On September 11, 2001 this nation suffered the worst act of terrorist aggression ever to be perpetra

On September 11, 2001 this nation suffered the worst act of terrorist aggression ever to be perpetrated on American soil. On September 19th of that same year, remarks by Barack Obama were published in the Hyde Park Herald. Following is an excerpt: “The essence of this tragedy, it seems to me, derives from a fundamental absence of empathy on the part of the attackers. Such a failure of empathy … most often grows out of a climate of poverty and ignorance, helplessness and despair.” Translation: 3000 of our people died because the Islamic jihadists who killed them just couldn’t help themselves. They were poor, ignorant, helpless, and riddled with despair.

In the fall of 2008 I wrote that (1) such a conclusion would be laughable had it not been reached by a person who, at that time, was actively campaigning for the presidency, and (2) that any candidate so incapable of discerning the true nature of avowed enemies of the United States was not fit to be Commander-In-Chief of our Armed Forces.

Today we are witnessing the disasterous results of installing such a person in the Oval Office. Field Commanders are still waiting for what they need to help ensure decisive victories for our men and women on the front lines of conflict … but foreign national terrorist operatives have already received U. S. citizen rights enumerated in Amendment VI of our Constitution.

At this writing, Obama remains noticeably inactive in support of our Armed Forces and noticeably proactive in support of Muslim terrorists. Never mind that lives and missions are at stake. Never mind that KSM and others like him are entitled to nothing. Never mind that the last thing 9/11 families and the people-at-large want is KSM et al on American soil. Never mind that my (and your) Constitutionally-guaranteed rights and liberties are not negotiable commodities. Obama’s current mindset seems to mirror his 2001 mindset which, back then, was inconsequential due to lack of power. Today, that mindset is deadly for (1) our national security, (2) our Armed Forces, and (3) our Constitutional rights and liberties. Nevertheless, Obama continues to methodically work his way down the Radical Left Socialist Agenda set forth by benefactor George Soros, which includes “defending the civil rights and liberties of suspected anti-American terrorists and their abettors”. The full agenda is at the link below and provides the playbill for Oval Office and Congressional action:

http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/individualProfile.asp?indid=977

You’ll note that several of the items have either already been carried out or are currently in process. There can be no doubt that the allegiance of Obama, Reid, Pelosi and the Progressive Caucus lies with George Soros, not our country or its people. Understand and know that each and every member of Congress that supports Obama, Reid or Pelosi ultimately supports this agenda. It’s as simple as that.

Is Obama selling us down the river? Yes. Is Pelosi selling us down the river? Yes. Is Reid selling us down the river? Yes. Why? For the same reason that KSM is coming to New York and Gen. Stan McChrystal is still waiting … it’s what George wants.

Over past two years, Pakistanis and entire world has been fed by Pakistani’s secular media that the military operations in northern tribal belt of Pakistan are against CIA and RAW supported elements who have nothing to do with Mujahideen in Afghanistan and Jihad therein.

Pakistani Mujahideen, from time to time, have been denying such allegations as “Lies” and “Defamatory Propaganda” to create support for military’s operations which broadly got planned and executed under American pressure and threats to stop millions of Dollars in aid.

Few days ago, a stunning report was published by Pakistani’s widely circulated newspaper which read:

“Pakistani and Afghan jehadi groups have decided to start “battle of evil and just”, as the Afghan fighters assured Pakistani militants of complete support in their fight against Pak army in South Waziristan.

According to sources, it was decided in a meeting of the commanders of al-Qaeda, Hakmatyar group, Afghan Taliban and Pakistani jehadi organisations, which was held in Afghanistan.

The meeting decided that the Pakistan security forces, which have been helping the American forces, would also be targeted and the Afghan fighters, who have been fighting in Afghanistan for the last eight years, for the first time decided to send manpower to Waziristan in support of Pakistan militants.”

Pakistani soldiers [excluding sold-out high rank officers and their supporters] are our brothers, we believe that they have been misled by a systematic propaganda to convince them that they are NOT fighting America’s war. Being Muslims, we must encourage them to learn truth, refer to basics of Islam and request them to stop following un-Islamic orders of their corrupt officers.

Today I cried. It felt so good. I needed that. I had been holding so much in the inside trying to be so strong for everyone else. But today I broke down. So many emotions and feelings. Some were of anger, pain, hurt, feelings of betrayal, loneliness, happiness, thankfulness to mention a few. I can’t really tell you everything that I was feeling. But I know I was able to vent to Soror Nedra. My oh my you talking about ”we help each other for we know there’s no other like our sisterhood” that is what sisters are for. I so appreciate her for just lending me her ear for a few minutes. Sometimes thats all it takes is a few minutes.

