Crepúsculo e Lua Nova viram game!

Se prepare, porque vem por ai o game dos queridinhos Edward Cullen, Bella Swan e Jacob Black do grande sucesso da saga Crepúsculo.

Os fãs da saga Twilight/Crepúsulo podem ficar mais anciosos, porque os caras vão transformar este sucesso em game. Como tantos outros livros que viraram filmes e depois caíram nos nossos controles e nos vícios da vídeo game, com Crepúsculo não será diferente.

Como com o Harry Potter, que conseguiu a façanha de ter um filme para cada livro e claro um game para cada filme! E quem curte compra, joga e vicia! Porque consegue estar nas cenas dos seus personagens favoritos e nas histórias que curtem tanto.

Vamos lá ao novo e já tão esperado game! Um cara chamado Brandon Gardner, que mexe com programação nos estúdios Brainjunk, esta desenvolvendo o game Twilight MMO, um jogo multiplayer(RPG) e esta correndo atrás para que  Summit Entertainment(que produz os filmes da saga Twilight/Crepúsculo) abrace a idéia e compre o projeto.

O game  Twilight MMO, é baseado no filme Crepúsculo e Lua Nova. Mesmo ainda sem data para lançar, se prepare porque você vai poder reviver varias cenas e escolher quem você quer ser: vampiro, lobisomem ou humano?

Escolheu? É só ir de fase em fase, com as mesmas cenas e enredo do filme, escolher um dos times e representar a Bella, o Edward e se quiser os “bads” James, Victoria e Laurent aí é só sair correndo, se esconder e que vença o mais rápido!

Pelo vídeo, acho que ainda falta muitooo para os personagens parecerem com os do filme, se não parecer não tem graça né!

Ah, quase esqueci! A Konami trouxe para o console Wii o game  “Crepúsculo Scene it?”, que já esta a venda! Os fãs vivenciarão o mundo de Crepúsculo, interagindo nos locais com os personagens e as cenas do primeiro filme da saga. E o mais importante, colocando a prova todo o conhecimento para ver quem é o maior fã de Crepúsculo.

E quem comprar a versão Delux, vai ter um bônus do game “Qual Cullen você é?” e um download exclusivo para os fãs que curtem esse lado vampiresco, com todos os elementos necessários para se fazer uma festa temática do sombrio e romantico Crepúsculo.

Digamos que la película de Luna Nueva no ha conseguido “Eclipsar” a los libros de Stephenie Meyer.

Después de haber ido a ver El Señor De Los Anillos, salí bastante contenta, puesto que la adaptación era muy similar a los libros, a esa saga…

Esperaba que la mayoría de las sagas fueran igual (no puedo hablar de Harry Potter, ya que sólo leí el séptimo libro)

¿Qué fallos encontré para poder hablar así de una película que no estuvo nada mal? Es decir: “¿por qué te quejas?”

La exageración gusta en el cine, lo morboso, la americanización de los relatos, los finales felices, los dramas… todo eso VENDE! Sí señor, rendirse al dinero en vez de mostrar el libro como es.

¿Fallos que he encontrado?

¡¡¡Spoiler!!! (PD: Si no viste la película, no sigas leyendo)

- Para empezar, el trailer está mal hecho, puesto que (obviamente) se ve que en el claro Bella está con una ropa cuando le ataca Laurent y cuando (supuestamente) va Jacob a salvarle, está con otra, lo cual ya te hace dudar de si… en el libro le salvaba así de Laurent (cosa que no)

- Cuando Bella se corta, no sale corriendo hacia ella Jasper, al menos no de la manera “pasiva” y a la vez exagerada que sucede en la película. Después de esto, Edward “acude” a su casa (pero no cuando está ella) para quitar las fotos de su álbum y el equipo de sonido que le regaló Emmet (todo esto para que parezca que Edward no ha existido). Pero todo esto no sucede antes de que hable con ella, sino mientras ella (supuestamente) se pierde en el bosque y se queda llorando, puesto que al llegar… no queda nada de él.

