U.S. troops’ continental patch proves North American Union agenda

Troops in the United States’ USNORTHCOM ranks appear to have adopted a shoulder patch showing a North American continental design, with an emphasis on United Nations colors, giving evidence of the North American Union ‘conspiracy theory’ plans to merge Canada, Mexico and the U.S. into one super-state.

The patch reveals the continent of North America in the orange and blue colors typical to the U.N.

It also carries the image of a mosque to designate the unit’s service in North Africa in World War II.

The insignia patch is displayed on the 5th Army website, the home of U.S. Army North, USARNORTH, the Joint Force Land Component Command and the Army Service Component Command of USNORTHCOM.

The design of the patch with the U.S. eagle image superimposed seems to imply a hierarchy in which the U.S. 5th Army exerts its military command under the authority of USNORTHCOM, with its domain defined as all North America, including the U.S., Mexico and Canada, for the United Nations, as implied in the orange and blue motif.

In 2007, WND published a six-part exclusive series detailing that USNORTHCOM is a U.S. military combatant command created to respond to national emergencies in North America.

WND also has reported that the U.S. and Canada signed a military agreement Feb. 14 allowing the armed forces from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a domestic civil emergency, even one that does not involve a cross-border crisis.

The USNORTHCOM logo similarly displays a continental design, but without the U.N. colors, as is clear from the emblem displayed in the upper left hand corner of the USNORTHCOM Internet homepage.

North America plot

WND reported last month the integration of the U.S. with Canada and Mexico, long deemed by many as little more than a fanciful “conspiracy theory,” actually was an idea promoted by the Council on Foreign Relations and sold to President Bush as a means of increasing commerce and business interest throughout North America, according to a top Canadian businessman.

Thomas d’Aquino, CEO and president of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, the Canadian counterpart to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, confirmed in an interview recently published in Canada the accuracy of what WND first reported more than three years ago: The Council on Foreign Relations was the prime mover in establishing the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, or SPP.

A close reading of an interview with d’Aquino published by the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Oct. 4 confirms that the creation of the SPP was not a “conspiracy theory” but a well thought-out North American integration plan launched by the Canadian Council of Chief Executives
and the Council on Foreign Relations in the United States.

The interview further confirmed President Obama wants to continue North American integration under the rebranded North American Leaders Summit, providing the North American Competitiveness Council can be recast to include more environmentalists and union leaders.

Mosaic Oil NL (ASX: MOS) advises that its Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”), which closed Monday 9 November 2009, has successfully raised $ 10,270,122.39.

As previously advised the SPP Issue Price was set at 11.0 cents being a 5% discount to the 5 day Volume Weighted Average Price of the Company’s shares at the SPP Closing Date.

Tredje destinationen i transversalen var en avkopplande promenad i strålande solsken på en högplatå som heter Menina planina. Det innebar att det var en enkel, ganska platt promenad genom betesfält och hagar till fjällstugan, en kort utflykt till en kollapsad grotta och en hel del hygge. Bilresan till och från startplatsen var en annan historia.. Det här var första gången vi var ute i bergen med Majki och Klavdija och de kom i Majkis välskötta Volvo.

På vägen från deras ställe på andra sidan Ljubljana till början av Menina planina stannade vi till för en kopp kaffe i världens Österrikigaste bar. Den enda baren i Slovenien som inte har en riktig kaffemaskin utan som bjuder på Turkiskt kaffe.. De andra gästerna avnjöt söndagens första snaps med ett glass spritzer (vit vin + mineralvatten). Klockan tio på morgonen. Efter det såg vi en underbar fotbollsplan, som en balkong i en bergssida. Om någon hade skjutit över  en boll på ena sidan hade den med all säkerhet varit förlorad..

Fast priset för bästa upplevelsen i bil går till gubbidioten med LJ-registreringskylt på sin jeep. På väg ner från menina planina längs en skruttig regnskadad grusväg tog vi det lilla lugna i vår Fiat Punto och eftersom vi låg först tog Majki det lugnt med sin fin-volvo. Efter ett tag märker vi att Majki saknas bakom oss så vi kör in till sidan och väntar och ner kommer han med en tutande jeep i baken. Han kör förbi oss och jeepen med och då stannar jeepen och ut rusar en arg gubbe som inte borde hetsa upp sig med den kroppshyddan.

Han fortsätter med att säga att om vi kan tvinga honom att köra så sakta, så kan han minsann göra detsamma. Sara svarar, Varsågod, vi har tid och gubben skriker att han har minsann mer tid. Sara stänger av motorn och säger att det tror hon inte. Gubben exploderar och skriker att vi inte skall hålla på på det här sättet och om vi vill bete oss så här får vi göra det i vårt hemland! Ja, han sade hemland. En sloven från Ljubljana anser sig alltså ha ett annat hemland än en från Postojna och Sara fick vatten på sin separatistiska kvarn. Gubben körde sen vidare och lämnade oss alltså bara med ett roligt minne..