Then my cousin Nikki texted me and I was able to really just tell it all to her since she knows everything. And it was as if I was in the counselors chair. I just poured it all out. And then came the tears. I tried to hold my head up and not make a sound because I didn’t want my boys to hear me. But it just came out. I had no control. I don’t know if you have ever been in the spirit and tried to come out and you couldn’t. Well that is what happen to me today. I so needed that. Because I’ve not been to therapy in almost a year now.

Sometimes keeping yourself busy to not focus on your problems doesn’t work. And I know for me I have to be strong for so many that I have to put myself off often times. But how many of us know that you MUST take care of yourself before you can take care of others. Thus the reason why the flight attendants tell you to put your mask on before you help your child or anyone else.

I don’t celebrate holidays. However Thanksgiving is just one of those days that I think you are just supposed to be surrounded by loves ones. It’s such an emotional day for me. And this morning something so strong came over me. It was so overwhelming. But again I thank the Lord on today for just placing someone in my life that allowed me to vent.

I don’t know about you but my battles start in my mind. That is where the devil tries to get the best of me. But how many of you know that he is defeated on today? He doesn’t have the victory over my mind nor my body nor my soul. But Jesus made a way of escape for me today just as he promised. You know I love me some Jesus. I really do. I can’t tell you all that he’s done for me because I would be writing for days. But when I tell you that he is a healer, that he is a friend, that he is a life line, that he is a keeper, that he is long-suffering, that he is patient, but also he chastises me as well. And I appreciate him for that alone. I thank him for getting on to me when I’m out of line. I thank him that I have an ear to hear when he is getting on to me.

You know I have so much to be thankful for on today. Not because its Thanksgiving but because when I didn’t want to live any more he told me that “THIS IS NOT UNTIL MY DEATH” when I wanted to just give up he wouldn’t allow me and because of that I’ve seen one child off to the US Army, I have one graduating next year and I’m raising my last one with love and patience as well. I’m so glad that I’m still around to talk to them and tell that I love them and that I’m here for them. I’m just so grateful on today. Not only has he allowed me to raise my children; he has allowed me to be a positive force in so many youth today. And for that I’m grateful as well. My soul rejoices in him tonight. I’m happy in Jesus tonight. He has truly been a wonder in my soul!!!

We encourage the United States military in their pursuit of terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan. But

We encourage the United States military in their pursuit of terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan. But harming a hair on the beards of those who would plot mass murder and beheadings is not in keeping with the image of ourselves in the west as a morally superior society. After all, capturing terrorists should be as simple as flicking on a light switch. Just ask three elite members of the Navy SEALs who allegedly harmed the beard of a notorious terrorist in Fallujah, and are now facing criminal charges:

The three, all members of the Navy’s elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called a captain’s mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial.

Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named “Objective Amber,” told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.

Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.

Matthew McCabe, a Special Operations Petty Officer Second Class (SO-2), is facing three charges: dereliction of performance of duty for willfully failing to safeguard a detainee, making a false official statement, and assault.

Petty Officer Jonathan Keefe, SO-2, is facing charges of dereliction of performance of duty and making a false official statement.

Petty Officer Julio Huertas, SO-1, faces those same charges and an additional charge of impediment of an investigation.

Neal Puckett, an attorney representing McCabe, told Fox News the SEALs are being charged for allegedly giving the detainee a “punch in the gut.”

Gee, maybe instead of focusing on capturing terrorists and defeating the enemy in Afghanistan, we should follow the U.S. lead and begin arresting and detaining soldiers for doing their jobs. That’s certainly what the Liberals seem to want us to do. Because as everybody knows, war is a very simple and easy game with straightforward rules.

It’s unfortunate for Mr.Abed that he was captured by the Americans. If he were under Canadian control he would have a very strong case that he was “tortured”, and would be probably be eligible for $10 million in damages.

Aujourd’hui, cela semble hautement improbable.

Kodak

Kodak’s social media approach is lots of education, followed by a sensible list of rules. The social media policy (PDF) is a great primer on the value of social media and how to use it. The company focuses on being transparent, and sets simple boundaries for employees to follow.

“25 Nov 2009 - For Immediate Release

There is activity in the Kerchner v Obama & Congress lawsuit. The U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia PA has issued a Briefing Notice schedule for the Kerchner v Obama & Congress case.

