So, after some time on the phone with a bulk herb supply company, the company rep and I agree that the bag of vervain I received from them is probably not Verbena officinalis but Verbena hastata, an American variety from the same family but with different medicinal properties (and magical properties, but he and I didn’t discuss that).

Given that I’m making a spagyric tincture, which involves a fair bit of work and supplies, I’m reluctant to complete the full operation: filtering the existing tincture to separate the original herb from the intincted alcohol, burning the residue to obtain the salt of the herb, recombining and cohobating the salt and the alcohol (niter) to make the spagyric… but, if the herb has some of its stated properties, I may go all out and finish the effort with this thing, partly for the learning and partly for the finished product.

So I have three questions, not necessarily related:

Is a Verbena hastata spagyric tincture actually useful for anything?

Is it worth going through the full spagyrics process? (or should I just decant the tincture now, toss the un-released salts in my compost pile and move on?)

Has anyone had personal experience with Verbena hastata as a nervine restorative, or any of its other alleged medicinal uses?

It wasn’t a drink for kids, no, I would drink root beer
or orange Nehi—orange tonic in the local dialect.
With you in the variety store, which was dark and cool when the summer
air was hot, and yellow from the factories, while you joked
with the owners and passersby, charming them with stories,

the cool drinks with sugar pacified my precocious
nervousness; sometimes you gave me a sip of Moxie—
a relic, a tonic of strange herbs like tobacco or weeds,
making me burp and think I might throw up—proving
I couldn’t like the grown-up drink I begged to taste.

No one answers my questions, why you courted a child
and married her finally; why she married someone she never
respected, and kept you a child; why your talents, as you worked
for the father you hated, turned to schemes that no one trusted;
why you swallowed the hatred spat at you;

who would confess changing you, handsome young man
at the drugstore corner, turning ugly and sick and friendless?
When I finally hit you, at 17, I saw how easily
I could kill you. I thought that life is shame and defeat,
bitter as taunting by bullies in the street, bitter as Moxie.

Now my own son cries because I am not there.
“Daddy, hold me. Daddy, I don’t want to die
because no one will play with me then.” Hold me, the night
is filled with your brutality. Hold me, my legs are not
enough to stand. Hold me, it is cold these nights. Hold me.

They tried to keep it alive with a new formula, sweet
and lighter, like other soft drinks. Mad Magazine took up
the word. I’ve found it only once in my travels; it’s gone
like the Shmoo, Sergeant Preston of the Yukon, and all
the undervalued wreckage of the past.

EN_

These last two days have been a little busy. I’ve been in the middle of trying to figure out the best way to open my business (what to do, what to sale, how to manage everything, which path should I take and so on) and doing a few freelancer projects. Yes, right now I’m unemployed (like the most of the young adults living in Portugal) which sucks so I’ve made a decision to not having my future in nobody’s hands but my own. I have to take the leap because there’s nothing to lose. I’m trying to stay busy and active everyday either by gathering information about the business i’m trying to do, get lots of inspiration or doing some graphic design projects. I also want to save some time this week or the next one to my next craft project (it will be focused on spring or/and Easter).

Here’s my my Graphic Design project for this week.

(Sorry for the “not so good” photos. It was already night time so this was taken with artificial light.)

I’m doing a mini-book for some friends of mine who own a bar. They’re having a Gin&Tonic special weekend and they ask me to do an information book about the history of some Gin’s and from what they’re made. So here are some color tests for the cover (so cover almost checked :D )

And that’s the graphic work for today. I will continue this work tomorrow, between gathering more information about the prospective business and a job interview (for a part-time job just to help with the daily expenses). I’ll keep you updated :)

Firstly before I unravel this tale on the pages before you I must say publicly that I had it coming

Firstly before I unravel this tale on the pages before you I must say publicly that I had it coming and it was my own fault.

I had decided to go to a student bar. Yes I know, what was I thinking. My motivation for such an action was to meet with friends who for some strange reason enjoyed spending time in a campus watering hole.

