Here is a Spiderman graphic hoodie that I had mixed feelings about in the beginning. I didn’t really like the thing with the stars but then it sort of grew on me. What do you think of them. Would you feel like a little kid walking around in this graphic hoodie? I don’t know maybe Marvel meant it more for children since they offer most of their hoodies graphic vintage or other for children, too.

Yes, that’s what I’m rolling into- a calmer phase of life. The last few weeks/months/years have been the most hectic time of my life. I’ve done a lot and missed out on a lot in this time. For now, I’ll just update on the past few weeks. Post Indore Marathon, I had yet another challenge as the head of Creative and Design Vertical of ahvan ‘09, the Annual Management Summit of IIM Indore (previously called IRIS). My team’s work in ahvan will take another blog post which will come soon too *fingers crossed*. It was one hell of a roller coster ride. An experience I’d never miss for my life even if I’ve to relive the days all over again. The appreciation by the batch was well worth the efforts. But about that later. Right now, I’m almost done with most of my extra-currics here. I’m again in the creatives team of “Mridang”, the maiden cultural fest of IIM Indore to be held in January, but I’m not heading it this time. Harish is taking over all the headache. As a member, I hope to get some respite, and a badly needed break lest I run out of my already depleting creative brainwaves. :p

So basically, now I have some time at hand. I say this in the light of the fact that my second year academics aren’t that rigorous. Sessions for five of the nine courses for this trimester are over. End term exams for a few of them are also done. Remaining courses will have some classes/assignments/projects/presentations to keep me busy, but I think I’ll be able to handle them quite well, specially after the rigor we were made to go through in the first year. Besides this, I’ve a market research industry project from CavinKare to work on. Data collection is done. Analysis and recommendations remain. Even that shouldn’t take much time. Though all this might seem like some work already, I’m pretty relaxed cuz these stopped mounting up stress on me long time back.

Also, I’ve this Malaysian trip coming up in december immediately as my term ends. But before that, I also have a 2 day workshop here at campus by Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam. Excited to meet him in person and actually learn something from him first hand.

Since I’m already deriving how much time I’m now gonna have at hand, let me also add that I’ve only one trimester left before I pass out from this Institute. That’ll run from 22nd December to 27th February. Fortunately, I’ve covered most of my credits in my first 5 trimesters by taking a huge pile up of subjects in each. So I’ll be needing to cover ONLY 8 credits in the third term (compare that to 28 credits this term) . I’ve taken 3 courses for the last term (4+2+2). These include:

1) Personal Growth Lab (4 credits): Now this course is absolutely AWESOME. Don’t believe me?? Here is how the course description goes:

1. You learn practices and principles that enable you to enjoy a new level of Well Being and higher levels of energy. You can manage stress better and remain calm and be peaceful.
2. You learn techniques to let go of the baggage of the past and tools to let go of emotions (such as anger, regrets, upsets, resentment, fears etc.) that may be overwhelming or weighing you down. As a result, you will have access to being more relaxed, being more open and being more productive.
3. You learn communication techniques that enable you to be effective even in challenging situations.
4. You learn meditation techniques that enable you to be more aware and centred.
5. You have an opportunity to reinvent yourself, develop your sense of humour and widen your horizon

Now you may think I took it up coz it was a ‘light’ course with no exams/assignments (which is actually one of the motivations to be honest) but I do believe that such courses are a necessity to prepare you for the ‘dog-eat-dog’ corporate world out there. Plus, the course apparently includes meditation too. I anyways used to sleep in lectures. Now I’ll even get credits for that. #awesome

2) Building Creative Potential (2 credits): This is yet another awesome course. It involves workshops (no exams/assignments again :]). Well the course objectives read like this:

• To facilitate harnessing of participants’ creative potential and develop an understanding of creativity and creative thinking
• To develop creative capabilities and creative problem solving skills for application in everyday work and organizational settings

5 workshops (spanning over 10 sessions)
Workshop 1: Introduction to creative thinking and building creative potential in organizations
Workshop 2: Lateral thinking
Workshop 3: Ideation
Workshop 4: Morphological Analysis
Workshop 5: Synectics

With my involvement in creatives of festivals, this shouldn’t come as a surprise. :]

3) Rural Marketing (2 credits): The only ‘true-management-type’ subject in my third term. Makes sense to know how to tap the would-be biggest consumer market in the world (including both India and China). Though personally I wouldn’t like to work in a rural setting but will help in the strategies of any company planning to tap into rural markets.