U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals Briefing Notice Issued for Kerchner v Obama & Congress Lawsuit:
http://puzo1.blogspot.com/2009/11/kerchner-v-obama-congress-3rd-circuit.html

Brief due dates for the Appeal are now set for 4 Jan 2010. We look forward to moving ahead with this very important constitutional case along the legal pathway to the ultimate decision maker for this historic and precedence setting lawsuit, the U.S. Supreme Court. They will determine the answer to the pressing legal question of what is a “natural born Citizen” of the USA per Article II constitutional standards and did Obama and the U.S. Congress violate the Constitution and statutory laws and my constitutional rights during the 2008 election cycle. And, the Supreme Court will also be asked to refer their legal definition to Congress to determine if Obama meets that legal ruled definition. I say Obama does not meet the founders and framers intent for the Article II eligibility clause. I say Obama is a deceiver and a usurper.

In the interim in addition to our internet efforts, we are running educational advertorials in print media to inform the general public of the issues. See an example attached. More examples can be seen at: http://www.kerchner.com/protectourliberty/advertorials.htm

http://usdebtclock.org/

(excerpted from post dated October 24, 2008 regarding then-candidate Obama)

Character matters. Senator Obama directly insulted real America, the folks in small towns across this country he called ”bitter people clinging to their guns and religion”.

I don’t care how much money the Senator has in his campaign coffers – my vote is not for sale. I don’t care how many words he can string together – the slickest snake oil salesman can do that. Those things don’t matter. What matters is what I know about Senator Obama today:

1) His word is meaningless. He did the exact opposite of what he said he would do regarding campaign financing.

2) He is not truthful. He refused to provide an honest answer to Pastor Rick Warren’s question regarding his position on when life begins.

3) He is not respectful. He has derided Evangelical Christians for devotion to faith.

4) He is not trustworthy. He has demonstrated the worthlessness of his word.

5) He has saluted the people of Europe, but not the flag of the United States.

6) He has walked into the home of a domestic terrorist and anarchist, but not through the halls of Landstahl Regional Medical Center.

7) He has sat down with unindicted co-conspirators in Federal terrorism cases, but not with a fellow Senator in open forum before the American people.

That conclusion would be laughable had it not been reached by a man who at this writing is encouraging you to choose him as your next president. Any candidate so incapable of discerning the true nature of avowed enemies of the United States is not fit to be Commander-In-Chief of our Armed Forces.

If you’re a voter in any one of the 15 states currently under investigation by the FBI for ACORN’s fraudulent registration practices, then today you know that an Obama win in your state has been determined more important than your right to an electoral process free from willful contamination. As of this writing, the Senator has neither disavowed ACORN and its practices nor expressed any concern regarding the probable compromise of your state’s election results.

Here is what those of us in real America have always known and lived by: Talk is cheap. Judge a man by what he does and the company he keeps. You’ll rarely, if ever, be wrong.

Hegel remarks upon the appearance of “concrete evil” in history, the intermittent eruption of human malevolence on a colossal scale capable of destroying entire societies. Perpetrators of world-historical crimes are propelled solely by passion—by self-regard, greed and hatred—and pay no heed, Hegel noted, to “order and moderation, justice and morality.” [1] The imperialist assault on Iraq—which began with the First Gulf War, reached a peak with “shock and awe” attacks launched by U.S./U.K military forces in 2003, and continues today, nearly twenty years later—offers a horrendous example of unrestrained evil spread across a titanic canvas.

Abdul-Haq Al-Ani’s and Joanne Baker’s indispensable book spotlights the appalling criminal enterprise now working itself out in Iraq: Deliberate contamination of the Iraqi nation, its peoples, and natural environment with radiation from previously unheard of weapons of mass destruction—deadly implements of war fashioned from a practically inexhaustible global garbage dump of depleted uranium (DU).

Grisly newspaper photographs and televised images of the “Highway of Death” revealed in late February 1991 desert vistas of burnt-out, twisted Iraqi civilian and military vehicles destroyed in cold blood by US air strikes during Saddam Hussein’s hasty exit from Kuwait. Surely the world will be repelled by such savagery, many thought at the time. Surely these pictures alone will push popular sentiment against war, and propel combatants toward peace? But the cavalcade of cruelty on the road from Kuwait to Basra signaled just the beginning of a crusade that would unfold for most of the next two decades. And no photograph, no television video, nor even the senses of sight, taste, feeling and smell of witnesses on the ground could have revealed the secret corruption of those searing images, the deadly radioactive and toxic refuse emitted in clouds of invisible vapour from fired US missiles, shells and other armaments composed of DU that will contaminate the Gulf area for a millennium.

