<title><![CDATA[OBAMA GUILTY! Charge: <b>Being President While Black</b>]]></title>

Pollard, and he has a lot of interesting things to say on this subject. </p>
<p>The book examines how the shadows of oppressive <em><strong>Jim Crow</strong></em> laws played a role in the hate spewed towards the 44th President of the United States.    He acknowledges (if no one else will!) how race and gender was <em>front and center</em> during the presidential campaign.    How a woman (<em><strong>Pasty Palin</strong></em>) was used as a human shield by the Republicans is also clearly illustrated. </p>
<p>Of course we know Bam won the election, but it <strong>was</strong> a crazy  sight to see people gathered around &#8216;town hall meeting sites&#8217;, bearing signs depicting the President as <em>Hitler</em>, a <em>socialist</em> or a<em> tyrant</em>.    Some even carried guns,  and a pastor <em>prayed</em> that Obama would die&#8230;    The actions of rabid racists.</p>
<p>A Republican Congressman even called President Obama <em>a liar</em> on <span style="text-decoration:underline;">national television</span> during a joint session of Congress, for which I still don&#8217;t think there were  <em>near</em> enuff consequences!</p>
<p>These are extraordinary events, and D.T. Pollard explores and explains it all.    I read most of an online version , and found what the man has to say <em>very </em>interesting &#8230;</p>
<p>&#8220;<em>My book points out how free some feel now to express racist views now that Obama is the President.    It seems that having a black President is being taken as a permission slip to do or say anything they want in full public view where racial hate is concerned.   Also an increase in racial violence is pointed out that seems in stark contrast to having a black President.   Another thing that is covered is how approaching racial issues is a no-win time bomb for Obama.    That is just a portion of what <strong>Obama Guilty of being President While Black</strong> deals with, the new code language, Jim Crow legacy and other issues affecting the first black President and blacks in general are also covered&#8221;.                                                            <strong>  -D.T. <p>While speaking at a town hall meeting on job creation in Allentown, Pennsylvania,  President Obama was asked to consider legalizing several nonviolent crimes such as gambling, prostitution, and minor drug violations, in order to stimulate the economy and to create jobs.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>You might have spotted them in the last month or so, manning their little table in front of a local Post Office or some other busy public building. They have posters and signs depicting President Barack Obama &#8211; altered so that he is sporting a Hitler mustache.</p>

These are the Lyndon LaRouche loonies, and they like to show up on sidewalks and public events, handing out their unintelligible screeds and engaging anyone who would talk to them. </p>
<p>They are followers of Lyndon H. LaRouche, a self-styled economist, political activist, and the founder of several political organizations known collectively as “the LaRouche movement.” He has been a perennial candidate for President of the United States, having run in eight elections since 1976 and as recently as 2004.<br />

I’m still trying to figure out if these LaRouche folks are so far to the left that they’re on the right or if it’s the other way around. Either way, they are on the fringe of the fringe. </p>
<p>Clearly, it’s the posters and flyers with the altered image of President Obama that catch most people’s eye and provoke the most outrage, as they should. I hope those who are rightly offended by these posters were just as offended by similar Hitlerized images of George Bush that were carried at demonstrations and posted online for the previous eight years. But somehow, I doubt that that’s the case.</p>
<p>It seems the further we get from the real horror of Hitler’s Nazi’s, the more cavalier some people become about the symbols and images associated with Hitler. To suggest that any American president bears any political or moral resemblance to the genocidal maniac Hitler is as absurd as it is offensive. </p>
<p>Lately, the LaRouche followers have set their sights on Obama’s plans to overhaul health care. They have been showing up at many of the “tea party” protests and “town hall meetings.” And guess who the media and critics of the tea party movement zero in on. That’s right – they focus on the one or two LaRouche followers holding big signs with the altered Obama-as-Hitler image and attempt to characterize everyone at the rallies as like-minded kooks.</p>
<p>What’s never mentioned is that the sign-holders represent Lyndon LaRouche, who ran seven times for president &#8211; as a Democrat. In fairness, the mainstream Democratic Party has never accepted LaRouche. But somehow, in their haste to discredit honest critics of the Democrat&#8217;s health care overhaul plan by pointing to these isolated Obama/Hitler sign holders, nobody ever mentions LaRouche’s connection to the Democratic Party. </p>
<p>Wherever I see the LaRouche followers carrying signs with the image of Obama sporting a Hitler mustache, I’m reminded of the words of John Lennon, who brought a pragmatic approach to his protest of the Vietnam War. In his song, “Revolution,” Lennon offered these words of advice to the radicals who had infiltrated the 1960’s peace movement.</p>
<p>“If you go carrying pictures of Chairman Mao,<br />
You ain’t gonna make it with anyone anyhow.”</p>
<p>Wise words, even today, whether the pictures are of Mao or Hitler. </p>

The internet is amazing because anyone can post whatever they want, a researcher, or reporter or anyone who would like to share their political savy with the world, can  post whatever they want. And they don&#8217;t have to answer to some editor being controlled by bureaucratic cronies or advertisers. They can just post whatever they want and it&#8217;s there, on the internet for all to see.</p>

<p>And <a href="http://www.24thstate.com/2009/11/three-hcan-volunteers-charged-with-assault-outside-carnahan-townhall.html" target="_blank">when those thugs are outed as Health Care for America (HCAN) coordinated responders to criticism of Obamacare, </a>the whole world can take it upon themselves to learn about HCAN, using Google and other fabulous tools of the internet.</p>

