The military on Wednesday announced that it was limiting the movements of the Ampatuan clan to avoid unpleasant incidents when arrest warrants were served against any family member.

The ARMM governor’s brother, Andal Ampatuan Jr., the mayor of Datu Unsay town, has been charged with multiple murder in connection with the massacre and is detained at the National Bureau of Investigation headquarters in Manila.

The elder Ampatuan, patriarch of the family with close ties to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, was charged by the NBI and Mangudadatu with multiple murder, damage to property and robbery.

 On November 23 supporters of local vice-mayor Ismail Mangudadatu and 30 journalists were killed as they prepared to launch his candidacy for the governance of the Maguindanao Province. The clan of Ampatuan were blamed for the incident but lawyers of the suspects say they clients are innocent.

A southern California couple has been arrested for trying to cover-up a murder that their son and his friends are accused of.

They allegedly murdered 17-year-old Adrian Rios, at the home of Jose and Maria Seym.

The AP is reporting that…Police are seeking Jose Campos, 17, and arrested his stepfather and mother, Jose and Maria Seym (SAY-em), late Thursday on suspicion of being accessories to murder, said Hemet police Capt. Tony Margis.

Authorities believe the charred remains found last month in a fire pit behind Campos’ house are those of 17-year-old Adrian Rios, although they are awaiting the results of DNA testing on some of the remains, including a severed human foot. Results could take several weeks.

Police have also issued an arrest warrant for Felicia Sharp, 17, and a 21-year-old man named Rene Lopez-Fregozo, Margis said. Lopez-Fregozo and Sharp are both wanted for being an accessory to murder, he said.

I believe in supporting my child,but if he brutally murders a friend, and then fries his body in the family bar-be-que pit, then that is where my support for his freedom ends.

At this point,the police may have a right to shoot him down in the street, so they would have been better off, dealing with the judicial system.

If they find his DNA present while he is still on the run,then all bets are off.

Here in Southern California,most murderers attempt to flee across the border,because they think that Mexico will not extradite them if they could face the death penalty here,but that only is if the alledged killer is a citizen on Mexico.

An Italian jury has reached a verdict in the trial of American Amanda Knox and her Italian ex-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, who are standing trial for the murder of Knox’ British roommate Meredith Kercher.

Prosecutors claimed that Knox, Sollecito, and another man, Rudy Guede, who has already been convicted, killed Kercher in a sex game gone wrong. They have claimed DNA evidence puts the suspects at the scene.

Amanda Knox is facing 26 years in prison.

The decision by the jury of six laymen and two judges came after midnight Friday in a courtroom in this Italian city, where Knox, a University of Washington student, had come to study. So had the dead woman, Meredith Kercher.

Knox’s former boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, was also found guilty.

Inside the courtroom the Kercher family members sat on one side, the Knox family on the other. Their supporters and reporters flanked them.

The AP reports…prosecutors had sought life imprisonment,Italy’s stiffest penalty.Courts often give out much less severe penalties than what prosecuters demand.

The Americans’ father, Curt Knox,asked if he would fight for his daughter,replied,with tears in her eyes:”Hell yes”.

Rumors are ablaze today about the cover up of the child molestation conviction of R & B singer Pleasure P, birth name Marcus Cooper, and the public cover up of the facts of the case by the record label that holds a five album contract with the group, and currently solo act Pleasure P.

Marcus accepted a plea with the State of Florida and Joseph Smith who is the care giver of the niece and nephew which Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper molested. These are not the only papers filed against him. These are the first of 3. As part of the plea agreement Marcus plead guilty and paid an “undisclosed amount” to remain free and have the records “sealed” and on the family level for them to remain quiet and not to speak publicly about it…

Maurice Clemmons was killed by a patrol officer investigating a stolen vehicle.

Investigators from the King County Medical Examiner will look over the body of Maurice Clemmons, who was shot by a Seattle police early this morning.

The AP reports that…a Seattle police  officer on patrol found the suspect in the Lakewood police shooting when the officer came upon a stolen car early this morning.

He was shot when he refused to show his hands and ran around the car.

Clemmons was suspected in the execution style killing of four police officers at a coffee shop this weekend.

Investigators have rolled up a growing network of friends and families who helped the shooter evade arrest for two days.

Joseph Comeaux Jr., 49...escaped Texas child molester

A convicted sexual predator escaped from custody Monday morning in the Baytown area after holding two transport officers hostage, officials with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice said.

The AP is reporting that the Texas Department of Criminal Justice has confirmed officials are searching for Arcade Joseph Comeaux Jr., 49. The TDCJ says he took two transport officers hostage Monday morning before fleeing the vehicle on foot in the Baytown area.

A statement released by the TDCJ says Arcade Joseph Comeaux Jr., 49, was being transported from the Estelle Unit in Huntsville to the Stiles Unit in Beaumont when he brandished a firearm and directed the officers to stop the vehicle. He took the officers’ weapons and apparently handcuffed them together in the back of the transport vehicle before fleeing.

The inmate, Arcade Joseph Comeaux Jr., 49, should be considered armed and dangerous.

Comeaux last was seen wearing the uniform and black boots. He was described as black, 6 feet tall, and weighing 200 pounds.

The escape happened near the intersection of Lee Drive, Texas Avenue and Market Street, near Lee College. A command post has been set up nearby to coordinate a massive search.

Comeaux is serving a life sentence for indecency with a child in Harris County, aggravated sexual assault in Brazos County and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Fort Bend County.

The officers were located by law enforcement officers at approximately 10 a.m. and were unharmed.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.

Lets find this serial child molester, and put him back behind bars before he sodomizes another innocent victim.

