Another show I went on Friday night was at Cafe Dekcuf.
Playing there was Ship Shapes, Sunjet and Rah Rah.
I missed out Ketch Harbour Wolves because I was at Avant Garde Bar seeing Kinetic Stereokids.
It was a nice night of catchy indie pop/rock music from three (technically four) bands playing that night.

Ship Shapes was great with their blend of bluesy rock-pop music.

Hope good things will happen for them

The new incarnation of Sunjets came up.
Fun and rocking as always.

I only stayed for about 5 songs for Rah Rah.
They surely bought the vibe up with their music.
Wish I could have stayed longer but they were getting people into their music.
Didn’t know that two members are in Sylvie.

Surely it was a fun night on Friday night, where half of Ottawa went to see Animal Collective.

Keycie vertoeft vanaf komende nacht in andere (Zuiderse) oorden. Ik ga een weekje naar Tenerife, om volledig te relaxen en wat energie op te laden. Mijn valies weegt uiteindelijk 17 kilo. Dat is mooi onder het maximum he (Ok, toegegeven, ik heb nog een aparte beauty case mee…) Ondanks het hotel wel internetfaciliteiten heeft, ga ik mezelf verplichten een ontwenningskuur te doen. Ik mag maximum 1 keer van mezelf mijn mails gaan checken. Benieuwd of ik dat volhou?
