L’arrondissement de MOULINS est assez étendu depuis LURCY-LEVIS, GANNAY SUR LOIRE.

Il sera pourtant, à partir du 2 Janvier 2011, jugé au Tribunal de CUSSET ce qui ne présente pas d’inconvénient aux dires du ministre de la justice qui fait valoir que le chef-lieu du département est seulement à une demie-heure de train de VICHY.

-   I L L U S T R A T I O N   -

La comparution immédiate devant le tribunal correctionnel est une procédure-miracle pour, au plus vite, obtenir la répression du délit et donner satisfaction  à la victime.

A cet effet, le Barreau de MOULINS a accepté de défendre bénévolement victime et malfaiteur traduit devant un tribunal composé de 3 juges en organisant un service de garde volontaire.

Dans la nuit, une patrouille de police arrête à MOULINS deux coupables – aurait dit SARKOZY – aussitôt conduits au commissariat qui avise l’avocat de garde qui rend visite à l’un des gardes à vue, se rend  compte d’une contradiction d’intérêt, l’ un dénonçant l’autre qui nie, mais à un Conseil habituel qui sera prévenu.

Vendredi, le Procureur  avertit l’avocat du renvoi en comparution immédiate, de la tenue de report de leur rendez-vous.

Au tribunal se trouvent les deux prévenus conduits par une escorte de 5 policiers.

L’audience est longue puisque humainement conduite, les faits graves pour l’un.

Le tribunal se retire en infligeant la peine requise par le Procureur de 2 ans d’emprisonnement, l’escorte conduira le condamné à la prison de MOULINS et pour l’autre une peine de prison avec sursis.

A l’audience,  avertie par le Parquet, se trouvait la victime d’un vol de moto qui peut réclamer une indemnisation en argent faute de restitution.

L’autre victime était un clochard dormant à la rue – à MOULINS – détroussé de sa pension, qui, elle aussi avait été avertie, elle peut réclamer son indemnisation et la restitution des sommes volées que le condamné n’avait pas eu le temps de dissiper ou cacher.

Il  passera lundi au Tribunal  pour restitution.

Une victime ayant eu sa voiture dégradée a écrit au TRIBUNAL ne pouvoir se déplacer, elle n’a pas été indemnisée.

Au 5 Janvier 2011 le tribunal de MOULINS aura disparu pour un meilleur fonctionnement de l’institution judiciaire.

La  même affaire se passera bien différemment.

Y-aura-t-il un avocat de permanence à MOULINS dont on supprime le Barreau pour assurer la garde à vue ?

L’affaire sera traitée par téléphone entre la police de MOULINS, le Procureur de CUSSET qui n’ont pas l’occasion de se connaître pour une décision grave de remise en liberté ou de renvoi devant un tribunal avec ou sans comparution immédiate.

L’escorte de 5 gardiens conduira les deux prévenus à CUSSET, emportera le dossier que le Procureur étudiera puis le Président du tribunal ; l’avocat de CUSSET commis prendra connaissance du dossier et verra les délinquants.

L’heure aura tourné et la décision interviendra tard.

Le condamné retournera sans difficulté avec l’escorte à la prison de MOULINS, le condamné avec sursis chômeur, 18 ans et quelques jours sera abandonné au tribunal de CUSSET sans le sou pour rentrer autrement que par une nouvelle infraction.

Le cas des victimes n’est pas inintéressant.

La victime du vol de moto pourra-t-elle, toutes affaires cessantes, se présenter à CUSSET à partir de SOUVIGNY à ses frais et sans les conseils d’un avocat ?

Le clochard peut éventuellement disposer de temps, mais a-t-il les moyens de se rendre à CUSSET ? Pas avec son argent volé séquestrer.

Le chef de gare de MOULINS pourra-t-il faire partir un train à temps pour l’audience de CUSSET ?

DIOGENE cherchait un homme avec une lanterne en plein jour, pourrait-il la prêter au garde des sceaux pour trouver une bonne idée ?

T.G.I. Friday’s has launched an interesting social media campaign to increase brand awareness and consideration. TV and online ads drive people to a Facebook page featuring ‘Woody’, a 30-something slacker who claims to have made a bet with Friday’s: If he can accrue 500,000 fans to his Facebook page by Sept. 30, Friday’s will give away a free burger to all who fanned him.