So you see how much free time I’m gonna have in the coming days. Well, placements will be there in Jan end/ Feb start. I should be worried about them but frankly speaking I’m not. Not cuz I’m in an IIM and I’m sure of getting a placement or something (that’s just an urban myth) or cuz I’m well prepared with stuff but only cuz if IIM Indore has taught me one thing, it is to LIVE every moment of my life and not barely survive it like the rest of the crowd is doing. Money/Job Profile/Brand name matters but only to an extent. It would sound far fetched but now I see more clearly than ever how world is getting into one big rat race. I prefer to call it a rat marathon. And honestly, I don’t intend to be a part of it. Maybe I’ve been a part of it by trying to achieve maximum in the minimum time frame all my life, but no more. I’m pretty clear about one thing: Money or no money, I’m gonna do what I like doing the most. I don’t exactly know what I’d like to do for the rest of my life. But the moment that strikes me, I’m gonna give it a shot leaving whatever I’m doing, no strings attached. I guess I owe a lot of this confidence to the brand name of IIM. With that and some basic intelligence, I think finding a job for surviving will never be a problem. Life’s rolling by and I want to spend it doing what I want to do and not what everyone expects me to do. So there…

Meanwhile, in the free time that I now have I plan the following things:

• Read as much as I can
• Finish off revamping my room
• Complete drawing life size Calvin and Hobbes (I bought the biggest sketch-color packet available and the biggest white sheets available at the stationary store for the purpose *excited*)
• Find appropriate place and stick the gazillion large stickers that I got of Batman, Spiderman, Pooh bear, Kung-fu Panda, Spongebob Squarepants (yeah, I’m still 5 :p)
• Update myself with whatever is happening around the world and in different sectors (will help in placements too)
• Learn/Play guitar even more often
• Blog more often and write more articles
• Eat a lot and gain more weight (I’ve no idea why I don’t gain weight even though I eat so much. It’s kinda good I guetss)
• Be regular at gym again and redistribute the gained weight (if any) in proper places :p
• Video blog starting the Malaysian trip or maybe before that

Das Wunderbärchen ist zurück von der Reise gen Süden nach Stuttgart! Es hat sich dort gut erholt, alte Freunde getroffen, viel Party gemacht und neue Energie getankt, um frisch in diese Woche zu starten! floskel2

Nachdem es sich gesternabend noch bei cinzelinski und Prof. Dr. med Flügelherz Spidy3 angekuckt hat, weiss es jetzt sowieo alles über das Leben, die philosophischen Gedanken, die man sich über Beziehungen stellt und vorallem: Ich werde Dich lieben, für immer und ewig! Und wir dachten, bei Spiderman handelt es sich um einen Actionfilm??! floskel3.

Gesättigt und liebtrunken ODER doch gewarnt vor lebenslangen Beziehungen (zu viel Romantik ist ja bekanntlich auch schädlich!) radelte das Wunderbärchen müde aber zufrieden nach Hause.

Das Wunderbärchen ist leicht verunsichert, nachdem ihr der Chef “Druck” gemacht hat, dass die NGWPs nun endlich fertiggestellt sein müssen! Es geht schliesslich nicht mehr lange bis Neujahr!

Doch Wunderbärchen denkt sich nur floskel9 und gestaltet frisch und fröhlich weiter. Was baut sie da wohl? Eine Unterwasserwelt im Winter? Aber das Bärchen bleibt beharrlich und sieht deutlich und klar die Weihnachtssujets vor ihr liegen. floskel12 denkt sich das Wunderbärchen über cinzelinski, aber das ist ja bekanntlich nichts neues. HA!

Am Nachmittag kam ein heissblütiger (???) aber vorallem augenbrauenzwinkender Jüngling im Büro vorbei, welches die Praktikanteninsel erhellen ließ (bei dem trüben Wetter vorallem!!), schallendes Gelächter folgte frischfröhlich.

Hmm so this last week has been the best (bar the few down moods but nothing that can be helped) but today it has sucked so much. Got ignored, and am querying whether I am being lied to? Can’t express how much i hate liars, especially those who do it straight to your face! It is one of my major bug bears.