George H.W. Bush’s 1988 declaration that Saddam Hussein was “worse than Hitler” inaugurated a successful propaganda offensive vilifying the Iraqi people. The culumny against Iraq now extends to its inability to seek protection from radioactive and chemical poisoning by DU, or indeed to carry out and publicize scientific research on dangers presented to humans and animals by DU contamination. As documented in this book, US/UK governments treat DU deposits with serious concern, but only as regards their own territory and citizens. The people of Iraq have become a giant experimental colony for measuring the hazards of ionized radiation and toxicity associated with reckless deployment of DU.

From a purely military point of view, DU is highly cost-effective. [2] DU is a radioactive waste product generated by nuclear reactors and the manufacture of nuclear weapons. Suppliers are anxious to get it off their hands since gratis procurement by the military is a desirable alternative to prohibitively expensive, safe disposal of “nuclear tailings”. Just as chemically toxic as lead, DU is almost twice as heavy and much harder. DU is self-sharpening: DU bores through very tough materials while gaining ability to penetrate. DU at high velocity sears through hard targets such as tank armor and emerges on the other side with intense fire and deathly gases. As this book documents, over 2000 tons of burnt, pulverized and exploded DU have been scattered over Iraq by US/UK armed forces since 1991.

Beginning in 1991 the world stood by while western imperialism enforced a total blockade on Iraq: the first time in modern history that a nation has been entirely cut off from external trade and communications. Only barbaric sieges dating from the Middle Ages offer anything like the spectacle of suffering in Iraq. Even scholarly and scientific discourse fell victim. Without a murmur of dissent from the global community, imperialism barred Iraqi researchers and writers not only from vital materials required for research but also from international sources of scientific discovery and dissemination.

Abdul-Haq Al-Ani and Joanne Baker offer in this book an initial scientific reckoning of DU despoliation from behind the uranium curtain. [3] The authors do not suggest that the poor state of health of the Iraqi people arises entirely from DU contamination. There are plenty of reasons for the massive increase in disease, including cancer and birth deformities, among Iraqis. US/UK imperialism destroyed the social infrastructure of the country, including water treatment plants, electric power installations, food markets, hospitals and schools. Uncontrolled oil fires polluted the air. Assaulted by malnutrition and infected water sources, the immunological systems of many Iraqi children have collapsed. Even the farcical trial and diabolical murder of Saddam Hussein did not satisfy western invaders. After the Iraqi leader’s removal, the embargo remained and infrastructure deteriorated even furtherPre-war Iraq enjoyed the professional services of 34,000 registered doctors. By 2006, 20,000 physicians had fled; 2000 of the remainder had been killed, and 250 kidnapped. By 2007, 8 million Iraqis required emergency aid and over half the population of 22 million suffered absolute poverty. The Red Cross reported last year that the humanitarian situation in Iraq was among the most critical on the globe.

Apologists talk about a “failure” of American and British policy in Iraq, the occupiers’ inability to construct a stable democratic system to replace the Ba’athist order under Hussein. [4] But peace and security were never on the order paper for US/UK militarism. Its job was to loot, divide, desecrate and cripple Iraq to ensure the country would never again thumb its nose at the western imperium.

According to the 1948 Convention on the Prevention of Genocide, the crime of genocide involves acts committed with intent to destroy a national, ethnical, racial or religious group. These acts include killing members of the group, causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group, and inflicting conditions calculated to destroy the group in whole or part. The authors present compelling evidence that the occupying powers’ indiscriminate use of DU in Iraq, along with the affects of blockade and invasion, conform to these elements of the definition of genocide.

This book includes the results of controlled studies by Iraqi scientists of the relation between the presence of DU, ionizing radiation, and malignant disease rates carried out under extremely adverse conditions 7-10 years after the 1991 assault. These epidemiological studies and measures of high radiation are necessarily rudimentary and incomplete. Yet combined with documented reports of birth defects and cancer related to radiation exposure since the 2003 invasion (including a marked increase in breast cancer among Iraqi women), these pioneering investigations present an extremely disturbing picture. Alarming evidence revealed by the authors of this book constitutes a strong case that US/UK invaders committed genocide in Iraq through indiscriminate employment of DU-armed weaponry.
