Getting ‘Charged Up’ Again About Each Other!

Dear Mr. Brown,

As you know, at the start of this New Year, my husband and I decided we needed to make some major adjustments in our lives. We had put on a tremendous amount of weight, were constantly tired, not getting our housework done and we were eating for recreational purposes. Worse yet, our five year-old daughter was beginning to pick up all of our bad habits.

One night we were watching ‘The Biggest Loser’ and started talking about how we might apply these theories in our lives. In the past, we have subscribed to a wide variety of fad diets and exercise machines. Nothing was working and even

when we experienced short term results, the weight gain came on full-force shortly thereafter. We realized we needed some solid guidance and support to get through this. We decided there would be no more reading, no more experimenting and certainly no more roller coaster effect!

We searched the internet and were blessed to find you via Visionary Trainers. Within 1 week, as you may recall, you had us both on a track for a healthy and much more meaningful lifestyle. You patiently and passionately took the time to explain your theories and systems to us in a way that we could understand. Kevin, your plan makes sense. It is designed around best human practices and practical concepts versus the modern theories of substitute, replacement and deprivation. This is the underlying reason it is working for us.

We have been faithful to the Liberation Diet which is NOT a diet at all but about making smart choices and understanding the source of our foods. Still, no weight loss plan comes without exercise.

Our personal trainer, Sherri, that you hand-picked for us through Visionary Trainers has been coming to our home 3 times each week to educate us in proper and results-oriented physical exercise. Sherri motivates us and

keeps u

s on our toes. She is someone we can no longer live without! There is no greater motivation than a devoted and caring professional knocking at your door at 5:30 in the morning to get you revved up for your day.

We also use the in-home cooking program provided by Liberation Wellness called Rachels Way. Rachel has helped us learn how to eat healthy and her service is so reasonable it is a no-brainer.

Within 3 weeks on this program, I lost 10 pounds (5.3% body weight) and my husband lost 15 pounds (6.5% body weight). I am now currently down 51 pounds! We are not tired but full of energy. We are not agonizing over a diet and food deprivation but loving our meals and feeling very fulfilled. We are not spending any more money on this meal and exercise plan than we were before because we are not eating out anymore. Instead we go out for activity and

pure entertainment. People are noticing the transformation and it feels great! We continue to lose weight, our skin has better tone and our faces are rejuvenating.

Still, there are so many other benefits to share. We now have energy to play actively with our daughter rather than sending her to her play room or the television. We are getting our housework done and then some. I personally have been so energized and crisp at the office that my productivity has increased by almost 25%. Whereas I was getting my work done within the day before, I now find myself over producing and/or asking for more. My husband and I are getting ‘charged’ up again about each other as we were early in our marriage. Most importantly, we are now spending daily quality time together. We are exercising, cooking, working on house projects, etc. Our daughter is learning the system and excited about it. She enjoys participating in our exercise regimen where she can. To put it quite simply, we feel great, we are loo

king great and we are having FUN again!

Kevin, we could never have pulled this off without you. We are so grateful for you and this program. Thank you for giving us our lives back.

With much fondness and gratitude,

As you’d probably guess, Hawaii has some spectacular spots for scuba diving enthusiasts to spend a day exploring the depths of life under the surface of the ocean. On the other hand, it could be a little overwhelming to find the best spots considering every direction you go there is ocean lapping up on the shorelines. If you love to scuba dive or have ever wanted to try it, here are some fantastic places to do just that. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner who has never ventured beneath the sea or a scuba diver well versed in the art, there are scuba diving opportunities for everyone in Hawaii.

Scuba Diving in Oahu

One of the most popular islands found amidst the scattered islands of Hawaii is Oahu. This is a wonderful island to visit for beginners and experts alike, because of the diverse scuba diving locations found here. If you’re going to dive in Oahu you absolutely should head to the Pearl Harbor wall. There are over 40 diving sites in this one area that you can pick from. Here, you’ll be diving in to part of history; exploring the depths that hold plane and ship wreckage. At the same time, it’s an amazing biological playground that is rarely seen. You’ll likely see hammerhead sharks and green sea turtles just to name a couple. It’s pretty easy to hop from one island to the next, though, if you find you’d like to try another area. Most of the islands are very easy to travel back and forth between.

