Now, which fool is committing a crime for Lil’ Wayne’s skater apparel? Is this really what “grown” men want to wear for the summer?

The new trend seems to be dressing like your still in H.S. When your really in your 30′s or 40′s. I can remember being a teenager and wanting to look more mature for my age. But that was in the 80′s and 90′s. Youth seems to dominate everything that we do, lately. My question is. whose taking these grown-ass men seriously? Is dressing like a color blind skater, really the future?

I’m sure Trukfit will sell, since whatever Mister Carter wears, everyone from the hood/suburbs will cop.

1. Omari Hardwick/Actor: On the movie set/before & after they yell cut! The hotel/backseat of the limousine. On the beach/on the patio.

2. Pharrell Williams/Producer/Musician: Before & after he makes the hits! In the studio/in the Bentley/all over the house/in the hot tub. I’ll NEPTUNE his ass for sure.

3. Matt Barnes/Basketball player: I’ll pass on that one. His face looks like an old leather handbag.

4. Vinny Graham/Model: On & off the runway. In the dressing room/hotel elevator/shower/patio. I’ll pose all over that!

Ok, so her other son, who was (12) died two years ago. He was struck by a motorist, so the (10) year old wanted a tattoo to remember his slain brother.

Chuntera Napier said, that “It made me feel good to know to know that he wanted his brother on him.”

Chantera was arrested Tuesday and spent that day and Wednesday morning in jail. In addition to the child cruelty count, she was charged with being a party to a crime. She has since been released to await a March court hearing.

There are more than a half-dozen hot spots for men and women, including the eco-friendly nightclub Jam (JamSLC.com), though the sustainable bamboo flooring is perhaps less of a draw than the packed dance floor. The Coffee Garden (878 South 900 East) is a gathering spot for those looking for a caffeine fix, the Sundance Film Festival brings LGBT film buffs to screenings downtown, and lesbian-owned Meditrina (MeditrinaSLC.com) is a true wine bar — yes, you can get a drink in this town.

2. Orlando, Fla.

Besides hosting Gay Days at Disney World, where 50,000 LGBT folks and their kids dressed in red T-shirts invade the theme park the first Saturday in June (and spend $100 million in town), Orlando has more gay softball teams than you can shake a Louisville Slugger at. And residents just got domestic-partnership protections. For non-Mickeyphiles, there’s oodles of homo content each year at the annual Orlando International Fringe Theater Festival

3. Cambridge, Mass.

The home of Harvard University likes a smarty-pants, including the nation’s first African-American lesbian mayor, E. Denise Simmons. Though her reign ended in 2009, she is currently in her sixth term on the City Council, which enacted antidiscrimination protections for transgender people in 1997. The town’s Paradise bar (ParadiseCambridge.com) is billed as New England’s only gay club with hot male dancers six nights a week — hey, everyone needs a night off — and the town is right next to a little hamlet named Boston, where allegedly LGBT stuff sometimes happens too.

4. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Booting spring breakers from its shores may have not boosted Jagermeister sales, but it sure has classed up the joint. Add to that a mass exodus from Miami, where a real estate boom priced out many gay clubs (then the boom busted), and you have the recipe for a rising homo mecca in South Florida. The area is teeming with gay bars and restaurants, and a ton of guesthouses and spas that run the gamut from mild to spicy. Lesbians are finally starting to move to Fort Lauderdale too, though most girl bars, like New Moon (NewMoonBar.com), are in nearby Wilton Manors.

5. Seattle

When Forbes named Seattle the most miserable sports city in the nation, many of us felt a twinge of empathy. No matter; there’s heaps of other stuff to keep us busy, including tons of locavore and cosmopolitan cuisine, funky bars in a robust LGBT scene, Dan Savage, and hookups — or at least the search for them. TheStir.com noted that Seattle ranks among the top cities for residents who list “casual sex” as the type of relationship they’re seeking.