(The SEIU is an integral component of <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/groupProfile.asp?grpid=7488" target="_blank">Health Care for America Now</a>, the <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/individualProfile.asp?indid=977" target="_blank">Soros</a>-funded coterie pushing for the government health care takeover.) One of the accused in Gladney’s attack justified himself by saying, <a href="http://blog.nj.com/njv_paul_mulshine/2009/08/union_thugs_arent_helping_obam.html" target="_blank">“He attacked America!”</a> Ironically, he claimed Gladney had attacked America while handing out flags bearing the inscription, “Don’t Tread on Me,” the slogan of the American Revolution. (&#8230;) Media reports indicate that a black SEIU member arrested in the assault called Gladney, who is also black, <a href="http://www.openmarket.org/2009/08/09/hate-crime-in-st-louis-obama-backers-beat-black-critic-of-health-care-reform-use-racial-slurs/" target="_blank">a racial slur</a>, indicating he does not see his opponent as an authentic member of his own race.</p></blockquote>
<p>Three months later, <a href="http://gatewaypundit.firstthings.com/2009/11/breaking-charges-filed-in-ken-gladney-case/" target="_blank">charges have finally been laid </a>in connection with that politically motivated assault &#8212; not that everyone agrees with that description:</p>

<blockquote><p>Six people [including a local reporter] arrested in August outside a raucous town hall meeting in south St. Louis County have been charged with misdemeanor ordinance violations. (&#8230;)</p>
<p>The maximum penalty upon conviction would be one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.</p>
<p>Some bloggers have been writing for months about the lag between the arrests at the politically-charged event and the filing of charges.</p>
<p>County Counselor Patricia Redington insisted it had nothing to do with politics, influence or pressure from any official.</p>
<p>“These charges are like the 90,000 other charges we file each year,” she said.</p></blockquote>
<p><a href="http://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2009/11/025023.php" target="_blank">John Hinderacker</a> muses:</p>
<blockquote><p>It occurs to me that if these union thugs had been <a href="http://newsrealblog.com/2009/11/26/i%E2%80%99m-thankful-for-navy-seals-i-wish-the-commander-in-chief-was/" target="_blank">Navy SEALS apprehending a terrorist mass murderer of Americans,</a> rather than agents of the <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/groupProfile.asp?grpid=6214">Democratic Party</a> trying to suppress expression of a political view with which the Democratic Party disagrees, they would have been treated far more harshly.</p></blockquote>
<p>Meanwhile, <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/groupProfile.asp?grpid=7150">Media Matters </a>&#8211; forced to abandon its <a href="http://newsrealblog.com/2009/11/06/media-matters-black-man-beat-himself-up-or-something/" target="_blank">&#8220;black man must have beat himself up or something&#8221;</a> talking points &#8212; and is now pitifully pushing the truly embarrassing argument that &#8220;it&#8217;s not a hate crime because no specific hate crime charges were laid.&#8221; Yeah, and <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/individualProfile.asp?indid=1998">Pol Pot</a> didn&#8217;t wear an &#8220;I&#8217;M A GENOCIDAL DICTATOR&#8221; t-shirt, either, so don&#8217;t call him one.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s that cocktail of pharisaical legalism and <em>Rain Man </em>literal mindedness that helps radical lefties make friends wherever they go:</p>

<p>When I saw this video posted today on <a href="http://gatewaypundit.firstthings.com/2009/11/so-called-blue-dog-dem-says-hes-ok-with-jailtime-for-no-insurance-video/#comment-21418" target="_blank">Gateway Pundit</a> <em>(By Jim Hoft)</em>, it reminded me of how <em>real </em>the threat to America&#8217;s freedom has become. As I watch <a href="http://www.lipinski.house.gov/" target="_blank">Rep. Dan Lipinski (D-IL)</a> attempt to defend this reckless bill, I begin to wonder if the bill&#8217;s supporters really and truly understand the impact it will have on our Country and it&#8217;s people. Does <em>everyone</em> have a secret agenda? And at what cost? Look, I know that Louisiana is still in dire need of money in the rebuilding of its infrastructure following Katrina (and $300 million is pretty enticing) but, is that need greater than American freedom?</p>
<p>Below is a transcript taken from a Nancy Pelosi Q&#38;A in Seattle:</p>

<p>Does the new health care bill seem inline with the widely agreed upon definition of &#8216;freedom&#8217;? From where I sit, it certainly doesn&#8217;t. &#8220;Houston, we have a problem&#8230;&#8221;</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t kid yourself, this bill is not about providing health care for 10 million uninsured Americans (because they choose to be) or 20 million illegal immigrants, this bill is about gaining control of the American people-summed up in one word: power. Now, it is one thing when these liberal wackos are using our tax dollar to buy votes in passing a bill, it is a completely different thing when they mess with our Constitution.  We need the Senate to hear our voice on this one. <p>This video is from Congressman Dan Lipinski&#8217;s Town Hall Meeting last week.   In it, Midge Hough attempts to tell the story of her daughter-in-law Jennifer. The 24-year-old was 7 and half months pregnant when she became ill.</p>
<p><strong><em><span style="color:#800000;">The teabaggers scoff and shout.</span></em></strong></p>
<p>She went to a hospital.  She had no insurance.  She was told she had bronchitis and was sent home.   The next day, her condition worsened and her husband took her to a different hospital.  He told the admissions desk they did have insurance.  Jenny was seen and diagnosed with severe double pneumonia, septic shock, and respiratory failure.  She was put on a respirator for the next 55 days.  She had a heart attack, a stroke, a brain bleed, and her baby died in the womb.</p>
<p>The bill amounted to over a million dollars and Hough makes the observation that the cost of that bill is going to be spread around to consumers.</p>
<p><strong><em><span style="color:#993300;">Teabaggers laugh.</span></em></strong></p>
<p>Hough cannot continue her point however because of the hecklers in the crowd, the legitimate face of GOP constituency: teabaggers.</p>
<p>The teabaggers aren&#8217;t fighting for Americans and the American way.  They are fighting for insurance companies to continue to have the power to screw people over, essentially the power to say, your money or your life.</p>