The AP is reporting that there has been an explosion at a school Sunday in Virginia.Police say eight workers have been injured in the explosion at a middle school in southeastern Virginia.

Newport News Police spokesman Lou Thurston says the workers suffered varying injuries in Sunday morning’s blast at Crittenden Middle School.

They were employees of T.R. Driscoll Inc. of Lumberton, N.C., a contracting company that had been doing repair work at the school for about five weeks.

The cause of the blast is being investigated. Thurston says workers were using propane to heat the tar but no cause has been determined.

Five workers were taken to nearby trauma centers, and three to emergency rooms.

Thurston says the explosion sparked a fire and caused a large wall to collapse in the school’s shop area. Monday classes were canceled.

BREAKING NEWS- The AP is reporting that four police officers were shot and killed Sunday morning in what authorities called a targeted ambush at a coffee-house in Washington state, a sheriff’s official said.

A gunman burst into a Washington state coffeehouse Sunday and opened fire on four police officers as they sat working on their laptops, killing the three men and one woman in what an official described as a targeted ambush.

Pierce County Sheriff’s spokesman Ed Troyer said officers were looking for one male suspect who fled on foot, but haven’t ruled out an accomplice.

Troyer said the four officers killed — all from the Lakewood Police Department — were catching up on paperwork at the beginning of their shifts when they were attacked at 8:15 a.m. Sunday.

Troyer said the attack was clearly targeted at the officers, not a robbery gone bad.

“There were marked patrol cars outside and they were all in uniform,” Troyer said.

“This was more of an execution. Walk in with the specific mindset to shoot police officers,” Troyer said.

A Pierce County manhunt is now under way, Sgt. Ed Troyer, Pierce County Sheriff’s spokesman, said all available officers are combing several potential crime scenes, including one on Pacific Highway where a suspect’s pickup truck reportedly was abandoned.

Families of the officers have been notified, Troyer said. All of the officers — three males and a female — were in uniform, wearing vests and had marked patrol cars parked outside, he said.

A $10,000 reward was offered for information leading to an arrest, Troyer said.

Police are looking for one man in connection with the attack, which happened at about 8 a.m., Troyer said. The suspect is described as an African-American man, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, wearing a black coat and blue jeans, with a “scruffy” appearance, he said. The man is believed to have fled the coffee shop on foot, he said.

Authorities are not ruling out the possibility that a second person was involved in the attack, Troyer said.

There were no known threats lodged against any of the officers murdered, nor any against the police department at large.

“We don’t have any threat, we don’t have any targeted people,” Troyer told reporters, having no answer to the question of why the officers were singled out.”Chances are there is not going to be a good answer. There is not an answer that makes any sense.”

Killing black women in south Los Angeles

In a case that is reminiscent of the police oversight in Cleveland, by being remise in their investigation of a series of missing women reports in the same neighborhood for over 15 years, they only recently were able to arrest convicted rapist Anthony Sowell for the killings.

As in the Cleveland serial killer case, the perpetrator was able to get away with his murderous rampages for several years, due to the fact that police departments around the country continue to fail to follow-up and thoroughly investigate the murders, or the missing case reports, of black women that they deem to be street trash.

In Los Angeles, we see that black women are treated like dirt, as compared to the way a white women would be assisted, and if they go missing, it is the top priority for the department.

We see that with the mishandling of the Mitrice Richardson disappearance by the Malibu Police Department, after they released her after she clearly was acting disoriented as if her life and safety did not matter.

In LA, the name of the serial killer is ‘The Grim Sleeper’. A citizens action group has been set up to keep a focus on finding and prosecuting this killer. In south LA, the police were not very quick to connect the dots to incriminate one killer.

Because the killings were not connected as serial murders, the tragic enormity of the situation has been hidden and downplayed, and vital evidence, connections and patterns may have been missed.

 Public and media attention which would have been greater if the total numbers of deaths had been known, would have spurred the police into a more vigorous investigation. Lives might have been saved and the community better protected from further attacks.

The first set of murders was announced in the mid-1980s after eleven women had already been killed in a 40-mile radius in South L.A. The police falsely referred to the killer as the “Prostitute Slayer” a name then picked up by the press.

By the end of the 1980s the public was told that the murders committed by the South side Slayer were solved.

The police named the second set of murders the “Strawberry Murders” (a name given by LAPD because they said the victims were mainly women who exchanged sex for drugs). A Sheriff’s Deputy, Ricky Ross, was arrested and charged with three of the murders and then subsequently released for lack of credible evidence.

 After 11 dead victims and one surviving eyewitness, LAPD have finally re-released 1988 composite sketch of serial killer infamously known as the “Grim Sleeper.”

A well spoken, 20 or 30-year-old man began attacking women, typically those working as prostitutes in South Los Angeles in 1985. Police found fingerprints, DNA and other compelling evidence that point to the same killer. All victims, including the surviving woman, were shot with the same small-caliber gun.

One woman, ‘Enietra’ Margette, survived an attack in 1988. The alleged serial killer shot the victim in the chest and sexually assaulted her.

Families of several of the victims were never notified by law enforcement that their loved ones were killed by a serial murderer—and neither was the lone survivor of the attacks.

 Each was made to believe that it had been a random killer. Many families had to learn from press articles or from television! Crucial patterns of evidence have been missed.

The public is deeply disturbed by the lack of information released over the past 20 years. The  Black Coalition Fighting Back Serial Murders challenged the LAPD to take more aggressive actions toward solving the cold cases.

According to reports, the police have recently released a 911 tape of witness who saw the driver of a van dump a body.

The Black Coalition begs the questions, “Why was so little done in 20 years to solve these murders?”

