So, today was the day of the biggest sales of the year, and how did that go for you all?  Nicely?  I sure hope so.  I didn’t go shopping, instead I had a football game.

I’m going shopping tomorrow.  So, anyone get some good deals?  Anyone get run over by angry mobs?  Fight anyone for a sweater?

Today was a loose kind of day.  Wear the shirt, jeans, and a belt.  Go all out.  No uniforms.  So, what did I do?  I went all out.  Section that is the most spirity wins a prize.  I’m a flute, by the way.

Shirt, jeans, white belt with silver stars.  (Our colors are Red, black, and silver/gray.  Our mascot is a pirate)  Checkered vans, red socks.  Pulled my hair back and put fake red and black dreads in it.  I don’t know how it looked, I did it without a mirror.  Painted my face white, one half read polka dots, the other half black stripes.  Red pirate earrings, a silver skull and crossbones necklace.  Then, I strung myself/ my instrument with portable Christmas lights.

The paint, by the way, was acrylic– so it shouldn’t have been on my face to begin with.  My sister also painted over my eyebrows, so pulling it off did some damage.  Whatever, I’ll draw myself new, better eyebrows.

So, through the whole game most of us were wearing jeans a short sleeved shirt, and it was forty degrees.  We were all freezing our asses off, and we were an hour and a half from home.  The bus ride back, I tried to nap leaning against the window but everything was cold, I half froze but at least I had my mp3 player to help me get through it.

Also, they kept breaking glow sticks which exploded EVERYWHERE, and by the end of the bus ride nearly everyone was covered with that icky glowy stuff.

So, I got home and I got all of the paint off, mostly with water, but some of it I just ripped off, and I have to tell you: I have found the secret to perfect skin.  When I pulled that crap off, my skin was softer than, I don’t know, something really soft.  It was great.

So, all you have to do to get soft skin is: paint your face with acrylic paint.  Let it sit for three hours in warm air, then six hours FREEZING, blow hot air on it for a couple of minutes, then peel.  That’s it!  If your skin isn’t perfect, then you didn’t do it right.

Have fun, and don’t rip your eyebrows off.

Can you hear that hallelujah chorus?  School will not be in session tomorrow, September 18, due to teacher work day.  They may not enjoy spending a day at school while the kids spend the day at home, but the students are elated to receive a day off.

Even though you may be planning big weekend plans, there are some things you need to remember.  First, for those of you with no plans, load up with some friends and head on over to the Declo- Malad football game.  The game is going to fantastic and you are going to want to be there!  J.V. plays first at 4:00 and the Varsity will take the field at 7:00.

Next week is a big week.  Homecoming.  Monday will be Rock Star Day so pull out your spiky hair and tight jeans.  Lets rock the halls.  Tuesday will be Pajama Day along with the bonfire that night, Wednesday will be Disney Day and we will be having movie night on the football field starting at 8:30, Thursday is Blast from the Past, and Friday is Spirit Day.  The Homecoming parade will be that night at 5:00 with the game starting at 7:00.  Saturday will be the Homecoming dance.  10 dollars per couple and 6 dollars per person for admission. 

I am really excited for both the Malad game tomorrow night and Homecoming week.  Lets make it amazing.

Hi Penguins!

Second off, this week is a fun week in school cause we get to dress up and stuff.  Monday(Yesterday) was crazy hair day. Tuesday(Today) is 80’s day.  Wednesday is spirit day, so we wear the school colors (Blue and White.  Thursday is Crazy Hat day.  And Friday is Opposite Gender day, which I think is fun because the boys dress up like girls and the girls dress up like boys.

I know that this post wasn’t cp related, but theres nothing to talk about.