I dunno whether the guy, in question, knows how i feel about it, nor do i know how he feels about me…probably, knowing my luck, he only sees me as a mate be just bloody typical *SIGH* don’t know what to do…

Done nothing all day again, so tomorrow i have decided i am going into town and going to buy some new boots which will cheer me up, and hopefully arrange to do something in the evening, before i really really lose the plot from bordness.  Been watching Grey’s Anatomy season 1 today, and going to continue to the end of season 3 before the 25th when i can finally get my hands on season 4!!! Awesomely excited to watch it and see what happens…hate it not being on channel 5…and the fact we are so many seasons behind america!!! GAH!

Currently watching pochontas, then going to watch spiderman 3…so its been an ok tv night for a sunday As much as i love Pixar movies, sometimes there is nothing better than watching a good old Disney movie

El otro día me quedé fascinado por una serie de vídeos que sacaron (como no) en Youtube, que tratan sobre como ciertas películas y series deberían haber acabado… Son vídeos muy cortitos, pero llenos de humor, y que desde aquí os recomiendo a todos.

Se trata de cortos de animacion que no cuesta mucho hacer, por lo que, al necesitar de poco esfuerzo, se puede tener mas tiempo para dar rienda suelta a la imaginación y sacarnos una sonrisa de vez en cuando.

Se llama How Should It Have Ended, o HISHE, no hay mucho mas que decir, solo poner un par de vídeos, para mi los mejores, y recomendaros que no os la perdáis.

Und so geschah es, dass sie später gemeinsam über den Hollywood Boulevard schlenderten, bis sie  Sterne sahen

Zunächst aber mussten noch ca. 100 km mehrspurige Autobahn im Großraum LA bewältigt werden. Unglaublicher Smog lag über der gesamten Gegend.  Definitiv kein Ort für “Schöner Wohnen”. Kalifornische Autofahrer bevorzugen offensichtlich den Fahrspurwechsel der zackigen Art, ungeblinkt und in Sicherheitsabstände springend. Dabei möglichst ein Handy am Ohr. Testosterongesteuerte Überholmanöver von rechts und links.  Grausam und definitiv nichts für schwache Nerven. Die weibliche Spezies präferiert den  Minimalabstand zum Vordermann. Ampelpausen werden dann auch gerne mal zur demonstrativen Make-up-Korrektur verwendet.

Madame Toussauds Tiefgarage bot ein ruhiges Plätzchen für den asiatischen Flitzer. Flatrate-Parking für 10$. Das Auto samt Schlüssel wurde ihnen von einem Angestellten abgenommen und sie bekamen im Gegenzug einen unscheinbaren Schnipsel Papier. Ob sie das Schnuckelchen wohl je wiedersehen werden?

Neben dem obigen Universalsternchen gibt es auf den Gehwegen beidseitig der Straße noch viele andere. Manchmal direkt hintereinander, dann wieder in Zweierreihen, dann auch mal namenlos. Nie ausgerichtet. Mal von der einen Gehrichtung, mal von der anderen lesbar. Beispielweise fanden sie einen für

und für diese Herren gleich eine ganze Gehwegplatte. Spontan dachten beide Sternenläufer an die Freidenkerin und deren Faible für Raketenstarts.

Vor lauter gesenkten Blicken -  Richard Gere hätte unbemerkt an ihnen vorbei gehen können – war es ganz gut, wenn sie gelegentlich den Überblick behielten. Man sieht ja sonst den Himmel über Los Angeles vor lauter Sternen nicht.

Und natürlich gönnten sich die beiden Sternchensammler noch einen versmogten Blick auf  The Hollywood Sign.

Nachdem sie nun aber genug von all dem Rummel hatten und sie das Auto tatsächlich vollständig zurück bekamen, führte sie der Weg über das demonstrativ regenbogenfahnentragende Westhollywood und Beverly Hills nach Santa Monica, dann weiter über Malibu bis nach Ventura. Dort gaben sie sich den Red Lobster* bis der Strom ausfiel. (*Seafoodrestaurantkette)

Enchantment returns this November as Macy’s magical procession of pomp and pageantry ushers in the holiday season at the 83rd Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. From the trumpeting of the time-honored phrase Let’s Have a Parade. to the first glimpse of one of Macy’s signature giant helium balloons, the march of whimsy will delight more than 3.5 million spectators lining the streets of Manhattan and more than 50 million viewers nationwide. America’s Parade steps to the beat of its own drums on Thursday, November 26th at 9:00 AM bringing with it 8,000 participants including the nation’s best marching bands, jaw-dropping performance groups, cheerleaders, clowns, giant balloons, fanciful floats and the biggest star of them all, the one-and-only Santa Claus.