I know the answer to that is easy….”because it is easy for many in law enforcement to believe that black women are trash”….

Their treatment of our women proves this to be true.

Known Victims Of The Grim Sleeper

“This guy’s targeting people on the streets. Most of our girls have had issues with narcotics or prostitution, so it’s not so much that he’s creeping around, taking innocent mothers off the street. We suggest people just use caution when they’re out.”

“It’s the difference between the valuing of Black life versus the valuing of White life.

 Clearly if these were White women, as opposed to being Black women, especially if these were White women sort of in the working class, there would be an all-out onslaught. It would be national news … whether or not they were prostitutes,” said Atty. Gyamfi.

Family members of victims held a meeting with task force investigators to determine what else they didn’t know, like police had a composite sketch of the suspect but have never released it.

“They have a sketch that was done back in 1988 and that is something that normally you get out everywhere. You think about the Craig’s List killer, and how they had pictures of him and his head was always down or turned to the side. They didn’t care. They put that mess up and said if you have any information let us know,” she said.

And the 911 tape about Barbara Ware’s murder existed in the 1980s—but wasn’t made public until earlier this year.

LAPD is currently composing an updated sketch of the serial killer who may be in his late 40s to mid 50s now.

At the time of the eyewitness’s attack, the alleged murderer was described as well spoken, 20 to 30 years old, pockmarked face, between 5’8” to 5’10.” He was last seen driving an orange two-door 1970’s Pinto, hatchback with tinted windows and green interior.

Controversial Los Angeles Laker star Ron Artest is caught up in an investigation of welfare fraud against his sister Latoya Holmes-Ivey.

Police and housing authorities raided the home Latoya Holmes-Ivey and her three children rent at 336 E. Burgess Ave. Wednesday morning.

Holmes-Ivey is suspected of receiving federal housing assistance, as well as other social services, while receiving financial assistance from her millionaire basketball/rapper brother, and not reporting it.

That is welfare fraud, and is a criminal offense.

A tip came from a former CPA that handled Ron Artest financial affairs a Tennessee-based accounting firm called TriStar Sports and Entertainment.

According to court documents, the ex-employee sent an e-mail to the Housing and Urban Development Office in Indianapolis claiming that TriStar, under the direction of Artest, was using one of his bank accounts to pay all of Holmes-Ivey’s bills.

 The man requested to remain anonymous, saying that he could not, in good conscience, fail to report such an ethics infraction.

Ron Artest may want to check the wording in that non-disclosure form that I am certain the former accountant signed, as the accounting firm’s reputation has got to be destroyed by this leak. Confidentiality between their clients is key to their business.

If the former CPA did sign a non-disclosure form, then his disclosure of this information, even if it is to be found true, will be admissible in court, and will be the reason that all charges will be dropped.

 Housing authorities said that if the allegations are true, Holmes-Ivey would have used at least $34,000 in taxpayer money she was not entitled to. According to court documents, the ex-employee sent an e-mail to the Housing and Urban Development Office in Indianapolis claiming that TriStar, under the direction of Artest, was using one of his bank accounts to pay all of Holmes-Ivey’s bills.

 The man requested to remain anonymous, saying that he could not, in good conscience, fail to report such an ethics infraction.

Note that the investigation and any future charges will be against Holmes-Ivey and NOT Ron Artest. It is the responsibility of the benefactor of Federal aide to report any income or gifts to the Welfare department so they can determine if the individual is actually in need at that time.

The neighbors of Holmes-Ivey said they were skeptical of her, because she used to brag about who her brother was.

“I never understood why she was on assistance because of that, when she told me he was her brother,” said Marcia Taylor. “The people who do need the assistance don’t get it, when the people who don’t need it get a lot of time.”

None of the parties involved were available for any further comments on this matter.

Montgomery, the former world 100m record holder, has served 18 months of his sentence for dealing heroin and handling counterfeit cheques, crimes he was convicted of after being banned from athletics for doping in 2005.

“I destroyed myself,” Montgomery acknowledges in an interview with The Times, conducted in the Alabama prison where he spends his days earning 12 cents an hour sweeping leaves. “I’ve been trying to be a man all my life and now I’m in here treated like a kid.”

On January 11, 2008, U.S. District Judge Kenneth Karas sentenced Marion  Jones to six months in prison and 200 hours of community service for perjury relating to her using of steroids and for a check-fraud scam.

She has since that time been unapologetic to her relay team members who had to return their medals because of Jones’ cheating, and she has continued to lie on many national TV programs most notably the Oprah Winfrey show.She always comes off as very self-centered, and she appears to be willing to say anything given the chance to weasel out of taking full responsiblity for taking illegal substances to cheat her way into a championship title, that she did not ever deserve.

She was also sentenced to two years probation following her prison term. Jones reported to the Federal Medical Center-Carswell prison facility in Fort Worth, Texas on March 7, 2008 and was assigned prisoner no. 84868/054. Tim Montgomery insists he never thought of the consequences of his actions.

“Maurice got in my head real bad,” Montgomery, who used to keep steroids in the fridge, told the AP. “I wanted everything that he had.

“I would give anything to be the world’s fastest, Montgomery declared.

He did do something, and that was to leave his long time coach Steve Riddick and joined doping-tainted coach Trevor Graham. “I wouldn’t let anything get in my way.”

Montgomery criticizes Greene for “clowning the other athletes.” And it was after the 1999 world championships in Seville, Spain, that Montgomery decided do something.

Montgomery never tested positive for drugs, but he was linked to the BALCO doping investigation and has admitted that he doped before the 2000 Sydney Olympics. He retired after the ban was imposed in 2005.

