Have you thought the latest efforts of Eric Holder were bizarre?  Mr. Holder has proposed the 9/11 terrorists be tried in a civil court.  What’s more he has determined the venue should be New York City, where the crimes were committed.  Here is what is about to take place and the associated questions:

1.      Terrorists will be on trial using the civil justice system of the United States

• Did they get notification of Miranda rights?  Why should they be entitled to the same  rights as the legal citizens of this country?   How many of our criminals have had their court case thrown out because they were not mirandized?
• Is a non-citizen of this country who commits an act of war normally  tried in America via the civil justice system?
• One of the terrorists has elected to represent himself.  He will be permitted to have full access to all the information of the US intelligence community as it pertains to 9/11.  He will be able to disseminate this to others via the trial, how not to get caught in traps in the future.
• Do we believe they will get special “status” on many of the rulings in order to be politically correct?  Eric Holder has said he will give special instructions to the jury.

2.      Terrorists will be given a platform to spew more of their hatred and propaganda.

• People of New York will be reliving the horrors of 9/11 and the  aftermath
• The world’s people who are a part of JIHAD will be energized by the hate being aired on a daily basis
• The terrorists will become even more respected by other terrorists and lauded by the other terrorists cells as heros – especially if they are condemned to death

3.       Much of the intelligence gathered that finally exposed who they were and what  they did  will have to be revealed.  

• Experts will be called to reveal the evidence and will be forced to disclose the sources of the information.  In many cases during the testimony offered by our government, the intelligence methods used to monitor and capture these people will be revealed for all the world to see.

What could possibly be gained by such odd decisions that will impact the entire country?  During the early part of the year, the Obama administration and Eric Holder had a lot to say about the former administration.  They wanted to indict the President and many others for quote: “ Breaking the law in a conscious effort in order to begin a war on behalf of  the 9/11 people”.  The administration went absolutely quiet about all of this during the summer.  Even more curious, the President recently sent a delegation to the international court in the Hague to see what they could do to become an active member.  If the USA is accepted into this court as a full member, there are huge implications to the justice procedures we curently have in this country. The former United States administration or soldiers of the United States could be tried in the Hague for suspected war crimes involving other countries.

Why is the President and Eric Holder electing to doing this now?  The people’s movement did not get quieter this year, but louder and more directed at the actions of the government.  I suggest to you the timing of the trial, the location, et al, are designed to secure indictments against the former administration.  The President and Eric Holder are choosing to politicize one of the most horrific incidents in American History.   The timing of all of this, could possibly prevent the flipping of the house in 2010.  The puppet masters in the government will be redirecting everyone’s attention to the “illegal” things which they say were perpetrated by the prior administration.  This anti administration tactic worked successfully in the last election and swayed millions of voters to vote for whomever was not affiliated in any way to that particular administration or party .  We are almost a year into the activities of this administration and they do not want to take responsibility for the poor economy, and passing of unconstitutional legislation.  The indictments probably won’t stand, but the media circus could weaken the people’s resolve to vote differently in the next election.

May I be the first to openly state what we are all thinking at this point? It is difficult to trust either Republicans or Democrats.  I propose we all vote conservative, based on the person even it it means voting Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, or Independent.  Why?  I haven’t found this many Marxists or union officials evident in our government at any other time in history.  The leftists are in the Congress and surrounding this President as trusted advisors.  It is up to us to make a change.   We can remove the new people out in the next election if they don’t adhere to principled actions.  This is the only way we will stop this quick march by the left, which is systematically dismantling the constitution.

Let them know that wherever we find them - Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, or wherever we will shoot on sight – no questions asked and no hostages taken (this gets Muslim extremist to buy into the program knowing they will follow the edicts of terrorism school in dying for their jihad)! In other words, they’ll be looking forward to meeting up with those participating in your new plan. Isn’t that more exciting than the plan you were thinking about? In such a plan, everyone wins – there are no losers!

