so i started looking for it. there are so. many. colors. how am i supposed to choose? then i spotted the rose gold studs. oh! i am obsessed with anything rose gold colored at the moment, so finding rose studs was awesome! now, this is a bag that i want to be wearing for a while, so my train of thought went towards black. and when i saw it, it was love at first sight.

FRIDAY: OVER DRESSED

If you have read any of my other posts this last week or so, then you will know I’ve been just a teenie bit stressed recently! I hate hate HATE being stressy and today was one of those days where I needed to cheer myself up & get away from it all, and so I threw on a LBD, sandals & sunnies for an instant escape from the hectic, cluttered mess that was today! Making an effort with yourself is tough at times- we’ve all been there, when you have a million & one things to do, none of which are any fun, and you think you may aswell stay in your pj’s all day, but I urge all of you to wear something super gorgeous & dressy at least once a month no matter what you have planned! It is the best cheer-up I know of!

I’ve been a little obsessed with the bags from Zara lately, and these babies here are no different. I’ve been a fan of the brand’s coveted ‘Shopper’ for quite a while, but I always found it just too big for someone as small as me. Honestly I look like a small child wearing one of those monstrous bags.

So you can imagine my delight when I saw they had released the iconic ‘Shopper’ bags in mini form for the summer. And even better they come in a multitude of summery colours to brighten up any outfit. I’m in love, and I know I shouldn’t be spending more money on bags, considering I’m waiting on my Hermès and that alone costs the price of a small car, but I just couldn’t help myself with these mini shoppers.

So which colour is your favourite? I’m leaning towards the bright yellow as it’s just so happy and matches our lovely sunshine outside, though that studded Zara clutch is so McQueen I can’t say no.

I have TOTALLY neglected my blog recently- have been super busy with the Vintage Magpies sale, and also helping a friend with some interior design, which is very exciting, stay tuned for some pictures & interior ideas! But I am back in the game with my daily outfit posts, and the sun is shining here in France at last- nothing beats having a coffee with friends & being able to sit outside which is exactly what I have done this afternoon.