<p>Alert: he 2,074-page Senate health care bill would take 34 hours to read cover to cover — and that’s just what Sen. Tom Coburn wants done on the Senate floor.</p>
<p>The Oklahoma Republican has threatened to invoke parliamentary rules to force the Senate clerk (or more likely, a team of clerks) to read the massive bill before the full Senate begins formal debate on the legislation.</p>
<p>The move is strictly according to Senate rules, which say any senator can demand a bill be read in its entirety before debate begins. While Democrats could, if they wish, repeatedly make motions to end the soliloquy, Republicans on the floor could object, and the reading would continue.</p>
<p>What’s even more interesting is that Senate Rule XIV (paragraph 2) states that every bill and joint resolution “shall receive three readings prior to its passage.”</p>
<p>“Upon demand of a senator, these readings shall be on three different legislative days,” the rules say.</p>
<p>A little quick math shows that at a minute a page — an easily achieved pace since the pages are double spaced and in a rather large type face — it would take 34.5 hours to read straight through the measure put together this week by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.</p>
<p>Republican leadership and gallery staff say the reading — with occasional pauses and sips of water for parched throats — could take more like 48 to 54 hours.</p>

<p>John McCain made an appearance in my area (Mohave County) for a town hall meeting and I fully intended to go, except that I had personal business that prevented me.</p>
<p>I am familiar with Luca Zanna and used to support the Mohave County Minutemen but for personal reasons can no longer do so.  However, I give credit where credit is due and when I saw this video, I decided to post it. Although the local newspaper gave Luca “photographic exposure” I was surprised and disappointed to see that there wasn’t written recognition! Not a single line!  When you see the video, you will understand why.  </p>
<p>I watched as a very patient Zanna held his hand in the air for approximately an hour and was obviously being ignored and overlooked.  I am sure McCain had been informed ahead of time of the group’s verbal activism at civic meetings.  McCain was obviously trying to avoid any kind of confrontation.  Finally, the meeting came to an end and McCain began to walk off, but this time, Luca insisted that, as an American citizen, he be given a chance to speak.  McCain begrudgingly allowed him his minute or two, all the while acting as though this was some kind of joke (or maybe he was embarrassed?) </p>
<p>I applaud Luca for bringing up only McCain’s voting record and for allowing the other side to be heard.  McCain might be campaigning for the 2012 elections but Mr. Zanna did not allow him to simply give the people what he wanted them to hear or what they wanted to hear.  Although critics might call it grandstanding, how many will put a politician in his place?  As usual, this outspoken activist cut right through the heart of the propaganda and exposed the true nature of the beast.  He left the crowd with the truth ringing in their ears.  Since statistics show that the last statements are the first remembered, I think McCain might have made a mistake by ignoring Mr. Zanna.</p>
<p>Although the people of the area are split on what they think of the Mohave County Minutemen, when something is right, you go beyond the personal for the better good.  I, for one, am happy to see someone hold politicians responsible for their voting records.  See video below:</p>

<p><a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/individualProfile.asp?indid=1690">Keith Olbermann</a>, who imperiously announces frequently that his is the number one news show in its time slot—despite drawing about 1/7 of the audience of The O’Reilly Factor—because he claims he is the “<em>only</em> real news program” in the schedule, sank to a new low (or revisited an old one) with his supposed “Number 1 Story of the Day” last night.</p>
<p>Olbermann devoted a full segment to a giggling, sleazy riff on the term “tea bagger,” with his smarmiest near-daily guest, the never-labeled corporate lobbyist Richard Wolffe.  The excuse?  That “tea bagger” was runner up for Word of the Year in the Oxford Dictionary.  (If you don&#8217;t know the obscene definition of the word, congratulations.  The <a href="http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=teabagging">Urban Dictionary</a> has the definition  if you think you need to know.)</p>
<p>I’ll save some of the scummy back and forth for the second page for those who want to “read more.”  But after some pretty bad locker-room banter, as Olbermann claimed simultaneously that the protesters coined the term for themselves and that Countdown should be given credit by Oxford University Press, Olbermann and Wolffe got “serious.”  Seriously.  I guess…</p>
<blockquote><p>OLBERMANN:  On a more serious note, as the news of the day becomes history, what will tea baggers become most known for?  For fracturing the Republican Party or offering a welcome home to a new and ugly strain of racism?  What is this word going to mean 100 years from now?</p>
<p>WOLFFE:  Here is a point of similarity with Sarah Palin.  There is this uncontrollable factor, undisciplined factor about the whole movement, which I think is a kind of weapon of mass destruction about the Republican Party.</p></blockquote>
<p>Yes, as Independents go 2 to 1 against Democrats, it’s the <em>Republicans</em> who have been hurt by the Tea Party movement.  Keep telling yourself that, guys, and your smirky elitism is going to do wonders for your side, too.<!--more--></p>
<p>Olbermann “teased” the segment with a smirk and a lie:</p>
<blockquote><p>OLBERMANN:  The Republicans have, for many months now, put on a pedestal a hard right group whose name unintentionally evokes an action that cannot be described on television.  In our number one story in the countdown, the GOP has now, with a little help from us, officially co-opted the word “tea bagger.”  It is runner of for Oxford‘s word of the year.</p>
<p>It was Republicans who embraced tea bag as their symbol with tax day protests of President Obama‘s agenda, <strong>and it was Republicans who cluelessly referred to tea bagging as if it had no prior meaning.</strong> It was they who openly used the phrase that begged for double entendres.</p>
<p>The Republican talking heads like former House Speaker Newt Gingrich have pushed their own vision of tea bagging down the throats of the original tea baggers who were in fact Libertarian supporters of Ron Paul.  Cincinnati tea baggers got a Boehner endorsement from the House Minority leader.</p>
<p>And the nation‘s tea bagging, of course, impossible without this man, Dick Armey, at the head of it.</p></blockquote>
<p>Actually, all self-description by the protesters was always in terms of Tea “Party.”  They sent tea bags as a symbol.  it was David Shuster’s unbelievably obscene Countdown Segment on the eve of the April 15 protest that started the “tea-bagger” and “tea-bagging.”</p>
<p>Watch at the risk of your own stomach or blood pressure; and take care to wash your brain thoroughly with anti-bacterial soap after viewing: (Note that 2 minutes in, David Shuster falsely narrates the term into a Neil Cavuto quote in his read, though it is in brackets in the text—and that’s the LEAST sleazy part of the bit.)</p>

