According to an article posted back in June by Afflictor.com,

“As the story goes, Mr. Twain stood on a platform of the machine while Tesla set the oscillator into operation. Twain was enjoying himself greatly and exclaimed: ‘This gives you vigour and vitality.’ After some time Tesla warned the writer that he should come down, but Twain was having fun and he refused. And now for the only known video footage of Mark Twain. It’s a film taken by Thomas Edison in 1909. According to the uploader,

“Silent film footage taken in 1909 by Thomas Edison at Stormfield (CT) at Mark Twain’s estate. Twain is shown walking around his home and playing cards with his daughters Clara and Jean. The flickering is due to film deterioration, but this is the only known footage of the great author.”

The College was well-represented, displaying the Concrete Canoe , the Steel Bridge, the singing Tesla Coil, a wind turbine,  the supermileage vehicle, a display of minerals courtesy of the Smith Museum, and the solar telescope.  Prof. Ray Beiersdorfer presented his amazing sideshow of science, and brought a collection of Madagascar hissing cockroaches that caught the attention of the young guests.  Children and parents lined the street to see all of the activities, and the weather cooperated, giving everyone a wonderful afternoon of science and technology in downtown Youngstown.  The STEM College was pleased to be able to support this event, enhancing the stature of STEM in our community and expanding the interest for our future engineers and scientists.

The researches I have made by means of special apparatus have shown such results, that I believe my theory is correct. This theory is that life is born from radiations, kept going by radiation and suppressed by any accident producing the destruction of the oscillator equilibrium, especially by the radiations of certain microbes, which suppress those of weaker cells.

Before going any further in our reasoning, it is necessary, in order to present the facts to the uninitiated reader, to imagine what oscillations really are. The motion of a pendulum will be used for this explanation. When a pendulum is displaced from the position of equilibrium, it moves back and forth producing what are known as ochrone oscillations, until the energy stored is entirely exhausted. By means of a motor, a spring, or an electromagnet, it is possible to keep the motion to keep the motion of the pendulum of constant amplitude, producing undamped oscillations. If, on the contrary, the source of power is removed, the oscillations die down and it is necessary not only to reapply the power sustaining the oscillations, but also to furnish additional energy to start the pendulum in motion. This oscillation of a pendulum reproduces exactly what happens in the cells of a living being.

Body Composition

Our organs are composed of celled formed of protoplasm containing mineral matters and acids such as iron, chloride, phosphorus, etc. It is by the combination of these elements that the cells detect outside waves and vibrate continuously at a very high frequency, probably higher than the period of x-rays or over all other vibrations known and measured today. The amplitude of cell oscillations must reach a certain value, in order that the organism be strong enough to repulse the destructive vibrations from certain microbes.

The astrophysicians are actually carrying out experiments of great interest on the existence of vibrations, which have been called penetration rays and of which the frequency is higher than that of x-rays and of the alpha, beta, and gamma rays of radium. Such rays, according to the theory, are produced by the earth itself and some others come from outside space. Some accurate measurements have proved the correctness of this theory. Therefore, it is quite permissible to believe that these penetration rays, or at least some of them, produce the vibratory motion of the living cells and consequently their life.

For instance, let us suppose a cell vibrates at a certain frequency and a microbe vibrates at a different frequency; the microbe begins to fight the cell, and sickness is started. If the cell cannot repel the stronger vibrations and if the amplitude of its own vibration decreases, the microbe gains and it vibrations in decreasing and stopping those of the cells, bring dangerous sickness or death. If, on the contrary, the living cell is started vibrating with the proper amplitude by inside or outside causes, the oscillatory attack is repulsed. Such is my theory. The problem is somewhat similar to the situation in which a rescuer finds himself when, coming to help a friend in a dangerous situation, finds himself fighting hand to hand against strong aggressors. The rescuer does not dare to fire his gun, fearing to harm his friend mixed up with the aggressors in the melee. Similarly, microbes and healthy cells are all exposed to electric or radioactive action, which could be used to destroy the unwanted rays and it is difficult to suppress them without harming or killing at the same time the cells which are to be treated. In fact, since Pasteur scientists have been constantly searching for means of destroying microbes. The great difficulty with all methods found was that in destroying , the bacillae cell was attacked too. The experience gained in cancer and tuberculosis treated with radium, or ultraviolet rays, shows how difficult is the work of the investigators.