The combination of a compelling offer and sufficient media support has resulted in a snowball effect, with the target being reach much faster than the brand ever expected. In fact, just over 2 weeks into the campaign, they are already just shy of 1m fans.

Although this novel way of promoting the brand is obviously cutting through, it hasn’t been an easy ride for the brand…Given social media’s potentially viral nature things often move faster, and in different directions, than ever anticipated, so it’s difficult to get other activity in sync. Unfortunately, the TTL ‘fan recruitment’ ads were still running in the period after the target had been reached (and therefore the end of the offer). In order to deal with all of the negative back-lash that ensued, TGI’s were therefore forced to double the offer to ‘the first 1m fans will receive a free burger’. This demonstrates the importance of meticulous scenario planning for social media brand activity as a great offer can do more harm than good if implemented ineffectively.

An issue that has also caused some negative chatter, is the use of a fictional character to represent a brand on Facebook (a place traditionally defined by authenticity). It seems a little out of sync with the environment, not to mention Facebook’s legal policies, and the sort of behaviour that seems more at home on MySpace, which is inherently more expressive. Additionlly, as Facebook is focussed on building long term relationships, when all the excitement of the competition dies down, it will be interesting to see what the long-term plan is for ongoing engagement with fans.

Quando comecei a pensar sobre um tema para o meu TGI (trabalho de graduação interdisciplinar), minha idéia principal era desenvolver algo para ajudar na educação de crianças e adolescentes. Algo como um livro, ou uma revista voltado para este público. Pensei até em um site, já que as crianças de hoje não lêem muita revista ou livro.

O que acontece é que os nossos adolescentes estão muito indisciplinados, não conhecem o respeito e não usam boas maneiras. Pouco se fala sobre moral e ética, pouco se sabe sobre honestidade e humildade.

Vale destacar que me formarei designer, não psicóloga, pedagoga ou coisa do tipo, porém temos que fazer nossa parte como seres humanos, como futura mãe, atual irmã e tia. Assim sendo, cada um de nós temos a responsabilidade de educadores como psicólogos ou pedagogos.

Há pouco tempo inscrevi minha irmã (Renata, 11 anos) e minha sobrinha (Ana Carolina, 9 anos) para um grupo de escoteiros do bairro jaçanã. Senti que lá é um lugar onde qualquer um pode ser criança, ter responsabilidade, humildade, respeito, ter honestidade e ética, independente da idade.

E foi assim que pensei em casar a idéia de fazer o futuro do nosso país melhor com a disciplina e energia dos escoteiros. Os escoteiros brasileiros: SEMPRE ALERTA!

Where is the central gaming hub of America? What cities and states would you name? The ‘gaming mecca’ if you will. Would you say San Francisco? Seattle? Los Angeles? New York? Maybe even Dallas? With the new tax incentives coming out of Louisiana for game developers, you may even say a city in that state. Now if we could only lower the cost of living on the West Coast…

Os semestres finais de um curso de graduação costumam ser uma época complicada na vida do universitário. É normalmente nesta fase que os estudantes se deparam com uma das últimas e mais importantes etapas da faculdade (para muitos, um obstáculo): o trabalho de conclusão de curso, o famigerado TCC  (também chamado de trabalho final, trabalho de graduação individual – TGI, ou simplesmente monografia).

As dificuldades em relação a esse trabalho são várias. Começam já pela definição do tema: que assunto escolher, diante de tantas possibilidades? Com qual tema me identifico melhor? Há muita bibliografia a respeito (o que indica que o assunto pode estar saturado) ou pouca (o que vai aumentar o meu trabalho de pesquisa)? As dúvidas continuam em relação à escolha do orientador e mesmo como escrever o trabalho, já que há normas específicas para a redação de trabalhos acadêmicos e elas podem variar de acordo com a área ou instituição.