Scuba Diving in Molokai

Although not one of most popular diving areas, Molokai holds some fascinating diving spots. This isn’t really an area for beginners though. If you have some experience diving or an advanced diver then may be just what you’re looking for.

For advanced divers, you may want to head to Fish Rain or The Cove. In Fish Rain you’ll typically drift dive because there are very strong currents here. You’ll likely see an array of life forms including hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, and maybe even an endangered monk seal, as well as a multitude of fish varieties. At The Cover you’ll encounter beautiful butterfly fish, long nose hawkfish, and sometimes sharks and manta rays. Don’t wander out of the protected cove, though, if you don’t want to enter the strong currents.

If you’re not quite an expert but have some diving experience, then a Molokai scuba diving location to visit is the Fish Bowl. Divers see reef sharks and fish, eagle fish and octopus here. If you’re lucky you may run into a hammerhead shark.

Scuba Diving in Maui

If you’re a total newbie to scuba diving, there’s no worry. You can find groups and companies that you can train and dive with to explore the amazing underwater world of Maui’s shores. Tropical Divers Maui has free pool lessons each day and you don’t have to be licensed to enjoy the thrill of a scuba diving trip. With over ten years of experience, you’re in good hands and have nothing to worry about. Once you get your feet wet you can try out Molokini Crater. The inside of Reef’s End is a beginner-friendly diving place with beautiful scenery that you’re sure to remember for the rest of your life.

If you’re an advanced scuba diver you can check out Hidden Pinnacle which is found on the Southwest side of Maui. There are strong currents and can only be accessed when there are good conditions. However, if you make it out here you can see pyramid butterfly fish, octo coral and amazing lava formations.

One of the projects I have been working on over the past week is to create a series of products on Zazzle using a picture I took a few months ago from one of our windows. Looking from Rainier, Oregon across the Columbia river towards Washington is a spectacular view of bright sunlight shining on a layer of dark, moody clouds above a layer of golden morning sky. Beyond the silhouettes of evergreens and small town buildings, the Columbia river shimmers with an amber glow of reflected sunrise as the far bank is obscured in a dark morning mist…

Emre Kelly

Audience members rose to their feet and exploded with applause when UCF junior Michael Newman accepted the title of Mr. UCF 2010, beating out nine other contestants in the annual scholarship pageant.

Students watched as 10 students dressed as zombies took the stage in the Pegasus Ballroom in the Student Union on Friday as they danced to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.”

Newman, who won the judges’ favor and the audience popular vote, took home over $2,000 in scholarship awards courtesy of Student Government Association and the UCF Alumni Association. He said his main objective as Mr. UCF this year would be to spread awareness.

“I carry the world on my backpack,” Newman said as he performed a poem he found online called The Renditions of a Homeless Man for the talent competition. Newman dressed in layers of jackets and carried a sign that read: “Hungry any spare change helps please.”

“Students a lot of times feel disconnected from the community around us. Two miles down the road there are people that are homeless,” Newman said. “There are a lot of people that stay within the circle at UCF because they don’t really understand or realize what’s going on around us.”

Newman said during his interview that he wants to bridge that gap between the community, students and faculty, which he believes is part of the UCF Creed.

Newman is currently an ambassador on the President’s Leadership Council, the community service chair of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity and a member of the Student Sustainability Alliance.

The pageant winner was not the only student heavily involved in campus and community activities vying for a shot at the Mr. UCF title. Spectacular Knight and Campus Activities Board Director Samantha Nemeroff said 15 students auditioned for the event, but only ten competed in the pageant.

“They represented UCF in a great way,” Nemeroff said. “They are all very involved in the school and the community. Their talents were impressive, too.”

Jonathan Parker sang the bluesy Porgy & Bess classic “Summertime.” Matthew Miller, clad in a glitter jacket and rhinestone glove, moonwalked to a version of “Billy Jean” by Michael Jackson. Marcus Williams dressed in a red and white checkerboard shirt, and performed a hip-hop line dancing routine to a music mix. James Jarman broke out the red vinyl records and turntables, scratched and spun a house and Latin mix.

Tyson Nales, Mr. UCF 2009, and Dasha Gonzalez, Miss UCF 2010, hosted the pageant with a panel of five judges. The bulk of the contestants’ scores came from the talent competition followed by their audition interview, formal wear, beachwear and a final on-stage question.

