For some unknown reason, Kmart has this stupid idea to wrap the already packaged make-up products in endless amounts of sticky-tape. It’s hard enough to get to the product in the first place, let alone with this extra sealant on top of it all. And it’s awful for the environment! Come on Kmart, pick up your act!

Just a quite post.

Wow, that sounds official. I even put a full stop at the end of the title. Official-ness to the maxi

Wow, that sounds official. I even put a full stop at the end of the title. Official-ness to the maximus.

Well, this has now gotten a tad awkward.

Where should I start with this blog? Should I start with something about myself, then continue to ramble on from there, or should I start with the target for this blog and just forget the introductions of the author? I am leaning towards the former idea, as no one will know where all this ramble is coming from unless they know some bits and pieces of the author. But then, I suppose no one will really read this from the beginning, unless I tell them too. But then, it will probably be a one of thing, no checking back. I really don’t know how to get a ‘fan-base’ or a ‘following’ or whatever you can call it, because I’m really not that interesting, which you will discover for yourself in a minute.

Well, okay. I’ll get back on topic, my name is Georgia. Pronounced JAW-JAH. I don’t know why I wrote that, most people know how to pronounce my name. Well, in case you don’t, that’s how you do it. I’m fifteen years old (posted April 20, 2009) and I will be sixteen on the 8th of July. That means I was born in 1993 (in case you were wondering, and couldn’t be bothered doing the maths). I live in Australia, I’m not going to tell you where, because I might get stalked, and that is not really the aim of this weblog. I love to dance. I have been dancing ballet, jazz and tap since I was 5 and I kind of dabble in bits of contemporary and hip-hop in recent years. I also play the violin. And I’m absolutely terrible, I never practice. I’m a bit of an oddball, I sometimes feel left out. I think a little bit left-of-centre and I’m most constantly doing odd things, like making noises or doing some weird jig-like thing. Or just random things like that. I try to be funny, but I just end up falling on my face. Literally. I am vair vair clumsy. I’m mainly being laughed at, not laughed with, but that’s okay with me. If you join in the laughter, you forget that anything was wrong in the first place.

The main aim of this weblog is to express myself. I closet my emotions and what I am truly thinking a lot, and I feel as though if I don’t find a place to let something out, then I will go crazy. I know that sounds stupid for a fifteen year old to be saying, I know it sounds kind of pretentious. I mean, what’s a fifteen year old girl that lives a great, opportunistic (word? I don’t think so) life in a great country got to complain about. It sounds as though I am an ungrateful little biatch, who is selfish and shallow. But I’m not. I swear I’m not here just to complain. That’s hardly a reason at all. I don’t really know what I will write in the future, but we will see, and the direction of the blog is however I see fit on the day of the posts.

This post has sounded a bit dreary, it has also gone on for far too long. 540 words already! Yikes.

Also, I still need to figure this “Word Press” place out a bit, so it may take a little while for me to ind my bearings with it.

Oh! And also, I’ve tried this blog thing before, actually many times before. The blogs always either end up boring or I’ve said to much and people have been hurt. I’m really, truly apologetic if either of this situations happen with this blog. I will try to edit what I’ve written before I click “publish” to see if it needs furnishing.

Well, I think thats all for the First Post. I’m sorry if it bored you to tears. I promise next time it will be exciting! (Hopefully)

Anyway,

Signing off,

I’ve been interested in learning how to fusion weld, for a long time, but the Sparkie is so expensiv

I’ve been interested in learning how to fusion weld, for a long time, but the Sparkie is so expensive. Does anyone know of a fusion welder that would be less expensive, or even an experienced fusion welder who would provide welding services for a fee? Also, would it be possible to create a “nib” of our own for welding purposes, or do the dimensions (etc.) of the nib have to be exact to get a good solid weld?

Thanks for any help.
