It’s going to be a busy Christmas Eve morning on the Senate Floor. It looks as if the final Senate vote on the health care bill will take place before 9 a.m. on Thursday. Although Senators and their staffers will be on the Hill the day before Christmas, many consider this an early Christmas gift compared to the original plan of holding an evening vote. The last time the Senate was in session on Christmas Eve was in 1963 for a report on foreign aid appropriations as the Vietnam War escalated.

We’re also digging deeper on how you will be affected by health care reform. Dr. Sanjay Gupta will report on the shortage of primary-care doctors in this country. This a common refrain heard from all sides of the health care debate. What will the reform do to increasing the number of physicians available and improving overall access to care? If health insurance is offered to millions, could more people overwhelm an already strained system?

President Obama was supposed to travel to Hawaii today where he will be celebrating the holiday, but he told reporters yesterday that he would not leave until the Senate has completed its work on passing the health care bill. He is now scheduled to depart on Thursday morning. Tonight we’ll be looking at the President’s agenda over the past year. How do you think he has fared? Has he met your expectations? What do you hope him to tackle in 2010?

We’re following a disturbing story from Mexico today. Three members of the family of a Mexican marine who died in a shootout last week were killed yesterday in the southern state of Tabasco. The officer was fatally shot during a gun battle that resulted in the killing of one of Mexico’s most wanted drug lords. At his funeral over the weekend, the marine’s name was made public and the killing of his family members has raised speculation in Mexico that it was an act of retaliation by members of the drug cartel.

We’re also keeping an eye on the custody battle in Brazil. The chief justice of Brazil’s Supreme Court has ruled in favor of David Goldman, a New Jersey man trying to win custody of his son, Sean. Goldman has waged a five-year battle for his son, who has been living with relatives on his mother’s side of the family since she died last year. Father and son could depart Rio as early as today. We’ll have the latest details tonight.

Were you one of the unfortunate (or fortunate, depending on how you look at it) people whose BlackBerry stopped working yesterday? Customers throughout North America were without email and Internet services for more than eight hours after a widespread outage last night and into this morning. BlackBerry has not given a reason for the outage and it’s the second such breakdown in less than a week. What happened and is it a sign of more outages to come?

And good luck for all of you holiday travelers out there. Another major winter storm is expected to move eastward from the Rockies over the Plains and the Midwest in the next few days. Will this deter your travel plans?

Mark your calendar. The vote for final passage of the Senate health care reform plan is now set for Christmas Eve morning.

Republicans aren’t happy with the timetable.

Sen. Tom Corburn, who is also a physician, said tonight on CNN the reason we’ve seen these “crazy votes” is because Democrats want the bill passed before Christmas for political reasons, to say they got it done — “not because it’s in the best long-term interest in doing the best right thing for America.”

According to the non- partisan Center for Responsive Politics, there are more than 3,000 lobbyists working on the health care issue versus 535 members of Congress.

The CRC reports over the past two years, lobbyists have spent $635 million shaping health care policy. That works out to be $870,000 a day.

Tonight, we’ll show you which organizations are spending the most dollars lobbying Congress.

Although it’s looking like the health care bill is going to pass the Senate, Republicans are continuing to use all the time allotted to them to delay a vote, possibly up until the night of Christmas Eve. Even though Democrats managed to overcome a filibuster at 1 a.m. on Monday morning, there are still more procedural votes to go before the final Senate vote – these include a vote on a passage of Sen. Majority Leader Harry Reid’s Manager’s Amendment, and a vote on a motion to invoke cloture on the Reid substitute amendment. What are these amendments and could the Republicans successfully stall the process? We’ll have the raw politics tonight.

In other political news, remember Rudy Giuliani? We’re hearing reports that the former mayor of New York City – and one-time Republican presidential candidate – is expected to announce that he is not running for the U.S. Senate in 2010, or governor or any other office. Could this be the end of his ambitions as a political candidate?

We’ve also been following the international custody case in Brazil this past week. The Brazilian Supreme Court is expected to make a decision in the legal battle between David Goldman and the family of his former wife, who is now deceased. The fight is over custody of Goldman’s 9-year-old son, Sean. Last week, a lower court unanimously upheld a decision ordering that Sean be returned to his father in New Jersey, but so far Goldman still hasn’t been granted custody of his son. We’ll have the latest on the decision tonight.

Gary Tuchman is following up on a story about forfeiture laws in Texas. Texas law allows police to confiscate drug money and other personal property they think is used in the commission of a crime. If no charges are filed or the person is acquitted, the property has to be returned. But Gary reports that personal property was not returned or confiscated according to protocol. So who is benefiting? And are law enforcement officials culpable? Gary Tuchman is keeping them honest tonight.

And as surely as the ball will drop in Times Square on New Year’s Eve, our special program ‘All the Best, All the Worst of 2009’ will continue a great new CNN tradition; counting down to the new year by reviewing the old one with insight and even humor. Tonight, we’re tracking your money on Capitol Hill. It’s buying votes for health care reform.

The Senate vote to end debate on a $871 billion bill took place early this morning, very early. 1 a.m. ET. The final tally was 60-40, straight-down party lines. All Republicans voted no. All Democrats and two independents, Sen. Joe Lieberman and Sen. Bernie Sanders voted yes.

