New spy shots of the 2010 Kia Cee’d surfaced and show the refreshed tailgate in itemize inside and out. This Cee’d is a higher grade edition as it features a different behavior for the fencing along with an additional front apron. The five-door Cee’d will be debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

The styling updates up front that contain a new cover and super advantage different control lamps and trellis give Kia’s C-segment hatchback a little more creature while changes at the rear are fewer evident as they are narrow to the subtly redesigned profuse and the reworked tail lamps. Auf AutoBild.de sind neue Fotos vom 370Z (zu sehen auf den Bildern 7-13) aufgetaucht. Laut dem deutschen Magazin kommt der Nachfolger des 350Z erst mit einem Jahr Verspätung und damit erst 2010, weil eine “neue Hybrid-Familie, der GT-R und ein kleines Sportcoupé” Vorrang haben. Andererseits soll der 370Z laut US-Magazinen schon im November auf der L.A. Auto Show präsentiert werden. In einem Monat wissen wir wohl mehr.

Der 370Z, der auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, wurde übrigens auf der Anfahrt zur Nordschleife gesichtet. Man kann schon gespannt sein, wie sich der Neue auf der Rennstrecke schlägt. Mehr Power (3.7L V6 mit etwa 330PS) und weniger Gewicht im Gegensatz zum Vorgänger sollten da ja einiges möglich machen *g*.

Dazu gibt es auch schon Fotos aus dem Innenraum (ein Fotograf hat sich angeschlichen, als der 370Z gerade an der Tankstelle stand).  Das sieht alles schon sehr hochwertig und edel aus, mit einem großen Display für den Bordcomputer und orangem Leder an den Türen:

Spy photographers spotted almost undisguised Mercedes GL-Class lately sway an assortment of light camouflage, a persuaded indicator that a slim re-engineering is on the horizon. As those of you everyday with Mercedes know, the three year production indicator traditionally heralds a mid-life revision, and it appears the GL-Class is no exemption to the manage.

After looking at the photos, here’s some of the areas the GL will have nipped and tucked. The front fog lights will shade a revision, perhaps with LED technology. The reduce band of the headlights could see a revision as well, a la the new generation M-Class. Despite the need of masking, new boundary mirrors are another notable change. And in the back, a tailored rear mega, a reshaped exhaust and slightly revised taillights are all exhibit as well.

Aside from these changes, we weren’t able to detect any other differences, while a few interior tweaks should be displayed in the luxury sport-ute. Engines are likely to dwell mostly unchanged, however due to the secondary already mentioned, Mercedes will have to make some interior and gear modifications genuinely to accept this off as a facelift.

When Chevrolet first announced the Volt back in January of 2007, I was genuinely impressed. The concept looked good, and the internals promised to be even better. I was practically salivating over the idea of a hybrid designed to go 40 miles on electric power alone, equipped with a lithium-ion battery (presumably one that wouldn’t spontaneously combust) and the ability to recharge from a standard 110-volt outlet.

The design of the exterior was fairly polarizing, but I liked it. It was bold. It was new. It was unlike anything that domestic car manufacturers have produced in recent memory. It was edgy, and it had attitude. Chevy acknowledged that the exterior would likely change a bit in order to improve aerodynamics, reduce the drag coefficient, that sort of thing. Other than that, I was under the impression that the attitude, the vibrance of this car would remain untouch. Apprently, I was wrong. Dead wrong.

Click through on the above link if you haven’t already done so. Somebody took some spy shots of the Volt during filming of the Transformers sequel. That thing that they’re calling the Volt is beyond boring. It’s bland. It’s dull. It looks nothing like the concept – I know, I shouldn’t be surprised because they never do – and I am borderline infuriated that Chevy took such an awesome vehicle and dumbed it down to the point that it’s uglier than the Cobalt. Congratulations, Chevrolet, you just blew what may have been your only chance at success for the next decade or so.

Could I be wrong? Yeah, sure, I could be wrong. I’ve been wrong about these things before. The pictures are far from quality, and the angles the pictures were taken at hide lots of detail. On the other hand, this would be par for the course from Chevrolet (or any other American manufacturer, for that matter). I’d love to be wrong, but this time around I just don’t see it happening.

This is the spy shots of new Mazda  Kazamai Concept, which is due to make its debut at the Moscow Motor Show in August (28.08 – 01.09).

The Kazamai – Japanese ‘swirling crosswinds’ – has been made specially for the Russian show and is a sporty, compact SUV. It will lead to the development of an all-new car to be launched by the company in 2010.

The concept is very close to previously released sketches (Issue 1,016) and features a series of swirling curves and creases along its flanks. These are complemented by the narrow rear window and flowing light clusters.

