I love Linkin Park’s songs and this one is great, really motivates you and I think I’d have to say I like the Twilight Sound track better.

いいですね～、大好きな映画です。このサントラはかなり前に友人から借りてそのままというものなのですが今やすっかり私物扱い。映画を初めて観たのは高校の時だったんじゃないかな、楽しかったよね。今年だか去年だか「Across The Univers」とか云うビートルズの曲を使用したミュージカル映画を観たけどあれは心の底からゲッソリさせられたけれど、ロッキー・ホラーは本当に楽しいなって思う。有名曲は「Time Warp」「Sweet Transvestite」だと思うけど、実はファンの間での一番人気は「Touch-A, Touch-A, Touch Me」という話を聞いたこともあります。私が好きな曲は「Over at the Frankenstein Place」でしょうかね。公にしませんがこのサントラの曲の殆どはかなり前からソラで歌えます。あと普通にTime Warpも踊れます。

結局どの曲もキャッチーなんですね。そしていちいち格好いい。本当にどうしてそんなにってくらいいい曲/楽しい曲ばっかりです。楽曲の良さ、これがこの映画の人気要素のひとつかと思います。理屈抜きで楽しい映画、こういうのって大切ですね。あと自分がお得意の頭文字並べをしなかったのは珍しい。それはyoutubeだけでいいのかもしれない。

Gone are the days when right at 8 pm Pakistan’s streets used to get deserted. People despite their worries prefered watching the best Ptv drama serials until Khabarnama of 9 Pm. Dhoop Kinaray, Aangan Terha, Tanhayaan, Alpha Bravo Charlie etc were those 13- episode plays we could never forget.

This is no difference for DECADE and DJ Stav, a up coming producer and the veteran dj, located in the Midlands, UK. This release was a creation which started in 2007, well before Dj Stav was a partner and then continued while James started cutting his teeth with Stav as a promoter/dj in the Sheffield area. It’s a journey that will not be traveled by many and the songs and their title reflect that journey.

What should you expect on this releases? It’s a bit of everything for everyone one. From straight tech classics with “Barbarian” to dance floor tunes in “You the People ” with its classic freedom speech to to deep heart felt half tempo track “Cry”.

Here we are, our blog is going along nicely and then

I had a moment of clarity. Where I wanted to know how many people would really support our music in a tangible format.
I mean sure we sell loads of digital downloads. But, purchasing a cd is a commitment to something that is finite. Something
that is more than just 01010101s in the cloud.

So, I want to find a site that would allow me to
1. Build a fanbase
2. All that fan base participate directly with the label
3. Insure the fan base that money isn’t being spent unwisely
4. Give something back for their pledge

I found such a place

OBJECTIVE:

Raise enough money through donations to print the fist 100 cds for my label, Point Audio

TERMS :

If we reach exactly $250 by November 30, 2009, then we will send all person who donated $5 a copy of the cd prior to the release date.

Understand the one key factor in giving a pledge to this site.
“I can’t receive and money pledged to the campaign unless I meet my stated goals”

People this is something that should be followed with every fund raiser, political campaign whatever.
State your goals and Work hard to meet them! Then remain accountable to those that helped
you achieve your goals.
(send this to your congressman! maybe they could learn something about keeping a promise)

Wouldn’t it be awesome to watch a movie while the orchestral score is played live – this will probably be as close as we’ll get for this franchise.

In this digital “HD” era I find that the visceral experience of a live band/orchestra (percussion, breath, spit, mistakes, ad-libs) satisfies me on a level Blu-Ray does not.

Música, música e…música. Pessoas costumam relacionar mais músicas de amor ao seu estilo de vida, geralmente por algum fato vivido, etc. Relacionamentos parecem ter um peso maior do que qualquer outro tema, como pode né? Claro que eu também acho o amor inspirador, faz a gente enxergar tudo mais belo. Estar apaixonado é uma dádiva, coisa boa de se viver. Maaas, se tem um som que se encaixa  na minha filosofia de vida, é esse. Um entre vários.  Sabe quando parece que foi escrito sob medida? Então. Fala de amor, mas um amor à vida. Apaixonar-se pelas  ’pequenas (grandes) coisas’ dela…isso depende muito da sua percepção, e idéia de vida boa. Mesmo que tudo não seja uma maravilha sempre…

Eu tinha  me esquecido do quanto esse álbum Ruas Vazias (2007)  do Shaw é bom. Falando de rap nacional então, é com certeza  meu disco preferido. Entre poucos que ouço e gosto pra valer mesmo.
Letras verdadeiras, que vão na alma. Meio tapa na cara. Pelo menos pra mim não é aquela coisa repetitiva, que você ouve e mal assimila. Ou que é tão vazio que nem vontade de assimilar você sente. Minhas preferidas: Afirmação da Vida,  Eu Mermo, Dívida de Gratidão, Mundo do Rap e Neblina. Uma melhor que a outra. Em casa, madrugada, vi algumas fotos antigas, do show de lançamento desse disco, em Maio de 2007. Foi bem foooda, com a Mabel e Sleep então, me diverti muito!

