During the trip to the USA a few new challenges came up for me and a co-worker to resolve.

The first of these was when a site is in Fallback (SRST) and you have a IVR attached to a number on this site but the IVR server is remote. SRST by default will accept and setup dynamic dial peers for all physical devices (2345$) but if you have a none physical device or number (CTI Route Point) then no dial peers where matched.

So the solution!!

Within the call-manager-fallback (SRST) options you use the alias command. this will allow you to redirect this virtual number to a physical number.

I’ve been preparing for a customer demo and have had an opportunity to dig into SRST (Survivable Remote Site Telephony).

A typical application for SRST would be providing call processing fail-over for a remote site.

If the WAN connection to the home office was unavailable, the ip phones at the remote site would re-register with their local call gateway (an SRST enabled ISR router).  SRST would then provide limited call processing capabilities  for the remote site until the connection to the call manager was re-established.

The basic commands to enable SRST on the router are:

1. call-manager-fallback (enables SRST support)
2. ip source-address (enables the SRST router to receive messages from IP phones via the specified IP address)
3. max-ephones (max number of IP phones to be supported by the SRST router
4. max-dn (max directory numbers that will be supported by the SRST router)

Configuring SRST in Call Manager is as follows:

1. Create a device pool
2. Set the SRST Reference dropdown to “Use Default Gateway”
3. Add the remote site devices (phones) to this pool.

Sounds pretty simple but there are a couple of “gotchas” I encountered while setting up for my demo.  I’ll cover them in my next post.

Well my friends, it appears that you all want more information regarding configuring ISDN lines and SRST mode on the Cisco 3845!

Not the most fun of subjects but something very important, especially as the 3845 is designed to be a branch router or dedicated voice gateway.

• Když jsem já pátrala po informacích o morčatech, jejich chování, stravování ap. chtěla jsem mít vše základní hezky “na hromádce” A právě proto ty kteří jsou jako já je napsán tento článek. (Pak by jste mohli vědět ( z kategorie about), že je mi 13 a tyhle malé miláčky zvládnou i mladší).

Začneme jako v knihách- Než se rozhodnete pořídit si morčátko měli by jste vědět,že

1) se dožívá osmi a více let

2) mělo/i by mít velkou klec, kterou je třeba minimálně jednou týdne čistit

3)  morče je družný tvor, proto se mu musíte často věnovat

4) musíte vědět jestli máte kam dát morče během dovolené ( pokud si je nechcete brát s sebou, v případě, že ano informujte se zda jste se svými mazlíčky vítani a zda budete mít v cizině nutná očkování)

5) Přesvečte se, že žádný člen rodiny nemá alergii na zvířecí chlupy.

•  Pokud jste již přesvedčení, že morčátko chcete, uvažujte zda chcete jedno, dvě nebo třeba tři.

Pokud máte dostatek času věnovat se mu, nejspíš Vám bude stačit jedno. Ovšem pokud nechcete, aby přes denkdy doma nebudete , bylo smutné pořiďte si raději dvě.

Vyšší počet je samozdřejmě na Vás, ale potom nezapomínejte na velikost kotce .

•  Samečka nebo samičku ?

Sameček – při dosažení pohlavní zralosti zapáchá. Bývá vetší vzrůstem a je čipernější.

Samička -  nezapáchá tolik jako sameček, je menší a bývá více plachá (takže záleží už jen na Vás jak rychle ji ochočíte).

•  Jaké morče ?

Rosetové morče (vírochlupaté) -  

často vypadá až legrečně, ale hlavně roztomile. Srst je rozvířená díky mutaci po celém těle. Hnědé morče, u nás přezdívané šiška (máme dvě -myška a šiška)  je rosetové.

Anglické morče (hladkosrsté) -

Má hladkou a lesklou srst. Vyskytuje se v kombinaci vetšinou tříbarev- bílá, černá a krémová. My máme dvojbarevnou

“myšku”.

Angorské morče -

má někdy až 15cm dlouhou srst náročnou  na udržbu. Vyžaduje velikou péči, aby srst nesplstnatěla. Existuji různé barevné

kombinace. Tohle morče doma zastoupeno nemáme ;-)

Skinny morče -

je morče bez srsti, vhodné do rodiny, kde má někdo alergii na zvířecí chlupy.

• Kde se dá pořídit morčátko

1.  ve zverimexu, vybirajte zadiji mladé morčátko, hodně se liší velikostí od dospělého jedince
2. stejně jako jsou chovné stanice pejsků, jsou i CHS morčat – tam počítejte s vyšší cenou ale i s vyšší péči
3. od sousedů, známých, kamarádů…. Já je mám obě od kamaráda zadarmo a jsem mu za ně vděčná (PS- až taky budeš tak ty víš)

•  Co pořídit morčeti a cenová kategorie

klec – začíná na 700 Kč, potom záleží na velikostí

domeček - od 150kč

jesličky na seno - nerez stojí okolo 50Kč

miska - doporučiji keramickou glazovanou, nebo nerez, hlavně ne plast, močátka mají ve zvyku to okusovat - 20Kč <

pítko - od 30Kč zase< .. záleží na velikosti

záchodek - okolo 50 Kč, záleží na materiálu, naše morčátka mají popelník

tunel – není potřeba ale které morčátko není zvědavé od 100 Kč, záleží na meteriálu

Doporučuji aby měli v kleci kámen a březovou vetvičku. Kámen vetší – na obrušování drápků. větvičku na obrušovaní zoubků.

