I did find one in my car though.  I was slower than Ryan on a Sunday morning and I was running late to catch my train. I could not leave the house looking the way I did so I got crafty and prioritized my makeup. This got me to thinking&#8230;if I only had three products I could use, what would they be?</p>
<p><strong>1. ) MASCARA</strong></p>
<p>I sincerely believe that no gorgeous gal should leave the house without mascara. There are some women who have amazing lashes. My husband will kill me for writing this &#8211; but he has the best eyelashes ever. It&#8217;s not even fair. At least if we have a daughter some day there is a chance she will get those. Not many people are blessed with perfect lashes. Adding a bit of mascara in the morning takes all of 30 seconds and it&#8217;s just enough to make your eyes look bigger and brighter.  My pick? YSL VOLUME EFFET FAUX CILS Luxurious Mascara. Thats a mouthful! It&#8217;s the best though. I am a mascara SNOB. My snobbery hits fever pitch with mascara. I was hooked on Diorshow for YEARS until I came across this.  If you need volume, this is a much better choice.  Diorshow is a close second but this baby takes the cake.</p>

<p><strong>2. ) Tinted Moisturizer</strong></p>
<p>This serves three purposes. It moisturizes your face and evens out your skin tone without it being obvious you are wearing anything on your skin. And the most important &#8211; it has an SPF in it.  All gals should make sure their daily moisturizer carries an SPF. I think I&#8217;ve mentioned this before, but my favorite tinted moisturizer is Paula Dorf. It&#8217;s super lightweight and semi-sheer. It lasts forever too.  I usually just do about a nickel-sized squeeze of it. If you want a slightly heavier coverage apply it with a foundation brush.  This is my go to product in the summertime when I don&#8217;t typically wear anything else but a bit of bronzer over it. If I had 1 minute to do my makeup in the morning, this would definitely make the roster.</p>

<p><strong>3.) Tinted lip balm/gloss</strong></p>
<p>You can&#8217;t seriously think I would ever recommend leaving the house without perking up the lips? I am a card-carrying lip gloss WHORE. I am not exaggerating when I say I have 7 in my purse right now. I like to layer different looks and colors and textures and it all depends on how I do my eyes or what my mood is that day. I like options, ok?</p>
<p>I do think a little hint of color goes a very long way and if I had to pick one product &#8211; it would be Tarte&#8217;s 24/7 Lip Sheer with SPF. It is made with all natural ingredients, its extremely moisturizing, its got sunscreen built-in AND it has a really pretty rosy tint that gives your lips a natural looking enhancement.  Sephora carries it in about 10 shades. I am fair with blue eyes and blonde hair so I go with the Sheer Red and the Sheer Coral Peach. It also lasts forever b/c you don&#8217;t really need to apply that much.</p>

<p> TO SUMMARIZE &#8211; if I had only three choices of what I could use, its mascara, tinted moisturizer, and tinted balm/gloss.  Even if you are girl who isnt into the makeup thing, I guarantee you would feel like a bazillion bucks if you took 1 minute to throw these on each day &#8211; it doesn&#8217;t sound like a lot but it does make quite the difference!</p>