Mazda also claims that the new concept’s slippery shape has been thoroughly tested in wind tunnels to deliver impressive fuel consumption and greatly reduced CO2 emissions. At the front, the nose is one of the defining features of the car– there’s a big Mazda badge and distinctive curve to the leading edge of the bonnet, which mimics the firm’s emblem. The Kazamai rides on huge 22-inch, turbine style alloys which are further pronounced by the flared wheelarches.

Under the skin, the all-new concept will include the latest technologies. That means the car gets Mazda’s latest four-wheel-drive transmission – which includes a brand new gearbox and a next-generation, four-cylinder direct-injection petrol engine. This unit will deliver up to 20 per cent better fuel economy, improved responses and superior refinement.

The Mazda is also likely to have a great safety record, given the Kuga’s five-star Euro NCAP crash test rating.

Like the all-new Mazda 6, the new 3 is projected to grow a bit in key dimensions, something we’d have verified if the stitch car had slowed down enough for our useful spy to lash out his video quantity. The front ended is very different, with detailed, Mazda 6–like ellipsoid headlamps and a low-mounted grille. The body sides, display line, and rear end are akin to the existing car, recover the more organically shaped tail lamps and new dual exhaust tips.

We imagine we’re looking at the equivalent of today’s top-of-the-line “s” truncate, as this car has expensive minutiae like drive signals on the mirror caps, fog lamps, a rear spoiler, and LED tail lamps. We think the new car to be more aerodynamic than before, and to perhaps shed some weight, and optimism that translates into better fuel efficiency. We also require the powertrain arrange to enter the revised 2.5-liter four-cylinder (170 horsepower) as well as a new 1.6-liter rotating engine, details of which could be free as presently as L.A. Auto Show.

We have these new spy shots of the Wreath and Crest CUV in nothing but some checkered tape, it’s new  2010 Cadillac SRX. The SRX’s travel- and tail-light are almost completely disguise released, with only smallest string obscuring the tops, and edges of the lamps. The styling strictly matches both the Provoq theory as well as the low-res figure leak that dropped a few weeks back.

With its unmistakably Cadillac goal cues, the new SRX will look right at home next to the three CTS variants that will populate showrooms in the near hope. The SRX’s most unique styling touches are found at the rear, with a recent interpretation of the Cadillac tail fin merit to the Provoq-inspired tail-light purpose.

The SRX’s Theta-premium platform means a smaller path compared to the present SRX, which should better status the Cadillac marker in light of the current monetary climate.

With the appearance of this barely disguised prototype, the 2010 SRX looks right on schedule for a Los Angeles or Detroit entrance—if not earlier.

At first we show some renderings of new Mercedes McLaren SLR 722 Roadster. Today we show, spy shots of it Mercedes-McLaren’s most sensational cabrio to year. The SLR is rapid approaching the end of its seven-year lifespan and the Anglo-German partnership has no meaning of charter the controversial supercar compel off quietly into the twilight.

The SLR 722 cabrio is the exclusive text report of the streamer archetype and will most prone feature the same 5.4-litre, V8 AMG, supercharged engine that drives its hard-top sibling. This will mean about 650bhp, a 0-60mph time of around 3.0 seconds and a colossal 800Nm+ of torque!

Our absolute cinema showed the 722 roadster completly undisgusied. And it looks like it will be almost like to the hard-top, except for its print roof, which takes a mere 10 seconds to fold away. It will also use the easy mid engine – rear sweep propel group.

The special edition roadster gets its name from the prominent Stirling Moss victory in a Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR which displayed on it, the number 722. Details on the 722 roadster’s discharge court are not yet known but it is probable to be early 2009 and it is expected it will conduct a price tag of around £400,000.

A prototype kind of the coming new 2009 Opel Astra has been spied at the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport in The Netherlands by some reader of Dutch source Autojunk. Aiming frankly towards the new VW Golf VI, the new Astra will make its world debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2009 with sales next brusquely after. The Astra will also make it to the States as saturn and in Australia as a Holden.

The 2009 Astra is based on General Motor’s new total Delta platform, which also underpins the exciting-fusion Chevrolet Volt. Seeing here in five-door sleek, the Astra will be adorned with styling cues from the new Insignia both inside and unlikely. The vary will also compose a sleeker, more sporty three-door style, bonus a station wagon, a vehicle and a cabriolet with an exciting-folding hardtop.

Powerplants will stretch from GM’s all-new 1.4-liter turbo to a 2.0-liter turbcharged engine developing at slightest 250HP in the top-spec OPC / VXR copy.