A New Method

The remedy in my opinion, is not to kill the microbes in contact with the healthy cells, but to reinforce the oscillations of the cell either directly by reinforcing the radio activity of the blood or in producing on the cells a direct action by means of the proper rays. During January 1924, I began to build, according to this theory, and with the purpose of therapeutic applications, an apparatus, which I have called Radio-Cellulo-Oscillator, with the firm belief that the cells vibrating at extremely short wavelengths would find their own in the Hertzian waves, which have the properties of producing extremely short harmonics. The cells with very weak vibrations, when placed in the field of multiple vibrations, finds its own frequency and starts again to oscillate normally through the phenomenon of resonance. This type of vibration produced by radio waves which I propose to use, is harmless, unlike those of x-rays and radium. Their application, therefore, does not present any danger for the operator.

I exposed in front of my apparatus, during long periods, a certain number of microbes in culture, which developed themselves normally. I, myself, have never felt the effect of these ultra radio frequencies, although I remained for a great many days near the apparatus, during the treatment applied to the living cells. It is only when two living beings such as a cell and a microbe are in contact, that the rays produced by the Radio-Cellulo-Oscillator have any direct effect upon cellular structure.

The experiments which I carried out a the Salpetriere Hospital in Paris, in the service and with the collaboration of Prof. Gosset, were made with plants inoculated with cancer, and the results were described in a paper presented on July 26, 1924, before the Biological Society. The text of the paper follows.

“One knows that it is possible to produce by inoculation of bacterium tumefaciens in plants tumors similar to those of cancer in animals. One of us obtained experimentally by this method, a great number of tumors. These had various degrees of development. Some of them dry up partially, but do not die entirely until the entire plant or at least the limb bearing the tumor dies. Even removed by surgical methods, these tumors grew again on the sick limb.

The Radio-Cellulo-Oscillator

“We propose to described in this paper, the action of electromagnetic waves of very high frequency obtained by means of the Radio-Cellulo-Oscillator of Georges Lakhvosky. This apparatus produces wavelengths of the order of two meters and less, corresponding to 150 million cycles per second. A first plant was submitted to the effect of the radiation one month after being inoculated with cancer; at this time small tumors the size of a cherry stone were visible upon it. This plant was submitted to the rays twice, for three hours each time. During the following days, the tumors continued to grow rapidly in the same way as those on plants which had not been submitted to the effect of radiations. However, 16 days after the first treatment, the tumors began to shrink and dry up. A few days later the tumors were entirely dried up and could be very easily detached from the limb of the plant by merely touching them. The drying action of the radio frequency radiations is selective and affects only the sick part of the plant. Even the inside sick tissues were destroyed, although they were next to healthy cells in the center of the limb, showing that the radiations had not affected the healthy parts.

The Length of Treatment

Another plant was treated in the same way, except that it was exposed 11 times, for three hours each time, to the radiations of the oscillator. Sixteen days after the first exposure the tumors, which were rather large as shown in one of the photographs, began to shrink and dry up and were easily detached form the limb exactly as in the first case. Again in this case, the healthy parts of the plant were not affected in the least. A third plant exposed to the radiations for 9 hours, that is, three treatments of three hours each, was cured in the same manner as the two others. Sixteen plants also inoculated with cancer, were left without treatment. They have tumors in full activity, several of which are very large. These experiments show conclusively that plants inoculated with cancer can be treated and cured by means of the ultra radio frequency vibrations, whereas surgical treatment fails.

“In conclusion I wish to call the attention of the reader to the fact that I have obtained very conclusive results not only with a wavelength of two meters, but with longer and shorter wavelengths. The main thing is to produce the greatest number of harmonics possible.”

Such are the results of my researches with plants. At the present time, similar experiments are being carried out with animals and it seems that the effect on cancerous animals is the same as on cancerous plants.