- Una cosa a destacar en positivo son los lobos, que están muy bien hechos (aunque los personajes no encajen mucho y, con perdón, parezcan más débiles de lo que en el libro parecen)

- Se habla de la fiebre de Jacob en el cine, pero él no se pone violento en el libro, como pasa en la película. En ningún momento (en el cine) le dice Bella que está ardiendo. Y por último, ella no se monta en la moto con ese chico para sentir la adrenalina.

Creo que nada más, porque si sigo sacando fallos con respecto al libro… Por el resto, la adaptación está bien, y es entretenida, sólo que yo “apenas” la disfruté porque soy una maniática de buscar los fallos jajaja

Realmente, la película es buena y mereció la espera, pero destacar sólo esos fallos.

Phil Tippett s-a ocupat de realizarea varcolacilor si fanii din SUA au fost foarte incantati de munca sa!

MTV a realizat un inteviu in exclusivitate cu cel ce a dat nastere varcolacilor, si de asemenea a dat publicitatii inca o serie de poze din film cu acestia.

Vineri, 27.11.2009, va avea loc lansarea in premiera in Romania a noului film din seria Twilight, New Moon. Robert Pattison, Kristen Stewart si Taylor Lautner vor fi acolo. Din pacate, pentru acei fani tru, nu ati fost pe faza. Filmul ruleaza pe diferite ecrane imense din cinematografele romanesti inca din data de 20.11.2009. Asa ca nu iti anunta colega de banca sua de camera, fugi singura la cinema, intarzie, ca sa nu te vada nimeni ca ai venit singura, aseaza-te pe ultimul rand (desi te sfatuiesc sa incerci alt rand pentru ca vor mai fi si altele la fel de disperate ca si tine) si enjoy the movie.

Daca totusi faci parte din elita fanilor Twilight si ai bani de premiera, atunci pe data de 27.11.2009 iti vei lua cea mai lunga si eleganta rochie, pantofii de la care te dor cel mai rau picioarele, geanta asortata, fa o programare la coafor cu 3 zile inainte, machiaza-te excesiv si vino pe covorul rosu alaturi de alte celebritati ale asfaltului Bucurestean la CinemaPro. Vei fi vazuta, remarcata si poate chiar chemata la un interviu.

Pentru muritorii de rand, fara bani si chef de iesit la cinema, va sugerez sa intrati aici, de unde va puteti alege cea mai buna alegere de film-share si il vei vedea, intr-adevar la o calitate mult mai proasta, dar acasa, in pijamaua cea mai confortabila, cu imensul bol de floricele si pachetul/pachetele de servetele langa tine. De asemenea, poti sa mai chemi cateva prietene, sa opriti filmul oricand, sa dati inapoi si inainte.

Pana atunci, va pun la dispozitie primele 2 carti in format pdf.

Explico-lhes já : o Sr. Lambert deu uma procuradinha nos looks de artistas que ninguém lembra mais, como Marilyn Manson e Boy George, e, em homenagem ao lançamento de Lua Nova, baixou o Edward Cullen no AMA 2009. Baixou o nível também : fez uma pessoa/traveco? quase engolir a virilha dele e baixou um pouquinho mais pra sair rolando na escada.

Só tá faltando voltar pro caixão – volta, vai!

Der zweite Teil der Saga wird demnächst in den Deutschen Kinos gezeigt. Es dauert nicht mehr lang und die Fans können es nicht mehr abwarten. Wir haben hier alles aus dem Archiv zu New Moon gekramt, was wir finden konnten und werden euch jetzt ein Preview zu Film bieten, dass euren Durst nach New Moon wachsen lassen sollte.

Worum geht es in New Moon?

Eigentlich könnte man sich diesen Abschnitt sparen. Dennoch wollen wir die Geschichte hier aufführen. In Teil 2 der Saga hat Isabella Swan (Kristen Stewart), die Hauptrolle, Geburtstag. Diesen will sie mit ihrem festen Freund Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) und seiner Familie feiern. Die Familie Cullen besteht aus Vampiren, ernähren sich jedoch nicht von Menschen-, sondern von Tierblut. Auf ihrer Geburtstagsfeier bekommt Bella von der sehr wohlhabenden Familie einige Geschenke. Doch beim Öffnen eines Geschenkes schneidet sie sich an Geschenkpapier.

