Last weekend was the Mayfest celebration in Gratz Park, where they have all kinds of vendors selling food and other fun stuff. And best of all, they have a petting zoo with goats, sheep, and llamas. I want a baby goat. They are the cutest things you can possibly imagine (you’ll have to take my word for it because I forgot to take my camera).

Along with the festival came the Gratz Park Treasure Sale. The neighborhood association put together a yard sale to coincide with the festival (which was brilliant on their part), so of course, I had to go. I love, love, love looking through yard sales. And it’s even better when you are looking through wealthy people’s stuff. The sale had its fair share of lame, normal yard sale stuff, but they also had a bunch of antique furniture and some cool art. I snagged this side table, which will go on my side of the bed, for $15, and this print of Gratz Park in the 1900′s for only 25 cents! I’m pretty jazzed about it.