I am highly pleased to present my theory and the results of my work in a scientific review of the United States, this great country, which has always been I the lead in this fight against this terrible sickness, cancer, and whose sympathy and help I would greatly appreciate.

A few days ago I decided to take an unpaid vacation from my unpaid unemployment, and go to the observatory.  I had to DRIVE THROUGH THE PARK to get to the observatory.  Yes, everyone drives everywhere in LA, even through public parks.

The observatory was small, but more importantly it was FREE.  I went to an early planetarium showing of the history of astronomy (some idiots from ancient Greece thought the Earth was the center of the universe, what dumbasses, amiright?), delightfully narrated by one of Hollywood’s many failed actors.  It was not free, but only 5 smacks for a “student” *ahem* like me.

Then there was some exibits on muons and the light spectrum, blah blah, and I went a presentation where a young man in a lab coat threw some dirt and toilet cleaner into a ziplock bag and then dumped it in dry ice.  When he pulled the bag out it had solidified into a frozen blob of dirt and toilet cleaner. He called it a “comet.”  I couldn’t stop wondering who employed this guy, and where I could get their number.

To be honest, the main reason I decided to visit the observatory was that I had hoped someone would be able to explain string theory to me.  Unfortunately this did not happen.

What did happen was I got to see a small Tesla coil light up a neon sign.

For those of you who don’t know, Nikola Tesla was a really kick ass steampunk who wanted to give away electricity for FREE.  He also wanted a system that worked WIRELESSLY because it’s much cooler to see blue lightning bolts travel through the air than it is to look at a stupid wire that wont fit into your outlet when your cellphone charger is plugged in. And thus the Tesla Coil was born.

Instead, a bunch of greedy capitalists decided to go with Edison’s pay-by-volt, plug-in plan, and thats why we have laptop chargers today.

Oh science.

Jadi, lagu yang sedang dibicarakan ini judulnya Secret dari band One Republic. Apa sih yang menarik dari lagu ini? Jujur aja, aku cuma pernah beberapa kali denger nama One Republic dan kurang tau gimana musiknya, dan sayangnya jadi ngga tau sama sekali sama lagu ini.

Aku kenal lagu ini dari film The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, ketika si tokoh utama yang seorang mahasiswa fisika mencoba membuat gebetannya (yang suka musik) terkesan dengan hal yang bisa dilakukan secara tidak sengaja oleh alat eksperimennya: Koil Tesla.

Koil Tesla itu adalah semacam alat yang bisa menghasilkan listrik, pokoknya, intinya ni alat kita taunya cuma sebuah tiang aneh gede yang keliatan berbahaya karena terus menerus memancarkan percikan arus listrik (ngga yakin gini cara nyebutnya). Tapi alat yang awalnya keliatan berbahay dan menimbulkan bunyi bunyi menakutkan saat ‘menyentrum’ sesuatu ini, ternyata bisa menghasilkan suara indah, dan di film ini suara indah itu adalah intro lagu ‘Secret’ nya One Republic.

Wah, pas denger pertama kali ni bebunyian, langsung terpukau deh si gue. Jadi bunyinya bunyi bunyi elektrik gitu, berasal dari alat fisika yang nyeremin, malah jadi keren, rock, cool abis! Check it out by yourself deh ya, anyone?

It is with great pleasure that I share with all of you my humble and most sincere homage to Nikola Tesla, the genius and pioneer in what today is our job and passion, wireless communications.

This week of July 10, we are celebrating the 155th anniversary of the birth of Tesla, one of the most important inventors in history. Tesla mastered disciplines such as physics, mathematics and electricity and is considered the father of the alternating current and founder of the electrical industry. His most famous invention was the eponymous Tesla coil, which was a source of electromagnetic energy in early wireless telegraphy systems up until the 1920s.

Among his most important inventions were the radio, the coils for the alternating current electrical generator, the (electrical) induction motor, the sparking bulb, the alternator and the remote control. However, few of these machines were acknowledged as invented by Tesla. In spite of having an amazing mind, being a visionary as well as an intelligent man as few are, he was a mysterious and obscure character, controversial and incapable of obtaining any benefit from his inventions and even saw another man receive the Nobel Prize for one of his own inventions.