<p>Of course, Olbermann’s overstuffed ego can’t resist taking credit, so he immediately contradicts his just-uttered lie:</p>
<blockquote><p>OLBERMANN:  “Tea bagger: as part of the political fabric.  I think “countdown” deserves a footnote of credit, if credit is the word for it, for that particular evolution of etymology, don‘t you?</p>
<p>WOLFFE:  I think my friends at Oxford may have a tea fixation, at least I hope it‘s that and not the other thing.</p>
<p>(LAUGHTER)  In any case, there is this tradition at the OUP, the Oxford University Press, that you can write in and claim usage, first usage, which you may or may not want to do.</p>
<p>OLBERMANN:  With all due respect to Oxford University Press, its definition has scrubbed away the prior meaning of the word, and in so doing, the attendant cluelessness of those who embraced this word in its new meaning, is this going to impede future historians both of the language and of the politics of our time?</p>
<p>WOLFFE:  Well, it‘s a family book.  I suppose there‘s that consideration out there. (LAUGHTER)</p></blockquote>
<p>And on it went.</p>
<p>The after the Shuster scumfest, Anderson Cooper picked up on the phrase in his coverage of the April 15 Tea Party, and apparently the sage of political propriety David Gergen not only was familiar with the term, he found the smutty joke hilarious:</p>

<p>Of course, part of what makes this so revealing about these smug wannabe-elite media types, is that they are so sure that any sophisticated person would know the obscure parlance of  “teabagging.”  They think it reveals the people in the streets as rubes.</p>
<p>It tells us far more about the ugly side of the perfectly coiffed talking heads that want us to invite them into our homes every day.  There is only one justification for even these depraved individuals in thinking this is appropriate under the auspices&#8211; even a spinoff&#8211; of what was the home of the Huntley and Brinkley Report, and once one of America&#8217;s proudest news brand names.</p>
<p>That reason?  Pure blind hatred.</p>