Snežnik, eller Veliki Snežnik, var det andra berget som vi tog oss ann i Transversalen. Namnet betyder typ Snötoppen, och kommer sig av att berget på grund av att det är så mycket högre än omgivningen är snöigt långt in på våren. Det var en vacker dag, men ett envist moln/dimsjok hängde runt toppen, så utsikten var inte vad vi hoppats på. Vi såg Kroatien, två fjällstugor, knapp vegetation, en hel del familjer på utflykt och vi hade en bra dag. Trots höjden, var det här en av de lättaste topparna med ett par hundra höjdmeter avklarade på två timmar i vardera riktningen. Snežnik är ett trevligt berg som står lite i skuggan av alperna, men som jag gärna ser igen. Nog skrivet om det, bilderna får berätta resten.

SPP: Jacksonville,FL:Yo Watup: cd

I stole this CD from PJ as soon as he got it. As everyone knows, SPP is Jacksonville’s most fun band. They take not being serious seriously. I expected a lot from their new release, and I was not disappointed. The CD is creatively folded in 8.5″x11″ card stock printed on both sides and wrapped in plastic. My package came with 2 SPP stickers and a photo cut-out of guitarist/vocalist Zach. I imagine each CD comes with a different photo. Someone is going to try and collect them all.

The inside cover suggests a multitude of possible sources for the SPP acronym. I think we’ve all been wondering about this for years. My favorite suggestions are Small Pumpkin Patch, So, Putt-Putt?, and Super Pizza Party. If I get the SPP tattoo, will they tell me for real?

The CD is seven songs plus one bonus track (insert fart joke here). SPP has a subtle style. Their aesthetic is minimal, but their musical reach is broad. Although they cover a variety of sub-genres, their music maintains a cohesive element that defines the SPP sound. Their compositions are ambitious and dramatic with lots of hard rocking instrumental sections and catchy choruses. SPP’s sound is a nice blend of influences that I would call Somewhat Partly Punk.

For me, the highlight of Yo Watup is Party Gods. SPP is a little too good at the frat rock parody. It makes me suspect that SPP is really a frat in disguise. Sigma Phi Phi? Party Gods has a chorus like two part epoxy in your brain. Will you be singing it for the rest of your life? Hell yeah!

It is really tough to pick a favorite ahead of How Tom Cruise used Scientology to Make Katie Holmes Fall in Love with Him, but honorable mentions must also go to Dead Leg and Slo-Ridah. The truth is any track on this disc could be your favorite. All the songs have their own unique charm. Thanks for keeping Southern Shed Punk alive, guys. (D. Puckis)

När jag började motionscykla (19/05/09) hade jag inget särskilt mål med det. Det var mest att försöka köra på så mycket som möjligt, så snabbt som möjligt. Efter ett par veckor insåg jag att allt skulle bli så mycket mer motiverat om jag hade någon sorts mål med min träning, dock inte något som skulle ställa för mycket krav på mig. Så istället för att ställa upp en mängd mil som skall klaras av, eller specifika sträckor som måste betas av valde jag att mitt mål skulle vara att cykla den branta vägen uppför Sloveniens högsta bergspass; Vršič. De första 1,5 minuterna av den här videon visar hur den vägen går.

Så i förra veckan fick jag lite panik eftersom det verkade som mitt mål inte skulle nås och att jag var helt ur form och aldrig skulle klara det i vilket fall. Men efter att ha snackat igenom det med Sara bestämde vi att på lördag ska det ske. Och det gjorde det!

Jag cyklade uppför det jäkla monstret! Jag var och är så sjukt stolt över att jag klarade efter en säsong som endast bestod av 27 träningstillfällen sedan maj! Efter runt 25-26 serpentiner hade jag kommit nära en kilometer högre upp i alperna efter endast 9 cyklade kilometer. Väl uppe väntade supportbilen med Sara och två bekanta som skrek högt och gratulerande. Efter en snabb avtorkning och ombyte var det dags för nästa gren; kortdistanshiking!

Vi gick från passet upp till toppen och ner igen efter att ha tagit ett par fotografier av det helt fantastiskt vackra alplandskapet. Tillbaka vid passet hade vi ett par mackor och, givetvis, en kopp fjällte med en tår rom. Efter det var det dags att börja hemresan men först fick jag en souvenir av Sara:

Första punkten i transversalen som vi besökte när vi började med det projektet var Mali golak och det var nu lite mer än en månad sedan. Så då kan det ju vara i ordning med ett litet retroaktivt reportage..