Now, many Democrats in Congress seek ways to pay for the war on terror, so here is a very simple way to raise a lot of money to pay off the massive debt you have created, put people back to full employment, and all the while placing smiles on American and extreme Muslim terrorist’s faces.

With hunting season about to start, you will be able to sway your “far left” elements of the Party by letting them know Bambi nor Thumper won’t die while you are in office. Instead, you will be issuing hunting licenses for Muslim Terrorists. 

Yep, let’s have an ”Open Season” on Muslim terrorists until eradicated! Plan week-long hunting trips to exotic places – like Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Michigan, Ft. Hood, Washington, New York, Cuba, and wherever Muslim extremist are plotting and scheming against our troops, Jews, and Americans. 

Yes, they’ll be a few bad shots that want to go, so you’ll need to charge everyone for their Muslim extremist hunting license. License fees translates into more tax income to pay for the war.

However, to make this profitable for America and get America’s sport enthusiasts involved in a big way, offer financial rewards for levels of tag purchases. If hunters kill and tag at least 500 Muslim extremists, then pay them something like a thousand dollars per kill!

This would in turn save America many millions of dollars by not having to pay our soldiers that could be reassigned to better duties like knocking out Iran’s nuclear plants, supporting anti-terrorism efforts in countries around the world, shutting down pirate coves, and building better intelligence resources.

Mr. Obama, this single and easy to carry out plan would resolve many of the issues you have created to date. As important, your Poll Numbers would go back up, generate millions of dollars to pay down the US debt, give a needed rest for our troops, and create a festive environment all around the world, immediately. All of the millions of people you have forced on the unemployment lines would now have access for a way to earn immediate income as well as serving our country’s best interests.

Such a plan would no doubt bring the far left wings of your Party into supporting your initiatives because Americans had rather shoot an extreme Muslim terrorist than a deer, duck, or rabbit, any day! You know this would be the right thing to do!

Newly decoded data provided by an independent researcher and computer programmer from Australia exposes alarming evidence that the reported hijacking aboard American Airlines Flight 77 was impossible to have existed. A data parameter labeled “FLT DECK DOOR”, cross checks with previously decoded data obtained by Pilots For 9/11 Truth from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) through the Freedom Of Information Act.

On the morning of September 11, 2001, American Airlines Flight 77 departed Dulles International Airport bound for Los Angeles at 8:20 am Eastern Time. According to reports and data, a hijacking took place between 08:50:54 and 08:54:11[1] in which the hijackers allegedly crashed the aircraft into the Pentagon at 09:37:45. Reported by CNN, according to Ted Olson, wife Barbara Olson had called him from the reported flight stating, “…all passengers and flight personnel, including the pilots, were herded to the back of the plane by armed hijackers…”[2]. However, according to Flight Data provided by the NTSB, the Flight Deck Door was never opened in flight. How were the hijackers able to gain access to the cockpit, remove the pilots, and navigate the aircraft to the Pentagon if the Flight Deck Door remained closed?[3]

Columbia MO – Having breakfast before work with colleagues is a way to connect in our otherwise hectic world. Small corner cafes are usually the best; good coffee, good food and a wait staff that knows everyone. I use to own such a restaurant in Denver.

While having their breakfast this morning, four Lakewood Washington police officers were shot and killed. Sheriff spokesman Ed Troyer said that the attack was targeted on these officers, not on the other patrons in the café. The names of the officers have not yet been released.

The death of a police officer, or any other public safety professional, is saddening. The calculated murder of four police officers is monstrous. It is terrorism.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the families and to the City of Lakewood.

There is a theory about reward and punishment. The punishment should be so great that the action, in this case the murders, would not happen. The reward should be so great that there would be no hesitation for doing the right thing.

There is little evidence that the threat of the death penalty is a deterrent in the commission of premeditated murder or domestic terrorism. For terrorists, the punishment is just not big enough to deter the action. For terrorists, the reward of becoming a martyr is far greater.