<p>Dear Patriots,</p>
<p>On November 5, 2009 American Patriots from all over this nation accepted Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann’s invitation to meet with her on the Capital steps in Washington, D.C. for an “Emergency House Call “. This meeting would allow us to speak to our congressional representatives regarding the proposed health care bill. Approximately 25,000 to 35,000 stood as one to hear Ms. Bachmann, Mark Levin, actor Jon Voight and others speak about the dangers of the proposed Obama/Pelosi health care bill. Their speeches were energizing! <em>WE THE PEOPLE</em> responded with deafening chants of “KILL THE BILL!””KILL THE BILL!” over and over again!</p>
<p>Directly after the speeches thousands walked to the congressional offices located across the street. Long lines began to form outside the entrance ways. Some members of Congress exited the building in order to speak to patriots. Other congressional representatives remained within the building and met with many of the patriots inside. We made it known that if they did not vote against this heath care bill they will be voted out of office come next November.</p>
<p>We all heard the news late Saturday evening that 220 Congressional representatives voted in favor of the health care bill while 215 voted against it. The passage of the bill will only intensify our cause to oust those 220 out of the House as quickly as possible.</p>
<p>Do you think these 220 read the bill before they voted?</p>
<p>Do you really believe that they passed this legislation to benefit those individuals who do not have health insurance, which includes millions who either do not wish to purchase coverage or those who are not entitled to it? Or is it about the government having more control over the American people? Remember recent polls show 85% of Americans are content with their current insurance plan.</p>
<p>THESE 220 CONGRESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVES HAVE ETCHED A DEEP MARK IN AMERICAN HISTORY. THEY HAVE TAKEN THE BOLD STEP OF CONVERTING OUR AMERICAN REPUBLIC TO THAT OF A SOCIALIST STATE.  THEY HAVE NO CONCEPTION OF HOW THEIR ACTIONS WILL AFFECT AMERICA.</p>
<p>THEY HAVE TURNED THEIR BACKS ON THE AMERICAN REPUBLIC EVEN THOUGH THIS GREAT COUNTRY PROVIDED THEM PERSONALLY WITH THE FRUITS OF FREEDOM. NOR DO THEY RECALL THE CAPITALIST SOCIETY WITHIN THIS REPUBLIC THAT HAS HELPED THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES PROSPER IN LIFE.   THEY DEFINITELY HAVE SET ASIDE THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION WHICH THEY SWORE TO UPHOLD AND DEFEND NOT TO MENTION THE PEOPLES RIGHT TO BE SECURE IN THEIR PERSONS, PROPERTY AND DOCUMENTS.</p>
<p>IN ESSENCE THIS HEALTH CARE LEGISLATION THAT WAS PASSED ON SATURDAY MAY CONTAIN MANY NEBULOUS PROVISIONS WITHIN. ONE CONGRESSMAN REPORTED THAT THE WORD,” <em>SHALL</em>,” WAS USED OVER 3100 TIMES IN THIS 1900 PLUS PAGE BILL.</p>
<p>OUR MAJOR CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS ARE:</p>
<p>“<em>SHALL</em>” IT CAUSE US TO EVENTUALLY LOSE OUR CURRENT INSURANCE POLICIES?</p>
<p>“<em>SHALL</em> “IT LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF COVERAGE PROVIDED FOR OUR FAMILIES?</p>
<p>“<em>SHALL</em>” THE GOVERNMENT MANDATE DOCTORS TO LIMIT MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES IN THE EVENT OF SEVERE ILLNESS?</p>
<p>‘”<em>SHALL</em>” THE BILL CREATE SUBSTANTIAL LONG PERIODS OF TIME LAPSE BEFORE YOU ARE ABLE TO HAVE YOUR LOVED ONES TREATED BY A PHYSICIAN?</p>
<p>“<em>SHALL </em>“THERE BE PROVISIONS IN THIS BILL THAT DICTATES TO EMPLOYERS THAT THEY MUST PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES OR BE SUBJECTED TO PENALTIES AND FINES?</p>
<p>“<em>SHALL”</em> THERE BE A LOOP HOLE IN ONE OF THE BILL PROVISIONS THAT GIVES ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE ILLEGAL ALIENS THE RIGHT TO BE COVERED UNDER THIS PLAN?</p>
<p>“<em>SHALL”</em> THERE BE LANGUAGE IN THIS BILL THAT REMOVES BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM MEDICARE TO HELP FUND THIS NEW MONSTROSITY?</p>
<p>“<em>SHALL”</em> THIS BILL SUBSTANTIALLY RAISE TAXES TO HELP FUND IT?</p>
<p>‘<em>SHALL” </em>THERE BE A TIME WHEN THE GOVERNMENT WILL GIVE AN ORDER THAT WOULD SUPERSEDE THE PLEAS OF FAMILY MEMBERS TO PULL THE PLUG ON A PATIENT?</p>
<p>“<em>SHALL”</em> THIS PLAN GIVE THE GOVERNMENT THE RIGHT TO OBTAIN AND POSSESS PERSONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION OF EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN?</p>
<p><em>“SHALL”</em> THE FOLLOWING BE PART OF THE BILL?:   THE PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, CONGRESS (INCLUDING PELOSI), THE SENATE, FEDERAL JUDGES, CZARS, SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS AND THE FAMILIES OF ALL THE ABOVE “<em>SHALL”</em> BE EXEMPT FROM ANY AND ALL PROVISIONS WITHIN THE GOVERNMENT RUN PUBLIC OPTION HEALTH CARE PLAN .THEY “<em>SHALL” </em>HAVE THE PRIVILEGE TO MAINTAIN THEIR CURRENT FEDERAL EMPLOYEE INSURANCE PLAN WITH FULL MEDICAL BENEFITS AT THE TAXPAYER’S EXPENSE.  IN THE EVENT THAT THE ENTIRE AMERICAN  PRIVATE INSURANCE INDUSTRY IMPLODES  THEY “<em>SHALL</em>“BE GUARANTEED  FULL MEDICAL COVERAGE UNDER THEIR CURRENT FEDERAL EMPLOYEE PLAN AND SHALL NOT BE  PART OF OR TRANSFERRED TO THE PEOPLE ‘S GOVERNMENT RUN PUBLIC OPTION PLAN. THEY, THE AFORESTATED, “<em>SHALL” </em>RECEIVE FULL COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL BENEFITS FROM ANY MEDICAL FACILITIES AND/OR PHYSICIANS OF THEIR CHOICE AND”SHALL” NOT BE SUBJECTED TO ANY TREATMENT RESTRICTIONS AS MANDATED IN THE PUBLIC OPTION PLAN. THEY“<em>SHALL</em>” ALSO MAINTAIN THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE ANY AND ALL MEDICAL TREATMENT THAT WOULD EXTEND THEIR LIVES REGARDLESS OF AGE OR ILLNESS.  THEY “<em>SHALL</em>” ALSO BE PROVIDED WITH UNLIMITED HEALTH CARE TREATMENT THAT WILL INSURE THE MAXIMUM LEVEL OF CARE TO REDUCE ANY PAIN AND SUFFERING AS THEY NEAR DEATH. NOTHING WITHIN THIS SECTION SHALL BE RESCINDED NOR SHALL ANY PROVISION BE MODIFIED .THE GOVERNMENT SHALL BE GRANTED FULL IMMUNITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS FROM ANY MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LITIGATION UNDER THE PUBLIC OPTION PLAN ONLY.</p>
<p>WITHIN THE COMING DAYS, WEEKS AND MONTHS WE <em>SHALL”</em><em> </em>FIND OUT THE FULL PARTICULARS IN THIS BILL.</p>
<p>IN THE MEANTIME, WE SHOULD REMEMBER THOSE 220 AND CONSIDER RETURNING THE SAME UNEQUIVOCAL DISREGARD TO THEM AS THEY HAVE DISPLAYED TOWARD US. THE MAGIC WORDS HERE ARE <em>RESIGNATION NOW! YOU HAVE FAILED TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES!</em></p>
<p>NOW WE MUST FOCUS ON THE UNITED STATES SENATE. WE MUST BE VIGILANT BY MELTING DOWN THEIR PHONE AND FAX LINES. WE MUST PROTEST OUTSIDE THEIR OFFICES. WE ARE ALL AWARE HOW SCHUMER AND GILLIBRAND STAND ON THIS HEALTH CARE REFORM ISSUE. ADDITIONALLY, BE SURE TO CONTACT <em>ALL</em> SENATORS.</p>
<p>MAY GOD HELP AND PROTECT THE GOOD PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY AND MAY WE SEEK HIS WILL FOR GUIDANCE TO TAKE BACK THE REPUBLIC KNOWN AS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Bachmann &amp; Friends' Message to Congress: Read the Bill! (Updated)]]></title>

<p>On Thursday, between 20,000 and 45,000 Americans descended upon Capitol Hill (along with talk radio host <a href="http://www.marklevinshow.com/home.asp">Dr. Mark Levin</a> and conservative actor <a href="http://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2009/11/024890.php">Jon Voight</a>) to protest <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/guideDesc.asp?catid=180&#38;type=issue">the nationalization of America’s healthcare system</a>, answering a call put out by <a href="http://bachmann.house.gov/">Rep. Michelle Bachmann (R-MN)</a> just a week before.  Bachmann and <a href="http://steveking.house.gov/">Rep. Steve King (R-IA)</a> joined <a href="http://www.foxnews.com/hannity/">Sean Hannity</a> to reflect on the defiant spirit of the American people, as well as ObamaCare’s political prospects.</p>