She went to see a dermatologist recently after she developed a rash on her chin that wouldn&#8217;t go away with the normal face-washing regimen. Her dermatologist recommended she use only paraben-free make-up to keep it at bay. Do you have any tips who makes good paraben-free make-up? <em>K.L, Boston, MA</em></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><em><strong>A: </strong></em>This has been a question at the forefront of my mind recently after a rash (NO pun intended.. ok maybe a little) of office incidents that have left my coworkers and I troubled. My assistant had a problem last year with her eyes; specifically, that they were itchy and red with no apparent explanation. It turned out that one of the chemicals being used at her manicure salon was making her eyes irritated. Think that&#8217;s crazy? Another co-worker just discovered she had the same problem. There are chemicals and skin irritants all around us and our bodies can react mildly or violently in response.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Sephora has taken a dedicated approach to providing more natural and organic options for consumers. They have a specific definition for what “natural” and “organic” mean, which is outlined <a href="http://sephora.com/browse/article.jhtml?id=720901">here</a>. They even have a <a href="http://sephora.com/browse/tt/index.jhtml?tt=glossary&#38;categoryId=C18381">glossary</a> so you can learn more about this side of cosmetics. Basically, product ranges containing 90% or more antioxidants, botanicals, essential oils, marine bioactives, vitamins, and minerals, and which exclude a minimum of 6 of the following 8 ingredients: GMOs (genetically modified organisms), parabens, petrochemicals, phthalates, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes, and triclosan, can be defined as natural/organic. Some natural brands that I am familiar with which I enjoy are Korres (I use their <a href="http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P61805&#38;shouldPaginate=true&#38;categoryId=5715">Wild Rose 24-hr Moisturizer</a>), and Caudalie, which are focused on skincare, and Tarte, which is primarily makeup. One of my friends swears by <a href="http://bareescentuals.com/">Bare Escentuals</a>, which her mom gave her because she was always falling asleep in her makeup! It would be a good idea to go to Sephora with some products in mind and ask for some samples. If you explain your situation, I am sure a sales associate would be happy to help you try a few things out. If things backfire, they have a no-questions-asked return policy.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Since organic products can add up to a big purchase, it’s important to check out competitively-priced lines as well. I am a big believer in French drugstore brands, many of which are now available in stores like CVS stateside. La Roche-Posay is my favorite; I have used the <a href="http://www.laroche-posay.us/_us/_en/consumer/catalog/ByType/Sensitive/toleriane-dermo-cleanser.htm">Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser</a>, the <a href="http://www.laroche-posay.us/_us/_en/consumer/catalog/ByType/Reactive/rosaliac-gelee-micellar-make-up-removal-gel.htm">Rosaliac Gelee Makeup Remover</a>, and the Anthelios sunscreen line. On the website there is a handy <a href="http://www.laroche-posay.us/_us/_en/skintype/skin_type_home.aspx?">skin-type guide</a> that recommends specific products. Another new cosmetics line out of Peabody, MA, <a href="http://www.luxxcosmetics.com">Luxx Cosmetics</a>, has great quality products in simple packaging with an online platform to minimize costs. More than half of their range is parabens-free and enriched with vitamins and minerals. I particularly like their <a href="http://luxxcosmetics.com/shop/?cPath=22">eye shadows</a>. <p>I am OBSESSED with creme blush.  When one of the lines I work for discontinued their creme blushes this fall, a little piece of my soul died.   Anyone who&#8217;s had a makeup lesson with me knows that cheek color is non-negotiable.  And a creme formula is better for dry skin, works beautifully over tinted moisturizer (another one of my faves), is less likely to settle into fine lines, leaves a radiant dewy finish, can double as a lip color, and is easier for a makeup novice to apply.  Perfect, right?</p>
<p><a href="http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P38468&#38;shouldPaginate=true&#38;categoryId=5648"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-120" title="P38468_hero" src="http://makeupbyjanine.wordpress.com/files/2009/12/p38468_hero.jpg" alt="" width="250" height="250" /></a>There a billion different forms of creme blush, and because of my obsession, I have most of them.  I love <a href="http://www.tartecosmetics.com/tarte-shop-cheeks" target="_blank">Tarte&#8217;s cheek stains</a> for their sheer, universally flattering colors, their playful nomenclature, and their delicious, subtly fruity aromas.  Since I started using them, they&#8217;ve re-developed the formula to include amazing plant nutrients that support the environment and sustain your skin, which is right up my alley.  Their gigantic size means there is no way you&#8217;d ever go through one, so if you can find the <a href="http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P247381&#38;shouldPaginate=true&#38;categoryId=5648" target="_blank">mini versions in sets of three</a>, snatch those up immediately.  My favorite colors are <a href="http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P38468&#38;shouldPaginate=true&#38;categoryId=5648" target="_blank">Flush</a>, Tickled, and Blushing Bride, but you really can&#8217;t go wrong.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.stilacosmetics.com/product_detail.asp?PMID=207&#38;catID=5&#38;departID=2&#38;pos=1&#38;viewall=" target="_blank">Stila&#8217;s</a><a href="http://www.stilacosmetics.com/product_detail.asp?PMID=207&#38;catID=5&#38;departID=2&#38;pos=1&#38;viewall=" target="_blank"> Convertible Color</a> is another fave.  <a href="http://www.stilacosmetics.com/product_detail.asp?PMID=207&#38;catID=5&#38;departID=2&#38;pos=1&#38;viewall="><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-121" title="stila_207" src="http://makeupbyjanine.wordpress.com/files/2009/12/stila_207.jpg" alt="" width="145" height="181" /></a>It constantly appears in magazines, most recently InStyle Best Beauty Buys 2009.  Because there are so many colors to choose from, you can easily match your cheeks to your lip color.  Okay, I know that sounds very 1950&#8217;s, but it creates a cohesive color story that I promise will look fresh and pretty.  Try gladiola with a peachy nude gloss, or <a href="http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P8426&#38;categoryId=C10463" target="_blank">petunia</a> for a rosy pink glow.</p>
<p>Francois Nars is pretty much the <a href="http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P191605&#38;categoryId=C10476"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-123" title="P191605_hero" src="http://makeupbyjanine.wordpress.com/files/2009/12/p191605_hero1.jpg" alt="" width="250" height="250" /></a>king of cheek color, and <a href="http://www.narscosmetics.com/The-Multiple-C43_makeup_7.aspx" target="_blank">Nars</a><a href="http://www.narscosmetics.com/The-Multiple-C43_makeup_7.aspx" target="_blank"> The Multiple Stick</a> is the creme-blush jewel in his crown.  <a href="http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P191605&#38;categoryId=C10476" target="_blank">Orgasm</a> and Copacabana are the most popular, and for good reason.  I also especially love South Beach for a bronzer alternative.  I often find powder bronzer too matte, too dark, and too brown, so the face ends up looking dirty (ick).  A cheek stick gives the sun-kissed look of a bronzer, plus a dewy, radiant glow.  (ed. <p>1. Self-pity</p>
<p>2. Slouchy flannel PJ pants. Not the cute ones, the ones that are 8 years old with unraveling elastic, and a rip in the knee. Cute PJs do not make you feel better when you&#8217;re sick; save that shit for when your health is on the upswing.</p>
<p>3.  Ratty tank top.</p>
<p>4. Okay, this is vital: a sweater or hoodie WITH POCKETS. One, it will keep you warm when you are having bone-shaking chills, but you can take it off when you are heating up. Two, you will need those pockets. You will stuff random shit in them, to be enumerated below.</p>
<p>5. Kleenex. Dur.</p>