How did the Dems get those 60 votes? That’s what we’re looking into.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada) had to reel in moderates like Democratic Sen. Ben Nelson.

Nelson got a provision added to the bill that would let your tax dollars pay for any Medicaid expansion in his state of Nebraska. No other state has that benefit.

He’s not the only senator who made a deal.

We’ll tell you who else got something in the negotiations.

Back to Sen. Harry Reid, he said there’s nothing wrong with the tactic. He sees it simply as politics.

“That’s what legislation is all about. It’s the art of compromise,” Reid said.

Republicans fired back on the Senate floor.

“Make no mistake, if the people who wrote this bill were proud of it, they wouldn’t be forcing this vote in the dead of night, ” Minority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell said.

The bill faces a few procedural votes this week, with a final vote expected Christmas Eve. It’s expected to win approval, again along party lines. Then the bill must be reconciled with a House version.

Also on our radar, the New Jersey father at the center of an international custody fight. David Goldman hopes to find out tomorrow if Brazil’s Supreme Court will let him bring home his 9-year-old son Sean. We’ve been following this case since 2004, when Goldman’s wife took Sean to Brazil and never returned. She filed for divorce, remarried and died last year giving birth to a daughter. Since then, Sean’s been living with his stepfather in Brazil.

Tonight, you’ll hear from David Goldman and the lawyer for the Sean’s Brazilian family.

And, we’re looking at a new order from the U.S. general in charge of northern Iraq that makes getting pregnant or impregnating a fellow soldier an offense punishable by court-martial.

“Anyone who leaves this fight earlier than the expected 12-month deployment creates a burden on their teammates. Anyone who leaves this fight early because they made a personal choice that changed their medical status — or contributes to doing that to another — is not in keeping with a key element of our ethos,” Gen. Anthony Cucolo explained in a statement sent to the troops

It was a late night on Capitol Hill last night. In a 60-40 vote, cast shortly after 1 a.m., the Senate ended debate on a package of controversial revisions to the $871 billion health care reform bill. The vote was a major victory for Democrats and it means that the Senate is on track to pass the bill on Christmas Eve. But it’s not over yet — if it passes, the measure will then have to be merged with a roughly $1 trillion plan passed by the House in November. Republicans ripped the majority for rushing the process and passing the measure in the middle of the night.

So what exactly is in the plan and who’s paying for it? It’s made both liberals and conservatives angry. What favors were promised to ensure the support necessary to keep the bill moving? We’re keeping them honest tonight and we’ll explain exactly what this bill means for you and how it could lead to changes in the nation’s health care system.

The Senate vote left President Barack Obama on the cusp of claiming victory on his top domestic priority and enacting the biggest expansion of federal health care guarantees since the enactment of Medicare and Medicaid more than four decades ago. The President isn’t expected to make a public statement on the Senate vote but he’s scheduled to speak later today on the efficiency and effectiveness of the federal government. Ironic, given what we’ve seen on the Senate floor, right?

We’re looking into recent reports that members of the U.S. military who become pregnant while serving in northern Iraq now face the possibility of a court-martial or jail time. Apparently, the rule applies to anyone who becomes pregnant or impregnates another service member. Typical protocol in the military is that when a soldier becomes pregnant she is removed from the battlefield within a couple of weeks. But this new policy takes it a step further. Why the change? What does it mean for women and men on the battlefield?

And tens of thousands of people chanted anti-government slogans today before the funeral of a top Iranian cleric who turned into one of the regime’s most vocal critics, witnesses reported. The Senior Iranian dissident cleric Grand Ayatollah Hussein Ali Montazeri died on Sunday. He was one of several prominent clerics who publicly criticized the presidential elections last June. Some believe his death is a blow to the reformist movement; he had become a prominent voice of the movement, speaking out on key foreign policy issues. So what will his death mean for the green movement in Iran? Meanwhile, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is on the media circuit and will sit down with ABC’s Diane Sawyer today. We’ll dig deeper tonight.

President Obama is at the U.N. Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen today. He told other delegates that they are “running short on time” to reach agreement on a deal. Obama said there is no time to waste and that there has to be movement on all sides. He sounded impatient with the progress of the two-week summit so far and said the discussions had produced little more than talk.

So what is Obama expecting to accomplish? Why, in the midst of domestic challenges such as the economy and health care, is Obama taking such a prominent stand in the climate debate? he last time he was in Copenhagen – in October to try to win the 2012 Olympic bid for Chicago – he came back empty-handed. Will he be successful this time?

We’re not taking sides in the climate change debate, we’re reporting the facts. What kind of changes are we seeing in the environment? During our reporting for Planet in Peril, Anderson traveled to the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil. It produces about 20 percent of the Earth’s oxygen and plays a big role in controlling the climate of the entire planet. It’s also home to more species of plants and animals than any other ecosystem on Earth – about 30 percent of the world’s total. But approximately one-fifth of the Amazon has disappeared in the past three decades. Most of this is because of deforestation which has occurred over the years because of logging – both legal and illegal, construction and agri-business. Don’t miss Anderson’s report tonight.

