Exclusive Products, Branded Goods and Elite Properties are extremely desired, universally dreamt and frequently celebrated overall by the large majority of people who cannot afford to buy them. Luxury cars and designer clothes are crafted and developed overall to distinguish as extremely affluent and as deeply influent the few chosen people from the social elite who can easily purchase and consume them. The main purpose of a unique sport car and the first role of a branded item of design are to show how rich and important their owner is, compared to the mass of ordinary people who can just admire and imagine these prohibitively expensive status-simbols.

Whole countries have built large sectors of their economy on the cult of beautiful jewels, exotic excellence, luxurious elegance and exclusive elitism, bestown and represented with rare products in the realms of fashion, perfumes and automotive. Obviously the cult surrounding these products trespasses the small group of people who actually buy them; likewise, the market of the replicas (legal or licenced), is a florid and global source of profit, trade and debate. We have collected some valuable sites from the http://www.t-h-e-n-e-w.com and http://www.euroserve.cn ( with http://www.esw3.eu dns services ) networks discussing about elite products.
My philosophy has always been that as long as you put in the research and time, you can do anything

My philosophy has always been that as long as you put in the research and time, you can do anything yourself. It may also be my stubborn persistence that has given me some advantage. It also comes down to: why pay someone to do it if I can figure it out myself?

All of these things come together when I design and create fun things for my life. How much fun is it to bring new and exciting things to your room? How much more fun is to bring new and exciting things into your room that also happen to be cheap?

Photo from desire to inspire

Getting started is easy and hard. It’s easy because all you need is something to inspire you; it’s hard because you have to find something to inspire you enough to spend some money and a lot of time figuring it out. For me, it’s looking at home décor magazines and design blogs. I like to look at pictures of rooms and see the way everything comes together. Then I might spot one detail of that room and think, huh that would look good in mine. My next thought is how exactly am I going to make that for myself?

When you want to make something, just like with cooking, you have to see all the parts that create the sum. Make a list of all the things you’re going to need to buy in order to put it all together. You need to know that you can get everything you need, or think you might need in order to create an awesome final product. This process is a lot more intense than you think because there might be layers of the project that are very important but you can’t see. But don’t worry if you don’t have everything that makes up the original, don’t stress; you can make the project work for you by using your own creativity.

Make time for the project. Everyone knows that a project you rush through isn’t going to be as nice as something you devoted an hour or more to sitting down and thinking through. And if whatever you create doesn’t come out how you envisioned it, take time to fix it too. One of my own problems is being frustrated when I can’t create something I see so clearly in my mind. When that happens, there are a few options. Alter your perspective and see beauty in what you can create, even when it’s not perfect. Revisit your original idea and think about where you might have gone wrong and then take some extra time to fix it. You don’t need to throw something away just because it’s not perfect,; beauty can be in something that has a unique quirkiness that’s all you.

Photo from you are my fave

I’ll post some projects that I make for my room as soon as I can squeeze in some time. One of those projects is decorating a large letter K for my wall with seashells that I have picked up at every beach that I’ve visited. Hopefully it will look something like this that I saw in an old Coastal Living magazine. While do-it-yourself design can be fun but it can also be time consuming. If you don’t have a lot of time to get all the components of a project and figure out how to do it, head to Michael’s or any other craft store and pick up a fun and easy kit. Just be sure that when you’re crafting and designing, you always have fun!

The Daytona is the name of an original Rolex type of watch. Sometimes also called an “”Oyster Professional Cosmograph,”" the Daytona has earned the nickname of “racing driver’s choice.”" It was made to measure elapsed time and to calculate average speed in a race. The Rolex Daytona Replica should be equipped with a sweep second hand, minute and hour “”totalizators”" activated by push buttons, and a graduated bezel that performs like a tachometer.

Rolex released a new version of the Daytona in 1991 that contained a Zenith movement. The new version featured large dials and had an inner track in a contrasting color. Dial colors included black, white, champagne and each watch had “”Daytona”" in red on the dial.

The stainless steel Daytona has become one of the most sought after watches. There have been a few dial refinements, but the main difference is that latest Rolex is now using an in-house movement instead of the old Zenith one.

The genuine Rolex Daytona is self-winding and waterproof to 330 feet (100 meters), has an engraved tachometer bezel, and steel dial with yellow gold. The Rolex Daytona replica will only be water resistant for 100 feet (30 meter) diving and that is only if you purchase the Grade 1 Swiss Rolex Replica. (The Daytona Rolex Replica may also be purchased in Grades 2 – 5 and, therefore, be less expensive.)

This Rolex Replica has either a beautiful black or white face and a stainless steel oyster band. You will often get fully functional chronographs and a Valjoux automatic jewel movement. This movement allows the user to time one continuous event. The high-end price – $1400 for the Swiss (Grade 1) model – reflects the top of the line replica quality.