Dagen började bra med att jag och Sara tog bilen till en liten by på andra sidan Nanos. Väl där köpte jag en begagnad Look kg381 hoj med Dura-ace komponenter. Vilket åk! Efter den lilla glädjetrippen mötte vi upp med ett par polare och deras hund och körde upp ur dalen till Predmeja, en riktigt skön väg. Kan tänka mig att den är full av cyklister och motorcyklister under sommar halvåret, slingrar sig upp längs bergssidan ett par hundra meter på kanske tio kilometer eller så. Efter Predmeja körde vi på tills asfalten tog slut inne i skogen runt 1100 meter över havet. Från den punkten följde vi ett väl markerat spår som kändes helt sjukt brant, men som var välskött. Det spåret ledde oss till en övre parkeringsplats och vi svor en del över att ha parkerat lägre och valt ett berg som första punkt i vårt trekkingprojekt. Men det skulle bli värre senare..

Från parkeringsplatsen var den en kort liten promenad upp till Iztokova koča pod Golaki (Fritt översatt: Iztoks stuga under Golakerna), en fjällstuga (Om någon har en bättre översättning av Mountain hut, hör av er!) med öppen restaurang! Dags för traditionsenligt fjällte med rom och lite medhavda mackor för mig och Sara och köttigare mat för våra polare, som helt missbedömt vandringen och trodde att vi skulle upp på nån liten klen kulle. Stärkta av te och kalorier fortsatte vi med att försöka följa den markerade leden till toppen, men vi misslyckades brutalt. Vi klättrade helt sonika rakt upp och när vi kom till toppen insåg vi att vi var strandade på bergsryggen som var täckt av skog och helt utan stigar. Vi tänkte till lite och gav oss av längs ryggen mot Mali golak och hittade till sist tillbaka till leden. Fram med kameran, snabbt upp och snabbt ner igen eftersom regnet såg ut att komma vilken sekund som helst. På vägen tillbaka såg vi till att följa markeringarna slaviskt…

President H.W. Bush, borrowing a phrase from an earlier era, popularized the term “New World Order” (NWO) in the early 1990s. But while the New World Order has legitimate roots, it has come to be associated with little more than paranoid conspiracy.

Given what we’ve witnessed in recent times, however, is it wise to continue to dismiss the notion out-of-hand?

The following metaphor, Friedmanesque but nevertheless useful in view of the controversial nature of this topic, paints a picture of what political and economic progress may look like as the 21st Century progresses — and why a NWO may not be as far-fetched as so many of us are inclined to believe.

Imagine a smattering of raindrops hitting the pavement. Each raindrop represents the relative isolation and sovereignty of each nation. As those raindrops increase in number — meaning more countries climb aboard the international trade bandwagon — they connect like dots.

With enough rain — overlapping treaties and trade agreements — pools of water form (commonwealths operating under a shared constitution and/or currency). This is a natural evolution of the free trade process.

The European Union is but one such trade and currency pool, and it is not at all out of the question that more are to come. In Asia, in fact, The Wall Street Journal reported October 12, 2009 that an “Asean Plus Six” proposal seeks to integrate the 10 member nations of the Association of Southeast Asian nations as well as Japan, China, South Korea, India, Australia and New Zealand.

Much like a succession of raindrops merging to form large swaths of water, boundaries between nations may become less distinct in the years to come. Such a progression inevitably begs the question: Is national sovereignty passé? And in even longer-range terms, will ethnic, language and cultural distinctions begin to dissolve too?

While far-sighted, these questions are just that: Legitimate questions.

When people say that the prospect for a North American Union is little more than a conspiracy, they are, in effect, saying that they know the future beyond a reasonable doubt. What this denies in the here-and-now is an appreciation for the reality that a World Federalist Movement (WFM) has been afoot for decades. The mainstream media may not give these long-ranging issues press time, but world federalist organizations do, in fact, exist in the United States, Canada and elsewhere in the developed world — and they run websites replete with historical timelines that anyone can verify for themselves.

This much we know of modern times: Peacetime economies are evolving toward tighter integration for the sake of shared prosperity. Debates over whether this is incidental or intentional detract from the point: The logical extension of removing conflicting trade laws and legal barriers may well be a set of conditions wherein borders are intact on maps, but members function more like states in a global confederation (interregionalism).

Some say we may even see this convergence culminate within our lifetimes.

In a speech then-president-elect Barack Obama gave in Berlin, he had this to say:

No doubt there will be differences in opinon. But the burdens of global citizenship continue to bind us together.

A change of leadership in Washington will not lift this burden.

In this new century Americans and Europeans alike will be required to do more, not less.

Partnership and cooperation between nations is not a choice. It is the only way. The one way to protect our common security and advance our common humanity.

President Obama’s message? This isn’t personal. This isn’t partisan. This “burden” is the future. And no, we do not have a choice.