The scholarship pageant began in 1989 and benefits both students and the community. Sidney Porter, Sunshine Princess and Lake Highland student, donated a midback ponytail of hair to Locks of Love and the audience favorite vote raised $920 for Children’s Miracle Network.

SGA provided scholarship awards of $400 to the third runner-up, Warren Jackson, $650 to second runner-up, James Jarman, and $1,000 to first runner-up, Marcus Williams.

Additionally, Jonathan Parker won $500 in awards for nonfinalist best interview and top ad sales. David Cohn won $350 for nonfinalist best talent and David Yu won Mr. Congeniality and $150.

The pageant is open to all full-time male undergraduate and graduate students who hold a minimum 2.5 GPA.

Nemeroff said she can relax for a week before she begins planning for the Miss UCF pageant, with 25 girls set to compete for the title on Feb. 6, 2010.

How in the hell do crazy people always seem to find me? Does crazy have GPS lodged in between my fat

How in the hell do crazy people always seem to find me? Does crazy have GPS lodged in between my fat rolls? Is crazy hiding between my tiddies? It’s highly likely food goes missing there all the time. I don’t mind attracting crazy folks, I just wish they would divulge their craziness from the get go. In a perfect world crazy people would wear their skraight jackets on the outside instead of hiding underneath garments like a bullet proof vest.

Ten years ago I was extremely wild. I was riding in cars with boys I didn’t know, picking up crazy ass guys and girls on Marta trains, and meeting wanna be ethugs(ettes) over chat lines. Continuing with my story from last week, I have met a total of three guys via the internet and phone. I told you about Mr. AKA last week. Now let me introduce you to Jason.

It was the year 1998 and I was a freshman in college and struggling to make ends meet. Graduation money runs out really quick, and the loan I took out….well that would be just enough for me to eat! So instead of trying to make that money stretch I did what any other responsible adult would do I GOT A JOB! I got hired to work at a Subway in Stone Mountain. I was a sammich artist dayumnit! I think I had been working there a whole week when one day I got one of the craziest calls ever. The person on the other end was not calling to make an order for a sammich, he was placing an order for a freak. My other co-worker could’ve just as easily picked up the phone, but instead I got this fool!

“Thank you for calling Subway, this is Vyolet.” He says, “Hi, Vyolet, this is Jason how are you today?” I say “I’m fine, do I know you?” Jason responds “No you don’t, but I have a problem and maybe you can help me?” Ya’ll don’t know this about me but I am an extremely helpful person, and always willing to be of service to someone in need. The Captian Save A Hoe mentality always gets me in trouble. I’ve helped elderly people cross the street, ex-boyfriends pay their child support to avoid jail time, I’ve even helped the homeless break into chained down garbage cans to get some din din. To make a long story short the gist of what Jason told me was he has never met a woman who just likes to get her pu$$y ate out all the time, no sex just orally loving the eye below. I told him that this wasn’t me, but I had roommates who I am sure would love to get their clits licked on and sucked on. So, he asks to come over later, and I agreed.

I immediately called my roommates to let them know that we would be having company later. This isn’t something new. In college we had company every single night. I told them but this guy is different he wants to come over and eat every single one of us out (no sex). These thirsty bishes were like okay what time? I told them around 10.

I left my job at 9 pm, and was in a hurry to get home. Me and these bishes (my roomies), had some shit to talk about prior to this crazy muttha sucka coming over. I gathered them all up in the living room, all three of them. Okay ladies, here’s the plan. We don’t know this guy so we need a war contingency plan incase this nut decides to Unleash The Dragon on our ass. So, we decided that we would all sit on the couch. We have methodically placed knives in each section of the sofa. There were weapons hidden all over the apartment. You would’ve thought we were mini versions of Vivica Fox in Kill Bill. Knives, samuri swords, hot curlers you name it, we had more artillery than the National Guard. We even formed a barricade in the hallway just incase we had to throw flour bombs, or Pork and Bean grenades. We were almost finished getting the apartment in Ready for War status when the phone rang. Jason was downstairs. I went down to greet him and I was pleasantly surprised. Jason looked like a young tenderloin version of LL Cool J…I wasn’t into light skinned dudes then but I couldn’t help but to admire his sex appeal. The sight of him made Mama Kizzy do a Peter Cottentail hop, but that’s about it. Now had he looked like Denzel, Mama Kizzy thumps and hops would’ve looked like Star Jones EKG prior to gastro. I was sure one of the girls would be feeling this cat.