Upon arrival I was gobsmacked to find that the bar itself was in fact clean. Not only that but on my way in I was not attacked by an anti war campaigner and didn’t have to step over an environmentalist who had chained themselves to a tree. I was also amazed that they served drinks other then vodka and shots. I cursed myself for having such a judgemental outlook and decided that I was going to have a good time. How wrong I was.

I confidently strolled up to the bar and perused the alcohol selection. Rum, whisky wine, cider, lager, ale everything was there…everything but gin. I tensed, feeling myself begin to panic as I leaned over the bar to catch the barman’s eye.

“Barman” said I in a less then polite manner “ I require gin as a matter of urgency”

The barman looked at me, a puzzled expression on his face and replied “Gin…right I’ll have to go downstairs” and with that he disappeared down into what I assume was a cellar.

I couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t believe that there was a strong possibility I had paid £2.40 for a return bus fair to travel to a place that didn’t sell gin.

I was drafting a strongly worded letter to the queen on the back of an envelope outlining my most recent gin letdown when I heard the barman coming back up the stairs. Time slowed, I could hear my heart beat in my ears and a bead of sweat run down my forehead as the barman came back into view…

It was the biggest bottle of Gin I had ever seen, the kind that you know you can only buy in bulk from a cash and carry. As the barman hung it upside down on the wall next to the other inferior spirits he spoke over his shoulder “Sorry about that fella, not many students drink gin”

After I had ordered my usual and thrown money over the bar I sat down with my colleagues, and took off my coat looking forward to my first sip. I reached for my glass and instantly recoiled…

The bastard had forgotten to add lemon.

I was terrified. It was a wet March evening and I had been coerced into going to the seaside town of Morecambe (a place that is usually only viewed from a distance) to watch a Swing group (the music kind not married couples swapping car keys)

After packing a travel bag including my passport (I wasn’t sure if there was a border to keep people out) and a cashmere smoking jacket I set off for the bus stop with the intention of using public transport to reach my destination.

Upon boarding the first bus I had the usual problem, no bar, I felt cheated. A colleague of mine joined me and together we sat through a rough journey toward the darkness in the distance.

After 30 minutes we were at the venue. I was relieved to see that there was bar and after taking our seats I dashed over.

What happened next was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I ordered the usual, two double Gin and Tonics. The barmaid obliged and after making up the drinks presented me with the bill… £10.80.

My knees buckled, I lost my balance and had to prop myself up on the bar. After regaining my strength and calling my bank to authorise such a large payment I returned to my seat, gulping my gin hoping it would bring some colour back to my face.

The music was enjoyable, in that it was enjoyable compared to listening to a screaming cat. In the interval myself and my acquaintance left the building for a breath of fresh air and then it happened. In the distance we saw a bright yellow sign, a beacon of hope and sanctuary, Morrison’s.

We broke into a run sprinting over roads and hedges until we stopped in the alcohol section of the supermarket but only long enough to grab the essentials, cans of Gin (one must make do)

The second half of the show was glorious, big music with a big drink, maybe Morecambe wasn’t so bad…

It was exactly 22.31 on a cold February Friday. I was tucked up in bed with a hot cup of tea sitting next to me. I was grumpy because I had lost my slippers somewhere in a pile of empty Gin bottles and they could’t be found. As I pondered my latest trouble my phone vibrated marking the beginning of a perfectly, fantastically, okayish night.

She was French. To be precise she was very French, the kind of French person who speaks French which is always nice to see. This French person (to be called hereafter French Madam…not because she is a prostitute but because it sounds dramatic) text me…in French…and after some confusing exchanges I was out of bed, dressed and out of the door. I won’t tell you what those texts contained, but be assured, they were very, very, French.

French Madam was a guest of a friend of mine who was not only a little French but also South African. I thought this very exotic and wasn’t sure whether my home city could handle such a cultural orgy. In the end it turned out it could.

While waiting for French Madam to get ready I had Gin…with lemonade…it was vile.