The violence continues in Mexico. This week, the leader of one of the largest drug cartels was killed by Mexico’s navy. Six other cartel members and one naval petty officer also died in the raid and three people were arrested. Although the death of the leader of a major drug cartel is a victory for the government, many worry it could spur more retaliatory violence. Michael Ware has been following the drug war in Mexico and will have the latest for us tonight.

We’re getting more details on what exactly happened at the sweat lodge ceremony in Sedona, Ariz. two months ago. James Arthur Ray, the self-help guru, was in charge of the program that left three dead and more than 19 hospitalized. CNN has been told by investigators that it will be January at the earliest before the investigation into the incident is finished. Ray faces the possibility of serious charges in connection with the deaths, but we’re told the investigation is more involved than expected because other Ray programs and events are also being examined. Gary Tuchman speaks to a former Ray employee who was with him the day of the sweat lodge tragedy. She has some eye-opening and disturbing things to say about Ray and his events.

The health care debate continues to boil over on Capitol Hill. Yesterday afternoon, Democratic Sen. Al Franken refused to let Sen. Joe Lieberman finish his speech on the Senate floor. Lieberman was speaking about preserving the Medicare trust fund. After his allotted 10 minutes, Lieberman asked for more time to finish his speech (a request which is typically granted) but Franken objected. Sen. John McCain jumped in to say that “never in his 20-some years” had he seen that happen. According to a Franken spokesman, he was trying to enforce strict time limits so that they could get to the health bill. Apparently, Lieberman and Franken reconciled because they were seen talking and laughing on the Senate floor later in the afternoon.

Inside Roy Hallums' cell in Iraq.

In 2004, Roy Hallums was kidnapped in Iraq.  He was rescued in 2005, after enduring 311 days as a hostage. Hallums was actually buried alive when he was found by U.S. Special Forces. We now have exclusive video of his rescue. We’ll show you how the Special Forces managed to get him out alive. Michael Ware talks to Hallum about what he went through, and also shares details of his own experience being kidnapped in Iraq.

In Afghanistan, there are more contractors in Afghanistan than troops, most of them Afghan nationals. But how are those billions of dollars being spent and who is watching out for potential waste? That will be the subject of hearings on Capitol Hill today and tomorrow. What lessons have we learned from Iraq and do they translate to the situation on the ground in Afghanistan?

We’re also getting new information about what went down between a United Nation official in Afghanistan and President Hamid Karzai’s administration during the Afghanistan presidential election three months ago. Apparently, Peter Galbraith, the No. 2 official for the UN, proposed enlisting the Obama administration in a plan to replace Karzai. But when Karzai learned about it, he became incensed, according to two senior U.N. officials. Galbraith left the country in early September and was let go soon after his departure.

Police searching for a missing Utah woman believe she may have been the victim of a crime. “There is circumstantial evidence of foul play going on here,” said Asst. Chief Craig Black of the West Valley Police Department. Susan Powell, 28, has not been seen or heard from since December 6. Her husband, Joshua Powell, told police she was at home early Sunday morning when he took their two young children on a camping trip in a remote area of the state, authorities said. Powell claims his wife was not home when they returned on Tuesday. We’ll have the latest details in the investigation in this crime and punishment story tonight.

In Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, a young man was beaten to death. Two men were charged and found guilty of only simple assault, serving less than a year in prison. Was it a hate crime? The Department of Justice says it was. The DOJ is now unsealing indictments and charging the two men with a hate crime. The indictment also alleges three Shenandoah police officers — including the police chief – many have conspired to obstruct justice. The officers have pleaded not guilty. Soledad O’Brien traveled to Shenandoah where she speaks to people in the town about the latest development in this case.

And Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived in Copenhagen early today amid concerns that time is running out at the climate change summit for world leaders to agree on a deal to combat global warming. The U.N.’s top climate official admitted yesterday that negotiations had unexpectedly stalled and that the next day would be crucial to making any sort of progress. President Barack Obama is expected to join the talks tomorrow.

And we’re following up on the American father who hopes to bring his 9-year-old son home from Brazil. He’s been part of a long international custody battle that has involved members of the State Department and many Brazilian courtrooms. Yesterday, a Brazilian court ordered that he boy be returned to the custody of his father in the U.S. The father, David Goldman, spoke to us as he was boarding the plane last night. We’ll keep you updated on this story tonight.

Is Pres. Obama flip-flopping on a promise to let Americans buy cheaper prescription drugs from other countries?

Here’s what he said on the campaign trail last year:

“We’ll tell the pharmaceutical companies, ‘Thanks, but no thanks, for overpriced drugs’. Drugs that cost twice as much here as they do in Europe and Canada and Mexico…. we’ll allow the safe reimportation of low-cost drugs from countries like Canada.”

Seems the President forgot about making that comment.

With backing from the White House, the Senate has voted down measures that would have allowed low-cost drugs from other nations.

Tonight, we’re keeping them honest. Joe Johns is tracking the reversal, which has links to the health care reform fight.

Speaking of health care, the debate was halted on the Senate floor today when Republicans insisted a 767-page amendment be read out load – word, for word.

By some estimates, the read-a-thon could have gone on for 12 hours, but Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, who sponsored the amendment, withdrew the measure to stop the tactic in the third hour.

Sanders, an Independent, then blasted the GOP for trying to halt the U.S. government.