This, as the fire bombings in Seattle last October, was an act of domestic terrorism. The shooters, reportedly two at the time of this writing, are no different from al Qaeda or Taliban suicide bombers. Their deaths will only make them martyrs in the eyes of others, whether members of their gang or of an anarchist group.

And if the reward for the murder of the Lakewood police officers was so great that the shooters planned and carried out the attack, the reward for finding them should be equal or greater.

It is more important to apprehend and convict in a court of law then to reward them with death. As of 1:00 pm CST, the reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the two shooters is $10,000. Considering the level of this attack, considering the level of the planning and coordination, $10,000 is not enough. The reward needs to be $100,000.

It is too soon for the city to have set up a memorial fund or a method of raising that reward to a level far more substantial. I know the citizens of this Tacoma suburb will contribute heavily to both funds. As ask that you find it in your heart to do the same.

UGLOVKA (Russia) – A BOMB derailed an elite passenger train speeding through the forest from Moscow to Saint Petersburg, killing up to 39 people and injuring nearly 100, Russian officials said on Saturday.

‘We are indeed talking about a terrorist attack,’ Mr Vladimir Markin, spokesman for the federal investigative committee, was quoted as saying by Interfax news agency. The committee said it had found bomb fragments at the scene.

Mangled and overturned carriages were strewn across the tracks and down the railway embankment as scores of orange-vested rescue workers searched urgently for further victims that could be trapped under the wreckage.

The incident occurred late on Friday in an area where the same train, the prestigious Nevsky Express, was derailed after a bomb under the track ripped out a portion of the rail in August 2007, injuring around 60 people.

Witnesses including passengers on the train and inhabitants living near the site said they heard a loud boom just before the train went off the rails, and police told AFP at the site there was a large crater under the track.

The investigative committee said in a statement that its experts had found ‘elements of an explosive device’ at the scene of the disaster, a wooded expanse 400 kilometres (250 miles) north-west of Moscow. There was no immediate confirmed claim of responsibility for the attack. — AFP

American people smarter than Holder or Obama

A strong majority of Americans believe that Obama is wrong to try KSM in a civilian court. That’s the result of  a new Gallup poll:

By 59% to 36%, more Americans believe accused Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed should be tried in a military court, rather than in a civilian criminal court. Most Republicans and independents favor holding the trial in a military court, while the slight majority of Democrats disagree.

These findings come from a Nov. 20-22 USA Today/Gallup poll conducted a week after U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder announced that Mohammed’s case would move from a military tribunal in Guantanamo Bay, where the admitted terrorist was originally charged, to a federal court in New York City. “Despite their sharp differences over how to bring Mohammed to justice, Republicans and Democrats largely agree that, if found guilty, he should pay the ultimate price.”

Public opinion is a bit less contrary to Holder’s decision regarding the venue for the trial. Although the majority of Americans (51%) say Mohammed should face trial somewhere other than New York City, 42% — slightly higher than the percentage favoring a civilian trial — support holding the trial in the city where the vast majority of Americans lost their lives on Sept. 11.

You have to admit there is a nice sense of justice to the idea of holding a trial in New York. But the problems far outweigh any “feel good” emotions such a trial would elicit. You can’t give in to the idea of “justice coming full circle” just to satisfy our feelings of pay back – not when security and the  integrity of the court system itself is at  stake. The mockery KSM and the other plotters will try to make of this trial is far more of a problem than offending the sensibilities of liberals in Europe if we were to use a military tribunal to try the terrorists.

Much more interesting is that the people seem to have a lot more common sense than Holder and Obama when it comes to how to proceed to bring KSM to justice. Not that it will change their minds but even Democrats barely agree with them.

Once again, the American people prove themselves smarter than their government.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu weakened Israel this week. And he did so for no good reason.

Thursday’s headlines told the tale. The day after Netanyahu bowed to US pressure and announced a total freeze on Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria for ten months, Yediot Aharonot reported that the Obama administration now wants Israel to release a thousand Fatah terrorists from prison.

