La politique belge tend à gagner des aficionados pour diverses raisons – pour certains, ce sont des techniques innovantes de campagne électorale ou des promesses électorales originales d’un parti non moins original qui suscitent l’enthousiasme pour le pays de René Magritte.

Plus récemment, c’est un mouvement unitaire contre les séparatismes qui s’est manifesté en Belgique, suscitant l’intérêt soutenu des observateurs et politologues de tous horizons.

Voilà, c’en est assez de science politique pour ce billet.

Well its good to be about some kind of Neutrality at the moment… from the Net perspective one take is simply that with Net Neutrality, as most are already aware, that you do not always get what you pay for but sometimes you get more than you might ever imagine…

Maybe should expect the next shoe to drop shorty but with the US economy in such a shambles, and not really wanting to appear to actually influence the American elections. One might hope that they keep their powder dry a bit longer… Besides Israel will have to elect a new Prime minister (Benjamin Netanyahu no doubt)… Plus purchase a more few more tankers to give them a second strike or a third, no doubt once is never enough. As long as they’re not dropping bombs on downtown Macon right. Net Neutrality ya got to love it!

Not to worry, according to a recent report from the NYT Belgian authority have the situation well in hand:

Russia and Georgia Clash Over Separatist Region But one phrase calling on all parties to “renounce the use of force” met with opposition, particularly from the United States, France and Britain. The three countries argued that the statement was unbalanced, one European diplomat said, because that language would have undermined Georgia’s ability to defend itself. Belgium, which holds the rotating presidency of the Security Council this month, circulated a revised draft calling for an immediate cessation of hostility and for “all parties” to return to the negotiating table. By dropping the specific reference to Georgia and South Ossetia, the compromise statement would also encompass Russia.

Oké, je studeert dan af aan de filmschool en je ziet het wel zitten om direct naam te maken en met je afstudeerproject uit het niets in musea in onder meer Shanghai en het MoMA (NY) te geraken. Je weet subsidies los te weken en haalt de media, waaronder de studio van Studio Brussel, ongeveer een uur of twee geleden. Hoe?

Wel, dat hangt er nogal van af of je een man of een vrouw bent. In het geval van Margot (dacht ik) gaat dat als volgt: in haar kortfilm van vijftien mintuen loopt Margot door een ruimte met drie kamers. In elke kamer zitten drie mannen. Een voor een hebben ze seks met haar. Dat gaat volgens een specifiek schema: in kamer 1 gebeurt dat passioneel en romantisch. In kamer 3 zijn alle remmen los. Kamer 2 houdt het in het midden.

Margot zat op Studio Brussel om live mannen, studenten of net afgestudeerden, te casten, iets wat wel eens interessante radio kon opleveren. Ze wil de mannen niet op voorhand zien, dus leent dit medium zich daar uitstekend toe. Het mogen ook geen acteurs zijn omdat alles zo natuurlijk mogelijk moet lijken. Op basis van enkele vragen (wat studeer je? hoeveel ervaring heb je? hou je van kunst?) werden drie op vier mannen op de radio geselecteerd. Uiteraard deden ze het allemaal voor de ervaring. Kamer 3 bleek de populairste trouwens.

Dat bloot bezoekers lokt of aandacht trekt, is al lang bewezen. Auto-advertenties hebben meer succes als er een stoot naast de carrosserie staat. Het deed me wat denken aan Tania Derveaux met haar toch wel bijzondere gelofte mocht ze verkozen raken. Wat niet gebeurde, tot spijt van 40.000 mannen…

Uma porque bloquear e restingir os usuários é praticamente impossível, pois cada vez mais novas fórmulas de burlar essas restrições aparecem. Embora pensar nisso estimule a criativade de uma forma sensacional.
E outra porque acredito que a internet é o reflexo da realidade de cada um. Das mais fakes e surreais, até as mais organizadas, elas merecem ser conhecidas.

Naquele ditado de mãe “É melhor o menino aprender dentro de casa do que lá fora”, pois então ensinem seus filhos logo, porque eles não precisam mais sair de casa para aprender coisas você nem imagina.

Nessa minha luta pela liberdade de internet conheci Tania Derveaux, uma garota que promete transar com cada virgem que também defenda a net neutrality.

Pode ser um fake, mas sinceramente, acho parecido com a Lonelygirl15. Niguém leva fé que é 100% real, mas mesmo assim chama atenção, e nesse caso chama atenção para uma causa nobre. Save the internet!

Tanpa netralitas tersebut, penyedia akses bisa saja mendahulukan layanan miliknya dan memperkecil akses ke layanan dari pihak lain. “Netralitas internet sangat penting dalam menjaga kebebasan berbicara dan inovasi di internet. Hanya saja, efeknya adalah, banyak pengakses internet yang masih perawan. Saya akan berusaha menangani masalah itu,” ujar Tania seperti dikutip detikINET dari IndiaTimes, Jumat (2/5/2008).

“Ich töte mich in 90 Tagen. Dies ist das Online-Tagebuch meiner letzten Tage.” Die Belgierin Tania Derveaux schreibt geben die “Selbstmordkultur“, die neuerlich im Web um sich greift.

Ihr Blog sieht aus wie das unzähliger anderer zukünftiger Selbstmörderinnen, die ihr Vorhaben Wochen zuvor im Web (, mehr oder weniger anonym,) ankündigen und täglich über den neusten Stand berichten. Die Seite ist vorwiegend schwarz gehalten; täglich fügt sie neue Einträge hinzu und geht dabei auf Beiträge aus ihrem Webforum und sonstige Kommentare ein.

Liest man aber in ihrem Webforum, so findet man zwischen all den “Warum machst du das“- und “Ich warte nicht so lange wie du, tschüss“-Einträgen den Hinweis eines besonders ausmerksammen Besuchers: Man soll doch den Knopf “suicide isn’t sexy” anklicken. Zurück auf dem Blog findet sich der, von Flashblock aufgehaltene, Knopf auf der rechten Seite.

Klickt man den Knopf und liest den Text, so entpuppt sich der Blog als Gegenveranstaltung zur öffentlich angekündeigten und zelebrierten Selbsttötung. Weiter werden einige Webadressen aufgeführt, die Selbstmordgefährdeten helfen können sollen.

Angesichts der Zahl von 10.000 bis 12.000 jährlichen Selbstmorden in Deutschland scheinen solche kuriosen Wege sinnvoll um für das Phänomen mehr öffentliche Aufmerksamkeit zu erreichen. Zugleich ist aber fraglich ob nicht gerade die Aufmerksamkeit für dieses Thema zu mehr Selbstmorden führt. (Zum Vergleich, die Zahl der Menschen, die bei Verkehrsunfällen ums Leben kommen liegt in Deutschland bei 5.000 bis 6.000.)