From a small band of Macy’s employees gathered in 1924 to commemorate the holiday season to a tradition that has delighted millions for generations, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is truly an icon of American popular culture. Changing with the times from a Parade of floats, zoo animals, clowns and bands that marched down a more than 5- mile route to a Parade filled with giant helium balloon characters, celebrities, and more; the Macy’s Parade this year will mark yet another milestone moment. Having marched down parts of Broadway for 82 years, the 2009 procession will be the first to bypass Broadway in the history of the Parade. Over the years, the Macy’s Parade route has changed five times as it traveled through Manhattan. From the initial Harlem step-off site in the mid 1920s to its current 77th Street starting line, the Parade route has evolved with the city.

The 2009 Macy’s Parade will begin at 77th Street and Central Park West, travel down to Columbus Circle where it will turn onto Central Park South. Once the Parade reaches 7th Avenue it will turn once more and march down 7th Avenue through Times Square to 42nd Street. At the famed intersection, it will turn east to 6th Avenue and begin its final march down the Avenue of the Americas to 34th Street, where it will turn towards Macy’s famed flagship and end at 7th Avenue marking a 2.65-mile march.

“This is a milestone year for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade,” said Robin Hall, executive producer of Macy’s National Events. “Dramatic changes in the mid-town landscape will divert us for the first time from the fabled Broadway route we have followed since our first Parade in 1924. However, our course will remain true and the Parade will continue to entertain millions as Spider-Man returns to the sky and the first new Santa Float in almost half a century makes its debut.”

The 83rd Annual Macy’s Parade will be an unparalleled crowd-pleasing spectacle that features 1,500 cheerleaders, dancers, singers and performers; 800 clowns; 15 giant character helium balloons; 35 novelty/ornament balloons, balloonheads and balloonicles; 10 marching bands; 24 floats; and a host of celebrity performers.

Rise of the Giants
The sky above the streets of Manhattan will be alive once more filled with colorful friends as the Parade’s signature giant helium character balloons soar on Thanksgiving morning. The line-up of giants features a who’s who of children’s classic characters from comic book superheroes to the stars of television, films and American pop culture. New arrivals to the Thanksgiving Day balloonfest are everyone’s favorite neighborhood super-hero™, the web slinger himself, Spider-Man®; the ever cute and cuddly Pillsbury Doughboy®; America’s favorite clown Ronald McDonald®; and the top mouse on deck, Sailor Mickey Mouse.

Making a vaunted return to the Parade to complete the 15 giant balloon line-up are some of the nation’s most favorite characters including Abby Cadabby, Buzz Lightyear, Dora the Explorer™, Flying Ace Snoopy, Horton, Kermit the Frog™, Pikachu™, Shrek®, Smurf, SpongeBob SquarePants™ and Supercute Hello Kitty®. These giant balloons are only one portion of the buoyant procession; the Macy’s Parade also boasts 35 novelty/ornament balloons and balloonicles, which can range in size from 12 to 25 feet tall and give the line of march a tiered perspective. The Macy’s Parade features a team of Balloonatics – balloon experts who create, maintain and inflate the Parade’s balloon line up. A fun bunch, the Parade Balloonatics are known to give lessons in balloon speak to spectators every year. Two very important facts should be known when referring to the Parade’s giant helium characters. One is that although the Parade’s signature balloons seem to float in the air, they are indeed balloons – not floats. The second and most important is that Macy’s does not blow up the balloons – that would be very disappointing to millions who would not get to see them fly on Parade day…that’s why they are inflated!

Floating Scenes of Wonder
Riding down the street on Thanksgiving Day will be the Parade’s magical lineup of floats that feature landscapes of fantasy. These moving stages transport millions of spectators on unexpected journeys. The new float line-up includes a salute to the heroes in our everyday lives on the Local Heroes Helping Everyday float; a magical land where friends come to life to play and dance on the There’s A Party in My City float, and the first new Santa’s Sleigh in more than 40 years.