President Obama, to be clear, is but one of several American presidents in recent years to share a globalized vision — hence his statement that a “change in Washington” will not deviate world leaders from a transnational progressive path:

SERIOUS QUESTIONS FOR SERIOUS TIMES

• Does a shift toward increasingly large and impersonal centralized governance bode well for freedom to exclude oneself or one’s nation from a one-size-fits-all policy? Or will freedom to opt out be the one guarantee regional integration proponents — world federalists — can’t promise?
• Is it in keeping with human history and human psychology to share a collective vision without breaking rank? How does world federalism propose to respond to “agitators” and civil unrest within its Utopian framework?
• Does consolidation of legal and political powers represent a net gain or is it offset by the potential for corruption and abuse at the hands of a powerful few whose legislative reach has gone global?
• At an economic level, can or will world federalism deliver on its promise of peace and prosperity for all world citizens? Or does it violate the all-eggs-in-one-basket principle: posing, instead, a dangerous level of economic and international codependency that will hold individuals and markets alike captive to the weakest link within the whole?

Just received update on Bill C-6

Farewell Canada. Bill C-6 will be passed in days. SPREAD THIS NOW!!!!

Under the banner of Consumer protection as well as Health and Saftey, Canadians should prepare for a loss of basic human freedoms that were once protected under the Canadian Charter of Rights…..

Bill C-6 is about to have its 3rd and final reading before being passed into law.  With a sense of desperate urgency I am now busy sending emails to Canadian Senators and MP’s to try and halt this draconian legislation, which will end Canadian freedoms as once enjoyed by so many.

I appeal to Canuck’s on this website to consider investing 15 minutes in this cause. I am including an email I just sent out to friends and family with a pre-written letter to Canadian Senators and MP’s, and a ‘cut and paste’ list of all Senator and MP’s email addresses.

If you are hazy on Bill C-6, be sure to check out the videos posted at the end of this article.

If you are concerned by this issue, now is the last opportunity to act! – not tomorrow, not after a few days, but NOW!  Feel free to use all or parts of the email below….

* Confiscate your property, take samples free of charge and even charge you storage fees for the expense involved in storing all the products they stole from you

* The ability to amend Bill C-6 Schedule 1 through regulation alone (Very dangerous!)

FLASHBACK:
Bill C-51, Codex and the SPP

On April 8, 2008, Canada’s Health Minister introduced Bill C-51 which proposed sweeping changes to the Food and Drugs Act. The Canadian government has since been forced to make amendments because of intense grassroots pressure. There are fears that this Bill could lead to some vitamins, herbs, minerals, and dietary supplements no longer being available in the country. Through the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP), Canada, the U.S., and Mexico are already busy harmonizing food and drug regulations into a North American Union structure. Some have suggested that this Bill would also bring Canadian law into compliance with the Codex Alimentarius Commission. Bill C-51 has the potential to take away the rights of people to freely choose natural medicine as an alternative to expensive drug-based products and treatments.

Bill C-51 will further encroach on civil liberties and increase police state measures. There is reason for concern because of the Bills ambiguous language in regards to raids and seizures. It has been referred to as a police state bill masquerading as a health bill. It will make it easier for Canadian officials to seize natural health products and remove them from store shelves. It grants inspectors the power to raid homes and businesses without a warrant and the power to seize bank accounts and property. Some might recall that in the early 90’s, the FDA engaged in paramilitary raids on American health food stores, holistic treatment centers, and other nutritional supplement businesses. This behavior created such a public outcry and backlash, leading Congress to pass the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) to protect the right of American consumers to purchase and use nutritional supplements.

If the Harper Conservative government thought that they were going to quietly pass Bill C-51, were they ever wrong. When word hit the Internet and blogosphere that up to 60% of natural health products currently sold in Canada could be outlawed, it sparked a swift and strong public reaction. In Bill C-51, the word drug has been replaced with “therapeutic products” and gives the government broad reaching powers to further regulate their sale. Health Minister Tony Clement has vowed to change the parts that lumped natural medicines in with pharmaceutical drugs. This includes a clearer definition of natural health products into the Food and Drugs Act. There have been other amendments made, but there are still many concerns surrounding Bill C-51. It might be safer to do away with it in its entirety and start from scratch.

It is the SPP working groups that are harmonizing regulations and laws, writing out policy initiatives and recommendations. They are the real power, laying the foundation for a North American Union. Part of the SPP calls for the “Identification and appropriate adoption of best practices in maintaining the safety, efficacy and quality of pharmaceutical products.” NDP MP Peter Julian said in the House of Commons that, “Bill C-51 would limit access to many health products and allow the fast-tracking of new drugs that have not been proven safe. Bill C-51 blends in with the SPP agenda, which is about harmonizing regulations across the board with the United States, resulting in lower standards.” There are fears that Bill C-51 will bring about a more U.S. style approach to food, drugs, and consumer product safety. This includes turning more power over to the drug companies with increased reliance on their testing and research. These same drug manufacturers would themselves be more responsible in fast-tracking the drug approval process and further looking after any safety concerns once the drug has hit the market. Under the Trilateral Cooperation Charter, the FDA is also working with Canada and Mexico in further harmonizing regulations between the three countries.