Para ajudar a diminuir um pouco dessas dúvidas, o Portal Universia elaborou um hotsite, o Especial TCC. As previously mentioned, Fridays are not the best day around our office, for one reason or another. The day stretches on. The CEO is often otherwise engagedafter working at his other job—much deserved free time (Happy Hour, volleyball), but it does make my own day longer. Also, after a week of running around, I am often ready for a day of Down Time; while K.Lo, being K.Lo, is always ready for action and adventure. N.Lo, too, can get squirrelly.

Today hasn’t gone too badly. We filled up the morning with a successful trip to Costco, where the children behaved, tasty samples were eaten, and the purchase total wasn’t nearly what I imagined. Some minor disagreements have erupted in the office over use of office supplies, which is always trying. No major problems, though—until Afternoon Break.

N.Lo, in a fit of temper, threw his blankies outside the crib. I know, because instead of napping, he was screaming his face off for more than a few minutes. Also, I looked under the door. This same incident happened a couple of Friday’s ago, and the result was highly unpleasant. Obviously, what could I do then, but go in there and hand the poor kid his blankies? He can’t sleep without them. Of course, the sight of mommy leaving again stirred up a hornet’s nest of insult, and the cycle repeated, and ultimately, N.Lo missed his nap. No one was in a good mood after that.

I didn’t feel like going there again, one bit. So this time, I sent in K.Lo. I gave her instructions on what to do, and luckily, she was fully up to the mission. And this is why I love my employees and their current working relationship:

K.Lo marches over to crib, picks up blankies. N.Lo has already stopped crying.

“Here you go, N.Lo.” More rustling as she hands him more items. Stuffed animals? Toys? Not sure.

N.Lo heaves a great big shuddering, sniffly sigh and says in the tiniest voice, “Thank you.”

K.Lo says, “Okay, now go to sleep. Night-night…” And she leaves, closing the door.

Silence from within as N.Lo falls asleep.

Problem solved! I could give her a great big hug for being such a good big sister (or my minion, depending on how you look at it). And in fact, I did.

We kunnen er niet aan ontkomen: interactie. Alles wat we denken niet te doen en doen heeft effect op onze omgeving. Dat is een gegeven. Niet-communiceren bestaat eenvoudigweg niet. Tijdens trainingen en coaching gebeurt er altijd veel. Soms ook dingen die vooraf niet de bedoeling zijn, maar niet kunnen worden voorkomen omdat ze gewoon gebeuren. Bijvoorbeeld een deelnemer/client wordt boos op mij en uit dat ook. Dit wordt overdracht genoemd. Wat die boosheid met mij doet, hoe ik daarop reageer en zeker wanneer ik boos op de deelnemer wordt, heet dat tegenoverdracht.

Interessant gegeven voor alle trainers en coaches. Voor mij aanleiding (tegen)overdracht met vakbroeders en -zusters te bespreken in inter- of supervisie. Op die manier leer ik dan steeds weer bij over mezelf en m’n vak. Tijdens mijn opleiding TGI was dit onderwerp een vast programma onderdeel. Daarin werd me het boek De Therapeut aangeraden van Irvin D. Yalom. Hij laat een aantal verhaallijnen door elkaar heen lopen met (tegen)overdracht als context. Heb het tijdens de vakantie gelezen. Heerlijk hoe de plot zich in het boek ontvouwd. Werd meegesleept door het boek. Had het zo uit, terwijl ik me gewoonlijk echt tot lezen moet zetten en lang over een boek kan doen.

É FATO que o nosso time de futebol do Flamengo está acometido de TAF – Transtorno de Ausência de Futebol, pois, o que estamos vendo em campo é algo de impossível adjetivação e imprópria denominação e, diga-se de passagem, nossa Diretoria vive um incurável TGI – Transtorno de Gestão Incompetente pelos motivos já banalizados aqui como dívidas, fraudes, falta de planejamento, má gerencia da marca Flamengo e outras tantas. Todos concordam com a TAF e TGI, certo ?