The dazzling stages that ride down the streets of New York City each year take months of painstaking work by the skilled artisans of the Macy’s Parade Studio. The gifted Studio team design and build each float from the ground up. Wood, foam and other materials are the skeleton that gives life to this fleet of fantasy. In addition to the three new stages, 21 floats will make a return appearance to the line up this Thanksgiving.

The returning float roster includes 123 Sesame Street, Big Apple, Bridge To The Future, Bountiful Harvest Cornucopia, The Care Bears™ Winter Fun-derland, Castle of Dreams, Cele-bear-ate Hugs Worldwide, Doodlebug, Jolly Polly Pirate Ship, M&M’s® Chocolate Candies on Broadway, Marion-Carol Showboat, Musical Innovation Bigger Than Life, Pep Squad, Shine On, The Smurfs™, Snoopy’s Doghouse, Spirit of Liberty, Tom Turkey, The True Spirit of Thanksgiving, Winter Wonderland in Central Park and Woodland Family Gathering. From coast to coast, Americans will gather around the television to share in the magic of the Parade via the national broadcast on NBC-TV. Deadline Hollywood nos cuenta de que Anne Hathaway puede que le entre al negocio de los comics en la pantalla grande ya que dicen que estará en Spider-Man 4.

De lo que dicen es que ya los productores se han acercado a ella para que esté en la movie, pero claro, SONY no ha admitido nada. Sin embargo, de lo que saben es que la quieren para que haga un papel princpal, y no, ella no reemplazará a Kirsten Dunst que sigue viva para esta cuarta iteración de la cinta.

De los rumores que circulan por la red, dicen que también estarán Julia Stiles y Rachel McAdams. Se dice que una de ellas podría ser The Black Cat pero todo está en “veremos”.

Sam Raimi sigue siendo el director de esta cinta para que se estrene en mayo del 2011 y con toda la intención de empezar a filmar en cuanto comience el 2010.

Writer Dan Slott has promised big changes for Peter Parker in Marvel's Dark Reign: The List – Spider-Man one-shot.

The comic is the last of a series of eight Dark Reign: The List one-shots that see the villainous Norman Osborn taking steps to neutralise his greatest enemies.

“Two Avengers summits ago, I was there when Brian Michael Bendis and Matt Fraction pitched 'The List',” Slott told Newsarama. “Back then it was called 'Project Muscle'. I know. That was the working title. It's like when they shot Star Wars and called it Blue Harvest.

“When we were talking, and as we've been talking about 'The List' and 'Dark Reign', the main power broker in all of 'Dark Reign' is Norman Osborn. So, dear God – [long-time Osborn foe] Spider-Man's got to be integral to this storyline. He's got to be there.

“When you look at all 'The List' issues, big things happen. Ronin's been captured and locked up. You have Bruce Banner's being exposed to stuff that can turn him into the Hulk again. Hundreds of people die under Daredevil's watch, which kicks Andy Diggle's Daredevil run into high gear.

“So you can bet there's a big thing that we've all been planning for and gearing toward with Spidey and Iron Patriot.

“It builds off things that have been happening in Spider-Man, but if you haven't been reading Amazing Spider-Man, everything is explained for you. And it does propel the Marvel Universe toward the next phase. I don't want to say… well, let's just say it moves the story forward.”

Que la France gagne ou qu’elle perde… À deux heures du match, la rédaction de GQ se pose une question : pourquoi depuis le match aller les joueurs français ont-ils un déguisement de Spiderman alors que nous sommes encore à plus d’un mois de Noël ? Renseignement pris, ce nouveau maillot est le dernier qu’Adidas conçoit pour l’équipe de France avant qu’elle ne s’habille en Nike, dès l’an prochain. Donc, apparemment, chez Adidas, ils sont très très vexés !

Why has no one made a show where every character from every popular TV show, fairytale, movie, play, and book meet up?  The series could go on for years!  Mary and her Little Lamb could meet up with The Big Bad Wolf- but wait!  Spiderman flies down and saves her!  MJ is jealous, so she goes for Superman.  Spiderman’s world falls apart yet again.  But he is comforted after confiding in Sandy from Bikini Bottom.  But after Sandy moves back to Texas, Spiderman aligns with Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy.  Together they fight Superman, but MJ is furious.  She calls up Chomper from Land Before Time and all the superheroes flee.  MJ then moves to the secluded continent Pangea with Little Foot and friends.  We flashback to modern time.  Arthur is fighting Ginger (from As Told by Ginger) for the last dessert at the Degrassi cafeteria.  Then Mario crashes through the wall with a mushroom as he races Sonic the hedgehog for the Rainbow Cup.  The smurfs show up and eat lunch with Arthur because Ginger won the dessert.  The Power Rangers form a lacrosse team for Degrassi and face the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  Madness ensues.  Romeo and Juliet are voted Homecoming King and Queen and then Holden Caulfield toiletpapers their house.  Jack is upset so he climbs his beanstalk and is now on the missing children list.  All the Disney characters are students from a rivaling school.  Anyway, that’d just be season one.