40 minutes later we were in a cocktail bar after meeting an Italian (the plot thickens…). By this point it had been so long since I had had a Gin and Tonic I was shaking with withdrawal and everybody looked like giant bottles of Gordon’s.

The bar man recognised me and shook my hand which was either good customer service or a sign I drink too much. I ordered my usual which was served in what can only be described as a fishbowl, a big fishbowl full of Gin with a dash of tonic. After nearly passing out from the excitement of fishbowl Gin I picked it up with both hands and walked to our table.

It was so big, the glass was tall and thick and I wasn’t sure I could fit it all in my mouth.

My chosen company for the evening joined me and sat down, all drinking cocktails of whiskey or some other shameful excuse for alcohol. As I sipped my drink I mocked them in my mind, what fools to be drinking such inferior spirits, everyone knows there is only one drink that rules them all, one drink to end all other drinks…

The journey from Victoria to Euston was less then acceptable. I was sat next to a woman who’s breath smelt like the back end of a dog which was far from satisfactory. I took comfort in the fact that these people had to make this journey daily whereas I was a mere guest on their underground coffin of rudeness and BO.

Eventually I boarded my train home to the jolly North, a place where we have none of this underground travel malarkey, we walk and if we can’t walk we don’t bother. We also have biscuits…and bacon.

I managed to find a window seat with a table which was ideal as I like to gaze out at the passing environment. To my horror the onboard shop was closed. I initiated my emergency protocol and dived for my bag in the luggage rack above my head climbing over fellow passengers in the process. Ripping it open I reached inside and pulled out a 250ml can. I sat back and relaxed, disaster averted, self control destroyed.

I arrived in Crawley late on a cold February evening, with a sense of trepidation. After checking into my modest hotel and eating an average meal in a less than average establishment opposite my accommodation I stepped out into the cold air and made my way to a local convenience store.

I strode in, the warm air teasing my cold skin. I had one objective, one mission. Five seconds after entering the store I arrived at the till and made eye contact with the teller:

‘Do you have any gin?’ Said I.

Without uttering a word the teller pointed at the fridges to his right. I nodded in gratitude and spinning on my heel walked over to the chillers in which was housed my prize. My poison was cased in a medium sized can (yes I know it’s not classy but times were tough) and was ready mixed with tonic. I reached in and picked out two, having just one would be rude.

After exchanging money for my coveted goods I made my way back to my room, sat down and cracked open my middle class version of lager and took a long gulp.

It was then I looked at myself and realised it was drinking Gin out of a can on my own in a hotel room in Sussex…

Winter 2012/2013 seems to be lingering well past its sell-by date here in the UK. I don’t know about you, but I’ve had enough of grey skies, freezing temperatures, chilly easterly winds and yet more rain (and snow!).

The weather forecast for this week is not exactly putting a spring in my step either: the Met Office is predicting it could be turning even colder. It doesn’t help that the Long Winter was preceded by the Non Existent Summer…. but don’t get me going on that one either. In case you’ve forgotten though, 2012 was the wettest summer in 100 years with 370.7mm of rain – it was also the least sunny summer for 25 years with only 413 hours of sunshine. January this year had only 37.3 hours of sunlight compared to 58.3 the previous year and February wasn’t much better. March is reported to be the coldest for 50 years.

I can’t be the only one who is finding the weather a bit of a downer.

CAPTION: Like dormice we humans can feel like hibernating too

The (late) Winter Blues

Professor Chris Thompson, formerly professor of psychiatry at Southampton University , now head of the Priory Group, says it has been an appalling year for SAD sufferers and also sufferers of the winter blues – a type of SAD Lite with milder symptoms. The Seasonal Affective Disorder Association agree and say they have been receiving calls since last July when it was also cloudy and gloomy. Sales of light boxes used to treat SAD are up by 20 per cent according to Philips. You can read more about what the experts say here in my article in today’s Daily Mail Good Health section http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2299045/Winter-blues-Tired-grumpy-hungry-Why-grey-skies-syndrome-blame-.html

Anyway, I confess: I get the winter blues - not full-blown Seasonal Affective Disorder but a sort of SAD -lite. In the winter, I’m a tad grumpy, eat too many biscuits and want to hibernate. I don’t feel like this at all in the other half of the year – quite the reverse – I love socialising and am a real glass half-full type. My low mood usually lifts off in spring – I’ve never needed medical treatment – but this year it’s just going on too long.