•  Když už máme morče doma

Minimálně jednou týdně čistit klec – vyměnit podestýlku, tj sláma nebo pyliny. Někteří lidé nejsou proti pylinám pro malé morčátka, jíní zase ano, záleží na Vás.

Denně čerstvou stravu - jablko, mrkev, tráva nebo třeba jetel (chutná jim, ale nedávejte jim velké množství). A zrní do misky, 500g koupíte asi za dvacek korun.

Dostatek čerstvé vody v pítku,  můžete jim do vody přidávat kyselinu askorbovou (vitamín C), který si morče, stejně jako člověk a psase neumí samo utvářet. Já kupuji balení 100g v drogerii za 50 Kč, v lekárně je jiná a dražší. Hlavně se vždycky přesvedčte co jim tam vlastně dáváte.

Hlavně v létě berte morčátko na zahradu třeba i s klecí, nebo pokud máme tu možnost udělejte jim výběh. Pokud bydlíte v bytě tak je vemte třeba i s klecí před dům (pokud nebydlíte v centru a před domem je frekventovaná silnice ) a pokud budete fajnoví můžete jim koupit asi za 80 Kč vodítko speciálně na morče.

Pro jistotu si zijštěte nejbližší veterinární stanici

kam budete muset v případě potřeby zajet.

Dialplan pattern doesnt have any effect in the called number when alias is configured. So you have to configure full 10 digits in the alias command. Alias

In addition to supporting message buttons for retrieving personal messages, Cisco SRST allows the automatic forwarding of calls to busy and unanswered numbers to voice-mail systems. Voice-mail systems with BRI or PRI access can log in to the calling phone's mailbox directly. For this to happen, some Cisco CallManager configuration is recommended. If your voice-mail system supports Redirected Dialed Number Identification Service (RDNIS), RDNIS must be included in the outgoing SETUP message to Cisco CallManager to declare the last redirected number and the originally dialed number to and from configured devices and applications.

Step 1 From any page in Cisco CallManager, click Device and Gateway.

Step 2 From the Find and List Gateways page, click Find.

Step 3 From the Find and List Gateways page, choose a device name.

Step 4 From the Gateway Configuration page, check Redirecting Number IE Delivery – Outgoing.

cor incoming <corlist> <list no> <list of numbers> ### applies corlist to outgoing calls from the IP phone to the router (SRST)

cor outgoing <corlist>  <list no> <list of numbers> ### applies corlist to incoming calls to the IP phones from router (SRST)

List number can be from 1-20. 

List of numbers should be separated by a dash and space to specify a range of phone extensions.

ex: cor incoming test 1 3001 – 3002

Applies cor list "test" and creates list 1 applied to numbers 3001 to 3002.

This command applies cor-list Test to all incoming calls (w.r.t SRST router).

This way when a call comes to 9275425979, it will randomly route calls to one of the three numbers 5001,5002,5003. Using pickup softkey any phone can pick up the call ringning on the phones

alias command also has a preference parameter. This is mostly used if you are entering specific matches rather than wild cards in alias command. For example, if you want to use an alias for IP Phone 4000 to send calls to 5000 if the phone is not registered, then make sure that you give a higher preference in alias as opposed to what is entered in the max-dn command

Alias and Huntstop 

The alias huntstop keyword is relevant only if you have also set the global no huntstop command under call-manager-fallback. 

The alias huntstop keyword allows you to turn huntstop behavior back on for an individual alias, if huntstop is turned off globally by the no huntstop command. Setting the huntstop keyword on an individual alias stops hunting at the alias, making the alias the final member of the hunt sequence.

Call-forward-all settings under regular Callmanager mode, is not retained by the phones when they go into SRST mode.

Call forward number transformations

You can also transform the extension number for call forwarding by using wild cards.

If a user calls 5010 and the user is busy, then the call will be forwarded to 4010.

Call forwarding on individual lines

alias 1 1001 to 1001 preference 1 cfw 2001 timeout 20

In this example, you have created a second dial peer for 1001 to route calls to 1001, but that has preference 1 and call forwarding to 2001. Because the preference on the dial peer created by the alias command is now a lower numeric value than the preference that the dial peer first created, all calls come initially to the dial peer created by the alias command. In that way they are subject to the forward as set by the alias command, instead of any call forwarding that may have been set globally. 

This feature can be used to create a basic hunt group setup using Callforwarding logic.

SRST reference has 3 fields (In CM3.3)

IP address, SRST reference name and TCP port which should match with what is configured on the router.

In CM 4.1 two more field were added:

a. SRST Secure – check box. If checked will use SRST in secure mode (encryption)

b. SRST certificate provider port – Default is 2445.