It had been a pretty long while since I started expecting the sequel to Marvel Ultimate Alliance (2006) sequel and finally, I have got it and finished the game twice. It is a bit odd, because I had really expected much more from this game and at the end, it kinda feels like a dissapointment. Because of my console, the version I will talk about is the Wii version of the game.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, previously known also as Fusion, basically follows the same path of the original game in terms of gameplay. Up to four players can join during anytime of the game, choosing 4 characters among 26 playable Marvel heroes and villains and overcoming each obstacle on their way. One of the new aspects of the game is the fact that now, thanks to the fusion power the characters are able to combine their powers, realeasing a powerful blast of mixed abilities. This new feature, apart from the story, are the only new attractions of the game, so we can say there’s a bit lack of originality.

The characters have improved in a lot of aspects, specially the visual one, but surely fans of the previous game will be struck by the fact of not having really new superpowers. Indeed, almost all the attacks of the first game have come back, with the exception of few that were changed, into something a little bit better, or something even worse. Teamwork is still the same, and the enemy’s level of intelligence becomesa challenge in some moments of the game, but there’s nothing really splendorous. Expectations about the new characters like Jean Grey, Penance, Psylocke, etc. fade quickly, as you realize some are the obvious replacement of the ones in the first game that didn’t enter in this second round (like Psylocke, who is basically Elektra). Some others continue being as good as they were, and pretty few have become really stronger.

The game’s plot follows the Civil War story, on which the heroes have to choose between accepting the Act of Registration from the Government, or not. Depending on what you choose, some characters will be available or not, and missions will change, according to the story you’re playing. Nevertheless, the way the plot is told becomes sometimes quite boring, and you just skip the info in order to start playing the missions. The S.H.I.E.L.D. blue points, where you save your progress and change your team are now spread in not very useful locations, unlike the previous game, and you can’t change characters who have died in battle anymore. You have to bring them back to life using the Fusion, and in the Wii version, there are no costumes for the characters. 

Bosses have a balanced level, and the locations, although they are not as exotic as in the prequel, are now made with more detail, giving the game a pleasant visual effect. Missions have become shorter in lenght and not very dinamic in some moments. A good improvement from the first Wii version is that the Wii Remote Control is now more enjoyable without being an irritating feature. Attacks are not made by the control’s movement anymore, and isntead, it is required only in specific actions.

So, in general, MUA2 it’s the same game as the first one with some improvements but no really outstanding feature, a story that can be sometimes hateful, and cool characters that still, have something which doesn’t really fit at all. A good avergae game, but the first one is really missed by the player while he plays this one.

So, here’s a list of all the playable Wii characters, with a brief opinion of mine (based on my playing with them), and more images. Leave your comments as you wish!

1.- Captain America: He’s basically the same as in the first game, and his attacks are overpowered by most of all the other characters. A shield is not very useful, really… Grade: Useful in some moments.

2.- Iron Man: With some new improvements, Stark’s armor is not only a reliable backup, but also quite an offensive fighter. He’s not only powerful but also resistant. Grade: Essential for victory!

3.- Thor: The mighty Nordic God might not seem trustful in this game, but hides great power in his hammer. Strong and offensive, clearly a great choice. Grade: Good choice!

4.- Hulk: This new ally it’s powerful by nature. His only “but” is that he requires “rage” for some of his attacks, but it’s a good companion in rooms full of enemies… Grade: Good choice!

5.- Spiderman: The web-head neighbour it’s the master of agility, and along with his spider powers becomes a useful tool whether for running away, or fighting multiple enemies at a time… Grade: Essential for victory!

6.- Mr. Fantastic: Thanks to his elastic powers, he can reach enemies that are not close to him, but his physical power from the last game, went from 5 to 2 so think about it… Grade: Not the best, not the worst.