Montgomery said he and Jones became an item in 2002 after spending several hours talking on a flight to Rome.

“Two hours later we were alone in a hotel room together. Two weeks after that we were crowned the world’s fastest couple. And six months after that she was pregnant,” said Montgomery, who added that Jones could make herself cry for the cameras.

“Her best work was when she passed a lie detector test.”

American athlete Marion Jones tested negative more than 150 times before her courtroom confession that she had taken a cocktail of drugs before the Sydney Olympics.

“It is still easy to circumvent the anti-doping policies and procedures in place today not only in professional sport but Olympic sport,” a doping agency official says.

The issue of drug-test evasion has been partly addressed by the introduction this year of tough new rules requiring athletes to provide constantly updated information about their whereabouts, despite protests from some that they infringe civil liberties.

The Balco scandal that Montgomery and Jones participated in, has also opened up a new front against the cheats by showing the value of investigative techniques to complement old-fashioned testing, with evidence gathered by federal officers being used to prove drug violations by athletes such as Marion Jones and Tim Montgomery.

The World Anti-Doping Agency,WADA, is celebrating its 10th year in existence , and are the agency credited with outing cheaters like Tim and Marion.

The American law enforcement agencies have agreed to work in partnership with the WADA and are primed to pass on any relevant information.

Such co-operation between sport and government would have been unthinkable before 1999 and is perhaps the greatest achievement of WADA’s first decade.

Doping is no longer just a sport problem. Now everyone is in it together.

On May 1, 2008, an indictment was unsealed that accused the 33-year-old sprinter of dealing more than 100 grams of heroin in the Virginia Beach area over the past year, according to The Virginian Pilot, the daily newspaper in Virginia Beach, Va. Montgomery told the newspaper he knew nothing of the accusations and that his arrest was a “total surprise.”

In October of that year, Montgomery was found guilty and sentenced to five years in jail.

Makayla Sitton, 6 and the killer Paul Michael Merhige, 35

ALERT-Miami police are in search of a man who shot dead four of his family members including a child, and injured another relative during a murderous rampage on Thanksgiving Day.

Paul Michael Merhige, 35, is considered armed and dangerous, police in the small Palm Beach town of Jupiter said.
The  incident took place around 10 p.m. Thursday in Jupiter, a small coastal town about 90 miles north of Miami, where a family of 17 was celebrating the occasion.

The AFB is reporting that…among those killed was six-year-old Makayla Sitton, the daughter of Jim Sitton, a photojournalist at the television station who said the girl was in bed when she was shot.

The other victims were all women — Raymonde Joseph, 76, and the suspected shooter’s twin sisters: Carla and Lisa Merhige, 33. A fifth person injured in the shooting, Patrick McKnight, was being treated at a hospital and his condition was unknown, WPTV said, citing officials.

One of the sisters, Lisa Knight, 33, was pregnant, said Jupiter Police spokeswoman Sally Collins-Ortiz. She did not say how far along the woman was in her pregnancy.

Sgt Scott Pascarella said police had received emergency calls after 2200 local time.

“What led to this incident, we’re not quite sure,” said Sgt Pascarella. “It did not appear there was any altercation prior to this shooting.”

Mr Merhige, who has no criminal record, is the cousin of six-year-old Makayla Sitton, AP said quoting police officials.

Police said the girl’s father, Jim Sitton, owned the home in Jupiter, some 150km (90 miles) north of Miami. Sitton told local media that his daughter was supposed to perform Friday in a holiday production of “The Nutcracker.”

“God packed a lot of sweetness into that little body,” Mr Sitton said. “She’s just our life. I don’t know how we are ever going to recover.”

One Patrick McKnight narrowly escaped death and was hospitalized due to injuries. No information about his condition has been released.

The relationship between Sitton and Paul Merhige was unclear, police said.

Phone calls to a number listed for Paul Merhige were not answered. A phone call to Sitton also was not returned. At a house in southwest Miami-Dade where family members had gathered late Friday morning, relatives declined to comment.

Neighbors in the Palm Beach County community were shocked.

Needless to say…the nation is in shock as well, as this comes in the wake of a lot of mass shootings in our nation recently.

In November we had a mass shooting at the army base Ft. Hood where 13 people died, and the office shooting in Orlando, Florida.

Police across South Florida and the U.S. Marshals Service were searching for Merhige. Pascarella said Merhige is believed to be driving a blue 2007 4-door Toyota Camry with Florida license plate W42 7JT.

The AP is reporting that the legendary professional Basketball player Allen Iverson is set to announce his retirement from the N.B.A. Iverson , a former Most Valuable Player for the N.B.A. has been in the league since the 1996 season, in which he was drafted in the first round by the Philadelphia 76ers.

He played with the Sixers for 10 years. During his tenure he was Rookie of the Year, League MVP, 2x All-Star MVP, and led the league in scoring for four years. After his rookie season, during which he led the 76ers in points, assists and minutes, Iverson was named the 1996 NBA Rookie of the Year and was a member of the NBA All-Rookie First Team.

The 10-time All-Star played three games this season with Memphis before taking a leave of absence to attend to personal matters. He was waived after the two sides agreed to part ways.

The New York Knicks considered signing Iverson last week after he cleared waivers, before deciding he would take too much playing time away from younger players they are trying to develop.

With no apparent interest from any other NBA teams, Allen Iverson is set to retire.

Iverson will always be credited for popularizing the streetball style move called the cross-over, and for his exciting tricky aggressive driving style of play.

He was never the tallest on the floor, just the most dangerous player that always wanted the ball.