The 2005 Daytona Rolex Replica may have a 25-jewel Miyota automatic movement in the Japanese (Grade 2) Rolex replica. Only the white face, stainless steel band model carries all the following upgrades: Sharper dial markings due to a new laser-etching process, night Illumination, a fully functional chronograph with day, date and 24 military hours indicator, solid stainless steel with similar weight of an original, and sapphire crystal glass for better protection on the face.

Natural Baltic Amber

The Beauty of Amber
By Arsene Bergkamp

When it comes to jewelry, there are refined pieces and all natural ones. Amber definitely falls into the natural beauty category.

Amber is one of the most interesting materials that is used in jewelry production today. This natural material is not mined nor created in a lab, instead it is a fossilized part of history. Pieces of amber can be traced back for 90 million years, with most of the world’s amber dating between 30 and 90 million years old. This ancient tree resin is found in several beautiful colors, and can be shaped into many different types of jewelry pieces.

Most of the world’s most beautiful amber gems (this fossilized resin is considered a gemstone even though it does not have the properties of most gems) come from the area around the Baltic Sea. This amber is called Baltic amber, and it is found in marine sand known as “blue sand” in this area. It is believed most of the amber originally came from the sap of one particular type of pine tree, known as Pinites succiniter, and this tree appears to be related to the pine trees of North America and Asia.

Amber is a beautiful, warm gemstone – but it can be made even more interesting if the piece contains preserved life from millions of years ago. Items that have been found inside fossilized amber include plants, insects such as small ants and flies, and even tiny tree frogs that existed millenia ago. Most of these animals and plants decayed within the amber, leaving only the impression (or occasionally, shell) inside the resin.

There are several different colors of amber available in the Baltic area – specifically, Russia, where 90% of the amber on today’s market is from. Most amber is a warm honey color – the color known as amber – but there are also cherry red pieces, lemon yellow and green ambers available. In the Dominican Republic, a special type of amber is found that is called blue amber – this amber appears blue when held against a dark background and is honey colored in the light. Blue amber is highly prized among collectors.

If you are interested in buying amber jewelry, be sure to buy from a reputable source. The popularity of this resin/gem in recent years has led to a large amount of counterfeits. Most of these are resins like plastic that are colored to look just like real amber – they may even have bubbles or inclusions like true amber has. Buying from a jeweler or other reputable source can assure that you are not fooled into buying fake amber.

It’s easy to create a unique work of art with a photo canvas. It’s a way to create somet

It’s easy to create a unique work of art with a photo canvas. It’s a way to create something that will last for decades and all you need is your imagination – and some digital photos, of course. There’s no need to paint, draw or sculpt, but you can still create lasting memories from your photos. If you have thousands of photos on your hard drive or in your memory card, then it’s time to do something exciting with them. Instead of simply emailing a few to our friends and forgetting about the rest, we can use our digital photos to create unique photo gifts.

As the name suggests, a photo canvas is a canvas with your digital photo on it. It’s like the canvases that hang in the National Gallery. It is woven and stretched like those canvases; the only difference is that it has your digital photo printed on it. When it comes to creating a photo canvas, size doesn’t matter. They can be as small as a paperback or as large as a computer screen, or even larger.

Simple Or Complex Photo Canvas Ideas

Many people go for a simple photo canvas. That’s a canvas with a single photo printed on it. This is a great personalized gifts for commemorating a loved one, or highlighting a picture of the youngest member of your family. However, you can do even more than that. If you’re a whiz with photo editing software, you can customize your photo before you send it to be printed. Don’t like the background? Change it for something more tasteful. Get rid of red eye and use an air brush effect so that the photo looks its best.

Some photo editing programs have lots of artistic effects, so that you can make your digital photo look like a mosaic, a painting or another style of art. You can use photo editing to combine several photos too, though there is another way. Why not upload a batch of photos and get a photo canvas with dozens of photos. A photo collage is a much better than sticking them to a noticeboard with push pins. Creating this kind of effect is a great way to commemorate a special occasion where you take lots of photos, such as a wedding, anniversary party, graduation or special birthday.

You don’t need to limit yourself to a single photo canvas. You could also do a whole series around a theme and link them together. It will provide a real talking point. If you live in a scenic location, why not take several pictures from slightly different viewpoints and then hang five, six or a dozen photo canvases together. It’s a spectacular way to use this form of art.

Don’t forget to choose your photos carefully, especially if you are using a single photo. Make sure that it really is something that you will be happy to hang on your walls. Once the decision is made, you can relax, secure in the knowledge that you have something totally unique. And there’s more. A photo canvas also makes a great gift for a loved one. After all, you’ve got to use those digital photos somehow.

