<p>Gör så här:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Putsa och skär filén i 4 lika delar (200 g st).</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Vispa upp ägget. </span></span><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Vänd köttet i mjöl, ägg och sist i den finhackade löken.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Stek köttet 3 minuter på var sida, salta och peppra. Skär filéerna i skivor.</span></span></p>
<p>Servera köttet genast med tex. grillade grönsaker.</p>
<p>Till lammfilé passar det extra bra med ett rött vin från Bordeaux</p>