It is not just through the SPP and the Trilateral Cooperation Charter that the harmonizing of food and drugs is being achieved. The Codex Alimentarius Commission which is part of the United Nations is setting international guidelines for food products including dietary supplements. They are using muscle provided by the World Trade Organization to undermine and bypass domestic laws. Section Six of CAFTA talks about using the Codex codes as the regulatory standard for all signing nations. It is through the Codex guidelines that vitamins, minerals, and other natural supplements could become limited and even banned. Some fear that Bill C-51 is an attempt to place Canada under Codex control.

Many argue that Bill C-51 is unnecessary, and that there are already laws in place to protect consumers from natural health products. It’s not about keeping Canadians safe, it’s about further harmonizing our health and safety regulations into a North American Union. How can fast-tracking potentially dangerous new drugs and at the same time outlawing some beneficial natural medicines be good for anyone? One must understand that it is also about ensuring huge profits for Big Pharma. Bill C-51 should be rejected on the grounds that it threatens the ability of Canadians to choose alternative health products and treatments.

High Noon was a 1952 Western starring Gary Cooper and Grace Kelly. It was iconic in its day.

Will Kane, the marshall of Hadleyville, NM, who has just quit, plans to live as a storekeeper with his newly-married Quaker wife, and is awaiting his replacement the following day.  Suddenly he hears that Frank Miller, a man he has put away, has just been released from prison and is on the noon train to meet three hired killers and kill Kane.

Kane goes to the saloon, the church, the stores, the people’s houses, but no one will join a posse to fight Miller. Each has a good excuse. Finally Kane faces Miller and his gang alone and, by wiles, takes down three of the outlaws while his Quaker wife takes down the fourth. 

Perhaps a month or two before disclosure of the ET presence, an event which will turn the tables on the dark, the NWO appears to be doing its level best to take down the new marshall in town, Barack Obama. 

Approaching High Noon

We are approaching the High Noon of ET disclosure and Marshall Barack Obama seems to be running out of deputies.

Most of the battles that are going on we know nothing about. How Obama is approaching them, we can only surmise.

I’d like to tell you of one that you may not be aware of.

Gen. Gene Renuart, Commander of Northern Command and NORAD, addressed a gathering of the Military industrial Complex in 2007:

“NORAD and NORTHCOM, by their nature, are both in the business of anticipating events,” Renuart said. “In the case of a man-made threat, yes, we work to prevent and defeat attacks.

“But in natural disasters and other non man-made events, we need to be able to assume that they may occur, to prepare for the consequences that they may bring and to be prepared to respond to that in a way that supports our nation.” (1)

Indeed, one of the events that Renuart helped predict and produce was 9/11, where, on Renuart’s watch, NORAD stood down and launched not a single timely fighter to intercept the hijackers but instead planned for and executed an air-defence drill that bled America’s fighters off to Canada.

NORAD falls under the command of NORTHCOM.

NORTHCOM’s anticipation of events has made it the spearhead of numerous “Vigilant Shield” exercises to coordinate responses to a second 9/11. None of the plans to launch a new 9/11 were permitted by the galactics, the same ones who are now neutralizing the vaccine.

NORTHCOM has also anticipated what to do in case of a pandemic.

What 9/11 and Pandemics Share

We need to remember some common things about 9/11 and pandemics, the most important being that they were both inside jobs. Thus Renuart was probably a key actor not only in anticipating what response would be necessary but in designing the operations themselves.

I think it makes perfect sense, in the dark world of the Illuminati, to have the designer of the operation also design the cabal’s response to it.

What you may not know about pandemics is their relationship to a shady plan to allow the United States to take over its neighbours, Canada and Mexico, through the staging of a pandemic outbreak. This event would kick off the North American Union (NAU), with its Amero, already shipped overseas, which George Bush was having trouble selling to America.

Goodbye, greenback. Hello, Amero.

The NAU had been largely rammed down Canada’s throat, by creating a hawkish American business community in Canada who then provided energetic calls for the NAU, masquerading as the native voice of Canadians.

Few Americans, Canadians, or I daresay Mexicans are familiar with the “Security and Prosperity Partnership”  (SPP), or its secret treaties and codicils, that link the three countries.

The SPP outlined exactly how the NAU would to be initiated.  

Invasion Cloaked as Response to NWO Black Ops

The SPP contained clauses that said either country could “come to the assistance of” (read: invade) the other in the event of a terrorist attack or a pandemic.

Now picture for yourself Canadian troops boarding buses and trucks from Canadian Forces Base Petawawa and driving down to help Chicago when the Sears Center is bombed by the NWO or a pandemic breaks out in Boston. Maybe the Canadians would hand out donuts and coffee.

