“Vamos a resolver el problema de las irregularidades en las tarifas en la concesión del puerto de Paita, intentando concertar con las partes involucradas, aunque hay que aclarar, que en tanto se investiga y se resuelve, los más perjudicados son los exportadores y los trabajadores que están detrás de cada una de esas empresas”, dijo la congresista Fabiola Morales durante su intervención en la sesión ordinaria de la Comisión de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, donde se tocó el problema del alza de las tarifas en el puerto de Paita, a pedido de la Congresista piurana.

Ante la ausencia de los representantes de Proinversión y la Autoridad Portuaria, Morales Castillo dijo “me parece inaudito que la madre del cordero, es decir Proinversión, no se haya hecho presente ante esta Comisión, en primer lugar porque una citación ante el Congreso de la República es más importante que cualquier compromiso adquirido y en segundo lugar porque están faltando el respeto a todos los representantes de las partes implicadas, muchos de los cuales viajaron desde Piura para asistir a la sesión” añadió la parlamentaria.

“Yo he sido absolutamente clara con respecto a la concesión. He defendido y defiendo este modelo porque creemos que es una vía de desarrollo sostenible ya que nuestro Estado no está en capacidad de mejorar la infraestructura, pero estas concesiones deben hacerse pensando en el beneficio del país, no vaya a ser que estas políticas erradas terminen beneficiando a los puertos del Ecuador”, señaló.

Finalmente, pidió que los representantes de Terminales Portuarios Euroandinos TPE muestre los contratos que dicen han firmado con los estibadores y los demás trabajadores portuarios informales que trabajaban con ENAPU y que ahora se han visto desplazados.

Remarques : Les résultats des derniers bilans arrêtés restent stables par rapport au mois dernier (48,28 % contre 46,30% fin septembre) et au même niveau d’équilibre mais légèrement en dessous de la moyenne.
Au niveau de l’activité des clients, on note de la même manière une stabilité.
Même si 41% des EC interrogés ont noté une baisse de l’activité de leurs clients, on remarque que 10% ont vu une progression de l’activité de leurs clients (contre 1% le mois dernier).
Quant à l’organisation des entreprises, il est confirmé que l’organisation de la gestion a majoritairement augmenté pour faire face à la crise 48% (contre 29% le mois dernier).

It’s been more than a month since I wrote anything. So much for my plans to write faithfully once a week during the credential program and keep track of how it’s going. Ha! I thought the other program I was in was time consuming but it can’t touch this one. The nice thing, though, is that the professors and students are Christians and that we students keep each other accountable to focus on Jesus and not lose our perspectives on why we’re going through the program.

If you’ve known me for not too long, you’ll know that I’ve got some pretty strong opinions on education, credentials, and popular methods. In specifics, the criteria for the first program I was in and the one I’m in now aren’t that different. We’re all meeting the same state standards (TPEs) for teachers. The main difference is the people.

The people in the first program were driving me bananas(table-mates excluded). Now I get to sit in class everyday with 10 awesome people. It’s a really terrific group and I’ve been able to make some friends with “life-long” potential, Lord willing. I love talking with these girls, bouncing ideas around, encouraging each other in the Lord, and being plain old goofy. That’s been the major advantage of switching programs. We can’t wait until this semester is over, though. After a major assessment (TPA- Teacher Performance Assessment) coming up, due on Dec 7th at 4:pm, there is a week of finals, and our celebration outing. Burning the TPA template in our bonfire was definitely mentioned.

My favorite method of procrastination recently, has been debating the nature of Islam on a private forum. Besides that, I’ve been requesting books from the library, looking at their covers, deciding I’m never going to have time to read them, and sending them back. I’ve also concluded that despite loving cleanliness and order, I’m not naturally tidy. All this time I thought I was, but I’ve been assured that I am certainly not. And I have to admit, I should be cleaning up the week’s aftermath right now, but there’s just a few things I have to check online first. lol!