People associated him with strange experiments, secret weapons and unrealizable theories that exceeded the utopian and even bordered on insanity. Besides electromagnetism and electrical engineering, Tesla’s work comprises multiple disciplines such as robotics, ballistics, mechanics, computer science and nuclear and theoretical physics, which allowed him to even question some of Albert Einstein’s theories

Although Tesla was not well known, his practical and functional inventions are the source of technologically advanced civilization in such an elemental way that it was said Tesla was the one who invented the 20th century.

Brief Nikola Tesla biography

Nikola Tesla (July 10, 1856 to January 7, 1943) born in Similjan, what at that time was the Austro-Hungarian Empire, which today is part of Croatia. A genius since his early years as a student who was passionate about mathematics and science, he was able to memorize complete books and make complex mathematical calculations to the embarrassment of his professors.

His father, who was an Orthodox pastor, pushed him to follow his religious vocation, but Tesla was more motivated by his mother’s instinct of development, which led her to invent gadgets such as the mechanical egg mixer to help her with house chores. Tesla studied mechanical and electrical engineering in Austria and physics in what would become Czechoslovakia and worked in several electricity and telephone companies throughout Europe.

It is important that I highlight an extra aspect related to free energy. Tesla was a genius who thought that energy should be free of charge, which is why many of his inventions were never to acquire this benefit. Unfortunately, his viewpoint made many important men of the day into his mortal enemies, such as Thomas Alva Edison and George Westinghouse, among others.

Tesla was a great human being with a unique strength of character—to such an extent that he endured with great stoicism when Guglielmo Marconi obtained the 1909 Nobel Prize in Physics using Tesla’s radio patents.

Dear colleagues, as a last tribute to Tesla, let me ask you to take a moment of your time to surf the web and read the great amount of information available about him. Enjoy it and share it, and let’s make that our best tribute to this great inventor who left us not only his teachings about technology but also a message of humbleness.

When we got into a discussion about why my orb seems to be getting bigger and brighter in this last photo he explained it to me from both a scientific level and spiritual level so I can relate to both now and really see that it is my own power and energy creating it which is so friggin cool (LOL)    His words to me were  “the reason it gets brighter is because your glow is reflecting off it. You are illuminating it. It is like all the orbs we see around the discharge from the Tesla coils.

The orb itself being the energy which is personal based on our beliefs but to me it is something I’ve always felt around me a guide, spirit, protector watching over me since it has shown up for me in times also when my body was in crisis and it sat on my heart protecting me.  But notice back then in the close up of it was much more faint and not as bright or big but same formation as opposed to its brightness and boldness a few days ago in my latest picture.  Notice the difference?

This orb showed up only in this picture that night a few years back a week before I ended up in the hospital with a racing heart that wouldn’t slow down and they could not figure out why after admitting me for 3 days.  I was later told by a well known psychic that it was my protector orb over my heart warning me and also protecting me.  The incident occured when I was dealing with some very strong negative energy coming at me from another person and trying to stay peaceful and in love and present so as not to let it affect my own energy but at that time my own protective energy was depleted and my body went into crisis mode and for whatever reason all my healing tools and calming meditation was not getting the huge surge of energy in my body and my heart rate under control.  However while in the hospital I did deep meditation, talked to my body and went into visualization to bring my heart rate, blood pressure down since nothing they did was working. They took Cat Scans, Heart Scans, so much blood I felt like a personal blood bank (LOL) but nothing could be explained and yet they couldn’t release me til the heart rate came down which I was finally able to do.  It was scary and thank God it never has happened again.  But now looking back with more information perhaps it was the other persons Scalar Wave Radiant Energy in my own Energy field that was causing my body to go off balance and the Orb showed up from  my own energy radiating out with it to put protection around myself.  It all fascinates me as a healer since I’ve seen the power of energy and the mind over the body to talk to the cells and move that energy around in the body to get rid of pain and disease in my own case with the Hep C.

So then of course I had to know more about a Tesla Coil to understand what I was emitting.  And in learning more I really got a great lesson in Scalar Energy or Radiant Energy that Tesla  discovered way back in the late 1800’s before Einstein acknowledged this form of energy in the 1920’s.