But picture for yourself the American response if the NWO sets off a bomb in the Montreal subway, which they could do since the same security company that manned the WTC also watches over that subway.

Or if a pandemic breaks out in Canada.

Well, under the SPP, United States forces could stream into the country and “secure” it against the “terrorist threat” or a “breakdown” in public order caused by the NWO-created event. Canada would become part of a “North American Union” before it awoke the next morning.

I’m sure Canada would be in peril of losing its nationhood.

Same with Mexico.

Pandemic Response Authority Taken Out of American Hands

In 2005, the U.S. pandemic response was placed directly under U.N. agencies, which took it outside of U.S. control and Congressional oversight. None of these arrangements were presented to Congress for discussion and approval. They probably were never circulated in Canada or Mexico except in NWO circles.

Certainly I as a Canadian heard nothing about them till long after the fact. Jerome Corsi writes in Sept. 2007: 

“The SPP plan for avian and pandemic influenza announced at the Canadian summit last week embraces the international control principles Bush first announced to the U.N. in his 2005 International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza declaration.

“The SPP plan gives primacy for avian and pandemic influenza management to plans developed by the WHO, WTO, U.N. and NAFTA directives – not decisions made by U.S. agencies. …

“Moreover, the SPP plan openly acknowledges, ‘The WHO’s international guidance formed much of the basis for the three countries’ planning for North American preparedness and response.’

“[World News Daily] previously reported NORTHCOM has been established with a command center at Peterson Air Force Base, tasked with using the U.S. military in continental domestic emergency situations.

“WND also has reported President Bush signed in May two documents, National Security Presidential Directive-51 and Homeland Security Presidential Directive-20, which give the office of the president extraordinary powers to declare national emergencies and to assume near-dictatorial powers.” (2)

OK, Cut!

OK, let’s stop the film.

The people who brought you 9/11 are now bringing you the pandemic. They have a plan that allows American troops into Canada and Mexico in the event of the breakout of a pandemic, which they themselves would produce, and at the behest of a U.N. agency, WHO, which is headed by an American stooge, Dr. David Nabarro, who turns out to be “certain there will be another pandemic sometime.”

Nabarro stressed at the press conference that he saw as inevitable a worldwide pandemic influenza coming soon that would kill millions. (3)

How could he see it as inevitable unless he is privy to the plans underway to launch the next NWO pandemic?

So now we have Gen. Gene Renuart, who headed NORTHCOM and NORAD during 9/11 and during exercises to prepare for a second 9/11, all of them NWO creations, working with Dr. David Nabarro of WHO, who sees a new pandemic as inevitable, to develop and implement a response to the “expected” next pandemic, which is now here.

Back to Hadleyville

So against these mass murderers, which is what they are, the lone marshall, Barack Obama, stands. He knows he has the backing of many top military officers in the Navy. Some American forces have actually mutinied against being sent to invade Iran. Many soldiers everywhere are probably ready to lay down their guns.

He has the backing of the Earth allies and the galactic and spiritual hierarchy. The rising energies favor him.

But the white hats, unlike the dark hats, obey the law. They need to collect evidence on the bad guys before they bring them to justice at The Hague.

Left to them, there would never be a shootout in the middle of Hadleyville.

But wouldn’t it be a good thing if Barack Obama declared a “national emergency” over the very pandemic that the NWO has planned for and whose oversight they have invested in an ally, WHO director Dr. Nabarro?

Would that not be a slick way to get Renuart moving and pull Nabarro into action, almost against their wills?

Granted that the old scenarios of taking over Canada and Mexico and becoming a mega-superpower are not do-able, how about tempting NORTHCOM into a little martial law in the U.S. under REX84, (4) sending a few regime opponents to FEMA camps?  Just to nail the coffin on the whole NWO pandemic setup? How about getting Renuart and Nabarro to play their hands?

Would that not smoke them out? Would the fact that Obama is assuming greater powers over the military over the issue of a pandemic not force Renuart and others to say what their plan is and have its lack of constitutionality exposed and its real intent be made clear, especially when the galactics and Earth allies are able to prove that the pandemic in the first place was a false-flag operation?

And how better could President Obama foil this scheme and take power away from NORTHCOM and NORAD and WHO than by declaring a national emergency around the very pandemic that allows him, by the NWO’s own set of rules, to concentrate executive and military power in himself rather than leaving the decisions to Renuart and Nabarro.

Now I don’t say that this scenario is accurate.  It’s only a surmise of the kind of unfinished business Marshall Obama has on his plate which he cannot avoid tackling and may have to do without telling all of us the details.

Declare a “national emergency” on exactly the grounds the cabal is already committed to. Then assume enhanced powers over the military as laid out in that scenario and use those enhanced power to defang them.

I think this scenario is an example of the kind of chess game that Obama is obliged to play to outsmart the NWO in these hours before the High Noon of disclosure.