<p><a href="http://newsrealblog.com/2009/11/06/enemy-of-the-state%E2%80%94michelle-bachmann-meltdown-with-keith-olbermann-part-15/">David Forsmark</a> and <a href="http://newsrealblog.com/2009/11/07/educating-the-left-here-are-some-real-hate-signs/">Ben Johnson</a> have already demolished the hypocritical attempts to mischaracterize the crowds as fanatics, and on “Hannity,” Bachmann highlighted one of the <em>real</em> reasons the protestors would have gotten under the skin of more than a couple <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/groupProfile.asp?grpid=6214">Democrats</a>:</p>
<blockquote><p>People didn’t just come to hear speakers; they then pivoted, fanned out, went into the Capitol, went into the office buildings, were very polite, went from door to door to door, knocked on the doors.  We handed out, actually pages, actual pages from the bill.  People would take one page, and then they’d carry that page and ask members of Congress, “Can you read this to me and explain it to me so that it makes sense?”</p></blockquote>
<p>Of course, we already know that, not only does Congress <a href="http://thehill.com/homenews/house/61285-house-dems-have-often-waived-read-the-bill-transparency-rules">rarely bother</a> to <a href="http://readthebill.org/">read the laws they pass</a>, but lawmakers often <a href="http://blog.sunlightfoundation.com/2009/07/27/rep-conyers-dont-read-the-bill/">scoff at the very idea</a> that they should know exactly what new regulations they’re imposing on the country. <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/guideDesc.asp?catid=93&#38;type=issue">Progressive ideology</a> dictates that the democratic process should only decide which general ideas and broad goals the government is to adopt. The <a href="http://www.scsuscholars.com/2009/08/questions-on-health-care-for-your.html">details</a> of <a href="http://www.scsuscholars.com/2009/08/questions-for-your-health-care-town_07.html">how</a> <a href="http://www.scsuscholars.com/2009/08/questions-for-your-health-care-town_06.html">to</a> <a href="http://www.scsuscholars.com/2009/08/questions-for-your-health-care-town.html">enact</a> <a href="http://www.scsuscholars.com/2009/08/questions-for-your-health-care-town_11.html">them</a>, on the other hand, are best left to unelected administrative bodies. That’s why the <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/guideDesc.asp?catid=93&#38;type=issue">Left</a> insists this overhaul of one-sixth of the economy <a href="http://www.kaisernetwork.org/Daily_reports/rep_index.cfm?DR_ID=58640">needs to be done quickly</a>, or why they’re not all that interested in talking about whether or not ObamaCare will <a href="http://hotair.com/archives/2009/09/30/senate-committee-rejects-amendment-blocking-abortion-funding/">cover abortions or illegal immigrants</a>.  Heaven forbid we involve <em>the people</em> in such a complex matter; only our enlightened experts will suffice.  This debacle is but one of many case studies in how progressive governance, as Michelle Malkin recently wrote, means “<a href="http://michellemalkin.com/2009/11/06/democrats-and-the-death-of-deliberative-democracy/">the death of deliberative democracy</a>.”</p>
<p>It’s too soon to throw up the “Mission Accomplished” banner, but enough just might be enough.  The <a href="http://newsrealblog.com/2009/11/03/slaughter-at-the-polls/">Republican victories this week</a> have <a href="http://hotair.com/archives/2009/11/04/nervous-blue-dogs-hey-maybe-we-should-postpone-some-of-these-liberal-agenda-items/">reignited Blue Dog Democrats’ fears</a> over force-feeding liberalism to the American people, who <a href="http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/current_events/healthcare/november_2009/72_say_health_plan_likely_to_shift_employees_from_private_insurance_to_government_plan">are increasingly wary</a> of ObamaCare.  So fear not <a href="http://rightcal.wordpress.com/2009/09/02/healthcare-hatred-hypocrisy/">the demagoguery</a>, America; they smear you because they fear you.  Keep the heat on our elected officials, and keep on partying like <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boston_tea_party">it’s 1773</a>.</p>
<p><strong>UPDATE</strong>: It turns out that the videos Fox played during this segment included footage from the September 12 Tea Party, <a href="http://www.thewrap.com/ind-column/hannitys-response-we-screwed-10032">presented as if it was from Bachmann’s rally instead</a>.  Comedy Central’s <a href="http://www.thedailyshow.com/">Jon Stewart</a> first called attention to it, and last night Hannity apologized, calling it an inadvertent mistake.  Leftists, of course, will insist it was deliberate, all the while ignoring <a href="http://newsbusters.org/blogs/kyle-drennen/2009/08/18/msnbc-no-mention-black-gun-owner-among-racist-protesters">deceptive video use from other networks</a>.  But intentional or not, misleading video is misleading video, and Sean Hannity and Fox News deserved to be called out on it.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Educating the Left: Here Are Some Real Hate Signs]]></title>

<p>Before Keith Olbermann <a href="http://newsrealblog.com/2009/11/06/enemy-of-the-state%E2%80%94michelle-bachmann-meltdown-with-keith-olbermann-part-15/#more-14218">accused</a> Rep. Michelle Bachmann of fomenting a rebellion, MSNBC&#8217;s David Shuster had already hiked the old hyperbole trail. Sitting in for Ed Schultz on <em>The Ed Show</em>,<em> </em>Shuster insisted the rally opposing President Obama&#8217;s socialized medicine bill &#8220;had all the trappings of a proverbial orgy of bigotry, racism, anti-Semitism, and hate!&#8221; In fact, one sign alleged contained &#8220;a reference to right-wing claims that the president is secretly a Muslim <em><strong>terrorist</strong></em>!&#8221; (Emphasis Shuster&#8217;s.)</p>
<p>As usual, he could not produce these references to racism, anti-Semitism, or Obama-secretly-got-Islamic-terrorist-training-ism. Even the <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/groupProfile.asp?grpid=7129"><em>Huffington Post</em></a> with its <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/11/05/the-12-most-offensive-sig_n_347398.html?slidenumber=fnxv9Uzi%2Ffk%3D">&#8220;12 Most Offensive Signs from Bachmann&#8217;s Tea Party&#8221;</a> found only one sign (a reference to Dachau) that was over-the-top. Despite the underwhelming nature of his evidence, Shuster pumped up the hate.</p>
<p>In <a href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/33738637#33738789">a panel discussion about the economy</a> minutes later, an enraged Bill Press challenged Republican Ron Christie, &#8220;You show me one sign that any Code Pink protester ever had that matches that disgusting stuff we saw yesterday in front of the U.S. Capitol.&#8221;</p>

Aside from the protests&#8217; organizers &#8212; <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/groupProfile.asp?grpid=6147">International ANSWER</a>, <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/groupProfile.asp?grpid=6166">United for Peace and Justice</a>, and <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/groupProfile.asp?grpid=6163">Not In Our Name</a> &#8212; there were certain conspicuous participants:</p>