Jasper, der noch nicht lange “Vegetarier” ist, bekommt durch den Tropfen Blut, der Bella vom Finger gleitet gewaltigen Durst und stürzt sich auf sie. Edward stoßt seine Freundin Bella zur Seite und rettet sie vor dem durstigem Vampir. Dieses Ereigniss beschäftigt Edward noch eine kurze Weile, bis er sich von Bella trennt.

Die Trennung ist eine wichtige Schlüsselszene und baut auf die Nachfolgende Handlung auf, deswegen wollen wir nicht mehr spoilern. Nur so viel sei gesagt, die Geschichte wurde vom Regisseur so umgesetzt, dass sie einen immer “auf den nächsten Level pushen” soll. Schon im Buch zum Film leidet man sehr mit Bella mit und wird von Punkt zu Punkt hin und hergerissen.

Trailer:

Ganz wichtig, wenn man sich einen Film anschauen will, ist der Trailer. Diesmal ist dieser auch sehr gelungen. Man bekommt einen richtig guten Eindruck darüber, wie der Film so in etwa sein wird. Wer jetzt noch sagt, die Twilight Saga wäre kitschig, der ist entweder altmodisch, oder kennt sich nicht mit Filmen aus.

Wem dieser Eindruck noch nicht reicht, der kann sich auch die folgenden zwei Ausschnitte aus New Moon ansehen. Die sind leider auf englisch, sollten aber jeden überzeugen, sich doch ins Kino zu setzen.

Letze Anmerkung:

The Twilight Saga-New Moon sollte auch dieses Jahr einer der besten Jugendfilme werden. Die Mischung aus Dramatik, Liebe und einer recht gelungenen Vampir / Wolf Kulisse runden die Geschichte gut ab, die wachsende Zuneigung zu Jackob wird offensichtlich gut dargestellt. Auch ist die Vampir Familie jetzt mehr dem Buch entsprechend gekleidet. Tendenz: sehr hoch!

I was always taught that if you’re going to do something, you might as well do it right. And in my mind, there isn’t a more apt application for such a life theory than in the adaptation of popular novels into films. When you think about these popular literary franchise — many of whom have rabid fan bases — it is hard to imagine making a movie (or in this case, two) out of them that are subpar. As we’ve seen with the Harry Potter franchise, the key is to take the story from the books and build upon it. Find good actors, dazzle the fan base with great special effects and make the film’s accessible enough so that folks outside the fan base will be drawn in, and ultimately drawn into the world of the books as well. It’s a reverse method of getting people to read more — make the movies interesting enough, and folks will go after the rest of the story.

Not so with the Twilight franchise, at least not up to this point. With the release of New Moon, the second in a line of four films to be released by Summit Entertainment, the Twilight franchise has succeeded in doing only one thing: appeasing its built-in fan base. Which is sad, because such a rabid fan base deserves something better — something that will reach out to the rest of the world and invite others to see what they see. Sadly, this is not that case — and while its easy to say that some people just won’t “get” this operatic tale of love seen through the eyes of a teen girl, I would rather blame lazy filmmaking.

New Moon picks up where the first Twilight film left off, with Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) locked in a heated, yet abstinent, love affair. But after a freak accident at Bella’s birthday party puts her life in danger, Edward leaves her in hopes of giving her a chance at a normal life — one that doesn’t involve brooding over a vampire. Left with emptiness in her heart, Bella weeps for Edward for several months, eventually emerging slightly from her depression to forge a new friendship with the constantly shirtless Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), a now-meaty friend who is going through a few odd changes himself. As Bella digs deeper into Jacob’s life, she soon finds out that he isn’t all that he seems either.