Republican Sen. Tom Coburn of Oklahoma, who started the reading, defended the tactic in a statement posted on his web site.

“The American people deserve to understand the competing approaches to reform in the U.S. Senate. It’s unfortunate that Senator Reid waited until the last minute to introduce his bill and now wants to rush it through the Senate. This reading will provide a dose of transparency that has been lacking in this debate,” Coburn wrote.

Across the aisle, Democrats are firing back.

“It’s not a stretch at this time of year to think of Ebenezer Scrooge, who when asked for a contribution for those in need replied, “What, are there no poorhouses?” My Republican colleagues are acting Scrooge-like during this holiday season. They are holding so tightly to their political tactics that they are forgetting the needs of others, forgetting the very democratic values they profess so fiercely to protect,” Sen. Robert Menendez, (D) New Jersey, said.

We’re also tracking a mysterious story out of Texas. A 10-year-old boy was taken from his school bus by uniformed officers and returned to his father.  It was all caught on tape. We’ll show you the video.  At the time, court officials believed the father should have custody. But now a warrant has been issued for the father, who’s accused of using incomplete Mexican court documents to get his son.

Ever since the tense moment on that school bus last month, the boy and his father haven’t been seen. Tonight, you’ll hear from the boy’s mother who wants her son returned.

Tonight we’re following the investigation into James Arthur Ray, the self-help guru whose sweat lodge program led to the deaths of three people two months ago. One of Ray’s former employees is speaking out and it appears that she could be one of the prosecution’s star witnesses. She was at the sweat lodge event where the three people died from heat stroke. She describes a tumultuous scene as people passed out and became ill. While she performed CPR, she says Ray was indifferent, did nothing to help and rode off in a golf cart. And she tells us other stories that leave many questions unanswered about Ray’s actions. Don’t miss Gary Tuchman’s report tonight.

And speaking of climate change, the debate between Sarah Palin and California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is heating up. Palin has questioned whether human activity contributes to climate change and wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post last week blasting the cap and trade policy promoted by the Obama administration to limit emissions. Schwarzenegger questioned her stance on the topic and asked what she was “trying to accomplish.” Palin blasted back at the governor on her Facebook page. We’ll have the latest on the tête-à-tête tonight.

General Petraeus is in Afghanistan where he says he believes some foreign fighters have returned to Afghanistan from Pakistan due to the fighting there. He says is watching to ensure that the Afghan side of the border region doesn’t become a safe haven for insurgents. Meanwhile, according to reports this morning, in addition to the 30,000 troops that will deploy to Afghanistan, more than 55,000 contractors will also be sent to the region. Who are the contractors and what will they be doing? How much does it cost to keep them there?

And Ben Bernanke was named TIME Person of the Year this morning. The American economist and the current Chairman of the United States Federal Reserve was nominated by President Obama to a second term in August. What do you think of the choice?

President Obama is urging America’s bailed out banks to step up and help restore the economy. He met with bank executives at the White House today and urged them to provide more loans to small-business owners.

“My main message in today’s meeting was simple: America’s banks received extraordinary assistance from American taxpayers to rebuild their industry. And now that they are back on their feet, we expect an extraordinary commitment from them to help rebuild our economy,” Obama said.

That comment was a lot more muted than what the president said last night on CBS’ 60 Minutes when he blasted the banking industry. “I did not run for office to be helping out a bunch of, you know, fat-cat bankers on Wall Street,” Obama said last night.

Tonight on 360°, we’re tracking the dollars and keeping them honest. Are bankers doing enough to revive the U.S. economy? Or are they looking only for only their bottom-line? Share your thoughts below.

Here’s a cash reality check: Since last year, more than $450 billion bailout dollars — your tax dollars — have been given to banks. Over the same time period, banks have slashed lending to businesses by about 15 percent. CNN Money estimates JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs alone will give nearly $30 billion in bonuses. Plus, America’s banks have spent more than $36 million lobbying against financial reform this year.

“I should note that around the table all the financial industry executives said they supported financial regulatory reform, ” Obama said today. “The problem is there’s a big gap between what I’m hearing at the White House and the activities of lobbyists on behalf of these institutions or associations of which they’re a member up on Capitol Hill,” he added.

After today’s White House meeting only three of the ten bankers in attendance talked to the media. One of them was Richard Davis, CEO of US Bancorp who agreed there is a “disconnect” between what bankers are saying and what the lobbyists are doing on Capitol Hill. “We’re going to do a better job,” he said.

Davis also addressed the concern that banks aren’t doing enough lending.

“You don’t want us to make loans that are not strong and well suited for the consumer or the small business. President Obama meets with bank leaders today to encourage them to do more for the economy, such as boosting small-business lending. The CEOs of 12 banks are expected to attend, including the heads of American Express, Bank of America and Citigroup (the latter, by the way, became the last big Wall Street bank to return bailout funds to the government today). Why aren’t banks making small loans? Will Obama’s pressure make a difference?

During his meeting with the Wall Street types, the President is expected to remind them of the intentions of the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) — to buttress the economy and – essentially – save their shirts. The high bonuses and the lack of lending have led to what Obama has called a “frustrated” American public.

