Seperti biasa kalo mudik ke kampung halaman aku selalu menggunakan pesawat sejak kelas 2 SMA namun sebelum-sebelunya aku selalu menggunakan jasa transportasi laut yaitu kapal. Aku lebih prefer make pesawat sejak adanya harga tiket yang murah meriah sekitar 6-7 tahun yang lalu, waktu itu harga tiket Surabaya-Banjarmasin kisaran 200-300 ribu (waktu itu masih dapet makan) sedangkan kalo langsung dari Jogja-Banjarmasin harganya selisih 100ribu an lebih mahal. Kenapa aku milih pesawat? Ini karena harga tiket ekonomi pesawat kurang lebih sama dengan harga tiket VIP kapal laut dengan jarak tempu yang sama dan lebih cepat dengan pesawat tentunya. Layaknya sebuah maskapai penerbangan selalu ada pramugari yang selalu siap melayani penumpangnya. Al kisah saat mudik kelas 2 akhir klo ga salah tersebut aku dan temen-teman dari Banjarmasin memilih sebuah maskapai yang cukup baru (mungkin baru berdiri 2 tahunan saat itu) untuk mengangkut kami pulkam. Pilihan kami jatuh (sebenarnya sih aku yang milih, secara aku koordiantornya) pada maskapai tersebut karena tiketnya termurah dibandingkan yang lain.

Maskapai yang kami pilih terkenal dengan pesawatnya yang beda sendiri, kalo maskapai lain menggunakan Boeing 737 maka maskapai ini memakai Boeing MD + pramugarinya cakep-cakep. Sebagai seorang cowok wajarlah mata ku jelalatan dan aku yakin kebanyakan penumpang pria lainnya melakukan hal yang sama karena pada waktu itu aku juga sempat memperhatikan para penumpang lainnya juga. Betapa senang hati waktu itu disuguhi pemandangan yang seger selepas dari sekolah yang noatabeni asrama dan butek dengan pemandangan yang ada hi2x…Para pramugari biasalah lalu lalang di cabin mulai dari peragaan tatacara keselamatan sampai membagikan makanan kepada penumpang, ada seorang pramugari yang sedang berjalan ke arah kursi ku tiba-tiba ada barangnya jatuh di dekat kaki. Walah-walah ga sengaja roknya tersingkap (gara-gara belahannya ketinggian) di hadapanku dan posisiku juga sangat mendukung untuk melihatnya( lagi nunduk ke arah si pramugari) seepp mantab bener pemandangannya (sayang cdnya ga keliatan he2x..). Pramugari tersebut dengan cepat merapikan roknya dan berjalan berlalu begitu saja tanpa kata-kata. Aku sih cengengesan aja, entah apakah penumpang lain juga melihat adegan kami tadi (kyk adegan salah satu iklan parfum di TV)

Beberapa tahun kemudian aku naik dengan maskapai tersebut, agak sedikit kaget dengan seragam pramugarinya. Kaget karena seragam merekajadi lebih sopan tidak sesexy pas aku pertama kali naik dengan maskapai itu lalu kok kyknya pramugarinya tidak muda-muda kyk dulu namun tetep aku acungi jempol tetap cantik-cantik. Setelah pengalaman aku menggunakan  maskapai tersebut ada serentetan kecelakaan penerbangan  di tanah air  hingga yang paling dasyat, jatuhnya pesawat adam air di Sulawesi. Lebaran tahun ini baik mudik mamupun kembali ke Surabaya aku menggunakan masakpai itu lagi…hmmm hmmm seragamnya balik awal lagi walau ga sexy-sexy amat dengan rok yang punya belahan panjang. Bedanya sekarang para pramugarinya menggunakan daleman semacam celana ketat (eitsss, sukanya ngintip) jadi biar kalo roknya kesingkap ga bakal keliatan 2 paha putih mulus lus lus…….