The Americans also want Israel to allow US-trained, terror-supporting Fatah paramilitary forces to deploy in areas that are currently under Israeli military control. Moreover, the Americans are demanding that Israel surrender land in the strategically crucial Jordan Valley to Fatah.

And these are just American preconditions for starting negotiations with the Palestinians. According to Yediot, if those talks ever begin, the White House will demand that Israel accept a Palestinian state in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and Gaza and agree to ethnically cleanse all the areas of Jews.

So far from winning American support or at least causing the White House to ease its bullying, US President Barack Obama sees Netanyahu’s decision to implement a militarily irrational, bigoted policy of prohibiting Jews from building in Israel’s heartland as a drop in the bucket.

THE TRUTH is that Israel should not be in the business of negotiating the right of Israeli cities and villages to exist and prosper. The notion that it is acceptable to demand that Jews not be permitted to live in Judea and Samaria – or anywhere else in the world – is not a notion that Israel should countenance.

That being said, putting the so-called “settlements” genie back in the bottle is a tall order. After all, Israel agreed to place it on the table in the 1993 Oslo agreements and made its willingness to dry out Jewish communities explicit with its acceptance of the so-called road map in 2004. To take Israeli communities off the agenda it would be necessary to repudiate these deals.

Given what it will take to remove Jewish communities from the negotiations chopping block, it makes sense that Netanyahu has not moved in that direction since taking office. But willingness to discuss these communities is not the same as giving them away for nothing. In discussing the dispositions of these towns and villages, at a minimum Netanyahu should have taken advantage of the fact that the Americans, the Europeans and the Arabs all consider the so-called “settlements” to be the most important obstacle to peace.

Netanyahu should have capitalized on US Congressman and Obama ally Robert Wexler’s statement from last July that in exchange for freezing Jewish construction, Israel would gain normalized relations with all Arab League member states. Were Israel to see 20 Arab embassies opening in exchange for a temporary freeze in Jewish construction, one could say that Netanyahu’s massive concession was justified.

But Netanyahu decided to give away this high card – Israel’s ace of spades as it were – for free. Actually, he paid for it.

The Arabs rejected Wexler’s offer in July. And five seconds after Netanyahu announced the freeze the Palestinians proclaimed his unprecedented prohibition on Jewish building worthless. But then unlike Netanyahu, the Palestinians are playing their cards wisely. Why should they accept his move as sufficient when they know the Americans will demand still more concessions from him?

And sure enough, moments after Netanyahu’s speech, former senator George Mitchell stood before the cameras in Washington and said that his move is too little to impress the likes of Mitchell and Obama.

MANY COMMENTATORS claim that Netanyahu’s announcement Wednesday night was his way of balancing his desire to release 450 Hamas murderers from prison in exchange for hostage Gilad Schalit with an equal concession to Fatah. That is, the freeze was required, it is argued, because without a move of this magnitude, the terrorists-for-hostage deal would destroy Fatah completely.

This view is the quintessence of the notion that two wrongs make a right.

In an interview with Channel 2 Wednesday night, Defense Minister Ehud Barak admitted that in negotiating Schalit’s release, Netanyahu has gone well beyond former prime minister Ehud Olmert’s offers to Hamas. With Netanyahu and Likud in the opposition loudly proclaiming the truth that any deal with Hamas will imperil untold numbers of Israelis, Olmert didn’t dare accept Hamas’s demand that Israel release its most brutal mass murderers from its prisons. But now that Netanyahu and Likud are in the driver’s seat, they are only too happy to accept what was previously unacceptable.

By Thursday, it appeared that the Iranians and the Syrians had placed the
proposed swap on the back burner. But even if the deal presently being discussed doesn’t go through, Netanyahu’s moves on the issue to date have already weakened the country considerably.

