A multinational contingent of African troops will be deploying to South Sudan to provide security. My humor gets the best of me and I want to say, “How bad do you have to be to get troops from Somalia sent to your country to help bring peace.” Though the serious part of me says that this is a great illustration of Somalia’s stability contrary to popular belief – that they are now able to export security, even if in the smallest form.