I walked Jason upstairs and as we discussed the ladies were planted on the couch with the knives between the sections. I took my seat beside the ladies and Jason sat across from us. We didn’t even have time to get to know each other cause the first thing Jason says is “so who wants to get ate out first?” I’m expecting one of these bishes to raise their hand, but instead these little whores scared as shyt! (Thinking to self must I do everything?) I think Kaylia wants to go first!!! Kaylia says NO, but asks Jason to strip for us instead. Jason says “Yes, I’ll dance, but I need something to make my pentus hard” He continues to say “How about I lick one of ya’ll drawls?” Kaylia says okay and brings back some unworn Vickie Secrets. Okay so we in bizness now right? WRONG! Jason responds back by saying “Not your clean drawls, how bout the ones you got on?” WTF Dayum this dude wasn’t lying he is a real freak! Well, I know he’s not about to get my drawls. My ass had been itching all day, which means more than likely I didn’t wipe good, so I probably had some shyt stains in mines. One of the other girls is going to have to volunteer. I guess the other girls didn’t wipe they asses either cause they all said NO!

We had the hardest time coercing Jason to strip for us without tasting our leftover panty juices, but he did a little dance for us. He bussed out a couple of Spectacular swirls and gave us a couple of couch dances, but we wouldn’t give him what he really wanted, which was to EAT US OUT! I think he was kinda disappointed, well I know he was. I walked him downstairs and apologized to him. I wished him good luck with finding that girl that would oblige him by just wanting to be satisfied orally. He gave me his number and asked me to call him if I had some friends that were really down. I told him I would, but as soon as he was out of my sight I tore his number up and let it blow away in the wind. Sorry Jason I don’t keep perverts in my rolodex.

“Allegories, when well chosen, are like so many tracks of light in a discourse, that make everything about them clear and beautiful”
(Joseph Addison – English poet and statesman, 1672-1719)

L’Harmonie (Harmony) is the left gilded figural sculpture which is crowning the roof of the Opéra Garnier in Paris.
It was made by Charles Guméry (1827-1871), a French sculptor who was working in an academic realist manner and who must have influenced in many ways the kind of poses I like my models to strike.
I took this picture last winter while I was for a few days in Paris.

There are many video images illustrating the impact of an asteroid and our planet. But none so far doesn’t level with the spectacular and terror emanating from the latest video performance of this kind.
Understanding that such a cataclysm might, indeed, happen in a … very bad day, you can not help yourself to wonder if all mankind will be somewhere in space when or if we will all die at that time.
With the help of this Discovery Channel film, we can get an idea of the devastating effects resulted after the Earth “Impact” with an asteroid about the size of the Moon.

Eric Parker, Epic-Super-Ultra-Mega Hero.

I’ve been to all of this guy’s fights, and I’m actually good friends with him. He’s a really cool guy, and a champion kickboxer. And he’s a champion for a reason, he’s friggin’ scary good in the ring. I seriously urge you to go see one of his fights the next time you can (most are down here in Florida, but you never know when they might go further out of state). He’s great at what he does. He had his knee dislocated, and popped it back into place, during a fight. Oh, and he won that particular fight. In fact he hasn’t ever lost. Here, check out this knockout mashup of him. It’s really cool. Also, I would like you all to know that he trains at Tiger Schulmann’s Clearwater (I know because I train there as well). It’s a great school full of great fighters. Here’s the mashup:

It is time to get back into gear. I spent the last few months in useless “marketing” efforts trying to gain corporate sponsorship for this massive painting. I have come back to my senses and realized I, and I alone are the master of this painting’s destiny. Never do I, or have I started at the bottom and worked my way up. I have this simple philosophy: Start at the top! It could end up in a tragedy or success because at the top, the only place to go is down. The key is once you get to the top, you never let go!