In High Noon, none of the townsfolk would help Marshall Kane. But I am going to help Marshall Obama.

No, I don’t understand all he is doing.

But he has dealt with us honourably. He has a health-care plan which includes us. He has taken on this very difficult role of playing both sides until he can trap the black hats. He is risking his life to disclose the presence of the galactics and further the agenda of the 2012 scenario.

He has laid out his vision many times.  And we’ve heard many of the galactics and spirits say that he is the man to lead us into the Golden Age.

So I can tell you that for my two-bits worth, I’ll be standing beside the marshall when the noon trains comes in. Whoever he has to fight off, I’ll help him fight them off, whether I know what is happening behind the scenes or not because I trust the man.

Disclosure will trap the black hats and rob them of their power base – a terrified population.

My job is to lend Obama my support until disclosure happens and the role of the NWO becomes a matter of public knowledge. Then my job is to explain to newly-awakened people what just occurred. 

I’d love to have company, but I’ll carry out that role alone if I have to.

1954 bestämde sig det Nationella Slovenska Alpinistförbundet för att öppna en långdistansvandringsled från Maribor till Ankaran via alla höga toppar därimellan. Så föddes den slovenska transversalen (Ibland kallad Slovenske planinske poti, SPP), den första långdistansvandringsleden i Alperna. Transversalen innehåller 71 punkter som är sammanbundna med 550 km vandringsled.

På kartan ovanför syns nummer ett: Mariborska Koča(1068 möh); nummer 38: Triglav(2864 möh) och nummer 71: Ankaran (18möh). Förutom transversalen finns det en hel del andra alpina leder och vandring är närmast en folksport i Slovenien. På alla dessa punkter och på en hel del andra höjder finns det någon sorts stämpel och gästbok, ibland i en liten stållåda och ibland i någon av alla bergsstugor som finns utspridda runt om i naturen här.

I våras någon gång tog jag tag i en lös ände som jag och sambon pratat om en längre tid. Jag gick och köpte det officiella häftet som hör till transversalen och nu i september började vi med att dra runt till en massa backar varje helg. Förutom transversalen så innehåller häftet ytterliggare 36 punkter som ingår i vad som bäst kan översättas till den utvidgade transversalen. Många av dem är i lägre kullar och andra delar av Slovenien som inte kom med i orginalet. Så allt som allt är det alltså 107 stämplar som ska in i häftet. Sen är jag ett steg närmare mitt Slovenska medborgarskap..

Hitills har vi sju stycken så nu är det bara 100 kvar. Senaste tillskotten från idag är Bevkov vrh (1051 möh) och Partizanska Bolnica Franja (536 möh). Tyvärr är Bolnica Franja fortfarande förbjudet från allmänheten, men stämpeln fanns i en bar vid parkeringen. Får helt enkelt lov att återkomma dit någongång. Transversalen är ett helt fantastiskt sätt att inte sitta bort söndagar framför tv och för att se ställen som man annars inte har någon anledning att besöka. Den gör mig glad. Varje söndag.

UPK sebagai salah satu pilar dari Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat kedepan di harapkan dapat menjadi salah satu bagian dari solusi masyarakat; bangkit dari keterpurukan ekonomi dan kemiskinan pada tingkat kecamatan. Unit Pengelola Kegiatan selain mengelola dana Bantuan langsung Masyarakat pada tahun 2006 dan 2007 dari Program Pengembangan Kecamatan (PPK) juga mengelola Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP). SPP salah satu kegiatan dari program PPK, harus dilestarikan sehingga dapat berkembang sebagai salah satu upaya penyedian modal bagi masyarakat miskin yang produktif maupun pengusaha kecil yang tidak mempunyai akses permodalan ke bank maupun lembaga keuangan lainnya.

SPP Adalah sebuah Program baru di Kecamatan Sewon, lebih tepatnya mulai bulan Desember 2006, program ini merupakan program bawaan dari PPK (Program Pengembangan Kecamatan). SPP adalah kependekan kata dari Simpan Pinjam Perempuan. Masuk ke Kecamatan Sewon ini karena banyaknya infrastruktur Umum dan Pribadi yang rusak akibat gempa bumi 27 Mei 2006. Dengan adanya PPK ini, banyak sarana umum yang diusulkan masyarakat dalam forum Musyawarah Desa selesai dibangun dan dimanfaatkan warga.

SPP singkatan dari Simpan Pinjam Perempuan, artinya simpam pinjam yang diperuntukkan bagi kaum wanita. Sampai saat ini, kecamatan Sewon sudah memiliki 102 Kelompok pemanfaat SPP yang tersebar di 4 Desa di kecamatan ini. Selama 2 tahun berjalan, sudah 3 kali perguliran dengan aset yang dimiliki per 30 Mei Ada Rp. 1.132.000.000,-. Program SPP ini untuk masyarakat yang produktif, yaitu untuk pengembangan usaha kecil, sebagai bentuk tekad PPK untuk pengentasan kemiskinan.