Tesla’s name for this new type of energy was “Scalar Energy” or “Zero-Point Energy” or “Radiant Energy”. This was perhaps the greatest scientific discovery in the history of the world, and it has gone largely unnoticed because of the great secrecy with which it has been held by all who know of it. It was the discovery of completely new kind of electromagnetic waves which exist in empty space, the empty space between the atoms of our bodies as well as the empty space above the earth and between the stars.

These waves constitute a kind of ocean of infinite energy, and it has now been discovered that this abundant energy can be coaxed to cross-over into our 3-dimensional world from their 5-dimensional realm, to be used to do work, and even heal the body of disease.

When the human body enters a Scalar field, the electro-magnetic field of the individual becomes stimulated. Scalar energy has this unique property which enables it to embed itself into objects in its field. (like me sending my energy into the orb –  cool huh!!)

The wonderful thing is to be able to be opened up to new information for me by scientists who are closing the gap between science and mysticism based on Nikola Tesla legacy and the science of Scalar Waves as it relates even to our DNA, Brain and Body emitting energy based on scientific research.  I want to know so much more so I can use the science to strengthen my own energy field and understand it scientifically since I have always felt and intuitively understood the mystical side of energy but to have scientific basis for it even at the DNA and Brain level helps me to explain it to those that cannot relate to the metaphysical side of what I do with sound, vibration, imagery which all relates back to our ability to tune into our self-healing energy at a cellular level.

I have known and worked with my own energy and with the Tibetan Bowls putting energy into my body now for several years and know it was huge in me healing the illness in my body because on paper the statistics show I shouldn’t have been able to and one doctor even gave up on me in the 1st month of chemo.  So I understand the power of using one’s own energy to self-heal and I understand Reiki and other healing modalities but never experienced the fact that I could be radiating so much energy that it is now illuminating the spirit or protective energy that I have felt around me most of my life that shows up in the Orb.  I’ve always felt what some might call a spirit guide, angel, protector around but now am seeing it in a physical form that can be explained in some ways in a scientific way is amazing and magical to me.

So basically as he explained it to me as my energy is getting more powerful and stronger I am emitting it like a transmitter out into my surroundings which is why probably more so lately with clients in sessions or in the Goddess Circle the other night people are feeling it more intensely which means I can help them release and let go of things perhaps at a deeper level putting that energy around them while working with them and hopefully that feeling of my light around them helps illuminate their own inner light.

Wow I just love the people coming into my world and teaching me things about myself and the work I’m doing and being able to explain it also on a scientific level.  It helps me to understand in a scientific way how the shifts I’ve been feeling inside recently of my energy getting stronger are manifesting on all levels body, mind and spirit so I can take my work to the next level and help more people.

Woo Hoo is all I can say.  Bring it on world I am Raw, Real, Naked and Ready!!

For me it is about showing all my sides which include walking through fears, insecurities, pain, sorrow and yet trying to look at it all as lessons and blessings that have opened my heart wider in the end by me doing the work to stay in the energy of Love in those moments when I am tested and don’t feel love or loved. My belief is that being so in my heart and the vibration of Love more and more each day that is the huge key to why my light has been growing bigger and brighter.

And how cool is it now that I can say I am like a  walking Tesla Coil!!!

In celebration, enjoy ‘Poker Face’ by Lady Gaga played with Tesla Coils!

One thing we can all probably agree on is that Tesla coils are one part high-voltage electricity and two parts pure awesome. [Rob Flickenger] thinks so too, and he built a pretty nice one in his workshop some time ago. He took a bunch of pictures showing off the coil’s capabilities, but he thought that one photo taken from a single angle didn’t do much to relay just how fantastic it is to watch a Tesla coil in action.

Taking a cue from the Matrix movies, he bought a stack of Canon point and shoot cameras and constructed a bullet time rig in his workshop. In order to get the pictures just right, he flashed each camera with a customized version of the CHDK firmware that allowed him to trigger all ten shutters with a single button press. A few scripts help facilitate collecting all of the images for processing, after which he identifies the good shots and stitches them together. You can see the awesome results in the video below.