Simply by agreeing to negotiate with Hamas, Netanyahu conferred legitimacy not only on the terror group, but on the act of taking hostages. After all, until Hamas had Schalit, no government in Israel was willing to cut a deal with it. But today, in the interest of making a deal, Israel has allowed Hamas commanders – including Schalit’s captor Ahmad Jabari – safe passage to Egypt where they are feted by senior Egyptian officials and meet with other senior terrorists. In so doing Israel has effectively accepted them as legitimate leaders.

Netanyahu’s willingness to release murderers from prison also signs the death warrants of countless Israelis. The Schalit-obsessed local media insists that politicians who claim they oppose the deal must be willing to look Schalit’s parents in the eyes and tell them that they will not “do what it takes” to bring Gilad home. But Schalit’s parents and the 450-terrorists-for-one-hostage-swap champions in the media and in the Knesset need to be asked whether they will be willing to look the families of the next IDF hostages in the eye after they are abducted due to Israel’s decision to spring murderers from prison in exchange for Schalit. So too, they should ask themselves what they will say to the families of the Israelis who will be murdered because of this deal.

Unfortunately, our foolish media elites and their lackeys in the government are incapable of recognizing that the deal with Hamas doesn’t pit the Schalit family against the families of the Israelis that these prisoners already murdered. It places Noam and Aviva Schalit against the families of the still unidentified Israelis who will be murdered by these imprisoned terrorists in the future if they are allowed to see the light of day.

Even if the current negotiations end in failure, Netanyahu this week made clear that he is willing to conduct a massive release of terrorists in exchange for Israeli hostages. The message has been received by our enemies and they will make us pay for it with interest.

FINALLY, NETANYAHU’S willingness to spring terrorists from prison in exchange for Schalit weakens Israel’s deterrent posture. This week The Jerusalem Post reported that the IDF has commissioned a study to figure out how to tell who has won in an inconclusive war against terrorists.

It seems a shame that there is apparently such a dearth of common sense in the General Staff that the IDF needs someone from the outside to explain the facts of life to its generals.

Those facts, for instance, indicate that when you fight a war against a terrorist group that serves as a proxy for enemy regimes, and in the aftermath of the war the terror group takes over the government of its own country and its state sponsors build nuclear arsenals unhindered by your government and the international community as a whole, while your own generals and soldiers are threatened with indictments by UN war crimes tribunals, the terrorists have won and you have lost.

By the same token, apparently it is unclear to IDF Chief of General Staff Lt. Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi – who said this week that he cannot wait to greet Gilad at home – that by offering to release hundreds of terrorists for a hostage soldier, he is telling all the thousands of IDF troops who risk their lives every day to arrest terrorists and fight them that they are risking their lives for nothing.

Why bother staging a middle-of-the-night raid in Nablus where your men are liable to be killed in order to arrest a terrorist if he’s just going to be released from prison within a year or two in exchange for another soldier? In fact, why have an army at all? Perhaps we’d all be better off if we just paid our enemies protection money until they are ready to deliver the coup de grace.

BUT THEN, perhaps that’s what Israel is doing today. On Tuesday Barak noted that whereas on the eve of the 2006 war Hizbullah had an arsenal of 14,000 rockets, today it has an arsenal of 50,000 rockets. His remarks might have been perceived as a warning that Israel is gearing up to take preemptive action against Hizbullah. But that perception would be wrong, unless what one had in mind was preemptive capitulation.

On Thursday it was reported that Israel is ready to transfer control over the northern half of Ghajar – the border town that is officially half in Israel and half in Lebanon – to UNIFIL forces. These would be the same UN forces that have done nothing to prevent Hizbullah from rearming and taking over the Lebanese government. These would be the same Italian-commanded UN forces that former Italian president Francesco Cossiga claims cut a deal with Hizbullah according to which UNIFIL turns a blind eye to Hizbullah’s activities and in exchange, Hizbullah doesn’t kill UNIFIL forces.