6. Ann Arbor, Mich.

You don’t have to be big to have it going on, as this sixth largest city in Michigan does. The area has one of the few clubs in Michigan catering to dykes: Stiletto’s (technically in nearby Inkster) draws in every lesbian in Detroit. But talk about a taste for drama! Just ask U. of M.’s first out student body prez, Chris Armstrong, the target of a smear campaign by nutso assistant attorney general Andrew Shirvell. We raised a glass at Aut Bar (AutBar.com) when the kook got the boot.

7. St. Paul and Minneapolis

It’s technically two cities, but oh, what fun there is to be had here. The region is a draw for upper Midwestern LGBTs, and Minneapolis (pictured) topped this list in 2011 for so many reasons. These two cities can’t get enough of each other: There’s the Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus (TCGMC.org), Twin Cities Pride (the 40th annual is June 23-24), and even Quorum: The Twin Cities GLBT and Allied Business Community. Sheesh, just get domestic-partnered already!

8. Knoxville, Tenn.

The state’s legislature has been an unmitigated disaster for our rights, making a law to prevent cities from adopting LGBT-inclusive antidiscrimination ordinances (although, happily, the ridiculous “don’t say ‘gay’” bill is dead for now). Nevertheless, Knoxville has defiantly produced a robust gay scene, including the University of Tennessee’s Commission for LGBT People; a welcoming spot for queer, trans, and other marginalized teens at Spectrum Café (SpectrumCafe.org); gay-affirming churches; and thriving nightlife.

9. Atlanta

Lesbian businesses thrive in East Atlanta, and gay clubs go off in Mechanicsville. People coming to Atlanta like to party, and the GayTL delivers with Black Gay Pride in September and Atlanta Pride in October, and the black gay clubs’ second-busiest weekend of the year surrounds the observance of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday in January. Holla!

10. Grand Rapids, Mich.

The heart of western Michigan LGBT life is in Grand Rapids, with dancing, drinking, and bingo at the Apartment (ApartmentLounge.net), which has been in operation for over three decades; karaoke at Diversions video bar (DiversionsNightclub.com), and drag shows and go-go boys at Rumors (RumorsNightclub.net). The city boasts one of the Midwest’s best LGBT country line-dancing scenes, with the Grand River Renegades (GrandRiverRenegades.com) offering anyone a dance card on Sundays at Rumors.

11. Little Rock, Ark.

The River Market District is the main gay area, and many businesses that don’t advertise as specifically LGBT are friendly and open. The compact city has Backstreet (1021 Jessie Rd.) and U.B.U. (TheAquarium.bizland.com) for the over-18 crowd, and those of legal drinking age can check out SixTen Center Street Bar, TraX, Miss Kitty’s/Saloon (all three at TraxNLR.com). But not all LGBT life happens in a bar: According to GayChurch.org, nine of the city’s churches advertise as LGBT-friendly. Amen!

12. Portland, Ore.

Bisexual Sleater-Kinney alum Carrie Brownstein has fun on Portlandia (“Put a bird on it!”) playing with the rep of the city’s hipster, hyper-locavore, hyper-literate, boycott-ready, feminist, fleece-clad denizens. But there’s other fun to be had here too. Visit the arty Pearl and Alberta districts; stay at the Ace Hotel; read at the country’s largest indie bookstore, Powell’s; drink at the Silverado (SilveradoPDX.com) and Red Cap Garage/Boxxes (Boxxes.com); tune in to Out Loud (KBOO.fm/OutLoud), and party at Crush (CrushBar.com), popular with men and women. Oh, then there’s all that nature stuff!

13. Austin

No amount of backwoodsiness from previous and current statehouse residents George W. Bush or Rick Perry can taint the cosmopolitan, countercultural, and friendly nature of this capital city. Bands, barhopping, and barbecue feature prominently here, for queers and others. The lesbian-owned Hotel San José (SanJoseHotel.com) is a minimalist oasis; no fewer than 16 bars offer libations for LGBTs; and Splash Days (au naturel sunbathing and parties over Labor Day), the Austin City Limits Music Festival (late September), and March’s South by Southwest (SXSW) film and music festival keep Austin suitably weird — and gay.