From there, we find out about the true nature of Jacob and his tribe and — spoiler alert — their sweet ancestry of being werewolves. At this point, director Chris Weitz sets in and delivers two of the few shining achievements of New Moon. One is the development of Jacob as a character, aided by a solid performance from Taylor Lautner. After a movie and a third of watching Bella with Edward, it is almost sweet to see her engaging with someone who might have some depth to them, even if he does turn into a giant wolf from time to time. As well, Weitz delivers a wolf-on-wolf action sequence during Bella’s discovery of the wolf pack that is quite awesome, and reminiscent of his crowning achievement in The Golden Compass, the epic polar bear fight scene. It was the only point in the film when New Moon was exciting, and not bogged down with slo-mo action or brooding, hollow shells of romantic archetypes.

The rest of the movie is about as moving and engaging as watching a 24-hour golf marathon on television, in French. Sure, there is something there if you’re really interested in it and you speak the language, but to anyone sitting on the outside it is just another surface-level romantic melodrama that is poorly paced. On top of that, the Twilight films (can’t speak for the books) give us two main characters who are increasingly difficult to like, let alone adore (let alone root for). Bella is a whiny, weak-willed character whose sole preoccupation is finding a man through which she can define herself, and Edward is a creepy 109-year old vampire who is trolling the high school halls for young girls.

On top of that, Robert Pattinson’s performance is excruciatingly stale. I get it, he’s playing a vampire who is supposed to be without emotion. But he’s also playing the exception to the rule, the vampire who falls madly in love with this beautiful human girl and will do anything and everything to keep her safe. There should be something beneath the surface, something added to Edward to make him feel like the exception — and in Pattinson’s incredibly hollow performance, we see none of that. The same can be said for Kristen Stewart, who delivers once again a performance that makes Bella feel like a caricature of an overly dramatic, perpetually confused teen. If she is to become an icon for young girls everywhere, then I weep for an entire generation.

Beyond character problems and failure to craft an engaging, purposefully paced narrative, New Moon mostly suffers from an insider baseball complex, in which the only folks who can truly engage in the story are those who have intimate previous knowledge of these characters, whether it’s from the first Twilight film or Stephenie Meyer’s series of books. This fact cripples the film’s ability to reach out beyond its core audience, leaving many an audience member confused, bewildered and downright bored.

But as someone who has seen both films and read enough of the books to know what it going on, I can tell you that the most disheartening thing about this film is that while its fan base will be satisfied with it — especially the hanging ending that feels tacked on — they really aren’t getting their fandom’s worth with these movies. There is a story within Stephenie Meyer’s books that could make for a good movie, and a method by which these movies could be accessible and engaging. It just seems as if Summit and their respective creative teams can’t find it. That said, thanks to the nature of the story (the added action of the werewolves and the rush to find Edward in Italy), director Chris Weitz has lucked out — and in turn he has found himself the director of a movie that, while not good in the least, is at least more engaging than Catherine Hardwicke’s first film. Should this trend continue, the infinitely more capable director David Slade may actually give us something worth watching with the next installment, Eclipse.

The Upside: It plays to the fans, and does have a few action scenes (mostly with the wolves) that are pretty fun to watch.

The Downside: Poorly structured, poorly paced, poorly executed CGI in places and characters that are unlikeable, despite the fact that we should be rooting for them. An inaccessible mess.

On the Side: Each member of the wolf pack had to have papers proving their Native decent. Spencer is Lakota (Sioux), Pelletier is Cree-Metis, Meraz is Purepecha (Tarasco), Gordon is Hualapai, and Houseman, who was discovered at an open casting call, is Cree

Twilight – Chapitre 2 : Tentation est le deuxième volet de la saga Twilight adaptée des livres Fascination, Tentation, Hésitation et Révélation de Stéphanie Meyer.

Après le chapitre 1 réalisé par Catherine Hardwicke, ce nouvel opus est dirigé par Chris Weitz (A la croisée des mondes : la boussole d’or). On ne peut pas blâmer le réalisateur sur le résultat de ce chapitre 2, qui est surtout lié au scénario, scénario donné par le livre dont le film est issu. Car l’histoire de Tentation est beaucoup plus lente que celle de Fascination. Que retenir de Tentation: rien, quasiment, mis à part l’esprit bête de l’héroïne.