Since the 2006 war, the UN and the US have been bullying Israel to give up the northern half of Ghajar. Their pressure has come despite their sure knowledge that the moment IDF forces withdraw from the northern half of the town, it will again become a smuggling capital for drugs, terrorists, Hizbullah spies and ordnance. Barak and Netanyahu apparently are of the opinion that despite – or worse, perhaps due to – the growing dangers emanating from Hizbullah-controlled Lebanon, it is better for Israel to seek to curry favor with the UN and the US than to take the steps necessary to defend the country from Hizbullah.

This is the depressing message that Netanyahu and his merry band of ministers have communicated to the world this week. In the hopes of appeasing the unappeasable Obama administration, the government has adopted Obama’s anti-Semitic policies against Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria. To win points with the imbecilic, unaccountable and irresponsible local media, Netanyahu has jeopardized the lives of untold numbers of Israelis by expressing his willingness to free hundreds of terrorist murderers from prison. And to placate the pro-Hizbullah UN, Israel has decided it is willing to further strengthen Hizbullah.

The mind reels at the thought of what next week may bring.

With all that has gone on lately, can you imagine if a terrorist crashed the White House party and killed the President, the first Lady, the Vice President, the Speaker of the House, the Indian Prime Minister and everyone else that was at the party? In fact another Tareq, Tareq Hassan killed a lot of people at Ft. Hood and he didn’t look like a terrorist. He was clean shaven a member of the US Military. Whether he is technically a terrorist or not, he ended up killing a lot of people like terrorists do. He created terror so he is a terrorist in my definition. The bottom line of what I am saying is that they can look like anyone.

These two self entitled losers are so desperate to be stars, that they will stop at nothing to get attention and to try to get close to and hobnob with the rich and famous. This ex 44 year old former Redskins Cheerleader, was apparently auditioning for the Real Wives of DC as there was a camera and makeup person following her around DC all day. Apparently, NBC news anchor Brian Williams got a little suspicious of her when he saw a makeup artist combing her hair and patting her husband’s face down as they had a camera trailing behind them. Since this couple wasn’t anyone he would have known that would have merited such attention, he wondered what was up!

Tareq Salahi, the husband of this boundaryless duo is several years his wanna be wife’s junior. He apparently is involved in a lot of lawsuits where he is the defendant as well as the plaintiff. One of the lawsuits where he was the plaintiff involved his own mother. Apparently, he sued his own mother to gain control of a winery, which he later ran into financial ruin.

This litigious wanna be probably ran into financial ruin by donating so much of his money from the winery to the campaigns of the politicians with whom he can be as seen glad-handing, many of whom are on his Facebook page.

In fact, his wanna be wife is not a stranger to glad handling and who knows what else handling. In fact, look at her body language where she poses with VP Biden. It is clearly inappropriate as she leans in with her head cocked towards the VP. Notice how Biden’s head is straight up, mesning that he is being proper and appropriate with. Look at how she places an open hand over his heart on his chest. If that isn’t a RED FLAG, I don’t know what else is!

This is the body language you show to someone you know intimately like your lover where you put your open hand on their heart. You don’t use this body language with a happily married Vice President. This way too intimate and disrespecting of the office of VP pose, indicates that she is being very invasive and inappropriate, as she clearly demonstrates has no boundaries whatsoever.

But before these two boundaryless wanna- be Sociopaths go to prison they will be interviewed by Larry King, where they will have a chance to speak about their egregious behavior. Hopefully they will say something to further incriminate themselves. And even more hopeful, there will be authorities waiting outside the studio at CNN to arrest them and take them away in police cars. According to sources, it was decided in a meeting of the commanders of al-Qaeda, Hakmatyar group, Afghan Taliban and Pakistani jehadi organisations, which was held in Afghanistan.

The meeting decided that the Pakistan security forces, which have been helping the American forces, would also be targeted and the Afghan fighters, who have been fighting in Afghanistan for the last eight years, for the first time decided to send manpower to Waziristan in support of Pakistan militants.”