Adapun syarat peminjam dana SPP ini adalah Sebagai berikut :

1. Warga Kecamatan Sewon

2. Perempuan

3. Memiliki Usaha

4. Memiliki kelompok yang sudah berumur minimal 1 (satu) tahun

5. Sanggup mengangsur pinjaman

Kelebihan program SPP yang ditawarkan UPK ini antara lain :

1. Jasa (bunga) bersaing yaitu 18 % per tahun, atau 1,5 % per bulan

2. Tanpa jaminan (Agunan)

3. Ada pengembalian (IPTW) *

Teknis pengajuan

1. Mengambil formulir pengajuan di kantor UPK kecamatan Sewon

2. Diisi lengkap

3. Mengembalikan formulir yang sudah diisi ke kantor UPK

4. Menungggu proses selanjutnya.

Alur Perguliran dana SPP yang diterapkan adalah:

1. Proposal masuk UPK

2. Verifikasi kelompok

3. Rapat tim ad hock

4. Musyawarah Antar Desa (MAD) penetapan usulan

5. Pencairan Dana

UPK selama ini telah membantu masyarakat kecil untuk mengembangkan usahanya, lewat penambahan  modal usaha dan pendampingan. Tidak hanya itu saja, UPK juga berusaha membantu pemasaran produk atau hasil karya pemanfaat SPP , seperti mengikuti Bantul Ekspo (BE) yang akan digelar pada tanggal 1 s/d 11 Agustus 2008 di Taman Gabusan Bantul.

Pengurus UPK di ketuai oleh Sdr. Heru Nurwanto di damping oleh Pakde sarmidi sebagai sekretaris,  dan Sunaryanti sebagai bendahara di bantu oleh Mas Sawabi sebagai staff UPK, bertekat untuk selalu pro aktif dalam usaha pemberdayaan kepada anggota SPP di seluruh Kec. Sewon. “Kami akan perjuangkan mereka hingga dapat menggapai sukses bersama dan mendorong perekonomian kecamatan sewon terutama perekonomian keluarga anggota kelompok SPP”. Beberapa terobosan yang akan kita lakukan antara lain: 1) Dana SPP akan kita usahakan segera dapat di cairkan setelah kelompok melunasi angsurannya, 2) memberikan fasilitasi media untuk  iklan melalui buletin “Jendela kecamatan”. 3) Menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak lain (chaneling) untuk meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan jaringan pasar. 4) Memberikan fasilitasi pelatihan dan penyempurnaan administrasi kelompok. Dll. Kami berharap agar kita dapat bersinergi dengan pemerintah, swasta, NGO, dan lain sebagainya, untuk bersama-sama mewujudkan masyarakat yang sejahtera dan mandiri.

Untuk mengikuti perkembangan era globalisasi para pengusaha kecil harus mendapatkan fasilitasi dan dukungan untuk dapat berkompetisi. UPK Kec. Sewon sebagai lembaga pemberdayaan di tingkat kecamatan  telah menjalin kerja sama (chanelling) dengan salah satu Media/radio Komunitas Angkringan FM, yang mangkal di Desa Timbulharjo. Selain itu untuk berkompetisi di tataran internasional kita sedang mengembangkan teknologi Sistem Informasi Wajan Bolic. Uji coba telah dilaksanakan di Desa Timbulharjo dan sekitarnya.

Sekilas tata cara pemasangan alat Internet Wajanbolic adalah sebagi berikut. Sebelum pemasangan alat Internet Wajanbolic, terlebih dahulu dilakukan survey pada lokasi atau warga yang akan mengakses internet. Tim Angkringan akan melakukan survey. Jarak, bangunan tinggi dan pohon besar akan mempengaruhi spesifikasi alat yang dibutuhkan pada setiap lokasi pemasangan. Melalui survey tersebut akan didapatkan informasi tentang kebutuhan alat dan ketinggian antena yang dibutuhkan. Untuk keperluan survey tersebut, tim Angkringan dilengkapi dengan komputer jinjing, tower bergerak (bambu) dan peralatan Internet Wajanbolic. Setelah di tempat survey didapatkan sinyal dan dapat digunakan untuk akses internet, maka peralatan internet wajanbolic langsung dipasang ditempat survey tersebut.  Sedangkan peralatan yang dibutuhkan untuk pemasangan Internet wajanbolic terdiri dari : Radio wireless LAN 2,4 Ghz atau USB Wifi, Wajan aluminium, Kabel UTP ( untuk Radio wereless maksimal 100 meter dan USB Wifi maksimal 15 meter), Pipa PVC 3 dim beserta 2 tutup pralon, Aluminium foil dan bambu sebagai tiangnya.