Para amenizar a TAF durante os jogos eu proponho que a Diretoria combine com a Suderj para que o telão possa transmitir jogos de futebol do Flamengo enquanto no campo eles praticam o TAF. Esses jogos poderão cobrir os anos de ouro de Zico, Júnior, Leandro, Nunes, Raul, Mozer, Andrade, Tita, Adilio e outros Monstros, como também, para atender a geraçao mais nova, os jogos de 2007 liderados por Fábio Luciano e Papai Joel. Pronto, assim, os Torcedores teriam um ótimo motivo para frequentar as arquibancadas e sofás enquanto esse TAF não passar! Quem deve gostar disso são os patrocinadores que, com certeza não estão tendo retorno dos seus investimentos enquanto o TAF estiver rolando por aí! Lembrando que os Patrocinadores precisam de retorno, pois caso contrário , quebram e são punidos. Diferentes dos Dirigentessauros que apenas vão para casa e continuam a torcer!

בסוף 2008 כשמשבר הנדל”ן היה בעיצומו בארה”ב החליטה חברת TGI לנצל את ירידת מחירי הנכסים ולהשקיע ברכישת נכסים מפשיטות רגל (Foreclosures) שנמצאים בבעלות הבנקים.

התמונה שמסתמנת כיום בשוק האמריקאי היא עלייה במחיר שהבנקים דורשים עבור אותם נכסים.
על פי דברי משה גרינברג מנהל הפיתוח העסקי של TGI, חלון ההזדמנויות הנדיר שנפתח,הולך ונסגר ובעוד מספר חודשים לא רב כמות ה”מציאות ” בשוק תרד משמעותית והתשואות ירדו.
החברה נמצאת כעת בתהליך רכישה מסיבי של נכסים נוספים במחירים אטרקטיביים שתאפשר לה ולקוחותיה למצות את מלוא הפוטנציאל הגלום.

קבוצת משקיעים ישראלים שמובילה חברת ההשקעות בנדל”ן הישראלית TGI של יוסי טוביהו, השיקה לאחרונה חלק ראשון בקומפלקס תיירות יוקרתי באי קוסאמוי הסמוך לתאילנד. הקבוצה, שמונה עשרות משקיעים מישראל, משקיעה בפרויקט כ־120 מיליון שקל, כך נודע ל”כלכליסט”. 

ב־TGI, המתמחה בייצוג קבוצות רכישה בעסקאות נדל”ן בחו”ל ובניהול נכסים, אישרו את הדברים ומסרו כי מדובר בקומפלקס הפועל תחת השם המסחרי “KC Hotels”, ומורכב משלושה בתי מלון ברמת דירוג התיירות הגבוהה ביותר באי.

המלון הראשון, מלון ההר שמו, כולל 87 חדרים על שטח בנוי של 6,000 מ”ר ומשתרע על שטח קרקע של 5 דונם במרחק של כ־200 מטרים בלבד מקו החוף של האי. היצע חדרי המלון כולל 43 חדרי דה־לקס, 26 חדרים ברמת לקצ’ורי (Luxury) ו־18 סוויטות. בכל החדרים ג’קוזי זוגי מפואר. השטחים הציבוריים במלון כוללים בריכות שחייה, מפלי מים, ספא מפואר, חדר כושר, חדר יינות וסיגרים, בריכת ילדים מיוחדת, מסעדה, בר ועוד.

 על פי אנשי TGI, המלון השני הוא מלון וילות הכולל 16 יחידות נופש מעץ הבנויות על בריכה פרטית, בשטח בנוי כולל של כ־1,000 מ”ר בקו ראשון לים. עשר מהווילות הן בדירוג פרימיום, ארבע בדירוג דה־לקס ושתיים בדירוג נשיאותי. לכל הווילות בריכות שחייה, מפלי מים ובריכות ילדים פרטיות.

המלון השלישי הוא מלון חוף שנמצא בהקמה בימים אלה על ידי הקבוצה, ועתיד לכלול מבנה מרכזי של מלון בוטיק בן 42 חדרי יוקרה ושמונה וילות בשטח כולל של כ־3,000 מ”ר בנוי על מגרש של כ־4 דונם. המלון יציע שירותי בר, מסעדה, ספא, בריכות שחייה ובריכות ילדים, חדר כושר ועוד.

אבי חגי, מנהל הפרויקט, הסביר כי הקומפלקס נחנך הוא אמנם שיא משבר כלכלי עולמי, אך כי הקבוצה מאמינה שתאילנד היתה ותהיה תמיד יעד תיירות אטרקטיבי לתיירים מכל העולם”.
