point line, off-balance or fading back. He finished with 34 points, but his six turnovers didn’t help the Cavs from squandering a second-half lead.

If that wasn’t bad enough, Brown said he didn’t see any one-on-one between James and Stevenson, saying he had to go back and watch film. If you’re not catching something this obvious when you’re sitting courtside, there’s something wrong. Either that or you’re lying. James said the same, that he wasn’t taking it to Stevenson.

It worked against Warriors forward Corey Maggette the other day, but not Wednesday night at Verzion Center.

As he tried to shave points off the Wizards’ lead, James threw down two powerful dunks, injuring his wrist on the first one. By now James should understand that there is no need to throw it down emphatically when it’s uncontested, especially when time is essential and you’re trying to bring your team back. But no, he went for another one.

Still, Brown, the yes-man that he is, kept James in the game – presumably without correcting any of his second-half errors. If Brown did, James ignored it.

Now, here’s the difference between Brown and, say, Coach Gregg Popovich, his mentor in San Antonio. Popovich will remove star players if they don’t heed his game plan; Brown does not. Maybe it’s because Brown doesn’t have an offensive game plan other than “just give the ball to LeBron.” But I would expect Brown to be smart enough – this is, after all, last year’s coach of the year – to tell James not to hoist low-percentage shots, especially as his team surrenders a lead against an Eastern Conference rival. Even if James made the first two of five bad shots, Brown should have removed James from trying to showboat against Stevenson.

So now this brings me to another point: Allen Iverson. After watching Brown have little control of his team, at least on the offensive end, it makes perfect sense to pair Iverson with James. Not because this would feature two high-scoring superstars – albeit it one in the latter stages of his career – but because I could see Iverson happy in Brown’s do-whatever-you-want system, allowing A.I. to go for his usual 8-for-31 shooting nights. If James needs another reason why he should stay in Cleveland, it’s that the Cavs organization likely won’t put in a coach who is willing to stand up to him. Freedom that he can enjoy as Cleveland takes a step back as one of the NBA’s elite teams. If you’re not going to win, might as well have fun playing recklessly.