<p>Not long ago, John Perazzo <a href="http://newsrealblog.com/2009/09/21/maybe-obamas-critics-are-in-fact-a-bunch-of-goons/">pointed readers</a> to a source of <a href="http://www.zombietime.com/zomblog/?p=621">more recent signs, nearly all calling for George W. Bush&#8217;s assassination</a>. (As I have noted, <a href="http://97.74.65.51/readArticle.aspx?ARTID=8778">the Left regularly implored someone to kill President Bush in cold blood</a>.)</p>
<p>Again, here are the <em>Huffington Post</em>&#8217;s <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/11/05/the-12-most-offensive-sig_n_347398.html?slidenumber=fnxv9Uzi%2Ffk%3D">12 Most Offensive Signs</a>.</p>
<p>The disconnect between the media&#8217;s coverage of these two rallies make <a href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/33738637#33738789">Ron Christie&#8217;s words</a> seem prophetic:</p>
<blockquote><p>These are normal Ameircans, and this is where the Democrats act at their peril. You are gonna find Democrats thrown out of office &#8212; you&#8217;re going to be able to put them in a phone booth next year &#8212; because of the disgraceful and the condescending manner in which they treat normal American citizens who elect these people into office.</p></blockquote>

<title><![CDATA[Enemy of the State—Michelle Bachmann? Meltdown With Keith Olbermann Part 15]]></title>

<p>On the night of the Fort Hood massacre, Keith Olbermann was worked up.  Emotional, vein trobbing, voice trembling in fury worked up.  The object of his wrath?  Major Hasan who walked through an Army base gunning down unarmed Americans?</p>
<p>No, it takes Congresswoman Michelle Bachman to get him that agitated.</p>
<p>Here’s how Keith began his first segment as every other network was covering the events at Fort Hood:</p>
<blockquote><p>OLBERMANN: An elected Republican official today is leading a protest on the west steps of the Capitol that compared health care reform to Nazi death camps and encouraged mindless harassment of and possibly violence against the government.  Not tea baggers anymore, not demagogic commentators, an actual congresswoman inciting a hateful rebellion against the rule of law and order.  Her name is Michele Bachmann.<!--more--></p></blockquote>
<p>Rebellion?  Really Keith?  Encouragement to call one’s Representative?  That’s right Thomas Jefferson said every now and again the tree of liberty must be watered with the tears of overworked Congressional phone staff.</p>
<p>Well, a sign some yahoo who knew he could get on MSNBC if he carried it made the odious Dachau comparison, anyway.  We don’t know if he was another LaRouchie, or even someone there to make everyone else look bad.  Of course, no quote from any Republican Congressperson (while some were pretty lame) made any such assertion, but hey, there was sign!</p>
<p>Mindless harassment?  Go visit your Member of Congress and register your protest. Why that’s pretty close to anarchy!  Call out the well-regulated militia!</p>
<blockquote><p>OLBERMANN: Our fifth story on the COUNTDOWN: As if that were not bad enough, Ms.  Bachmann today joined by the House minority leader as well as countless other GOP representatives.  This orgy of veiled threat and not so veiled racism of white power minority rule now fully the province of the Republican Party.  Welcome to the coup!</p></blockquote>
<p>What’s next, a call for a reinstatement of the Alien and Sedition Acts?</p>
<p>If the racism wasn’t so thinly veiled, then you should have some proof of it, right Keith?  Keith?  We’re waiting…</p>
<blockquote><p>OLBERMANN: Congressman Bachmann staging what she tried to claim was a spontaneous meet-up of opponents to health care reform, in 25 buses paid for by the AstroTurf group Americans for Prosperity, could be considered spontaneous.  An estimated 4,000 people today answering Ms. Bachmann‘s call, bringing with them on those buses, not just their misunderstanding of health care reform but also their hatred of President Obama, as well as pure hatred, period.</p></blockquote>
<p>Again, just assume the hatred because Keith says so… and says so… and says so.  And wouldn’t you love to see those busses?  Even if, fat chance, Keith wasn’t under-estimating the crowd, that’s 160 people per bus.  Even Republicans don’t drive vehicles that big.  Think of the carbon footprint!</p>

<p>Of course, we won’t show you those signs, just trust us.  All the signs we’re not showing you, and all the comments we’re not playing for you?  Those were the racist ones.  We promise.  Just because there aren’t any racist signs in the pictures at Thinkprogress.org doesn’t mean there weren’t any.  The rally was huge—no wait, it was tiny, and it was racist, remember that’s what really matters.</p>