Now how to use all this information to come to a conclusion? I’ve been tracking her movements for a week now, and it’s certainly been one interesting week ! From shopping to the hair salon to oil massages to more shopping, a frolic at the beach, then onwards to a casino. She’s one multifaceted lady with enough boyfriends and sponsors to feed half the starving children around the world. So with my monitor phone in hand I adjust the GPS settings to track her in even greater detail. I didn’t want to maximize the GPS settings just yet though because it’s going to increase her phone bill and she might become suspicious.

By entering the secret code I adjust the GPS settings to track her movements every 15 minutes. Tracking location by location an obvious pattern is starting to emerge in her infidelity. The case starts building up steam for an open and shut case of divorce. From SMS messages sent from her other lover, she’s about to be caught red handed. The SMS messages are saved on the Flexispy server and we can review them later for a course of action.. We really can’t use the SMS records in a divorce case, but we can use the information to set her up and catch her red handed with her hands in the cookie jar, or in this case with her lovers hand in ‘her’ cookie jar!

Things don’t always seem the way they appear, there are actually women out there that prefer older men, not only for financial stability but for the intellect and self confidence that goes with age and years of accumulated experiences. One problem though, no matter what you do, you just can’t challenge father time and natural physical attraction between two strangers can strike at any moment.

So what’s a guy to do? – Spy on them and make sure they are being faithful. My client assured me that he would provide whatever I needed to gather intelligence on the matter at hand. Since he was always busy running around on business trips he really didn’t have the time to engage in monitoring her actions himself.

The first thing to setup is an information ring where I could track her movements and communications. So the first thing in order is getting to her phone to install the spyware, after checking the make and model its a go. Her Blackberry is one of the easiest phones to spy in on. I inform my client I need her phone and I arrive at his home around 2am. He hands me the phone and I proceed to the Flexispy download site and start to download the mobile spy tool. After entering the authorization code, download begins automatically and the installation is complete within a couple of minutes, excellent.

Next thing I have to do is setup the spyware according to the parameters I need, but only after I set the monitor number. The monitor number is the phone I’ll be using to keep tract of her conversations while tapping in. I’ll also be able to adjust the phone settings remotely by sending SMS messages. Awesome, I’ll be able to base my actions on her communications and actually manipulate her actions with the data I gather. This is sneaky stuff, and I’m starting to enjoy it.

So you’ve taken the plunge and ready to get things moving, but still a bit confused how it works? This is how it goes, the software has to be installed on the phone that you want to listen in on, it’s commonly called the target phone. What you need to do to get the software on the phone is use the phone’s web browser to access the internet and go to Flexispy’s download site. From there you simply download the spyware program and restart the phone.

After installation is complete you will have to setup the software. There’s two basic things that have to be done to set up the spyware – activating ‘capture’ and setting the ‘monitor number’. ‘Capture’ basicly turns the software on to capture vital data such as in/out calls, sms recording, and gps tracking. Setting the monitor number also sets the option for you to engage in spycall and to tap into live calls as they are being made. So don’t forget to set this very important function before continuing with your spy operations.

All functions on certain phone platforms can be set remotely, but Flexispy is the only company that I know of  that has virtually complete remote control capability, which I feel is  very important part of making a spyphone. I say this because you won’t always have access to the target phone and at times your only way to  change settings will be by remote command, so you might want to take this aspect into consideration when choosing  a mobile spytool.

Ok it’s time to get into the nitty gritty and get our fingers dirty, let’s figure out how to get this spyware installed into the cell phone. First thing you need to do is get his phone, so girls make sure you really know how to use the phone before you try to install the software. I’d download the owners manual so you know how to exactly control it before you get started.

Once you have good knowledge of how the phone works, just go to the website and order the software, once you receive the return email with the Flexikey authorization code just go to the download site that’s in the email they sent you. Once you’re there just enter the Flexikey and the download starts automatically, just sit back and relax (if he’s not around) once the download completes you’ll have to restart the phone. Ok now that the installation is done you have to do a couple of things to set up the mobile spyware. The first and most important thing to do is to set the monitor number. To do this there are two ways to do it depending what kind of phone you have.