Winter blues, according to the UK Seasonal Affective Disorder Association (SADA), is a milder version of SAD – the classic symptoms of which are low mood, excessive sleepiness, cravings for carbohydrates (toast or hot cross bun anyone?) etc. Other symptoms of SAD include waking up in the night or early morning, not wanting to socialise, feeling tense and/or irritable, heavy aching limbs, weight gain and stomach problems, sweating, cramps and needing to urinate frequently.

Symptoms start in Autumn and lift in Spring. Only this year they’re not lifting – because so far There Has Been No Spring.

CAPTION: Spring flowers are yet to appear

Who gets it?

Estimates vary – but around seven per cent of people are thought to be affected by SAD in the UK – although experts believe many cases go unreported so the true figure may be higher. You’re unlikely to be diagnosed with SAD unless you’ve suffered the symptoms for two or more consecutive winters. However around 17 per cent of us are estimated to suffer from the winter blues – that’s at least 10 million people in the UK – and my guess is that figure is a lot higher this year.

What causes it?

There are various theories as to what causes SAD and winter blues but most centre on the effect of light on the brain. One theory is that light stimulates a part of the brain called the hypothalamus, which controls mood, appetite and sleep. It is thought that in people with SAD, lack of light and a problem with the brain chemicals produced in the hypothalamus, may be to blame for their symptoms.

Is it genetic?

Various studies have shown that between 29 and 64 per cent of people with SAD come from families with a history of the disorder suggesting there is a genetic element. Whilst no research has isolated a “SAD gene”, some progress has been made in understanding a possible genetic basis to the disorder.

Latest research from the University of Virginia in the US has suggested that SAD may be linked to a genetic mutation in the eye that makes SAD patients less sensitive to light. These individuals have lower levels of a photo-pigment receptor called melanopsin which regulates alertness and circadian rhythms (the body’s natural 24 cycle of biological activity/sleep). These individuals may need brighter light levels to maintain normal functioning during the winter months. Not all SAD sufferers have this mutation – known as the melanopsin mutation – but scientists in the study found individuals with two copies of the mutation had a reasonable chance of developing SAD.

Winter survival tips

Light boxes: The UK Seasonal Affective Disorder Association (SADA) says that light therapy (exposure to very bright light at least 10 times the intensity of domestic lighting), for up to four hours a day is effective in alleviating SAD symptoms in around 85 per cent of cases – and it works within a few days.A 2006 double blind randomised controlled trial conducted on 92 patients called the CAN-SAD study compared the effectiveness of light box treatment with the antidepressant Fluoxetine. It found both were equally effective – working for 67 per cent of patients , but patients treated with light box treatment showed improvement sooner and had less side effects. SADA says light therapy is not suitable if you are taking antidepressants or anti-epilepsy medication or have a sensitivity to light though. The National Institute of Clinical Excellence – the independent body that advises the UK government on the effectiveness of treatments – says there is no strong evidence to support the use of light therapy and recommends SAD be treated like depression with psychological therapies and SSRIs.

CAPTION: The Philips go LITE BLU

Light boxes are not available on the NHS but you can buy them from around £180 or hire them for around £18 a month. The strength of light is measured in units called LUX (a measure of brightness). Look for one certified as a medical device EC93/42. It can be set up to use whilst you are watching TV or working on a computer. I start using mine in the run–up to the clocks changing in October – some people even need them in the summer if sunlight hours are low. For what it’s worth I ‘ve used the Philips go LITE BLU.

Some newer research studies suggest that low intensity blue light devices may be more beneficial than high intensity white light in treating SAD because blue light activates melanospin, but these studies based on very small numbers of patients, so more research is needed into this.