<p>7. Captains Secret Cure:</p>
<p>Heat 2 Cups chicken broth (homemade stock is best, but whatever you have is fine: YOU HAVE A FUCKING COLD AND FEEL LIKE SHIT) with 1 cup(not a typo; get that shit good and citrused up!)  lemon juice, 2 tbsps. minced garlic, and 3 shakes red pepper flakes. Get it steaming hot and drink. Repeat as many times during the duration of the cold as you can stand.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t forget to brush your teeth.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><ul> I used Revlon&#8217;s ColorStay Makeup with SoftFlex SPF 6 Combination/Oily Skin in 300 Golden Beige. Before buying this I was using Smashbox High Definition Healthy FX Foundation SPF 15 in M2 which retails for $38 and also  Make Up For Ever HD Invisible Cover Foundation in 128 which retails for $40. Now, while both HD foundations cover alright, I may upload pictures later, they leave me very, very oily by midday. When I used MAC Studio Fix I was an NC 35 in the summer and NC 30 in the fall/winter. I use Urban Decay Complexion Primer Potion &#8211; Pore Perfecting as my primer to fill in my large pores and give myself a smoother canvas. This retails for $30. Then I apply my foundation and concealer, blush and contour and set with Silica Spheres powder which retails for $4 at Coastal Scents website, I love this powder!I have found that using the Revlon Colorstay allows me to have very minimal shine at the end of the day. I also do not need to reapply powder throughout the day and vs. the HD foundations I don&#8217;t need to use more than one blot sheet. I still blot once around 3:00 p.m. after 7.5 hours of using it but then I&#8217;m good to go until I get home around 7:00 and it really stays on until I take it off. Whether that&#8217;s at 7:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. it&#8217;s still on my face and not oily. The price will vary depending on where you buy it, you can find it at any drugstore or Target or Walmart. I bought my with the BOGO and I got 300 Golden Beige and 310 Warm Golden. The 300 seems to work better for me right now in the fall/winter. I highly recommend this product for anyone with super oily/acne prone skin like me.</p>

