Kilbarchan Athletic Club had a number of young athletes competing in the Scottish Age Group Championships at Aberdeen last weekend, with some success.
Rory MacLean was on top form, winning the under 13 boys 100m in 12.66 seconds and the 200m in 26.61 seconds, both club records and Kirsty Costello for the under 13 girls, also had a successful day winning the Hammer with a throw measured at 31.87m and was 2nd in the Javelin with a personal best of 23.85m. 213 more words