CAPTION: Log fires and hot chocolate: Winter does have its compensations

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy:At the risk of sounding like Anne of Green Gables – a lot of it is down to making the best of a bad job and focusing on the good things about winter. I’m thinking cosy evenings by the wood burner, hearty stews, hot chocolate, watching Call the Midwife and wrapping up warm for walks on frosty mornings . I once completed an online course in cognitive behavioural therapy (talking therapy) called Beating the Blues (it’s available on GP prescription) for a magazine feature I was writing. I found it helpful for reframing negative thought patterns. Okay, it doesn’t work when it’s pouring with rain all day and hardly gets light – but cold, crisp days aren’t so bad (although even these are wearing a bit thin by late March admittedly).

SSRI antidepressants: If your depressive symptoms are severe you may full blown SAD so see your GP for advice . They may prescribe Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitors (SSRIS). These can help because they raise levels of serotonin the “feel good” chemical in the brain and boost your mood. I’ve never taken these as my symptoms have never been severe enough to warrant them, but experts recommend them as a treatment for depression and they work for millions of people, although like most drugs they do have side effects including nausea, low sex drive, sleep problems, blurred vision and dry mouth.

CAPTION: Poppy my Wheaten Terrier is an outdoor enthusiast whatever the weather

Get outside: One expert I interviewed about SAD says a daily dose of the great outdoors works even better if you have a purpose – so try walking your dog, training for a running race or gardening. Aim for an hour outdoors every day.I also have a garden chair set up outside my back door in the precise spot where a slither of sun sometimes appears on a winter lunch break. Latest research says low levels of vitamin D are not implicated in SAD – but I take a supplement anyway (Vitabiotics Ultra Vitmain D ), because deficiencies are associated with so many other illnesses. If nothing else I figure it’s a great back-up

CAPTION: Rhodiola – or golden root can be drunk as a tea or taken in tablet form

Herbal remedies: St John’s Wort is the most well known herbal remedy for mild to moderate depression and there is research to support its effectiveness. However it’s not suitable if you’re on light therapy or taking antidepressants and it can also interact with a whole host of other medicines including: the contraceptive pill , Hormone Replacement Therapy, thyroxine, some blood pressure pills and the blood-thinning treatment warfarin so always inform your doctor you are taking St John’s Wort if you are on any of these prescription drugs.

But for winter blues (aka SAD Lite) the less well- known Rhodiola Rosea may be worth a try. Not heard of it? It’s been traditionally used in chilly climes like Eastern Europe, Siberia and Scandinavia to cope with living in a cold climate and a stressful life. Rhodiola isn’t marketed for SAD – but for stress , anxiety and exhaustion. Rhodiola Rosea (also known as golden root) enhances physical and mental performance, stimulates the nervous system and fights depression, according to the Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in the US. Studies are limited in humans but include one paper published in 2007 which showed improvements in depression and another in 2000 where the results showed improvements in the symptoms of generalised anxiety disorder. Latest research just published this month suggests rhodiola may be useful for increasing stamina and endurance in marathon runners. Try Schwabe’s Vitano or Healthspan’s Rhodiola

Curb carb cravings: My strategy is to eat a good breakfast – by which I mean one that fills you up and stops you feeling hungry. My favourites are porridge or Weetabix (both release energy slowly throughout the morning avoiding dramatic drops in blood sugar), or poached egg on wholemeal toast, (the combination of protein and carbohydrate is said to be particularly good for satiety). Soup and oatcakes are my other other staples.

Winter sun holidays: I used to book these in the days before I had three expensive children – and again I think they work wonders. So if you can afford it book a ticket to sunnier climes – now.

British (and European) Summertime officially begins on Sunday 31 March 2013 – so let’s hope Spring shows its face after that. There are even rumours that the late spring could mean we are in for a heatwave. In the meantime if anyone spots the sun TEXT ME - immediately.
Did you know… that there are certain archetypal disease patterns that we bring with us into the worl

Did you know…

that there are certain archetypal disease patterns that we bring with us into the world?