Over the weekend, Sen. Joseph Lieberman signaled he would oppose a health care bill that includes a proposal to expand Medicare to people as young as 55. Lieberman told Sen. Majority Leader Harry Reid that he would vote against the proposal and he would also oppose cloture and work with the GOP if ends up in the final version of the bill. This is a blow to Democrats who were hoping for Lieberman’s vote to pass the bill. So what will this mean for the Senate version of the health care bill? And what prompted Lieberman to voice his opposition?

We’re also following the investigation into James Arthur Ray, the self-help guru whose sweat lodge program led to the deaths of three people two months ago. One of Ray’s former employees is speaking out and it appears that she could be one of the prosecution’s star witnesses. She was at the sweat lodge event where the three people died from heat stroke. She describes a tumultuous scene as people passed out and became ill. While she performed CPR, she says Ray indifferent, did nothing to help and rode off in a golf cart. And she tells us other stories that leave many questions unanswered about Ray’s actions. Don’t miss Gary Tuchman’s report tonight.

We also learned today that Iran will put on trial the three U.S. hikers facing espionage charges. The young American college students have been jailed for more than four months after allegedly entering Iran illegally. Their families say they were hiking and crossed the border unintentionally. 7. Keterangan singkat para terdakwa & hubungannya dg Letkol Bobby Meidianto & kesalahan mereka [sebenarnya termuat di facebook.com/mask.rider1 bila belum terhapus setelah mereka hack]. Kami tuliskan beberapa dulu :