<p>Then Keith played some less than scintillating clips of Bachmann and other Republican Reps shouting into the mic.  Of course, John Boehner had to step all over the event…</p>
<blockquote><p>(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP) BOEHNER:  I‘m going to stand with you and all freedom-loving Americans against this bill.  This is my copy of the Constitution.  And I‘m going to stand here with our Founding Fathers, who wrote in the preamble, “We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”  (END VIDEO CLIP)</p>
<p>OLBERMANN:  If Minority Leader Boehner had read his prop copy of the Constitution, perhaps he‘d know that he was actually quoting the Declaration of Independence—or maybe he thinks that‘s the same thing as the Constitution.</p></blockquote>
<p>When are the Republicans going to promote some of their articulate members into leadership?</p>
<p>Later, with guest Eugene Robinson of the Washington Post, Olbermann exposed just how low a standard the Pulitzer Committee has now adopted.  Lower than the Nobel Committee, in fact.</p>
<blockquote><p>OLBERMANN:  Today, we saw a member of Congress encouraging harassment of the government, fomenting—her word was revolution.  And her behavior was sanctioned by her colleagues, the Republican leadership of the House of Representatives.  And I recall that during the previous administration, if you disagreed with policy and just said it, let alone staged some sort of protest with banners and references to the Second World War, you immediately got branded a traitor.  There seems to have been some kind of a shift of terminology in these times.</p>
<p>ROBINSON:  Right.  Your recollection is correct.  I think it was more of a shift of party and control of the White House, and both houses of Congress.  And I think that the outrage that was displayed at criticism of the president of the time of war a few years ago was situational.  And it seems to no longer apply when a certain party is no longer in charge.</p>
<p>OLBERMANN:  Yes.  Did the wars end?  Did I miss that?  Did I not get the memo?</p>
<p>ROBINSON:  You know, I missed the memo if they did.  The wars—the wars did not end.  And it really was quite a spectacle.</p></blockquote>
<p>You know, every time you guys repeat this myth it gets just a little bigger.  Soon we’ll be hearing that Dick Cheney waterboarded the Dixie Chicks—not that there’s anything wrong with that.</p>
<p>This is why Keith Olbermann only has guests who agree with him.  Not <em>mostly</em> agree with him, but who will buy anything and everything he says—and that’s about 10 people, the same guests over and over again.  Congressmen Anthony Weiner and James Climer, Senator Jay Rockefeller, Howard Fineman of Newsweek, Chris Hayes of the Nation, Eugene Robinson, Clarence Page, Lawrence O’Donnell, Democratic “strategist” Chris Kofinis, and Richard Wolffe.  I challenge you to find a Countdown that doesn’t include at least two of these.</p>
<p>Because you can only make such stupid arguments in a bubble of approval.  Even a reasonably informed Junior High student would point out that no one was called a traitor for disagreeing with Bush domestic policy.  People were questioned for voting to cut off funding for the war, for trying to obstruct terrorist surveillance, for making intelligence operations public.  Not for opposing Social Security Reform.</p>
<p>Then Keith made his most ludicrous suggestion of the week:</p>
<blockquote><p>OLBERMANN:  But it‘s always been appalling and it‘s always been Michele Bachmann, and I don‘t think she has any idea of what she‘s doing truly and its possible impact.</p>
<p>But today was when the Republicans say, “We own this.”  There is racism in here.  There is bigotry.  There‘s refusal to acknowledge the outcome of an election that was a pretty clear-cut decision…an associated point with this, <strong>how did the organizers of this not realize, you know what?  We had better get somehow, even if we‘ll have to pay them to show up, some black faces, some brown faces, some Asian</strong> <strong>people, or somebody in this crowd, other than the crowd that we‘ve seen at every piece of videotape that looked like—that looked exactly the same.  This is otherwise going to look like a pro-apartheid rally in South Africa 35 or 40 years ago.</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>ROBINSON:  Well, now, this is going to sound tendentious, Keith.</p>
<p>OLBERMANN:  All right.</p>
<p>ROBINSON:  But I went to the Republican National Convention last year, and you did not see many minorities there.  And it—look, this is a—<strong>this is a party that has been more and more hostile to minorities</strong>, to Latinos, to African-Americans.  It certainly perceived that way and this didn‘t help that image at all.  That—you know, that seems to be the hand they‘ve decided to play.</p>
<p>OLBERMANN:  It‘s terrifying.</p></blockquote>
<p>Be afraid, be very afraid—of the early onset of Alzheimers.  Really, rent-a-black?  And you are looking for signs of racism in the CROWD?  Check the mirror.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Is Socialist Medicine Constitutional?]]></title>

<p>Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) said on the &#8220;<a href="http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,572245,00.html">Glenn Beck Program</a>&#8221; Wednesday that the <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/guideDesc.asp?catid=180&#38;type=issue">proposed nationalization</a> of America&#8217;s healthcare system is unconstitutional.</p>
<p>David B. Rivkin Jr. and Lee A. Casey, who worked in the Justice Department during the administrations of Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, agree. <a href="http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124562948992235831.html">They argue</a> that a series of Supreme Court decisions related to privacy, including <em>Roe v. Wade</em>, would seem to doom a socialist medicine system.<!--more--></p>
<blockquote><p>&#8230;the justices posited a constitutionally mandated zone of personal privacy that must remain free of government regulation, except in the most exceptional circumstances. As the court explained in <em>Planned Parenthood v. Casey </em>(1992), &#8220;these matters, involving the most intimate and personal choices a person may make in a lifetime, choices central to personal dignity and autonomy, are central to the liberty protected by the Fourteenth Amendment. At the heart of liberty is the right to define one&#8217;s own concept of existence, of meaning, of the universe, and the mystery of human life.&#8221;</p>
<p>It is, of course, difficult to imagine choices more &#8220;central to personal dignity and autonomy&#8221; than measures to be taken for the prevention and treatment of disease &#8212; measures that may be essential to preserve or extend life itself.</p></blockquote>
<p>Bachmann is one of those rare lawmakers who actually cares about the strictures placed on the federal government by the Constitution. Plenty of lawmakers &#8211;both <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/groupProfile.asp?grpid=6214">Democrats</a> and Republicans&#8211; don&#8217;t give a farthing&#8217;s cuss what the Constitution actually allows them to do. They view it as a quaint antique document that is an occasionally inconvenient obstacle to the expansion of government power.</p>

<p>Bachmann previously grilled Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner about another constitutionally suspect program, the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) and various other bailouts:</p>
<blockquote><p>Bachmann: Mr. Secretary, what provision in the Constitution could you point to, to give authority for the actions that have been taken the Treasury since March of &#8216;08?</p>
<p>Geithner: Oh well, the Congress legislated in the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act a range of very important new authorities.</p>
<p>Bachmann: Here in the Constitution — what in the Constitution could you point to, to give authority to the Treasury for the extraordinary actions that have been taken?</p></blockquote>
<p>The day before today&#8217;s large rally outside the U.S. Capitol in opposition to <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/guideDesc.asp?catid=180&#38;type=issue">ObamaCare</a>, Bachmann urged Americans to attend the rally Thursday. Given the speed with which House Speaker <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/individualProfile.asp?indid=1248">Nancy Pelosi </a>(D-Calif.) is pressing the <a href="http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/guideDesc.asp?catid=115&#38;type=issue">socialist</a> healthcare legislation, Bachmann called the rally an &#8220;emergency house call.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>Do something, because this is it. The clock is hitting 11:59 and this health care bill is the crown jewel of socialism. Socialized medicine is the crown jewel. But tomorrow is our Super Bowl of freedom.</p></blockquote>