Allen Iverson is a sho-in for the Hall of Fame, and I suspect that he can still run with the best of them, given a team that can design their plays to allow Iverson to shoot at will.

I personally enjoyed the years I got to watch him compete in the NBA, and I look forward to seeing what he does in the future.

Currently, America is going through another Reconstruction like era,as we are experiencing the racial backlash of hatred based on the election of our first black president,Barack Obama.

The election of Barack has caused a rise in all forms of hate crimes, as well as the emergence of the Ku Klux Klan as a force to stoke the flames of hatred and encouraging physical action of violence against blacks, Gays, and all other religious groups that are not Christian.

What is most distressing is that the tide of racial violence is being egged on and financed by the foreigner Rupert Murdoch, and the entire Republican party,that at one time represented the opposite of what they believe in now.

For a group that, centuries ago, used to be the main supporter of civil rights, they currently are the main driving force behind this increasing tide of racism and bigotry that is the rage in most of the states in America.

The racist are moving from the south, and invading the once liberal California, in order to spread their southern tradition of hatred and illiteracy. Hate crimes based on sexual orientation shot up 21 percent in Los Angeles County last year, while religious crimes increased 14 percent, because the southern bigots have moved in.

The Daily News in Los Angeles reports that...in 2008  in the Valley,James Shamp, an African-American man who worked as a janitor at a bowling alley in Canoga Park, was shot to death as he was throwing out trash. According to the report, three members of the Canoga Park Alabama gang, which has a long history of violent anti-black crimes, were arrested and charged with murder and hate crime enhancements.

The San Fernando Valley had the most amount of hate crimes in the Los Angeles area.

"Whenever I look at a map of hate crimes, I find there is a great diversity of hate crimes that occur in the San Fernando Valley," said Robin Toma, executive director of the commission. "You have anti-Semitic hate crimes, homophobic hate crimes and racially motivated hate crimes. There is also the phenomena of racialized gang violence."

Sexual orientation hate crimes rose the most last year, with more than 80 percent targeting gay men and at least nine crimes traced to Proposition 8.

The mother of a white tourist family from Arkansas told them, "You are going to burn in hell!" and dumped her water bottle on one of them and punched one in the face...

The election of the first black president and hot-button issues such as abortion and gay marriage contributed to the spikes, anti-bias groups say. Public figures like Sarah Palin and Glen Beck have done a lot to cause the current racial hatred that whites are visiting on all others.

The two of them have been quite effective when it come to rallying sympathy for groups like the KKK and the Nazis.

USA TODAY is reporting that the number of attacks on blacks increased 8% to 2,876, accounting for seven of every 10 race-motivated crimes.

"There is this kind of extremism going on," says Hilary Shelton, director of the NAACP Washington bureau. I say to the world, this is a good look at the so-called ''Post-Racial'' America, a country where race relations and the unity of the races has been usurped by the in vogue traditional American practice of racial bias,hatred and division.

What do we do to end this....will we come together, or will we have to resort to our primal instinct, where only the strong survive.

On Sunday afternoon in  a Fayetteville, North Carolina church, Manna Church, the world,family and friends said goodbye to Shaniya Davis. Shaniya had captured the heart of the world, after it was discovered that her own mother had sold her into bondage as a sex slave,to Mario McNeill, who brutally raped and murdered the little child.

More than 2000 people were inside the church to support Bradley Lockhart, Shaniyas dad, and the man who made the decision to send Shaniya back to her mother,after having raised the child for the full 5 years of her life,which directly led to her death.

“Don’t let God’s words and don’t let his actions get you down,” Lockhart told the packed congregation. “He did this for a reason.”

Shaniya Davis funeral was open to the public and was standing room only.Lockhart urged the 1,500 crowded into Manna Church and another 500 watching the service from an adjacent building to help the community’s needy, according to press reports.

As mourners filled the church, a photo display of Shaniya Davis was streamed on the overhead projector. Never before released photos of Shaniya were displayed. These photos showed Shaniya with her father, Bradley Lockhart and her siblings.

Lockhart said, “Shaniya, Daddy love you honey. And I know you’re gonna’ be waiting for me … I’ll see you when I get there.”

White doves were released at her graveside as the little child Shaniya was laid to her eternal resting place.

The H1N1 Swine Flu virus knows no borders,has no boundaries, and has absolutely no respect for religious or cultural traditions.

This year at the annual Hajj to Mecca,  Four foreign pilgrims have died of swine flu, the Saudi Health Ministry announced on Saturday.

The Saudi Arabia Health Ministry  said none of the four foreign victims had been vaccinated against the H1N1 virus, as has been recommended by The Health Ministry.

An official statement released by the ministry said all had underlying health problems, including cancer and respiratory illness, AFP news agency reported.

Three of the victims died in Medina and one in Mecca.

The BBC is reporting that….up to three million Muslims from around the world take part in the holy pilgrimage every year, but health officials have expressed fears that it could provide a breeding ground for the virus.

Authorities had tried to prepare for any outbreaks by installing thermal cameras at airports and sea terminals, deploying 15,000 additional health workers and ensuring hundreds of extra beds were available.

The Hajj (Arabic: حج‎ Ḥaǧǧ) is a pilgrimage to Mecca. It is currently the largest annual pilgrimage in the world,^[1] and is the fifth pillar of Islam, a moral obligation that must be carried out at least once in their lifetime by every able-bodied Muslim who can afford to do so. The Hajj is a demonstration of the solidarity of the Muslim people, and their submission to Allah (God).^[2] The pilgrimage occurs from the 7th to 13th day of Dhu al-Hijjah, the 12th month of the Islamic calendar. The Health Minister has reported that there are 16 other people that have been diagnosed with swine flu and four remain in hospital in “critical condition”.