So that’s about it for this post. Nothing that interesting, no major news, and nothing to make you laugh. But whoever is still reading this blog, enjoy the update. I was surprised to see that there are still any “hits” after several months of no content to speak of. Thanks, whoever you are.

1) Who is namaste slave of Master Obsidian?

Wow Sir, what a question!  i don’t think i’m easily summed up. i am an archeologist, digging deep within to my core, i find external exploration to be quite tame compared to the things we can uncover within ourselves. i am someone that Master has chosen to take on His Great Adventure called life which has become my adventure as well.  There are many facets to me, spiritual, priestess/minister, service oriented slave, His nymph and anguissette.  i’m a mother, an artist, a poetess, a writer. i dance naked under the moon, or curl up with a hot cup of tea and a good book. i love to cook and entertain guests. i’m a succulent, exuberant, utterly feminine woman… but most of all i am His.

2) How did you get into the Scene/Lifestyle?

In my ministerial background i would always lean towards the “wives obey your Husbands” end of things. i taught it, preached it, mentored women on how to do it. i realized that this was something that seemed to come more naturally for me than for my peers. For the longest time i thought something was wrong with me, the things i desired and longed for were definitely out of alignment with my conservative upbringing. When i relinquished my attachment to the fear -which had been a constant companion for so long i didn’t even recognize it as fear anymore- i became able to live my life as my Truest self.  i stopped seeing the Creator as a huge being who viewed me with disapproval. Instead i saw myself as truly fearfully and wonderfully made, including my desire to live my life enslaved to Another.  i stopped trying to make myself fit into a box. i relinquished people and relationships that didn’t nurture my core or inspire my greatness. i chose to end a marriage of over 10 years that was slowly eroding my spirit and walked away from the toxic relationships i had with certain family members. i gave myself permission to fly, because there’s no reason to be afraid of heights when you have wings.

4) What should we be teaching?

i believe we should teach more relationship. It seems that we teach a great deal of S/M Technique oriented things, to a point where for many people S/M is the same as D/s or M/s. The reality is that one can have one without the other.  It is sad also many how many people jump feet first into the deep end of the pond without understanding relationship dynamics. Even in the vanilla world while people are taught sex ed, no one is taught relationship ed.  i’d like to see more classes on communication, conflict resolution, polyamory, long term relationship building etc; but all within the power exchange dynamic. We do have classes that teach these things currently, but typically they are taught from an egalitarian perspective.

5) What is important?

Honesty and living your truth is important.  But more foundational than that is knowledge of self, for how can you be honest or live your truth if you don’t know who you are? Making the time to get quiet and alone with yourself and (to quote something i once read) investigate your dark places with a flash light, is so vital  to being conscious and deliberate as you go through life and Leather.  In this community i see people grabbing titles, collars and orientations without knowing anything about them. Are we so desperate to identify as SOMETHING that we grasp at whatever seems to be in? Or, are we so lacking in understanding of who we are that we look for a label so that we can have a prescribed way of being? The titles, the collars, the orientation labels are only descriptors of what currently is. They  are not Creators of what isn’t.  Do we need affirmation and identity so greatly that we feel that we are made more than what we are by being called – slave, Master, masochist, queer, gay, Leather, not-Leather, Kink?  i think in our lifestyle we have a bit of a paradox. On one hand we are counter culture, individuals…some would say anarchists. On the other… we are a community of orphans seeking family. We (because of what we are) don’t feel accepted by Vanilla society,  and yet many of us feel no acceptance within the gates of our Leather lifestyle either. We want connection, we want to be loved, we want to be embraced, not merely tolerated. All of which is to say that i believe an equally important facet of this is Tribe. Find those who are your family, whose souls you connect with and who share with you Principles, Ethics, Integrity, Honor – Vision. Join with them and form Intentional Community.  We are stronger this way i believe, when we welcome those who we know are part of us and let them know they are not alone.