<p>My method of application is using my stippling/skunk brush from MAC the 187 and that helps to leave a airbrushed look. Since I do have such difficult skin this also helps with filling in the pores more and covering the acne without looking streaky and emphasizing the imperfections on my face.</p>

<p>6 maçãs grandes <em>(Podem ser necessárias mais. Depende do tamanho da tarte)</em></p>
<p>500ml de água</p>
<p>2 colheres de sopa de açúcar light</p>
<p>Canela q.b.</p>
<p><em><strong>Preparação</strong></em></p>
<p>1. Junte a água, 1 colherd e sopa de açúcar e 1 colher de sobremesa de canel numa panela e leve ao lume. Deixe ferver e engrossar um pouco.</p>
<p>2. Descasque e corte as maçãs em fatias fininhas.</p>
<p>3. Junte as maçãs à calda que está ao lume e deixe cozer um pouco (3 a 5 minutos).</p>
<p>4. Coloque a base da tarte numa tarteira untada.</p>
<p>5. Retire as maçãs da calda com uma escumadeira, deixe escorrer bem . Distribua as maçãs pela base da tarte.</p>
<p>6. Polvilhe as maçãs com uma colher de sopa de açúcar light <em>(os gulosos podem juntar mais um pouco)</em> e canela q.b.</p>
<p>7. Leve ao forno durante cerca de 30-40 minutos.</p>

<p>a good waterproof mascara doesn&#8217;t flake, stays put the whole day, won&#8217;t give you raccoon eyes. best for tropical climates because it withstands heat and sweat, you can even take a dip and it doesn&#8217;t run on you. if you&#8217;re attending a wedding where you expect hours of tears, dancing and general partying, your waterproof mascara will not ruin your face in photos.</p>
<p>so how do you remove it? waterproof make-up used to only respond well to oil or chemical make-up removers. but thanks to science, now waterproof mascara can be removed with ordinary soap and water. isn&#8217;t technology swell?</p>

</strong><br />
Triture os biscoitos no liquidificador, transfira para uma tigela, adicione a manteiga e mexa com as mãos até obter textura de farofa.<br />
Com ela, forre o fundo e as laterais de uma forma de aro removível de 22 cm de diâmetro e reserve.<br />
Em uma panela, leve ao fogo médio a maisena dissolvida no leite, as gemas e o açúcar até engrossar. Retire do fogo e misture a baunilha. Divida esse creme em duas partes iguais e, em uma das partes, adicione o chocolate meio amargo.<br />
Leve ao fogo baixo até derreter por completo, retire do fogo e reserve. Repita o procedimento com a outra metade do creme e o chocolate branco e reserve. misture a gelatina com a água e dissolva em banho-maria.<br />
Despeje metade da gelatina dissolvida em cada creme e mexa. Despeje o creme escuro sobre a massa de biscoitos na forma, coloque metade dos bombons e cubra com o creme branco. Leve à geladeira por 04 horas.<br />
Retire da geladeira, decore com os bombons restantes, as cerejas e raspas de laranja. Sirva.</em></p>

Tout le monde l&#8217;adore et on en achète chez les pâtissiers à la moindre occasion. J&#8217;ai toujours eu envie de réaliser moi-même ce dessert. Après des centaines d&#8217;essais plus ou moins fructueux, j&#8217;ai, je pense, trouvé ma recette, celle que je réalise pour ceux que j&#8217;aime et qui visiblement se régalent. Ca ne m&#8217;empêche pas de continuer à en acheter quand même car chacun a sa version et c&#8217;est ça qui est bon!<br />

<p>Aujourd&#8217;hui, 22 novembre, c&#8217;est un jour de fête et d&#8217;anniversaire chez nous et les deux principales intéressées sont fans de tarte au citron donc je leur ai fait ce cadeau&#8230;<a href="http://lesdelicesdekathy.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/dsc06567.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-293" title="DSC06567" src="http://lesdelicesdekathy.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/dsc06567.jpg?w=300" alt="" width="300" height="172" /></a><br />

