Anyways. If I could recommend any one drama to someone based on uniqueness, it would definitely be Nodame Cantabile. I was trying to describe it to a person once & attempted to liken it to a series (since that usually gives people some sort of an idea) but I miserably failed. There is nothing else really like it xD

‘Tis the series that I recognised Ueno Juri’s talent (until I further fell for her in Last Friends >>> OMG EPIC girl crush on Ruka.) I think it’s very rare for females to blindingly succeed in a leading comedic role but who the bjesus didn’t love darling little Megumi Noda & her wonderfully weird & whacky ways??? I also think Juri-chan & Tamaki Hiroshi are so cute together <3 And w/ that, I can now post my scans from the current issue of Only Star magazine xDD (please, no hotlinking.)

Today Ueno Juri, Tamaki Hiroshi and the rest of the main cast of “Nodame Cantabile: The Final Score – Part I” gathered in Tokyo, wearing the exact same outfits as in the movie, for the stage greeting and preview screening event.

Ueno led the cast into the theater, passing right next to the 4000 screaming fans who have been eagerly waiting to see the continuation of Fuji TV’s highly successful youth dorama series. This movie is the first of the 2 movies that are going to mark the end of this series about music and the love between a sensitive pianist (Ueno) and an elite musician (Tamaki).

“It’s not that easy to create such a large-scale movie packed with so much energy. I’m really excited.” Ueno greeted the audience. As you know, the filming of the Nodame movies took place in 4 different European countries. Ueno was asked to share her thoughts about filming abroad and as usual she had a unique story on hand. “It was difficult in the beginning, but now I’m okay with eating pizza and pasta every day. I got used to it.”

Ueno really has the same naiveté as her role in Nodame and Tamaki simply had to poke fun at her again. “Did you really just talk about food?” His thoughts about filming abroad: “I’m very happy that I got to conduct in Europe’s famous hall.”

“Nodame Cantabile: The Final Score – Part I” will open on the 19th while Part II is slated for a release on April 17 next year.

Actress Ueno Juri (23) and actor Tamaki Hiroshi (29) made a surprise appearance at the ‘Nodame Orchestra Concert’ at Tokyo International Forum on 31st October, sending the 5000 fans in attendance into rapturous applause.

They informed the audience that filming for the first movie ‘Nodame Cantabile Saishu Gakusho Zenpen’ filmed over an extensive period in Paris, Vienna and other parts of Europe has been completed. It will open in theaters on 19th December. Tamaki Hiroshi came dressed as conductor Chiaki who the main character, genius pianist Noda Megumi is madly in love with. Ueno said,”I want to see the finished movie soon. I look forward to seeing how cool Chiaki-senpai is and what kind of amazing facial expressions I managed to come up with.” Tamaki commented,”I hope all of you will go to the theater and experience the sound of the orchestra which could not be conveyed in the drama.”

Part 2 of the movie will open next year on 17th April. Filming is on-going.

El popular manga Nodame Cantabile de Ninomiya Tomoko que se ha convertido en drama y anime, terminará su publicación en la edición #20 de la revista “KISS” que se publica dos veces al mes. Ésta edición saldrá a la venta en octubre 10. Nodame Cantabile consta de 22 volúmenes y más de 300,000 copias vendidas. Y la historia cuenta la vida amorosa de una prodigio del piano y un talentoso conductor.

En 2006, Ueno Juri protagonizó el drama. En 2007 y 2008 se emitieron dos temporadas de anime. Ahora, éste año se estrena una película y una tercera temporada de anime comenzará en enero del próximo año.

Heres the full trailer for the two upcoming Nodame Cantabile movies which up where the popular Fuji TV drama series left off.

Part 1 will be released in Japan on December 19, 2009 with part 2 coming sometime in 2010.

In addition to Japan, filming took place in France, Czechoslovakia, Slovakia, and Austria.

Dette er den fulle offisielle traileren for de  kommende filmene som fortsetter der Nodame Cantabile dramaen avsluttet. I tillegg til Japan, har filmingen tatt sted i Frankrike, Slovakia, Tsjekkoslovakia og Østerrike.

Historien er basert på Ninomiya Tomokos manga-serie ved samme navn, og handler om de to musikkstudentene Noda “Nodame” Megumi (Ueno Juri) og Chiaki Shinichi (Tamaki Hiroshi), som til tross for at de er hverandres rake motsetning ender opp som partnere både i musikken og i kjærligheten.

Første del har premiere i Japan den 19. desember i år, mens del 2 kommer en gang i 2010.

Personlig må jeg si at jeg gleder meg masse! Har alltid digget Nodame Cantabile, det er en helskjønn serie. :’D Og så er den så full av flotte skuespillere! Jeg håper de har greid å skvise med Mine (Eita), og Masumi (Koide Keisuke).

Synopsis:

Based on the hit comic book by Tomoko Ninomiya, this is a fun-filled quirky romantic story of two very opposite people.

Megumi Noda, or “Nodame” is a piano student at Momogaoka College of Music. An extremely talented pianist who wants to be a kindergarten teacher, she prefers playing by ear rather than reading the music score. She is messy and disorganized, takes baths several days apart and loves to eat, sometimes stealing her friend’s lunchbox when it is filled with delicacies.

Shinichi Chiaki, is Momogaoka’s top student. Born into a musical family, he is talented in piano and violin and has secret ambitions to become a conductor. An arrogant multi-lingual perfectionist who once lived abroad in the music capitals of the world as a young boy, he feels mired in Japan because of a childhood phobia.

They meet by accident. Nodame quickly falls in love, but it takes much longer for Chiaki to even begin to appreciate Nodame’s unusual qualities. Their relationship causes them both to develop and grow. Because of Nodame, Chiaki got the opportunity to lead a student orchestra and begins to have a broader appreciation of people’s musical abilities. Because of Chiaki, Nodame faces her fears and enters a piano competition. Opportunities open up as both begin taking risks, stretching themselves far more than they ever thought possible.

Seen only 6 ep ,I couldn’t finishi it because is tooo boring !!

Nagasawa Masami’s acting was very poor.

Ueno Juri: She can act but for some reasons she was very annoying here.

Eita: I was expecting a lot from him.A good performance but at the same time dissapointing.

Nishikido Ryou: This guy surprised me.

Such a great cast went to waste here.Minimal character development.This could have been great, but it failed miserably.

Synopsis:

Last Friends tackles issues that afflict the current generation. La actriz Ueno Juri y cinco creadores llevarán acabo un omnibus dorama llamado “Ueno Juri to 5tsu no Kaban” (Ueno Juri y los cinco bolsos).  Éste estará compuesto por cinco historias diferentes  y se transmitirá el  3 de septiembre por WOWOW. En el primer capítulo, “la chica del estuche de guitarra” será la primera vez que Ueno Juri se enfrenta al reto de tocar una guitarra. En cada capítulo, Ueno interpretará a un personaje diferente.