The monitor number is the number that will be used to dial into the phone to listen to him speaking and it’s also the number that will receive the call alerts and SIM card change notifications. So it’s really important to set the monitor number, ok? All you have to do is enter the secret setup screen password which is the Flexikey. Once your in just look for the Monitor number screen and punch it in. A few on Flexispy’s product lines allow you to enter the monitor in remotely, cool huh? Actually Flexispy has a whole lot of remote functions you can use to adjust settings like activating GPS,adjusting GPS setting the monitor number and deactivating the spy software. The iPhone version even lets you uninstall the spytool if he thinks your up to something, iPhone for Christmas anyone?

See it wasn’t hard at all. It just takes a little time to set up the spyware, so do what ever you have to do to get the phone away from him, even if you have to tire him out somehow…

What’s a Spy Tool ?

These mobile spy tools have capabilities I never even knew existed. The cabin crew seemed genuinely pleased to see you, the Captain meant it when he welcomed you onboard and the customs officer at the other end met you with a smile when you arrived.

In 1975 a carbon footprint was something you drew with a lead pencil. Back then we didn’t worry about deep vein thrombosis, terrorist hijackings or flight computer malfunctions. We would relax in spacious seats, sip quietly on a glass of Blue Nun Riesling, light up another Dunhill and feel secure in the knowledge that our pilot was probably a veteran ex-fighter pilot, the stewardess was beautiful and the duty free was a genuine bargin.

A different approach to firing up your team

Vikings head coach Brad Childress dressed up as a female flight attendant on his team’s flight to Pittsburgh last Saturday to help block out pressure, ESPN’s Rachel Nichols reported the other day. Now, thanks to Minnesota tight end Visanthe Shiancoe (who knows a thing or two about cameras himself), there’s some visual proof.

Also, another reason Childress dressed up was because he’d warned his team earlier about treating stewardesses with respect, according to the Twitter of ESPN’s Chris Mortensen. I wonder if that means he shows up to the next game dressed as a referee, so maybe his players won’t intentionally plow them into the ground in retaliation for phantom penalty calls.

It’s no biggy in Holland and that’s a damn shame. Whenever I see pictures of Halloween parties you guys have in the States, it makes me want to be there! For girls it’s the perfect excuse to dress and act slutty. And I’d love to be in the middle of it! Though I don’t need an excuse to dress and act slutty, I just am. But a lot of girls do. I could totally imagine myself as a sexy nurse covered with blood or some shit like that, like this girl:

Or maybe a sexy witch eager to take a ride on your broomstick. Ever wanted to fuck a slutty cartoon girl, like Snow White or Princess Peach ? I’d be one! But for this Halloween I would be a flirty stewardess! As a kid I always wanted to be a pilot. Later on, I figured I’d rather be a stewardess instead. I love travelling and I love meeting new people. But most of all I’d love being that sexy stewardess you fantasized about banging in the plane’s toilet!

Whew!  Finished this book in the nick of time before the end of the R.I.P. IV Challenge.  My copy is an old,  borrowed book from my Aunt Cristie with yellowed pages and the title cover almost falling apart at its seams.  It’s so old that some of you haven’t probably even been born yet when this was published.

So, this is my book for the Halloween season,  my last one for the R.I.P. IV , and my sixth novel down for the Fall Into Reading 2009 Challenge.

The Story :

In December 29, 1972, Eastern Airlines Flight 401 crashed into the Florida Everglades en route from New York to Miami.  One hundred one people died including  veteran pilots Captain Robert Loft, First Officer Albert Stockstill and Second Officer Donald Repo.  Miraculously, though, there were some survivors, among them a baby and a dog.  The cause of the crash was attributed to the failure of the flight crew to monitor the flight instruments while trying to solve the problem of an indicator landing gear light.  From a holding flight level of 2,000 feet, the plane  steadily decreased in altitude, imperceptibly until the last few seconds.