14. Long Beach, Calif.

How gay is Long Beach? Its pride celebration is one of the country’s biggest, and the Long Beach Pride float seems to make its way to every other Pride event within 500 miles! There are a ton of gay and lesbian bars, restaurants, a big boat suitably named the Queen Mary (QueenMary.com; it’s also haunted, and a hotel). The sunny, welcoming city provides a more relaxed alternative to nearby Los Angeles.

15. Denver

Denver is simultaneously outdoorsy and a rapidly growing metropolis, and its attitude is exceptionally laid-back and gay-friendly. (Screw the antigay zealots in nearby Colorado Springs.) A day spent skiing, fishing, hunting, or camping with the fit locals can lead to an evening dining, clubbing, or camping of another sort. Much of the sporting and social scene is devoted to the ladies of Denver; witness the Capitol Hill neighborhood, girl-watching at There Urban Whiskey Bar (ThereDenver.com), a nosh at Racine’s (RacinesRestaurant.com), and dancing at Charlie’s (CharliesDenver.com).

The singer and record producer, 40, was stopped at the same Sierra Blanca, Texas, checkpoint on Saturday where country singer Willie Nelson was arrested for marijuana possession in 2010, customs officials said.

Bill Brooks, a spokesman for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, said agents conducted a routine inspection of the rapper’s tour bus on at the U.S.- Mexico border checkpoint east of El Paso and thought they smelled marijuana.

“When our officers did a further inspection, they discovered a small amount of marijuana and turned him over to the Hudspeth County sheriff,” Brooks said.

A spokesman for the sheriff’s office said Snoop Dogg “freely admitted” the pot belonged to him. He said a dog found a prescription bottle containing rolled marijuana joints and two other containers with marijuana.

The rapper was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, released and given a January 20 court date, authorities said.

Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, has been arrested and convicted numerous times in the last 10 years for possession of drugs ranging from marijuana to cocaine, and weapons offenses.

In 2008, Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson collaborated on the song and music video “My Medicine,” a thinly veiled homage to marijuana. Both artists have made their appreciation of pot an important part of their public personas.

The rapper’s spokesman could not immediately be reached for comment.

Nick Cannon is on the mend after suffering a “mild kidney failure,” the 31-year-old’s wife Mariah Carey announced via Twitter Wednesday.

“We’re trying to be as festive as possible under the circumstances but please keep Nick in your thoughts because this is very painful,” she wrote on her official website, adding that doctors tried — and failed — to remove her from Cannon’s room.

“We’re doing OK but we’re stranded in Aspen,” Carey added. “I know, we could be in a lot worse places, but the truth is as long as we’re together, we’re OK.”

Vanessa Bryant’s mother told The Times several years ago that the couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement when they tied the knot in 2001. If true, that would entitle Vanessa to half of their community property.

Christopher C. Melcher, a Woodland Hills-based family law attorney, said a prenup with the Lakers star would have limited Vanessa Bryant’s rights for spousal support and some property rights.

“It could have saved half of his fortune,” he said.

Some estimates put Kobe Bryant’s net worth at $150 million. Legal experts said Vanessa Bryant will probably receive at least $75 million in addition to ongoing spousal and child support.

Last season, as the NBA’s highest-paid player, Kobe Bryant earned $24.8 million in salary, and his contract extension signed last year is worth $83.5 million. Forbes magazine estimates that with endorsement deals, Bryant last year earned $53 million before taxes and agent fees. In recent years, he has added Turkish Airlines and Mercedes-Benz to his portfolio of endorsements.

The fact the marriage lasted 10 years gives Vanessa Bryant several advantages under California divorce law. After passing the 10-year mark, attorney Dmitry Gorin said, a marriage is defined as a lengthy one, which means the spouse is allowed to maintain her standard of living after the split.

Gorin said Vanessa Bryant may be entitled to permanent spousal support and may even be part of Kobe Bryant’s retirement plans. She’ll probably get “more than enough for many lifetimes,” Gorin said.