Do you have one or more of these chronic problems: skin issues, low grade depression, a sense of there not being enough in the world, common acne, asthma, headaches, insomnia, allergies, colds, bronchitis, earaches? You likely are carrying around one of these archetypal patterns from birth, indeed the first one, called Psora. If so, treating the symptoms won’t get you much other than possibly some temporary relief, even if using herbs or dietary changes. Even treating for the secondary disease patterns as homeopathy won’t help that much. You need Heilkunst, which is the only approach I know of that can systematically address these inherited, archetypal disease patterns, and thus, get to the bottom of chronic, complex disease conditions.

Last week we talked about the chronic miasms in general. This week we’ll start to take a look at them in more detail. There are eight such archetypal disease patterns and they follow a particular sequence. There are four major ones and four ‘minor’ ones, just as in music we can have a major and a minor key. They follow the seasons roughly, but as each season is generally divided into an early and later part (early Spring and late Spring, etc.), we then really have eight ‘seasons’.

The first miasm to appear is termed, Psora. It was discovered by Dr. Hahnemann and traced back to the earliest recorded times through various skin manifestations, including leprosy. The word was taken from the Hebrew term ‘tsorat’, which had the meaning of a ‘fault’ or ‘error’. The two chief characteristics of Psora are dryness and skin eruptions, usually dry and scaly. The allopathic term ‘psoriasis’ for one of the many skin manifestations has the same etymological root. However, Psora covers a multitude of skin eruptions, as well as many other symptoms.

Although Dr. Hahnemann did not identify the origin of Psora, work by Dr. Batmangelidj on the chronic impact of dehydration suggests that this may have been the source of the emergence of the first chronic miasm. The nature of chronic miasms is that they can then, once acquired, be passed on from generation to generation.

Dr. Hahnemann also called Psora, the ‘mother of all chronic disease’ for two reasons. First, the other chronic miasms emerged from it, and second, because each of the chronic miasms also caused the emergence of secondary chronic diseases in a person. The chronic miasms are primary, fixed nature or tonic diseases, and they then give rise to any number of secondary, variable nature or pathic diseases over time in a given individual.

The symptoms of Psora are too numerous to list here, but it we can give an idea of the essence of the disease as it tends to manifest in people. Psora is mainly a disease of deficiency at all levels – deficiency of knowledge, thought, assimilation of ideas and nutrition. There are a host of conditions identified by the prefix “hypo” (hypotension, hypochondriasis, hypotrophy) associated with psora. It causes little or no structural change, but much disturbance of functions, feelings and sensations. It seems to involve largely the nervous and reticulo-endocrine systems of the organism.

The psoric state of mind feels it does not have enough (of anything, be it money, food, energy, love, warmth, etc.). You may be familiar with it if you know anyone who had to live through the Great Depression or a war. They may hoard food, toilet paper, rubber bands or twist ties, for no apparent reason other than, “You never know when you may need them.” The stereotypical street person illustrates this miasm well, when they are carrying with them every one of their possessions, while wearing virtually all of their clothing, including coats and hats, even in sweltering heat. It is not likely to manifest in such an extreme form in most of us, but the underlying traits will be there.

If there is psora in your family history, it will manifest, according to Dr. Roger Morrison in his Desktop Guide, as: Abscess. Acne. Allergy. Anxiety. Aphthae. Asthma. Boil. Bronchitis. Colds. Connective tissue disease. Depression. Dermatitis. Eczema. Headache. Insomnia. Otitis media. Pharyngitis. Phobic disorders. Psoriasis. Scabies. Sciatica. Skin ulcers. Upper respiratory infection (among other conditions).

Next week is the minor key of Psora, or the Malaria miasm. Stay tuned.

Assalamualaikum! Kali ini nak review product plak. Hehe… Geds!

Oh no! Rambut gugur? Ya! Saya mengalami masalah itu. Memang sangat tak suka! Sebenarnya dari zaman sekolah menengah lagi dah gugur rambut. Tapi masa itu tak lah banyak sangat. Sejak setahun lebih ni macam makin banyak pula gugur. Masa syampu rambut memang sangat takut tengok rambut gugur kat lantai. Argh! Tak boleh jadi ni. Lama2 boleh botak!