He added 12 others had recovered following treatment.

The Saudi government has recommended the elderly, pregnant women, people with chronic diseases and children skip the Hajj this year.

The Saudi government has said all pilgrims need a certificate of vaccination before they can apply for a visa.

This is real people, and this disease is spreading worldwide,at a rapid pace.

I encourage everyone to get a H1N1 swine flu shot as soon as you can.The reports of any side effects are exaggerated, and will cause millions of people to perish from the lack of the vaccine.

Any paranoia surrounding any alledged complications from the shot are totally unsubstantiated, and if those people out there insist on not receiving the vaccine, then we as a society should only expect more mounting mass casualties from the swine flu, as exhibited this weekend, unfortunately in Mecca.

If it can happen in Mecca, it can happen anywhere.

Please everyone, wash your hands, and go get the shot.

Jamar Pinckney executed his own 15-year-old son

Jamar Pinckney 37, after suspecting and confronting his son about his suspicions that he,15-year-old Jamar Jr., about molesting his 3-year-old baby half-sister.

There were rumors swirling on the internet that Jamar Jr. had confessed to his dad of molesting his 3-year-old baby sister, but there are no official reports of any such confession by Jamar Jr.

The family tragedy happened on November 17th, in Highland Park,Michigan.

Since the execution, doctors have not been able to find any sign of abuse on the young girl, after a very thorough medical investigation. It is believed that nothing happened to her, and that Jamar Jr. was killed for no reason.

Police say that Jamar Sr. went to the home of Jamar Pinckney Jr.’s aunt in Highland Park, Mich., and pulled Jamar Jr. from the house. Witnesses say the father, 37, ordered the teenager to strip nude and took him to a nearby vacant lot, yelling, “Lie down! Lie the f— down!”

He was armed with a hand gun, and acted very crazy, so the witnesses feared for their own life, and could only beg and plead for him to stop.

The boy reportedly was heard begging his father to stop. But when he refused to lie on the ground, police say Jamar Jr.’s father fired at point-blank range in broad daylight about 2 p.m.

 Witnesses say the father then casually drove away, leaving his son wounded and bleeding. Jamar Jr. later died at the hospital.

Young Jamar Jr. spent time in joint custody at the home of his mother and sometimes with his father. The father and son had reportedly been in a verbal and physical altercation over another unrelated family transgression,unknown to the police. The defense is claiming that James executed his son because it was his personal reaction to hearing the news that his son had molested his little girl, and that there is no standard for a ”normal” reaction in such cases.

They are claiming that it was done in the heat of the moment, which is short of saying that he was temporarily insane.

Given that the little girl was not molested by young Jamar Jr. nor anyone else, it appears to me that Jamar Sr. executed his son for some other reason, if there is such a thing that would rise to this extreme level of punishment.

I suspect this is the result of mounting tension between the ex-wife and the father.Executing young Jamar was his way of  getting rid of his ties to his ex-wife, because he probably lost total authoritative control over his son, who wa going through normal teenager growing pains.

Everybody involved with this will be damaged forever. He should have let the justice system take it’s course on the son, because this is one mistake that he can not take back.

He now is left to attempt to defend his defenseless actions here.

Child sodomizer and killer McNeill and Antoinette...Shaniyas' rapist and mom pimp...Lets hope they die soon.

This is a story that is truly disturbing for me to report, but it has to happen.

The animal that killed Shaniya Davis must be put to death, the sooner the better is my preferance.I have no mercy for this person, Mario McNeil,or her terrible mother,and the people who supported them to be able to live this long.

I hope they all burn in hell for what they did to little Shaniya.

The AP reports that the 5-year-old North Carolina girl was raped and killed the same day she was taken from her home, according to an arrest warrant released Friday. Shaniya Davis was sexually assaulted and asphyxiated Nov. 10, the day her mother reported her missing from the trailer park where she was staying, according to the warrant.

Mario McNeill is charged with first-degree murder and first-degree rape of a child in the warrant, which was issued after police said they collected hair and fibers, clothes, and a straw from his 1997 Mitsubishi Galant. He was initially charged only with kidnapping.

McNeill seemed nervous as he appeared in court Friday for a brief hearing on the latest charges. He nodded his head slightly to the judge’s questions but did not enter a plea. His lawyer, Allen Rogers, left the courtroom with his client and didn’t speak to reporters. He also didn’t return messages left at his office from The Associated Press.

The girl’s mother, Antoinette Davis, is charged with filing a false police report, trafficking her daughter and child abuse involving prostitution.

Her mother does not believe that her daughter harmed her child….so I say that they all should be thrown in jail with the general population.

She had to have known that her daughter is a pig, and was a danger to her defenseless little grand-daughter while she laid back and allowed it to happen.

She should be ashamed to support her vile and viscous daughter, and I suspect that she was a child abuser and molester, and she more than likely taught her daughter how to be one as well.

I hope they all die by the hands of the justice system.

Meanwhile, Shaniya’s father, Bradley Lockhart, appeared on Friday’s “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” where Winfrey asked him if he had anything to say to Davis. He told The Associated Press earlier that he had cared for Shaniya for several years but decided to give Davis a chance to raise her because she seemed to be getting her life together.

“Right now I just think it’s best that we let the justice system take its course,” Lockhart said on the show. “I try to keep my heart as pure as possible, and I’m sure one day I will be able to sit down and talk to her, try and understand what was going through her mind.”