Não sei se alguém já percebeu que eu não costumo falar de álbuns novos. De lançamentos.  É, prefiro falar de coisas mais antigas, gosto de amadurecer a idéia, sabe? Pra mim não faz muito sentido escrever resenhas de lançamentos, de um disco que eu ouvi uma só uma vez na correria sem prestar muita atenção…justamente por isso. Gosto de formar minha opinião, sem tempo definido pra falar sobre. Aliás, uma coisa é certa: depois de passados 2 anos, pra eu  ouvir no repeat,  e ainda querer comentar é porque eu gosto MESMO! E tenho dito  (;

(Sabe aqueles beats que tem um pedaço da original na intro, depois começa a bater pra valer? Então, hoje  vamos pular a intro e eu vou tentar  ir direto ao ponto, no fim eu não consigo, mas que se dane, ráaaaa).

Esses dias, uma amiga me perguntou se eu já tinha assistido Kids.  Demorei um pouco, mas me lembrei e comecei a rir. Kids é um filme lançado em 1995, dirigido pelo louco polêmico Larry Clark , uma “produção focada em um dia da vida de um grupo de jovens sexualmente ativos de NY e mostra seu comportamento diante de sexo e drogas durante a era do HIV em meados dos anos 90.”

Quando eu assisti, a uns 10 anos atrás fiquei bem chocada. Imagina: eu, uma pivete que mal entendia o quanto o mundo é cruel (momento drama mode ON) e ficava meio  incomodada  quando a professora de biologia falava sobre reprodução e se empolgava ao ouvir os burburinhos e ver extremo  interesse dos meninos da classe (e as garotas que fingiam não se interessar mas no fundo ficavam de ouvidos e olhos bem atentos).

Voltando ao filme, ele é bem ‘cru’ e realista, polêmico,  daqueles que fariam sua mãe pensar seriamente em te trancar em casa ou mandar pra um convento na Suíça (bem trama global das 18h). Bãooo…minha intenção nem é escrever a resenha de um filme, ainda mais a essa hora. É que eu fui no iutubiu procurar alguma coisa sobre Kids. Assisti esse, e percebi algo que com certeza, a mais ou menos uns 10 anos atrás eu jamais teria sacado: a trilha sonora do filme.

É, a trilha sonora é foda. Bem foda mesmo. Prestando atenção nesse pequeno trecho onde rola uma daquelaa clássicas festinhas americanas, no estilo “Hey dude, meus pais foram viajar,  traz dogras (do-gras!) umas mina e cachaça“ você também pode sacar (ou não) alguns sons.

Aí, conversando com outro amigo, comentei sobre o filme, e ele claro, também já tinha assistido, concordou comigo sobre a trilha sonora e ainda me ajudou a lembrar de quem era o som que aparece na parte em que Telly (o fdp garoto que se diverte horrores tirando a virgindade das gurias tão burras ingênuas, desprotegidas e depois nunca mais olha na cara delas a não ser pra tirar sarro, além de contar pra meio mundo as coisas que fez, aumentando bastante os fatos) tá ficando com uma garota encostado no poste. Pra ser mais precisa: 6:36 do vídeo. Flagrou? Não? Então taí:

Durante a orgia festinha, jovens moderníssimos pra época, se drogando, com crianças envolvidas fumando como se aquilo fosse cigarrinhos de chocolate Pan. Adultos? Isso não te pertence mais! Continuando, ali nos 4:30 mais ou menos, mais uma pedrada que se esconde em meus backups, uma coletânea sujíssima entitulada como sendo de El Da Sensei (ahuahauahua) mas ainda bem que existem esses amigos pra falar:  ”Lucianaaaaaa, tem alguma coisa estranha ai.” Ok, vamo confirmar: o tal  som é do Artifacts,  grupo do qual El Da fez parte a muito tempo atrás. E vou te falar: Sujeira do começo ao fim.

 ”Tá vendo só, por isso que eu não confio nessas coletâneas de internet, confio nos DISCOS” (ameego). Sábias palavras, hahaha. Taí:

E pra fechá: no fim, talvez um dos melhores da trilha sonora de Kids:

“Eu pegava esse álbum emprestado com meu amigo só pra ouvir esse som, que é muito foda”

Não tenho a menor dúvida disso. Ouve, depois me fala. Assiste, e depois me fala também. Dá pra sentir a rua nesse som aí, coisa que muita gente bate forte no peito mas não vejo graça nenhuma. É o que eu sinto aqui hoho; e agora não consigo parar de ouvir.  Alguém me dá um tapa?
Mas, chega de falar de Kids, vou dormir, logo mais eu volto…

Essas músicas foram gravadas de uma forma bem trash também, tudo feito em casa com um ar meio amador e a intenção é mesclar as realidades das duas mídias comunicativas.