La fin, quand à elle est très abrupte, autant dire qu’il n’y en a pas.

Twilight – Chapitre 2 : Tentation dure 2h10. Pourtant, l’action est peu présente. On ne s’ennuie pas, mais on ne ressort pas du cinéma satisfait.

Este oficial. Twilight Saga: New Moon a spart recordurile inca din prima noapte. Astfel, incasarile totale ale filmului in seara lansarii au fost de 72,7 milioane de dolari!

Poate suma nu pare extraordinar de mare, dar hai sa luam, de exemplu, filmul “The Dark Knight” cu regretatul Heath Ledger, care a strans 67,2 milioane de dolari in prima seara.

Fanii sunt foarte incantati de noul film cu vampiri si asteapta cu nerabdare Twilight Saga: Eclipse si evident, soarta filmului Breaking Dawn.

The level of the lake had receded by 6 – 8 inches when I got there this morning, but it had only just stopped raining, rain that lasted about 8 hours. I guess the residents on the Swords Road may have dodged a bullet, but who knows what the next few days will bring. As far as I know heavy rains are forecast right up to next Wednesday. As I write this the sun is shining but gale force winds and more rain are on the way tomorrow.

After a few pointless posts about my excitedness of the opening of New Moon last night, I think you guys deserve some kind of review of the movie.

What did I think of New Moon?

AMAZING.

I wasn’t the world’s biggest fan of the last Twilight movie. Honestly, the crappy 90’s directing,levels of saturation, and propensity to be a collection of montages rather than a movie annoyed the crap out of me. I’m a fan of the Twilight books, and was surprised when I had no wanting to buy the DVD along with my friends (I redboxed it a few times).

Luckily, Twilight, although a crappily made movie (he first time around, grossed a ton of money because of its fanbase. With a few more million and better directing, New Moon managed to be everything I wanted to see in the first Twilight Movie, and a little bit more. I didn’t think New Moon was going to suck because of the amount of money being invested in it.

I am tempted to review the excessively long line I had to wait in to see the movie, and why moviefone can be misleading. I’ll save that for another review. I’m sure you want to know about the movie, and not my personal experience.

The Review:

The movie opens with a quick montage of the things you’ll see in the end and Bella’s narration about aging and death in a strange dream format. Bella is afraid of aging….but we all know that. Chances are if you’re reading my blog then you’ve read the book.

I wish there was a way I could explain the power and emotion attached to every scene, or the way Taylor Lautner looked the way no underage man should be allowed to look. If you’d seen it then you know I could never describe it in a way that makes you think gorgeous enough.

Technically, the movie improved in many ways. The scenes weren’t a dark over saturated blue. New Moon embraced warm colors and better effects. Edward’s glitter man effect wasn’t limited to bath and body works glitter lotion. The vampires were pale, but they weren’t laughably pale. The things I’d complained about were gone.

My favorite scenes were the many fight scenes. Mirandatx21 and I were joking that in the last movie the entire budget was spent on the one fight. In this movie, the fight scenes were amazing with each one better than the next. They contrasted the fast nature of the speeding vampire with extremely slowed down movements. The script took the humor of twilight, cut out a little bit of the cheesiness, and kept the same emotion we were used to in the Twilight books. Let’s face it Twilight isn’t the best written book in the world. Stylistically, the series resembles fanfiction, but you don’t read Twilight for the writing style. We read twilight for the tension and romance associated with two people who really shouldn’t be together.

Now, its time to give my awards:

The  BEST Improvement Award:

 No longer can we make fun of your disgustingly pale paleness. The directors have embraced the color in your face, and managed to keep the sexy regalness we fans looove you for. Go make-up people and directing. You’ve managed to not make me die of laughter at the screen this time around.

Best Scene Awards:  

The first action scene. Which in the scheme of the movie happened to be one of the many great action scenes, but because it was the coolest first explosion of great fighting I’d scene in relation to Twilight it gets an extremely high ranking.  