All I can say is that I wish I could be a juror on that trial, because I would not hesitate to vote the death penalty for these cowards…

The stars were out last night at Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Birthday Celebration Presented by Ciroc Vodka at The Grand Ballroom at The Plaza Hotel on November 20, 2009 in New York City.

It was billed as the “party of the century” to celebrate the four decades of the hip-hop artists life. The  the theme of the party was a “fantasy dreamland”, and by all reports and papparrazi photos, it definitely lived up to the hype.

Diddy planned the party with famed event planner Bronson Van Wyck. Bentley Meeker, the “Wizard of Light”  set the mood with the lighting.

 A few names of the guest who attended the party  included  Queen Latifah, Russell Simmons, Spike Lee, Zac Posen, Lil’ Kim ,Kim Kardashian, Nelly,Tyrese Gibson,Jermaine Dupree, Martha Stewart, Media executive Lorne Michael’s, The Black Eyed Peas,Ice T and his wife,….but no Shyne?

Where is Shyne you ask…well Shyne was deported to his home country of Belize, after spending 10 years in prison for allegedly shooting up a club, after a confrontation was started by Sean Combs at a club he brought Jennifer Lopez and Shyne too.

Shyne was assisted by his father Belizean Prime Minister Dean Barrow.

A quote from Boombox.com reports that…While his immigration status is still under review, Shyne, born Jamal Barrow, must return to Belize despite the fact that his mother lives in New York, where he grew up.

Prime Minister Barrow petitioned the help of Harvard Law Professor Charles Ogletree to assist in the matter of keeping his son in the states. “All the lawyers who were dealing with his immigration problems, they are totally off the case now,” said Shyne’s uncle, Michael Finnegan. “He [Ogletree] has stepped in totally, he was given permission to deal with the situation in all its aspects,” he said…

Sean Comb’s has come forth to state that Shyne has and has always had his full support, and if there is anything that Shyne need from him, like his assistance to get back to the States, that the whole Bad Boy camp will be at his disposal.

Well, MTV.com reports that Shyne contends that Combs’ support is exactly what landed him in jail!

 He says that since his trial lawyers — Murray Richman and Ian Niles — were indirectly on the Bad Boy payroll, they worked halfheartedly in defending him, so that Combs would look innocent.

The lawyers reject this characterization of their work, and contend they did everything to defend Shyne.

“How do you call a witness to testify against your comrade?” wonders Shyne, who called Myers’ testimony more damaging than any witness the prosecution called. “That don’t make no sense. I’m telling you this woman is lying and you’re saying, ‘Eh, you know, well, she’s helping me.’ But I’m facing 25 years and you’re looking at probation…

Charise Myers, a Club New York security guard who said she fell on top of Sean Combs during the melee. Myers also gave an account of seeing Shyne get into an altercation with Matthew “Scar” Allen — who was determined to be the antagonist in the incident — and then firing shots in the air first…

It was obvious that they were selling me [out] in order to appease [Diddy]. There was a dual loyalty there.”

Sounds like what I know to be honorable, not only on the streets, but life in general.

I wasn’t there, I have only read the transcripts from the court case, and that is what I base my opinion on, and if I was a betting man and my life depended on it…I am riding with Shyne.

Hopefully Sean Combs’ can help Shyne get back to work here in the USA,….he certainly knows all the right people to make that happen.

Thanksgiving must be in the air, because this month of November has been a  cornucopia of riches for those of you out there, unlike myself, that enjoy watching leaked sex tapes of famous or soon to be famous people.

 Shauna Sands of all people has written an open letter to Carrie, encouraging her to take the money, and maximize her financial earnings by controlling its distribution, which will happen if she gets paid or not.

 Shauna, of course, is speaking from experience, as her former boyfriend released her sex tape, on the eve of ex-husband Lorenzo Lamas and current family had premiered their own reality T.V. program on a major cable network. Shauna has offered to sit down with her over ‘tea’ so she could consult her one on one, sex tape producer to sex tape producer. 

Let’s see what Carrie decides to do…take the devils money, or cash in and blaze new trials as a christian porno actress. Today, singing star, actress, and all around sex goddess, Carmen Electra stepped up to the plate and has leaked her own private porno sex tape, but hers is not a solo affair. 

 What it does mean is that the search for it will on the internet will make her the queen of internet searches for a few days, which should help promote the sale of her upcoming movie or book release. Electra, 37, can be seen wearing nothing but black high heels, stockings, panties, a red bra and a diamond-studded choker in a new short posted on website NucleonForce.com.

The most interesting one out of any leaked sex tape that I have been forced to review as a ‘journalist’ comes from newcomers Miss Japan 2008 Miroko Mima and Miss Trinidad & Tobago Anya Ayoung-Chee who both met and competed in the 2008 Miss Universe pageant with Carrie Prejean. 

Do not be too curious, because why mess up a good gig over some prurient entertainment, unless of course, your job is to report on such news for a blog or other legitimate news reporting services.

I predict the two of them will be famous, but that Miss Trinidad and Tobago is flat-out beautiful. She will have an extensive career in front of the cameras, so do not be mad at her.

 I give this one 15 stars out of 10, and the leaked tape speaks for itself.

 It is being reported that the action was stolen off of her Miss Trinidad’s former boyfriend’s laptop, when he left it at a computer repair shop. That sounds to me like a lie, because we all know that most people delete their porn from their desktop before leaving it at a repair shop,….at least I do.

 I am obviously joking here with all of this, but it is amazing to me that there are so many high-profile people out there that film themselves having illicit sex. Carrie Prejean claims that she just wanted to give her boyfriend a gift, and I have heard that before many times from young girls.

I know when I bring gifts to an intimate female companion, I better show up with some flowers and merchandise if I plan on coming back. A sex tape will not cut it for the women I know, …but it would be great for them to make one and give it to me.