In the petition filed Friday, Vanessa Bryant cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce. In what appears to be an effort to keep the details of their split out of the public eye, the couple said in a joint statement late Friday that they had “resolved all issues incident to their divorce privately.”

Kobe Bryant’s estranged wife, Vanessa didn’t get along with Khloe Kardashian during the time Lamar Odom played for the Los Angeles Lakers, or any of the other wives of the NBA champs either, reports would say.

Vanessa filed for divorce from her shooting guard hubby last Friday, after 10 and-a-half years of marriage, and the couple had no prenup.

Media reports surfaced that other NBA wives were keeping tabs on Kobe Bryant, and told Vanessa about his alleged infidelities, but our sources tell us that she wasn’t liked by the majority of the Lakers players’ spouses.

After Khloe Kardashian married Lamar Odom, who was playing for the Lakers, she went out of her way to try and get to know Vanessa because Kobe and her hubby are very close.

Reports are saying, that Vanessa was secretly jealous of K-Hole and Lamar’s marital bliss…

“Khloe truly tried to break through Vanessa’s icy exterior, with no success,” a team insider says. “Khloe has always been down to earth, and she became instantly very well liked by Lamar’s teammates and wives. Vanessa was extremely jealous of the loving and healthy marriage that Lamar and Khloe have. Khloe and Lamar had the Bryants over for dinner on multiple occasions, and it was always very tense because of Vanessa. Vanessa just thinks that she is better than everyone else.”

Although Kobe’s philandering will be the reason for the divorce in the court of public opinion, the “source” contends that Vanessa’s “holier-than-thou” attitude has a lot to do with it…

Odom, 32, was initially set to be traded to the New Orleans Hornets as part of a nixed exchange of players between the Lakers, Hornets and the Houston Rockets.
Right now, it’s unclear exactly why Odom was ousted from the Lakers — sports blogs speculate that managers may have wanted to “dump” his costly $17 million salary and/or create opportunities to recruit other star players to the team.

Odom — who had skipped Lakers practice before the Dallas deal was announced — has remained quiet about the news, but his wife Khloe Kardashian took to Twitter late to grapple with their impending move to Texas.
“‘For I know the plans I have for u,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans to prosper u and not to harm u, plans to give u hope and a future.’ Jeremiah,” she wrote philosophically.

But the reality star, 27, also fought back against theories that her own celebrity somehow inspired the trade. “I am curious as to how I am the cause for any trade? LOL Some people just say anything behind their computer screens.”

Tawanna just filed new docs in their bitter divorce battle — claiming ever since she filed for divorce in June, Allen stopped depositing money in their joint bank account … and then made several large cash withdrawals, including one for $20,000 … which he spent on diamond jewelry.

Tawanna claims the account was $23,000 in the red at the time she filed the court docs — and she’s been unable to pay the bills … or provide for their 5 kids.

According to Tawanna — who says she gave up her career to be a stay-at-home mom — Allen is worth over $20 million … and refuses to help her out simply out of spite.

Rappers have already gone from wearing genre-standard baggy pants to skinny jeans, so why shouldn’t they take it a step further and rock flower-print tights?

That’s what a 19-year-old Dallas MC, born Daryll Duane Phillips II, is doing. Having pioneered the “XY Movement” — a trend he hopes will have dudes dressing like ladies — the rising rapper, who goes by the name D Phill Good or DPhill Spanglishman, is turning heads with a gender-bending wardrobe of leggings and red lipstick.

Despite his fey fashion choices, D Phill insists he’s not gay. In fact, he’s got a girlfriend and she’s down with his glammed-out look.

“The only obstacles are in your mind,” DPhill said in a recent interview with Dallas’ CW 33. “I had to break down those barriers in my mind, to where I was confident enough to do it.”

While he admits that he was nervous the first time he left the house in his girly gear — a brave move for someone looking to make a name in the notoriously macho world of hip-hop — he said he’s not concerned with asserting his manliness.

“I believe I’m 40-percent female, basically because of my emotions,” he said. “I’m a very emotional person.”

“Everybody has a soft side,’ he added. “I embrace both sides.”
