I remember seeing this dress for the first time.  Charlize was the first, in a long time, to channel the old hollywood glamour and it was a huge and memorable hit.

Ahhh, the power of a female back.  This amazing Guy Laroche midnight blue gown looks demure from the front, but the back speaks sexy.  This was by far the first time Hilary Swank looked like a real woman.

Em declaração ao site Sci-Fi Wire, o diretor Peter Berg (“Bem Vindo à Selva”) revelou algumas de suas idéias para “Hancock 2“, sequência do longa de 2008 que trouxe Will Smith (“Sete Vidas”) como super-herói.

Segundo o diretor, o novo roteiro deve explorar a mitologia apresentada no primeiro filme, envolvendo os personagens de Smith e de Charlize Theron (“Aeon Flux”). ”Deve existir algum ser como eles lá fora, eles são únicos na sua composição, mas pode ser que haja um terceiro”, disse o diretor.

Berg destacou também que o personagem Ray Embry (Jason Bateman, de “Juno”) irá ganhar mais espaço no novo longa. Ele ainda diz que a Columbia Pictures iria adorar começar a sequência assim que possível, mas que ele não tem pressa. “Eles querem fazer isso rápido, mas Will está ocupado, eu estou muito ocupado. Estamos entusiasmados pelo projeto, mas nós queremos o script certo para fazer o filme certo”, contou.

“Hancock” arrecadou US$ 625 milhões, tendo custado US$ 150 milhões, o que deu sinal verde para que fosse produzida uma segunda parte.

Charlize Theron was reportedly very sick after being admitted to hospital with a mystery and serious virus.

The Oscar-winning actress spent four nights in a Los Angeles hospital last week after contracting a painful stomach virus, reported the National Enquirer.

The Monster star is alleged to have suffered severe abdominal pains, which she attributed to food poisoning.

But when the sharp stomach pangs failed to go away, her boyfriend Stuart Townsend took her to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre to seek treatment.

According to the National Enquirer, doctors ran a series of tests and diagnosed Theron with a serious virus, thought to have been contracted during her travels overseas.

I think the most disturbing part of this news is that in the middle of the story; FOX NEWS actually has a link that you can click for ‘hot pics’ of Charlize Theron.  That’s a little tasteless.  There is nothing sexy about piercing abdominal pains and gas.  Nothing.

Here’s hoping this whole ’story’ isn’t another scam from the http://www.fakeawish.com people.  I don’t think my pride could stand it if they got me twice in one week.

Not many people have heard of the two brother group from St. Thomas known as Rock City, but soon many people will.  Theron and Tim Thomas came up in the streets of St. Thomas, also known as Rocky City.  They had to work hard and stay out of trouble to try to make it far in life.  Although Reggae was the primary genre where they lived, their parents listened to Hip-Hop.  This inspired the two to make their own genre, combining the two.

After performing at shows, Rock City started to grow around St. Thomas and came to the U.S.  to spread their music.  Theron and Tim hit the streets of Miami and Atlanta, and began writing songs for huge stars such as Usher, Busta Rhymes, Eve, and Nicole Scherzinger.  In a recent freestyle with Chris Brown to Drake’s “Ransom”, they rap “Whatever’s your favorite song, most likely we wrote it.”

After releasing “Losin’ It” last summer, people across the states started to reckognize Rock City.  On July 4th, they released their new mixtape “PTFAO”.  Usually when I download a mixtape, I delete a few songs, but I kept every song from this mixtape.  They’re flow is smooth and perfect for the summer time.  They rap in a few songs, like their “Ransom” freestyle, or sing about where they came from to where they are now.  The two make songs that are different from the same old rap songs you hear now-a-days.

If you hear a song that says “Right About Now” at the beginning in a Caribbean accent, it’s a Rock City’s hit.

Hollywood Actress CharlizeTheron was the only child and grew up on a farm outside Johannesburg in south Africa. On June 21, 1991, the 15-year-old Charlize witnessed her mother Gerda shooting her drunken father in self defence.

Charlize had witnessed the event but had not spoken about it in public before. “Everything changed for me the day my father died. Years ago I used to cover it all up and say he died in a car accident. I have now come to terms with it and have been able to move on. This was so long ago in my life and my life, my emotions and the pain are not stuck in this one event.”

Speaking about her mother, that “The greatest gift mum gave me was the encouragement to be individual and find my passion. I watched her put on her high heels and power suit to go into a business meeting with eight guys and she was running the show. My mother inspired me. When you think of that quintessential woman you want to be one day, she’s that for me.”