 I just would not be in it. Unfortunetly this does send out the wrong message to all the little girls out there that want to become celebrities. It seems as though that a ‘leaked’ sex tape is going to be mandatory for  young lady to rise to fame and popularity in today’s culture.

The viral nature of just such an exhibition has worked wonders for many of todays starlets and that might be a double-edged sword. 

I expect a lot of self righteous declarations of piousness to be espoused in reaction to this sexual exploitation in our culture, and I discourage any of my relatives to go down this path,so I do not have to be exposed to it.

 But, the reality of it is, is that it is not illegal if the parties are of age and consenting adults, it’s just inadvisable.

 I recommend a bit of discretion, but I do understand the pressure that we in Hollywood put on the female stars to stay relevant, and to be noticed.

If you are related to me, I suggest you make something eles for your boyfriend…

Today ex-New Jersey Nets and former NBA star Jayson Williams sad, and long drawn out self-inflicted downfall both personally and financially is about to come to a conclusive resolve. The retired NBA star accepted a plea deal in  his shooting case, and will face prison.

A person with knowledge of the case against retired NBA star Jayson Williams says the former player has agreed to a plea deal that would send him to prison for up to three years for shooting a driver55-year-old limousine driver Costas ”Gus” Christofi at Williams’s estate .

It has been reported that Williams was playing with a shotgun while giving a tour of his 30,000-square home when the weapon fired, killing Christofi.

In 1992, Williams was accused of breaking a beer mug over a patron’s head at a saloon in Chicago. Two years later, he was accused of firing a semiautomatic weapon into the parking lot at the Meadowlands Sports Complex. He was never criminally charged in either case,which led to him being free to murder the innocent driver in cold blood.

That April, Williams was acquitted of the more serious charges against him, but the court’s jury deadlocked on a charge of reckless manslaughter, and he currently faces a retrial on that charge. He was convicted on four counts of trying to cover up the shooting. In January 2003, the family of Costas ”Gus” Christofi settled with Williams in a wrongful death civil lawsuit for $2.75 million.

On April 21, 2006, a Hunterdon County appeals court ruled that Williams can be retried on a reckless manslaughter charge stemming from the shooting death of Christofi.^[2][3] The court repeatedly delayed the retrial for a series of reasons, such as the State’s 2008 appeal of a ruling relating to prosecutorial misconduct at the first trial.^[4] A September 2009 hearing is expected to resolve the misconduct issue so that the retrial can begin.^[5] The maximum sentence for the charged manslaughter is 10 years…. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jayson_Williams

Williams had been offered plea deals that would have allowed him to spend less time in jail, but they were turned down by the defense attorneys.

Maybe it has something to do with his contentious divorce he is going through with his wife Tanya Young Williams.

She filed the divorce papers on Valentine’s day of this year, because she is mad and fed up with the conflicted Williams. 

The divorce papers were filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court just hours before the seventh anniversary of the day Jayson fatally shot his limo driver in his New Jersey mansion after a booze-fueled night spent entertaining a some Harlem Globetrotters and friends. 

In the papers filed Tanya alleges that Williams threatened to kill her, faked committing suicide, falsely said that he had stomach cancer and urinated in the kitchen sink. His wife also allegedly found cocaine and condoms in his drawer, sources familiar with the case said.

Tanya Williams, who is black, also claims in the court papers that he cruelly bragged to her that he performed oral sex “on white girls.”

“Here is a guy who has spent wildly and dissipated marital assets and has, of course, acted reckless and been just absent, violent and not a father, not a husband,” said her lawyer, Malcolm Taub.

That sounds like a reason to want to be locked away in prison for as many years as possible.

One of the earlier offers, the person said, came just before a hearing last month on whether a racial slur used by a detective and other conduct by the county prosecutor’s office should result in dismissal of the reckless manslaughter count and the cover-up convictions.

 State Superior Court Judge Edward Coleman later rejected the defense’s claim that, had they known about the slur, they would have changed their trial strategy.

If calling a black perpetrator of a murder or any crime at all a racial slur, in this case it was the ”N” word, is the grounds to be acquitted of a crime, then a lot of brothers in prison would be set free, and some of them need to stay there.

I am not condoning the vile usage of the word by any race of law men, but I think the murder trumps the racial slur.I say send the person that used it to sensitivity training, but it is an insult to the deceased family, to allow it to be used as a grounds for dismissal.

I contend that the deliberate use of a racial slur is basically bad behavior, but the use of it in this investigation had no affect on the trial of Jayson Williams, and would not have been used to impeach any of the evidence. It simply was an O.J. Simpson style of racial defense, but the dynamics are incredibly different.

There are some actual occurences where it could be used to impeach a witness, or cast suspicion on an investigator, and the false usage here only diminishes the relevance of the real cases. We need to stop using race as an excuse for all of our bad behavior, and I can see how that might frustrate a lot of white people who  generally are not racist, but may not be held up as examples of racially sensitive beings…I mean are any of us immune to being imperfectly human,…I don’t think so.

Jayson Williams will plead guilty to aggravated assault charges on Friday and will have to serve at least 18 months in prison.

That should give him time to think about how to deal with his soon to be ex-wife, as well as make it difficult for her to get at him.

I used to admire Jayson Williams, because his father was a construction contractor just like my dad, and he, just like me, had been involved in expanding the family business. I also saw on a documentary about him, how he actually helped build his expansive estate, along with his now deceased father. It reminded me of my own family, except without the NBA money and fame.

It is truly sad for me to see how he made a shamble of his life, and I can only hope he gets it together.