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">La veille: Préparation de la pâte sablée</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">INGREDIENTS:</span></strong><br />
</p>
<p>. 250 g de farine</p>
<p>. 55 g de sucre</p>
<p>. 1 pincée de sel</p>
<p>. 125 g de beurre</p>
<p>Travailler tous les ingrédients avec les mains jusqu&#8217;à l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une boule.<a href="http://lesdelicesdekathy.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/dsc06540.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-287" title="DSC06540" src="http://lesdelicesdekathy.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/dsc06540.jpg?w=300" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a></p>
<p>La recouvrir d&#8217;un torchon et la conserver au frigo jusqu&#8217;au lendemain.<br />
<br />
<span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Le lendemain:</strong></span></p>
<p>Sortir la pâte du frigo quelques minutes avant de la pétrir.</p>
<p>Ensuite travailler la pâte avec les mains et l&#8217;étaler dans un moule à tarte.</p>
<p>Recouvrir d&#8217;une feuille de papier sulfurisé et déposer des haricots secs ou des pois chiche dessus pour éviter que la pâte ne gonfle durant la cuisson.</p>
<p>Enfourner  le fond de tarte 10 minutes à 200°C.</p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Pendant ce temps, confection de la crème:</span></strong><br />

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">INGREDIENTS:</span></strong></p>
<p>. Le jus d&#8217;un gros citron</p>
<p>. 100 g de sucre</p>
<p>. 25 g de beurre</p>
<p>. 3 cuillères à soupe de Maïzena ou de farine</p>
<p>. 2 jaunes d&#8217;oeufs (garder les blancs pour la meringue)</p>
<p>Dans une casserole, mélanger le jus de citron, le sucre, le beurre et 25 cl d&#8217;eau. Porter à ébullition puis réserver et laisser tiédir.</p>
<p>Pendant ce temps, mettre la Maïzena dans un saladier avec une cuillère à soupe d&#8217;eau et les jaunes d&#8217;oeufs. Bien mélanger.</p>
<p>Verser le mélange citronné (bien refroidi sinon les jaunes d&#8217;oeufs vont se prendre en omelette) sur le mélange oeufs-Maïzena sans cesser de remuer. Reverser le tout dans la casserole et remuer jusqu&#8217;à obtenir la consistance d&#8217;une crème. Réserver et laisser refroidir.</p>

<p>. 2 blancs d&#8217;oeufs</p>
<p>. 1 pincée de sel</p>
<p>. 50 g de sucre</p>
<p>Battre les blancs d&#8217;oeufs en neige avec la pincée de sel puis ajouter le sucre petit à petit. Le mélange doit être ferme mais sans trop.</p>
<p>Récupérer le fond de tarte et enlever le papier cuisson et les haricots secs.</p>
<p>Garnir avec la crème au citron puis disposer les blancs d&#8217;oeufs par dessus. <p>Enfourner à nouveau 15 minutes à 200°C.</p>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">INGREDIENTS:</span></strong><br />
<br />
. 3 oeufs</p>
<p>. 40 cl de crème liquide</p>
<p>. 100 g de farine</p>
<p>. 100 g de gruyère</p>
<p>. 2 petits fromages de chèvre</p>
<p>. Une poignée de brocolis (frais ou surgelés)</p>
<p>. Sel, poivre</p>
<p>&#160;</p>
<p>
Faire cuire les brocolis en les passant quelques minutes à la vapeur ou en les plongeant dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante. Les piquer avec une fourchette pour vérifier la cuisson.</p>
<p>Battre les oeufs dans un saladier avec le sel et le poivre.</p>
<p>Ajouter la crème liquide petit à petit puis la farine. Bien mélanger.</p>
<p>Ajouter le gruyère et les brocolis coupés en petits morceaux.</p>
<p>Verser la pâte dans un moule à tarte.</p>
<p>Couper les fromages de chèvre en petits morceaux et les répartir de façon homogène sur la tarte.</p>
<p>Enfourner 40 minutes à 220°C.</p>
<p>Servir chaud ou froid.<br />