                                                         Bella Depressed:

This is a great scene if you’ve read the Twilight books. If you haven’t read New Moon then you don’t know the excitement of what I’m talking about. When reading New Moon, there is the moment when Bella first looses Edward and the book has no words just a series of months. You feel lost, helpless, and totally depressed. THEY KEPT THE MONTH THING! I was feeling possibly more depressed and hopeless during this section of the movie then I ever felt during the book.

The Totally Over-Done Scene Award:

 Alice is standing in front of the Volturri. She shows Aro her vision  Bella as a vampire. I know a movie is supposed to show not tell, but during that section of the movie Mirandatx21, Christina, and I were sitting in our seats thinking the movie is totally amazing, but this scene is over-kill. Kind of like in Singing in the Rain where Gene Kelley shows what his musical is going to be like “Gotta Dance”

Hottest Piece of Underage Man-Flesh Award. (The Hottest Actor Award is Back):

 I must admit I was totally saddened when James wouldn’t be in New Moon. I knew that from the beginning. James was super sexy and super hot. He had the whole bad thing going for him. But then, Jacob took his shirt off, and I forgot about James.

If you’ve ever been talking to your friend about Team Jacob, and someone says they are Team Jacob it used to be “WTF? Why would you be Team Jacob?” Now, every girl and woman understands why Team Jacob is definitely a viable option.

Edward…its called well muscular and defined abs. We females tend to like that in a guy.  

Its time for me to go to class now. If you’ve seen New Moon tell me what your personal and favorite scene awards are , and if you haven’t then go see it and stop reading blogs! Only you can judge if you like something or not.

To explain “New Moon” the film, you not only must compare it to the books but to the style and praise of the previous film.

Disclaimer: I am not a critic, nor a genius, nor have I ever written a review. These are just my thoughts on the film. Just me talking about the pros and the cons. If for any reason you feel this doesn’t meet your standards then stop. I am just a fan of the books sense they’ve come out. I have read the books instantly as they came out after discovery the first novel Twilight from a friend. I read it before anyone had gone Vampire crazy, and before New Moon came out. So I have liked the novels a long time. Don’t get me wrong though, as much as I am satisfied with the plot line of the most of the novels I find the author disappointing.

The Author: Stephenie Meyer came and went like J.K Rowling. The author wrote a great story idea but the writing itself was nothing special. There are writing mistakes an experienced author would not make. Stephenie Meyer’s works aren’t master pieces by any standard of literary work. She got this far as J.K. has because she gave the public a nice plot line that made readers drool over pure romance. The same way that Romeo & Juliet are still read in modern times though not modern whatsoever. Yet, the author of Twilight progressively got worst. Lacking in keeping up with the true story she had started with and progressively developing into an almost different story by her fourth book. Change occurred as money in her wallet developed. The later books came solely for the money. After all she did say it herself that she only meant to write two novels and she ended up with four. Most of all I lost my respect entirely of her. Due to the fact that she  personally wrote a letter on her website telling fans of her distaste at the manuscript of Midnight Sun being released online by one of her people and basically telling the readers punishments will happen for it by her not finishing the novel and releasing the draft on her website for all eyes. This action of so outwardly blaming her loyal fans of which some refused to read it even though they could. Shows the fact of how power-hungry she has become to lose track that these people  are devoted to supporting any action taken by her then to just be kicked in the gut for having done absolutely nothing. Plus, it was clearly her fault for the release for trusting the wrong people.

Twilight: My review of twilight the novel. I give it five stars. The characters felt real, relate-able, and consistent. The writing was neither completely poor nor amazing. It was very average like when a friend ask you to read something they wrote. It was properly written and is definitely for a young person that could not acknowledge mistakes. It was written rather childishly, like an adolescent wrote it, which makes it in essence easier to relate to Bella. Although Stephenie Meyer says it was written for  older crowd like individuals like herself, Twilight would not cut it. Most adults would not totally dismiss it, yet it would not have had as great a turn out as it had with the young adult readers. Overall, it is by far the best novel of the Twilight Saga. This is very bad for the rest of the books because they cannot meet up to the standards of the first novel.