Macam2 produk dah pakai. You name it! Pantene, Dove, Head & Shoulder, bla bla bla… Semua tak jalan. Jadi, pergi lah Iris Salon & Spa yang kat Shah Alam tu. Mengadu lah kat Dilla. Dilla kata tak apa, buat hair treatment dulu. Dilla pun terkejut tau rambut gugur banyak gila. Sekarang masih lagi buat hair treatment kat sana, 2 kali sebulan tau. Ok lah, ada improvement sikit tapi still gugur.

Dilla ada cadangkan guna Syampu Bayam Mustika Ratu sekali dengan Bilasan Santan & hair tonic penyubur rambut. Ok Dilla, I trust you! Hehe..

Sekarang dah seminggu dah pakai semua produk2 tu. Alhamdulillah, rambut gugur dah berkurangan. Dah tak se-ngeri dulu. Kulit kepala dah tak gatal2 dah. Happy nya!

Cara pemakaian: Mula2 basahkan rambut. Syampu rambut dengan Syampu Bayam. Usap perlahan2 kat kulit kepala & rambut. Lepas itu bilas. Kemudian ambil Bilasan Santan. Bilasan Santan ni guna macam conditioner. Usap perlahan2 kat rambut, terutama kat hujung rambut tu. Jangan letak kat kulit kepala tau. Biarkan 5 minit (Kalau lagi lama, lagi bagus!), kemudian bilas. Keringkan rambut. (Pastikan rambut betul2 kering) Kemudian, letak Ramuan Penyubur Rambut dekat kulit kepala. Urut2 sikit biar masuk segala ramuan2 yang best2 kat kulit kepala. (Bau dia sangat wangi! Saya suka!) Siap! Senang kan?

Enjoy your healthy & lovely hair.

Thanks for reading! Tata~

Each year Arizona Bike Week brings its guests some of the best in musical entertainment and the 2013 concert lineup looks to be holding true to past tradition.

Dozens of bands and other forms of entertainment will be performing at biker bars and other biker hot spots throughout the surrounding areas where Arizona Bike Week takes place while the biggest concerts can be seen at Cyclefest at WestWorld, the focal point of Arizona Bike Week.

This year Cyclefest at WestWorld brings its best concert lineup kicking off the evening festivities on April 10th with two time Grammy nominated Tonic. Best known for their No. 11 Billboard hit, “If You Could Only See”, Tonic is an iconic American rock band that has reached platinum recording status.

The following evening the Cyclefest at WestWorld audience will be treated to the sounds of harmonica virtuoso and front man John Popper as the legendary 90’s blues/rock band Blues Traveler takes concert goers on a blues journey through their musical repertoire that is likely to include such smash hits Run-Around and Hook.

Friday night will be the highlight for most as the two time Grammy Award winning band The Doobie Brothers takes to the stage and rocks the house with one classic Doobie Brothers hit after another. The Doobie Brothers have captured the attention of several generations or bikers and music lovers alike, having dominated the1970’s rock scene with one chart topping hit after another. Their chart breaking sound continued on into the 1980 and the Doobie Brothers are now enjoying their fifth decade of performing to sold out crowds.

Third Eye Blind hits the stage on Saturday evening performing for the Cyclefest at WestWorld crowd. A favorite American alternative rock band of the mid 1990’s, Third Eye Blind will entertain concert goers with the signature sound that brought them their huge success.

For those that stick around Cyclefest at WestWorld on into Sunday evening, there is a concert scheduled however, the band has yet to be named. No matter who is scheduled to play, it will no doubt be a great closer to Arizona Bike Week.

As you can see, the musical lineup scheduled for Cyclefest at WestWorld is the best ever so don’t miss out. Get back from that ride early enough to wash the road grime off and give the ladies time to get dolled up in their sexiest party attire before you head out for a night great times and greater music!