<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Comece por fazer uma base com a bolacha triturada e a margarina derretida. Disponha numa forma de fundo amovível.<br />
Separe as gemas das claras e bata estas últimas em castelo com as 4 colheres de açúcar.<br />
Misture muito bem o leite condensado com as gemas, o sumo e a raspa de limão. Coloque sobre a base e leve ao forno durante cerca de 20 minutos, a 180ºC.<br />
Por fim, coloque o merengue (claras em castelo com açúcar) por cima e leve ao forno a alourar. Assim que ficou pronto foi só desenformar!</em></p>

Numa taça, mistura-se a bolacha ralada com a manteiga derretida e amassa-se. Caso seja necessário, pode juntar-se um pouquinho de leite (umas gotas apenas) para ajudar a amassar. Forra-se uma tarteira de fundo amovível que se leva ao frio enquanto se prepara o recheio.</em></div>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>No copo liquidificador mistura-se a polpa de manga com o leite condensado e o sumo de limão. Dissolve-se a gelatina num pouco de água (e leva-se 25 segundos ao microondas na potência máxima), e junta-se o preparado anterior, assim como as natas. Mistura-se bem até se obter um preparado homogéneo.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Deita-se o preparado sobre a massa da tarte e vai ao frio até servir para solidificar.</em></p>

<div style="text-align:justify;"><em>Triture as bolachas, misture-as com a manteiga e adicione leite até obter uma massa moldável sem ser demasiado pegajosa. Espalhe o preparado sobre o fundo de uma forma de tarte, previamente untada com manteiga. A forma deve ter fundo amovível, senão não vai conseguir desenformar.</em></div>
<div style="text-align:justify;"><em>                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Misture maizena com o açúcar amarelo, junte-lhe os ovos e mexa. Adicione o leite de coco e o leite, misture e leve ao microondas cerca de 10 a 12 minutos na potência máxima (deve ficar com a consistência de um creme espesso), mexendo com a vara de arames 3 a 4 vezes durante este tempo.</em></div>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Por cima das bolachas, coloque as bananas, descascadas e cortadas em rodelas, cubra com o creme preparado (enquanto este estiver quente). Deixe arrefecer um pouco e polvilhe generosamente com canela.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Costumo acompanhar a tarte, com uma bola de gelado de baunilha .</em></p>

Deite o preparado num tacho e leve a lume brando, mexendo sem parar. Deixe engrossar, ferver suavemente até ganhar a consistência de Creme de Pasteleiro.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Colocar a massa na tarteira, picar com um garfo e deitar o creme, por cima disponha as rodelas do ananás. Leve ao forno, previamente aquecido a 180º, durante cerca de 30 minutos.</em></p>

Disponha o recheio na tarteira previamente forrada com a massa folhada e leve ao forno durante cerca de 30 minutos.</em></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Em primeiro lugar descasque as maçãs, retire-lhes os caroços e pés e corte-as em gomos grossos. Reserve dentro de água com umas gotas de limão.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Na batedeira, misture os ovos com 200g do açúcar até obter um creme fofo e esbranquiçado. No microondas aqueça o leite com a manteiga até a derreter. Junte o leite ainda quente ao creme do ovo. Depois adicione a farinha.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Numa tarteira espalhe os gomos das maçãs até preencher o fundo.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Cubra com o creme. Polvilhe com as 50g de açúcar e uma pitada de noz moscada.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Leve a forno pré-aquecido a 180º durante cerca de 30 minutos ou até verificar que está cozida.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em>Quando retirar do forno polvilhe com canela a gosto.</em></p>

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Amasse a farinha com o açúcar, a manteiga, o óleo, uma pitada de sal, e 5 colheres de água morna até que a massa fique moldável. Faça dela uma bola, cubra-a com um pano e deixe-a repousar durante cerca de 15 minutos. Unte uma forma com o mínimo de manteiga possível e alguma farinha e aconchegue bem a massa.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Descasque e corte as maçãs em pedaços. Numa caçarola, leve-as em camadas ao lume, aplicando em cada uma dessas camadas 3 colheres de sopa de água, 1 colher de sopa de açúcar e canela conforme desejar, tendo o cuidado de não as deixar desfazer. Disponha os pedaços de maça sobre a massa. Polvilhe com canela a gosto. Leve a forno médio durante cerca de 40 minutos e depois de cozinhada desenforme. Sirva quente ou fria.</p>