I am the creator of a massive work of art called THE
REVELATION PAINTING which measures an incredible 12 feet by 40 feet! Not since DaVinci’s time has there been a religious painting of this magnitude.
This painting is history in the making!

I am writing you Sir in effort to gain your support. I am an American born artist but the significance of this painting is paramount. I would like to release this painting from Italy with the support of the church. There has been nothing throughout history which can match the true magnificence this painting.

The painting is alive and moves with fire, passion, and energy! It bleeds on the canvas and returns to its original state. There are messages within the painting written backwards and the painting changes to other paintings in front of the audience’ eyes, true awe and spectacular!

There are mysteries of Revelation which are uncovered within the painting which will change what we previously knew about the book of Revelation. It is well worth the churches time to look into this painting and I would be honored as the artist.

I have been working on this painting for the past 11 years, it is what I
would consider a “life’s work.” I have received materials for this painting from around the world, making it a true global effort. Please feel free to contact me at any time.

I have created a blog: www.therevelationpainting.wordpress.com

where I am creating public interest very rapidly! This is the last year of the painting’s creation which has been kept a secret until now. It is exciting and I would very much appreciate your attention above all which become involved.

Respectfully yours

Below, you can see a summary (Please note I am not a professional marketer, just an artist working independently on all aspects of this painting):

—ABOUT THE PAINTING—
The Revelation Painting©
“La pittura di rivelazione”

THE REVELATION PAINTING is a massive work of art measuring 12 feet by 40 feet with 7 magnificent scenes. Thirty canvases 48″ X 48″ were required for the creation of the painting. The canvases are of gallery wrapped cloth and custom made wooden canvases required to carry the weight and storage of the elements of the painting. This painting will travel the world in exhibition and is indeed history in the making! The artist has expressed that in this world of turmoil and unsettling conflict, that something very beautiful can be created through resources not commonly used to create unity and world peace. Over ten years have been dedicated to exposing the beauty of the world and its resources, its people, spirit, culture and soul. The artist states: “It is a “presence” of beauty for the world, visual peace in times of turmoil.”

The painting incorporates fiber optics, 3D “flip” graphic resources, and gemstones from around the world, among other things commonly not seen in fine arts, yet the quality is comparable to the work of the “old masters” in its creation. Each gemstone holds a sacred place in the painting which is identified in one of seven journals being created simultaneously titled: The Stones. The journal includes information about the stones and their origin related to the painting. One of the mysteries of Revelation has been uncovered in this section of the painting! There is an area of precious and semiprecious crushed gemstones creating the New City which spans a total of 220 inches respectively where over $40,000.00 to this date, has been
invested-Ruby, Sapphire, Chalcedony, Sardonyx, Carnelian, Beryl, Helidor, Topaz, Bixbite, Zircon, Amethyst, and Chrysoprasus…it is stunning and like nothing you have never seen! Each 1″ section of gemstone coverage required 6 carats of crushed gemstones. The painting also contains titles and subtitles in languages from all over the globe!
The other six journals are:
+ the artist ideas, thoughts, and feelings while creating this life’s work
(2 books Dreams, Visions)
+ Sketches of the work (1 book), Truth-The Hemorrhage of Pigs! (1 book)
+ Measures-with such a massive size it was imperative that the measurements be precise. (1 book)
+ Journal of Acknowledgement, the most important journal in the series acknowledges the participation no matter how great or small toward the completion of this masterpiece. It discloses not only their personal contribution but information provided by the contributor and advertising if desired of their businesses, personal information, dreams and aspirations.
Essentially whatever the contributor wants to say to the world! (1 book)
The painting will be shown via webcam in mid 2010 with the artist working on it…THE FINALE. There will be scans of the work and updates regarding all aspects of this wonderful creation starting in January 2010. You will view the last year of the making of this historical painting. It is a painting to the people for the people. You and the world are a part of it!

It is unclear to me that if I had been marketing this painting for the past 11 years, if I would have been any further than I am. It does not seem that I will gain corporate sponsorship until it is complete, then as they say: “Everyone will be your friend”…you know. I have been watching the U.S. economy and feel as though The Revelation Painting will not get the recognition it deserves here and have decided to release it from Italy, specifically Rome and the “grand-daddy” of religious art-The Vatican! Regardless, tonight I did something drastic. Tonight I wrote the Pope~!