• Presiden H. SBY: Adalah termasuk keluarga besar Aroeng Binang I , sama seperti Letkol Bobby Meidianto. Kenal di tahun 2000, di Makam Aroeng Binang  di Kebumen. Saat itu memberikan kartu nama palsu dg tulisan Departemen Pertanahan. Namun nomor telepon {Hape} asli. Letkol Bobby sudah berulangkali memberikan info melalui e-mail addressnya langsung juga sms ke Nomor Hapenya. Persaudaraan & kekerabatannya di putus th. 2008 lalu setelah Letkol Bobby kecewa soal Meutya Hafid. Diketahui menyerang Letkol Bobby berulangkali dg ilmu gaib, & juga tidur menginap di rumah Meutya Hafid adi bulan Januari 2008 lalu itu saat Letkol Bobby di usir dari Rumah Meutya Hafid. Termasuk orang yg tercantum dlm foto ADEGAN SEX MEUTYA HAFID. Letkol Bobby Memutus Hubungan kekerabatan After Februari 2008.
• Hj. Any Yudhoyono: Ini adalah profile seorang wanita Lonte, begitu banyak juga info mengenai ia jadi perempuan murahan demi karir suaminya.  Di tengarai ialah yg juga mengetahui & menerima sebagian faxs & e-mail dari Kopral Indonesia & Letkol. Bobby Meidianto.
• Aulia Pohan : Tahu2 begitu mengetahui Letkol Bobby Mau melamar Meutya Hafid, lantas memberikan ancaman agar Letkol Bobby mundur dg tuduhan akan membuat MAKAR. Apa urusannya ?
• Surya Paloh: Ia juga demikian di bulan Januari 2008 itu, malah mengatakan akan mengkaryakan Meutya Hafid untuk hal2 negatif demi karir politiknya & malah Januari 2009 mentertawakan Letkol Bobby setelah Letkol Bobby batal meledakkan Nuklir Serpong, padahal ia belum tahu saat itu bukan Nuklir Serpong yg di ledakkan namun Depo Pertamina di Jakpus & Bekasi. Ia gunakan juga paranormal untuk melakukan kontak batin kpd Letkol Bobby.  Tahun 1996 termasuk dlm arsip BIN sebagai orang yg seharusnya DIBUNUH oleh DEN HARIN sehubungan dg GPK ACEH.  Dan di ketahui memiliki hubungan Selingkuh dg beberapa istri Pejabat DPR MPR RI & Kementrian th. 1994-1998 & 2000-2006.
• H. Wiranto : Sama sepeti SBY soal hubungan kekerabatan dg Letkol Bobby, dan sebenarnya Letkol Boby bermaksud mengundangnya pula ke Pernikahan  Letkol Bobby  dg Meutya Hafid, namun koq rupanya akan ia “makan sendiri” Meutya Hafid yg lalu sudah menikah Siri dg Letkol Bobby dengan alasan untuk Putranya.
• Hj. Uga Wiranto: Wanita lonte yg sudah terkenal di kalangan TNI sebagai lonte yg suka menyodorkan dirinya kpd atasan2 Wiranto demi karir suaminya. Ia inginkan Letkol Bobby mundur & batal jadi suami Meutya Hafid & akan ia calonkan Meuya Hafid dg Putranya, namun ga tahu kalau Suaminya Lonte laki yg sarap juga doyan makan pagar ayu & mau juga makan istri saudaranya.
• H.Agus Harimurti: Belagak sakti pakai ilmu kontak batin pas lagi jimak dg Annisah Pohan, mengambil Sukma Letkol Bobby. Yg lagi main sex dia apa Letkol Bobby Meidianto? & Anaknya itu AHIMSA , anak nya dia apa anaknya Letkol Bobby? Juga menteror dg kirim foto2 dia lagi main sex dg Annisah Pohan. Pernah dimaki-maki Letkol Bobby di Pasar Kembang Solo th.2005-2006 karena kurang ajar kpd Letkol Bobby.
• Agus Isrok Mikroj: Sang Kapten Inf. Pen gedar Narkoba anak Subagyo HS, yg pernah atau memang masih jadi pacar Meutya Hafid.  Baru di ketahui Letkol Bobby, Januari 2008 sebelum Letkol Bobby Ke Jakarta.
• Edhie Baskoro: Juga pamer ilmu gaib / kontak batin berulangkali & punya banyak dukun yg ia suruh mengganggu Letkol Bobby, belum lagi nyuruhin orang2 untuk menteror Letkol Bobby.
• H. Budianto: Adalah Kameramen Metro TV yg juga ikut di sandera di Irak 2005 lalu. Memukul Letkol Bobby dg ilmu gaib Desember 2007 sebelum Letkol Bobby ke Jakarta Januari 2008. Air SUSU di balas dg air Tuba.
• Budi Putra: Presidential Staff & juga Blogger. Tidak di kenal oleh Letkol Bobby. Tapi juga lancarkan teror serupa dg ilmu kebatinan & fitnahin Letkol Bobby di hadapan orang lain.
• Wimar Witoelar: Pimpinan ANTV, juga manatan jubir GusDur, & mungkin sekarang masih jadi jubir untuk SBY. Bersama Situmorang Berulangkali menghacking situs2 milik Letkol Bobby & Kopral Indonesia, & mendustai Meutya Hafid soal Letkol Bobby. Di sinyalir kuat dialah yg mensortir sebagian surat2 dari Kopral Indonesia & Letkol Bobby kpd Presiden RI GusDur & SBY di saat lalu.
• Subagyo HS: Mantan KSAD, Koruptor yg KEBAL HUKUM sekarang mendukung Hanura, tidak di kenal Letkol Bobby, namun juga menteror dg berbagai cara. Beberapa orang yg bentrok secara fisik vs Letkol Bobby di SOLO, adalah kawan2 anaknya & suruhannya.
• Hendro Priyono: Mantan Kepala BIN, Anjingnya Megawati & Taufik Kiemas, mata keranjang, Dikenal etkol. Bobby Meidianto, hingga ketika Letkol Bobby ingat soal Hendro Priyono, ia tanda tanya apakah Avian Tumengkol ada hubungan keluarga dg Hendro Priyono. Sekarang mendukung Hanura. Taktik & strateginya tak bisa di remehkan terbukti kesuksesannya menggulingkan Presiden Soeharto, dg melawankan Rakyat & mengorbankan ribuan WNI.
• Hj. Megawati: Wanita Lonthe inilah yg di sanjung2 & di sembah2 oleh antek2nya di PDI Perjuangan. Kelihatannya Pendiam namun ambisinya lebih besar daripada Gunung.  Hasil kesuksesannya jadi Ratu di PDI Perjuangan & sebagai Hajjah BESERTA MANTAN ANTEK2NYA TERMASUK SBY adalah: BERHASIL MENDIDIK SEBAGIAN MASYARAKAT INDONESIA MENJADI ORANG2 YANG SIRIK HATI, PENDENGKI, & PERUSAK, SERTA MENDEWAKAN HAL2 YG MERUSAK AKHLAK & MORAL BANGSA [JUDI, MABOK2AN, NARKOBA, PELACURAN, HOMOSEK, KRIMINAL], SERTA menteror Letkol Bobby.
• H. Taufik Kiemas: TUMBU OLEH TUTUP DG MEGAWATI. KOTBAHNYA DLM BUKUNYA YG IA SEBAR LUASKAN TTG POLITIK & PD PERJUANGAN CUMA OMONG KOSONG, PADA KENYATAANNYA IA JUGA INGIN MEMILIKI & MAU JUGAMENZINAI MEUTYA HAFID YG SUDAH JADI ISTRI LETKOL. BOBBY.
• Jendral ERWIN Ipar SBY: Adalah orang hitam gemuk dg perut besar dan berambut agak keriting dlm foto yang juga sedang beradegan sex dg Meutya Hafid. Diambil dlm Pose yg tidak mungkin bisa dilakukan dg TRIK FILMS.
• Jendral Pramono, Ipar SBY: Kurang jelas apakah Letkol Bobby dapatkan juga foto2nya sedang adegan ranjang dg Meutya Hafid, namun yang jelas ia baku hantam vs Letkol Bobby dg ilmunya, karena mengeluarkan kesaktian Pusakanya bersama SBY, hingga membuat Solo dihantam Badai beberpa hari sebelum Bendungan Situgintung Jebol dihantam Letkol Bobby Meidianto.
• Jendral KPH. ROESDIHARJO, Jendral Da’I Bachtiar, & JENDRAL SUTANTO:  Ketiga Mantan Kapolri ini sudah berulangkali dapat surat2nya letkol Bobby melalui e-mail & faxs : kapolri@polri.go.id, & e-mail KBRI Malaysia, sejak tahun 2000, namun koq malah menyembunyikan fakta tentang letkol Bobby. Apalagi Jendral Soetanto yang juga masuk dalam foto2 yang beradegan sex dg Meutya Hafid. Kecurangannya pun juga diketahui sejak bulan Mei 2008 lalu itu mengenai Meutya Hafid , bahwa ia menghubungi Meutya Hafid di bulan Januari itu namun tidak menghubungi Letkol Bobby Meidianto.
• Guruh & Guntur Soekarno: Dulu antara tahun 1996-2000 kira2, Saat itu Panji putranya Letkol Bobby Masih Sekolah di SD 15 Mangkubumen Solo. Saat itu oleh permohonan Letkol Bobby kepada Yayasan GNOTA, Panji & kawan2nya yang kurang mampu dpt bantuan social. Tak dinyana istri Guruh Soekarno lalu ikutan membantu, namun tanpa di ketahui Letkol Boby. Buruknya Letkol Bobby di buruk2in banyak orang tanpa tahu sebabnya. Setelah diselidiki ternyata hal tsb diatas. Akhirnya Bu Guruh tsb yang kediamannya dekat Resto Diamond Solo di datangi Letkol Bobby yang ingin tahu koq ia di perlakukan begitu. Namun tanpa dinyana, malah yang menemui Letkol Bobby yang datang sebagai Sopir Becak dg membawa becaknya, saat itu adalah Kanjeng Sri Sultan HB X, hingga Letkol Bobby batal marah2, dan juga Letkol Bobby di beri uang oleh Kanjeng Sri Sultan HB X uang sebesar Rp. 20.000,-. Saat itu dianggap Letkol Bobby sduah selesai, namun ibunya Pani sampai sekarang selalu memusuhi dirinya dan hal ini diyakini punya hubungan erat selain oleh ulah keluarga OZY HASAN  [bila ia itu OZY HASAN TUMENGKOL] yang juga punya anak kawan sekolahnya Panji Ardhanarespati, putranya Letkol Bobby itu.
• Avian Tumengkol [ Rozy Hasan Tumengkol  Sudah banyak di tulis di website ini. Ia dan teman2nya ketahuan setelah menteror Letkol Bobby sejak bulan Mei 2008.
• OC. Kaligis: Pamer Ilmu Kesaktian, Awalnya tidak di ketahui keterlibatannya. Namun termasuk orang yg sejak th. 2000 sering dikirimi artikel ttg Letkol Bobby dg aktifitasnya, melalui internet.  Baru diketahui setelah pamer ilmu.  Sehabis main sex dg Meutya Hafid entah di hotel mana Januari 2008 sebelum Letkol Bobby ke Jakarta Lagi.  Waktu itu Letkol Bobby baru menyadari kalau ia [OC] berada di depan cermin.  Namun koq pernah terlihat berbicara akrab dg Keluarga SBY, dan Mendatangi  Aulia Pohan di SEL.  Akhirnya setelah Letkol Bobby Meminta kawan2 menunjukkan foto2 para tersangka yg di curigai, begitulah, terkumpul dlm weblog ini semua.