This disaster is a true documented story that happened way back in the early seventies.  Significantly, EAL Flight 401 was the first wide body plane to crash and at that time, catalogued as one of the worst airline catastrophes in the U.S.   But what really made this flight so famous were the subsequent reports of apparitions onboard other Eastern Airlines aircrafts which were fitted with good working parts salvaged from the luckless plane.  These ghost stories were well known inside the airline industry.

Flight crew members including some pilots and several passengers attest to seeing Captain Loft seated in the jumpseat a few times, simply looking straight ahead.  The ghost of Second Officer Don Repo, however, made frequent appearances to the flight crew and spoke to them to either warn of impending danger or to show damaged parts or equipment.  At one point,  he was reported to have said that he would never allow another Eastern Airlines plane to crash again.  Although he occasionally appeared in ways that were really hair-rasingly creepy (at one time appearing with only his head in a galley oven) all who encountered the ghosts agree that these spirits were benevolent and were there to protect their flights.

Intrigued with the consistency of the accounts and the fact that Eastern Airlines had resorted to concealment tactics which involved removal of many pages from the flight logbook, repeated subtle company threats and outright denials, the author did extensive research into the encounters to establish whether there really is a life after death and if we all indeed have a soul.

The Review :

The first half of the book details the crash in all its miserable, heart-wrenching detail.  It is quite a gripping account as you visualize the enormity of the catastrophe — how all lives are changed for the survivors, for all the passengers’ families and close friends, and also for the rescuers who have to face the gruesome  carnage.

The ghost stories appear on the second half .  If you’re leaning toward believing their realism, it is positively hairy to know that ghosts appear in 3-D so much so that they appear genuinely alive, like you and me.  More so, that they can chillingly appear with only a body part visible; in this case, only the flight engineer’s head looking at the stewardesses from inside an oven.  Brrrr!!!  (The uniformed man with the opaque white eyes on the front cover actually give me the creeps.)

As entertaining as these ghost stories were, and should have been the life of the book, I lost a bit of interest somewhere around the middle.   I found the number of accounts paltry.  I wish the author treated his readers to a lot more, as he had stated he had a lot of material on 401’s appartions that goaded him to delve into the question of life after death.  So, the middle of the second part does, sadly begin to nosedive a bit with the author’s lengthy account of how he went about his research.  He relates that he discovered mediums in the aviation industry to communicate with the ghosts of the flight crew, dabbled in ouija board, etc.  Although these are supposed to be fascinating in themselves,   his way of writing just didn’t quite make it so.  The ghost stories were those buoying up the flagging narrative.

His account toward the end though, was interesting; but if you didn’t quite believe it, you’d say absurd.

To Read Or Not To Read :

If you’ve even half a mind to believe in ghosts, other dimensions, and psychics, this should kick up your Halloween night, as everything is  purportedly bone-chillingly real.

Funny, The Ghost of Flight 401 is the second semi-non-fiction read I’ve proposed for Halloween. (The Historian would have been my choice though; The book is a class on its own; but I picked it up way too early for the 31st.)   I’m actually not sure whether to categorize this book as fiction or non-fiction; but I’m more inclined to say non-fiction because I do believe in souls and in the afterlife.  Last year,  I reviewed a nail-biting worry into the possibilities of the future in The Cobra Event, a fictitious story running on a lot of very true, very terrifying documented facts.

In A Nutshell:

For his conclusion, Fuller argues on the reality of the apparitions on some of these ff. points:

1.  Pilots involved are all sane, well-adjusted, down-to-earth individuals with excellent powers of observation and definitely not prone to exaggeration.

2.  “There are too many people involved in the story.  They all check out.”

3. “The descriptions given us from widely separated sources are all similar, and in many cases identical.  Most of the parties involved did not know each other, so there was no chance of collusion.”

4. “Groups of people, including passengers, claim to have seen the reappearances.  They could not all have been hallucinating.”

5.  “Why would all crew members we interviewed make this story up — IT’S NOT THAT GOOD A JOKE!“

On this note,  I leave it up to you to decide whether Fuller was right or simply a kook.

But whatever you decide, just enjoy the book for what it’s worth.  Have a scary HALLOWEEN!