So last Saturday night was my 25th birthday (11/21) and I went to Benihana with a few friends and I got a free meal. Along with my meal, I paid $7 (with free refills) for this lovely kitty shaped mug. It’s weird, quirky and a novelty … I HAD to have it. It’s not your conventional mug because you have to stick a straw in the little hole in his neck … and yes, it looks like a tracheostomy tube … that you’re drinking from. How sick is that?

While it’s not Hello Kitty, I’ve come to enjoy this weird looking mug, cup, whatever you want to call it. Gotta looooove China!

I was watching the interview by Tony Fernandes (the founder of AirAsia) and was surprised that even

I was watching the interview by Tony Fernandes (the founder of AirAsia) and was surprised that even though he has recently launched a very successful low cost airline, he claimed that his inspiration was EasyJet (a small European low cost airline). It was odd for me because his previous employer was Richard Branson (of Virgin Airline) and the most successful European low cost airline was RyanAir.
In India also we have a couple of low cost airline. Some are doing well, some were earlier low cost, but now they have abandoned this business plan. Hence I booked a return ticket with RyanAir to see firsthand how they operate and how they are so successful in cutting costs. Here are few of my observations (the list is not exhaustive)
a.	They fly not from main airports, but from small airports at the fringes of the important city. This is important because this means that RyanAir becomes an exclusive airline at these airports. This helps it schedule landing and takeoff priorities better, faster turnaround time. Most important that not only do airports charge a lower taxiway, parking, passenger handling charges (sometimes as low as 50% or the international norms) but Charleroi airport even paid a six figured sum to sign a contract with ryan air.
b.	Being a remote airport outside the city, ryan air also gets a share of the profits from the transport operators (busses, car rentals), restaurants and motels that owe their fortunes to the airline.
c.	Passengers are supposed to print their own boarding pass.(15 euros if you don’t) If they are carrying a big bag or it weighs more than 10kg, then they have to pay 15 euros (35 euros if you don’t book in advance) At Barcelona there was a RyanAir flight every 5 min, yet it was hard to see any of the RyanAir staff and this saving is passed on to the passengers.
d.	Inside the aircraft, they have even removed the trays or the personal basket. Hence the airhostess doesn’t have to spend time cleaning up. Even the seats don’t have a reclining button. So no need to waste time telling the customers not to recline etc. Not to mention every service inside the aircraft is charged and for the 2 hour flight you are constantly bombarded with advertisements and promotional schemes.
e.	The airline does not give seat numbers to the passengers. There are no busses to transport them to the aircraft hence in a way there is a mad rush to race to the aircraft and occupy the window seats. The airline also charges 3 euros for priority boarding. All this gives RyanAir best turnaround time in the industry.
f.	Bulk of the fleet purchases were done at the time of the SARS scare when airline gave substantial discounts and concessions to anybody who could keep the manufacturers in business. Also unlike other European airlines Ryan has a fleet exclusively of Boeing 737 and the Americans were just happy to sell to the Europe for the first time that they forget to even bill them properly.
No wonder their future vision is to ferry the passengers for free and charge only for the services.

Forty-eight relics from the Nguyen Dynasty era donated by private collectors to the Hue Royal Fine Arts Museum are on display at the former royal capital’s An Dinh Palace. The Hue Royal Fine Arts Museum, run by the Hue Historical Relic Preservation Centre, houses a large collection of relics from the time of Vietnam’s last imperial dynasty, which ruled from 1820 to 1945.

The objects on show at the exhibition, organised by the museum, are mostly made of silver, brass, precious stones, porcelain, silk, wood and paper.

Among them are a pair of ivory tusks donated by a Vietnamese expatriate living in France, a tea set gifted by Doan Phuoc Thuan, a collector in the central coastal province of Phu Yen, and a collection of King Minh Mang’s poems written on paper donated by Frenchman Andre de Crozet.

A set of three life-size brass statues of Jesus’s mother Mary, donated by a Hue-based company, is among the most valuable relics on show.

At the time of the exhibition’s opening, Nguyen Huu Hoang donated a porcelain basin and plate, Le Gia donated a land register, and a group of collectors presented a pair of vermilion-lacquered gilded wood panels.

The exhibition will go on until the end of the year.

Does anyone remember this show?

If you were born in the mid to late 80s and raised in the 90s, you should be able to remember Xuxa … the “childrens” show with the weird Brazillian lady who used to pose for Playboy. The show used to come on in the late afternoons and was on air for only one year. The plug was pulled on the show because parents complained about how she was dressed and the fact that she used to put on red lipstick and kiss little boys on the cheek at the end of the show. That ’s how they get down in South America!