Tiger Woods is taking an “indefinite break” from golf. He posted this announcement on this web site tonight:

“I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children. I want to say again to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask forgiveness. It may not be possible to repair the damage I’ve done, but I want to do my best to try.

I would like to ask everyone, including my fans, the good people at my foundation, business partners, the PGA Tour, and my fellow competitors, for their understanding. What’s most important now is that my family has the time, privacy, and safe haven we will need for personal healing.

After much soul searching, I have decided to take an indefinite break from professional golf. I need to focus my attention on being a better husband, father, and person.

Again, I ask for privacy for my family and I am especially grateful for all those who have offered compassion and concern during this difficult period.”

The announcement comes two weeks after a car accident led to the shocking fall from grace for the world’s No. 1 golfer, which included allegations of numerous extramarital affairs.

After the crash, Woods apologized for “transgressions” that “let his family down.” Those comments came just as the magazine US Weekly published a report alleging Woods had an affair with a cocktail waitress.

Woods and his wife, Elin, have been married five years and have two children.

Tonight, we’ll have the all the angles on Woods’ decision. Could his break from the sport impact his endorsements?

We have put together a panel of sports journalists to weigh in on Woods’ annoucement.

One of them is Christine Brennan, of USA Today, who wrote this about the golf star, “What Tiger Woods has caused to happen to himself and his image over the past two weeks is the sports world’s most remarkable fall from grace, ever. No athlete has ever held a perch so high in our culture – right up there with President and Mrs. Obama, and Oprah – and fallen so far so fast.”

A jackhammer discovered inside the tunnel.

If you saw AC360° last night, you saw Anderson’s live report from an underground tunnel that was discovered under the border between Tijuana, Mexico and San Diego, Calif.

The tunnel – complete with an elevator shaft, electricity and pipes – is approximately 900 feet long and nearly 100 feet deep. Tonight, Anderson explains exactly how this tunnel was built. Law enforcement agents estimate that it had been under construction for almost three years and thirteen people were arrested when it was uncovered.

Who else was behind the construction of this illegal route? Investigation into potential involvement by drug cartels is ongoing. Jackhammers, cigarette lighters and pages torn from magazines still litter the ground in the most elaborate tunnel authorities say they’ve found in the ongoing attempt to curb drug smuggling and violence along the U.S. border with Mexico.