7.- Invisible Woman: Susan’s powers have increased from 5, to extra 5, becoming quite a good heroine to play with. Not only will she protect her mates using big shields, but also her “fusion” abilities end up with massive destruction! Grade: Essential for victory!

8.- Human Torch: Johnny’s fire power is strong, and used in a proper way, becomes destructive, besides, his combinations with the other heroes always result in total blast, surely, one hell of a flame! Grade: Good choice!

9.- The Thing: Ben’s physical power it’s the same, but unlike the first game, he’s a little bit faster. This allows him to act like a big bull enemies can’t run from!!! Grade: Good choice!

10.- Wolverine: The iconic X-Man, remains the same as in the prequel, but his lack of power is far more visible. It’s not a good idea to use metal claws against metal armors… Grade: Useful in some moments.

11.- Storm: Storm’s lightnings are a good weapon when a lot of enemies surround you, but… apart from that she has nothing really good to add, except (maybe…) her fusion compability… Grade: Useful in some moments.

12.- Cyclops: This new player seems to have a poor gameplay, but his optical powers ban that statement and make him a good mate rivals can’t deal with. Grade: Good choice!

13.- Jean Grey: She’s probably one of the best newcomers to the game. Not only can she revive with her powers, but also ask her Phoenix’s soul for help and play with telekinesis as if she were playing with dolls. Grade: Essential for victory!

14.- Iceman: Basically the same as always, Iceman icy powers are useful for freezing enemies once and for all, trapping them in what can become a massive punching bag. Fast, agile, and a good shooter… what else do you ask? Grade: Good choice!

15.- Gambit: Another newcomer who impresses with her explosive cards. His shooting ability is stunning, and more when his cards fly everywhere without even aiming at an enemy! Grade: Good choice!

16.- Psylocke: This lady’s pink powers are not very realiable and you’d prefer to take Jean instead of her. Her pink blade is probably a good weapon, along her butteflies, but she’s not the latest warrior… Grade: Useful in some moments.

17.- Deadpool: This mercenary is everything but rubbish. He shoots as fast as you blink your eyes, teleports, jumps, throws granades and starts the massive attacks as fast as he says: “Hello!” His resistance and health powers… make him the perfect back-up. Grade: Essential for victory.

18.- Daredevil: Not a very impressive character, Daredevil shows us agile movements and baton-based hits. Nothing really amazing. Grade: Not the best, not the worst.

19.- Songbird: Another newcomer who seems to offer a lot, but at the end is just another normal mutant. Her sonic powers are only impressive when the fusion is made. A bad point: she can’t attack while she flies… Grade: Not the best, not the worst.

20.- Blade: The old vampire hunter was weak and this new version of him… is still weak. Surrounded by all the other mutants, he barely even disappears among them. Some attacks have become stronger, and the gunshot is probbaly his best feature. Grade: Useful in some moments.

21.- Ms. Marvel: We still wonder why did she return. She’s not amazing and her attacks do a damage level of mediocrity. The only plus is that she’s strong, but in that case… better take Hulk or the Thing. Grade: Stay at the base.

22.- Penance: This mysterious guy doens’t seem to be strong or physically impressive, although visually, he is. Has energy attacks based in getting pain, but his really strong point is the “fusion” move, that ends up sometimes in total destruction. Grade: Not the best, not the worst.

23.- Luke Cage: This warrior is anything but spectacular. Maybe his fists against the ground are something but aparte from that… the chain, the punch… just don’t really work. Grade: Stay at the base.

24.- Venom: One of the two villains available, Venom it’s one of the best newcomers. His slow melee moves are compensed by really good attackas using his symbiotic abilites, which are able to drain enemy’s life in less that 1 minute! Grotesque, sometimes is the best… Grade: Essential for victory!

25.- Green Goblin: The explosive pumpkins he throws make up for his lack of physical damage. Basically that’s all he does… oh, did I mention he launches missiles? Grade: Not the best, not the worst.

26.- Nanyte Nick Fury: This android version of Nick Fury is strong, and has some good attacks… but he’s lack of visual compability with the rest of heroes, makes him a little odd. Apart from that… his sniper rifle deserves some views. Grade: Not the best, not thw worst.

We do feel sometimes the need of using Dr. Strange, Ghost Rider, Moonknight or Colossus right? Hahaha… among all the mentioned, who’s your favorite???