New Moon: This novel is clearly the worst of the four novels to some and to others its just seems like a small stepping stone. This novel feels like it was a filler episode in the series.  It filled in some gaps and brought in some ideas for the future books but over all I feel it was a waste of time expect for a few expectations. If the novel had just contained the first bit with Edward and summarized Jacob’s developing character and had the final chapters of the novel it would be better. Basically keep the beginning, the end, and shorten the middle  a lot then this novel might just be ok. Reading this I just felt like get on with the point of the story already, I get it shes depressed move on already, and Jacob is ok but his no Edward. The thing is Edward made Twilight big no matter how you see it and New Moon containing very little Edward is well boring.

Eclipse: This book should have been the last one. It solves the resolution that had started in the first novel almost completely. Though something would need to be added to make this the end and make it amazing instead it wasn’t the last one. The novel seemed to drag on in the middle like New Moon yet it contained some more interesting facts. The end was thrilling, the beginning is forgetful because I literally can’t recall the beginning. Eclipse was nothing special, it was better than the second but still could not compare to the first. Most readers that I spoke to feel that the Bella everyone had fallen in love with in Twilight and people could relate to had become someone utterly different. I get that characters in novel can grow up and change to but this was a radical attitude change in the series. It just felt like a different person with the same name.

Breaking Dawn: By far the worst of the books in the series to most. This novel has the same character ideals of same names, vampires, werewolves, and fight for good. However this novel seems almost unrelated to the rest to the series. The main characters seem almost like strangers to fans of the series. The actions and plot line of the story are just out-of-place with the rest of the series that most people are disgusted to call Breaking Dawn the end of the Twilight series. This book is entirely like a filler episode to the climax. Then as the reader reaches the climax disappointment is waiting. Some of the ideas or passages of the novel are what the fans of Twilight had been waiting to see, yet with the personality change of characters, mainly Bella, made those passage unbearable to enjoy fully. The beginning plays with the exact answers to  that of the readers questions of  “what would happen if this happened.” The middle didn’t really make sense and seemed to be implemented for a shock effect. The end was a the biggest fail and disappointment for readers looking for a little more action.

Twilight the film: Disappointment. Comprehension that the novel can’t literally be brought to life but it was painful to watch almost. The acting by Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson was horrible. Neither of them can properly act. This is no surprise sense Catherine Hardwicke tends to favor actors and not properly look for actors that can act. The effects in the film were unimpressive and lacked realism. A lot of the details that made the novel famous were left out. Scenes were added that just wasted time in the movie and were pointless. The camera work was done poorly and overall failed in properly symbolizing what the novel was all about. Twilight basically had been butchered to shreds for fans of the novel.

New Moon the film: In comparison to Twilight, the film, New Moon was amazing. The effects were much smoother, there were more of them, the camera angles were nice, and it properly symbolized what the Twilight Saga is about. The actors of the first film were kept and brought down the movie. Due to the fact the worst actors in the film are the lead actors. However one lead actor stands out from the rest. Taylor Lautner was amazing. His acting skills carried the film and made the character Jacob look outstanding. Compared to the novel in which fans didn’t like not having as much of Edward in the film I feel better not having Robert Pattinson on-screen. His acting was literally a joke and Kristen Stewart is so emotionless and seems more like versions of  Keanu Reeves. The film kept very close to the novel, but the film brought the novel to life were the novel had failed. The fail was much more entertaining and accomplished in the areas that novel lacked. It had a much more concrete ideas of romance between Edward and Bella. It brought out the feelings of the novel while still being able to introduce the added plot-line of the werewolves and the Volturi. In the end it was a great film. It was better than Twilight the film and New Moon the novel.

Eclipse/Breaking Dawn the films: As the Twilight Saga rages through the media, I hope success on the future films, and wish for certain actors to get some talent, while the rest of the cast stays gifted in their roles. Much appreciation to the actors that play….

it’s been pretty hectic for me lately and that explains the lack of posts. And sadly, my iMac has expired, only after 2 years of service. The LogicBoard is behaving erratically and won’t recognise the RAM anymore….

i have one good news to share though. After endless gray and rainy days, the sun decided to come out today

as well as flocks and flocks of swans.