And we have a special investigation tonight. They are called the Toronto 18 – a group of homegrown terrorists that were planning to create their own, Canadian version, of 9/11. The plot, frightening, the date: September 11th, 2006. It would have been a five year “celebration” of the attack on the World Trade Towers and it would have most likely killed thousands. Only now are we learning the full details of plot, how close it came to happening, and the surprising turn of events that has placed many of these would-be terrorists right back on the streets. Drew Griffin investigates tonight.

We’ll also bring you the latest political news. President Obama returns to the White House today after accepting the Nobel Peace Prize. But what awaits him at home isn’t the most welcoming of news– recent poll numbers show that 48 percent of Americans approve of the job he is doing as President. That’s a drop from 7 percentage points from a survey last month. Fifty percent said they do not approve. Meanwhile, just 11 months before the mid-term elections, polls indicate that the public is divided over whether the country would be better off with Democrats or Republicans controlling Congress.

Tonight on 360°, a look at the frightening moments for those aboard an American Airlines flight that overshot a runway and stopped just feet from the Caribbean Sea.

Randi Kaye reports on the accident in Jamaica. The video and photos from the accident scene are remarkable. They show the plane broken in several places. Amazingly, no one was killed.

We’re also following the latest developments in the health care fight on Capitol Hill. A vote on the Senate version is expected at 7 a.m. ET.

I interviewed Christmas Rocks! actress Catherine O’Brien as a part of my internship at the Confederation Centre in Charlottetown. The interview was featured in the December 2009 issue of The Buzz:

Christmas Rocks!: Catherine O’Brien becomes Mrs. Claus

Charlottetown actress Catherine O’Brien will be playing Mrs. Claus and several other characters in the Confederation Centre’s new production, Christmas Rocks!

O’Brien has appeared in many Charlottetown Festival shows such as Anne of Green Gables—The Musical™, The British Invasion, Canada Rocks! and Disco Cirque.

All cast members will be playing several characters during the course of the show, O’Brien said, adding that she loves writer/director Wade Lynch’s style and is looking forward to working with him again. “He loves to play and explore. He’s very easygoing, but he knows what he wants and goes after it.”

O’Brien has worked with several members of the cast before, including Joey Kitson, Shawna van Omme, Andrew McAllister and Stephanie Cadman, and is excited to work with those she hasn’t, like Frank MacKay and Lisa Lennox. “I’ve heard Frank, and he’s got a gorgeous voice.”

Audience members can expect classic Christmas songs like “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” and the 1958 rockabilly tune “Run, Run Rudolph.” “All the girls are singing Make It Christmas Day by Jann Arden,” O’Brien said. “I like hearing new artists do different versions of some of the older songs. I do like this Jann Arden tune. It’s her song and it’s quite beautiful.”

O’Brien expects the show to be nothing less than stellar. Many of the songs included in the production are group pieces, she said. “They’re really utilizing the voices. There are a lot of really strong singers in this show. They’re putting a lot of good music in.”

“Knowing the people that are involved, it’s going to be great. It’s going to be great fun for us to do and I think it’s going to be great fun for the audience,” she said. “We throw in some rock music, there’s some great dancing, there’s some comedy. It’s all very uplifting and fun. There’s some beautiful music. There’s something for everyone.”

It could be a brutal weekend from Virginia to all points north. A storm may dump close to two feet of snow in some places, along with blizzard conditions. Virginia’s governor has declared a state of emergency, where it’s already snowing in the western part of the state. He and officials in other locations, all along the east coast, are urging people to stay home. Of course, that’s not what retailers want on this last weekend before Christmas.

Tonight on 360°, we’ll check in with CNN Meteorologist Chad Myers, who calls this a “monster storm”. Depending on where the storm tracks, residents may see no snowfall or 20 inches, Meyers said, pointing out there could be only a 50 or 60-mile difference between the two parameters.

We also have the raw politics of Pres. Obama’s climate change deal with China, South Africa and Brazil. Mr. Obama announced the “meaningful and unprecedented” agreement when leaving the U.N. conference in Copenhagen, Denmark.

“We agreed to list our national actions and commitments, to provide information on the implementation of these actions through national communications with international consultations and analysis under clearly defined guidelines. We agreed to set a mitigation target to limit warming to no more than 2 degrees celsius, and importantly to take action to meet this objective consistent with science. Taken together these actions will help us to lead our responsibilities to leave our children and grandchildren a safer planet, ” Pres. Obama said.

Also tonight, we’ll tell you the story of Shadow the dog. Shadow was deeply loved and lost, shot to death when he strayed into a yard. His owners have filed a civil suit against the Vermont man who pulled the trigger, claiming emotional distress and loss of companionship. They say they should get more than just the money that covered what they paid to adopt him, the veterinary bill linked to the shooting and the cost of his cremation. They say Shadow was more than property, he was family.

The lawyer for the man who shot Shadow told the Associated Press his client “has always regretted that it happened.” His client pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty. He was given a year of probation and ordered to pay $4,000 restitution to Shadow’s owners and perform 100 hours of community service.

The case is now in the hands of Vermont’s highest court. We’ll talk about the possible legal precedent it could set with our legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin and Lisa Bloom.
