GeorgiaView Vista Unavailable During Spring Break (3/7)

On March 7,2011, during the spring break, the USG will be upgrading the GeorgiaView Vista production environment making the service unavailable from 9:00am – 5:00pm. If needed, USG may require an extension of the downtime to finalize all tasks associated with making the production environment fully functional. Please plan ahead for this downtime. Migrating Content from WebCT Vista to GeorgiaView Vista

We are now in the final stage of the migration to GeorgiaView Vista. According to the migration timeline provided to us by the USG, all data and backups associated with the old WebCT Vista system will be deleted as of August 2010. As you build your course for Fall 2010, if you need content from the old WebCT Vista system, please let us know as early as possible. We will do our best to migrate your sections from the old WebCT Vista system to the new GeorgiaView Vista environment.

GeorgiaView Vista Downtime for Upgrade

On August 11, the USG will be upgrading the GeorgiaView Vista production environment making the service unavailable from 12:00am – 11:59pm. We have also been informed that an additional 8 – 24 hour window may be necessary to finalize all tasks associated with making the production environment fully functional. This additional window, if required, may or may not be subsequent to the initial window of time.

If you are intending to work with GeorgiaView Vista, please plan ahead for this downtime.
