I think you’re going to like it–especially if you’re into music! It’s a new game–but I don’t want to give away too much, but I was able to get some concept art from the team. Here it is. It’s amazing what can change in a day! Since my last post (yesterday!) the team uncovered a couple major bugs with the new features that will take a few days to fix. While the team hoped to launch the features today, the plan is to have everything fixed and ready to launch by early next week. 
CPIP has been a pretty big project for everyone and it all started in March with the Server Test that many of you were a part of! And it’s not over yet. Your patience and excitement about this project has been a huge help and continues to be the closer we get to completing it!
I will keep you updated with news about how the testing is going as soon as I know more. For now, the team is aiming to be ready early next week.

I just received a pretty major update. They found a few new bugs today that are going to take a couple days to fix!

The team is ready to launch the new features we’ve been talking about. They are in the last stages of testing and plan to launch later this week! You’ll be the first to know as soon as I hear the exact day! 

 

When the features launch your help will be needed to login to Club Penguin, try everything out and, of course, to tell us what you think. If you find anything that’s not working, be sure to let us know.  

Here’s a summary of the features we’ve been talking about and what will be launched:   

  • New server selection (recommended servers and buddies easier to find)
  • Igloo background!
  • Penguin Mail (sending and receiving postcards improved)
