…Okay, so the fine print actually makes Microsoft look like a bunch of douchegas. They cut it off at $1 million? Really? Listen, if you don’t like Internet Explorer, you can donate at least $1.15 or a can of beans to Feeding America and do as much good without downloading their shitty, shitty browser. But if you’re going to get IE8 anyway, you might as well get the suits behind the PCs to shell out a buck-fifteen.

Of course, the real reason IE8 is going to lose to Firefox 3.1, is that you can't make furry fanart with the IE logo.

News Follow-Up

The Ayatollah Khamenei has ordered the Guardian Council to look into charges of election fraud. Whether or not this will lead to a fair tally of the votes or a new election remains to be say. But, I must say that I am impressed by the reformists in Iran..they are really putting the screws to the establishment. Pictures of protests from Boston.com:

Protest is a good thing, but the violence is unsettling. I hope the movement becomes more diplomatic and less people get hurt as a result of the push for change. Though I acknowledge that sometimes you’ve got to take to the streets. Best of luck, Iran.

Protests in the United States are considered “low-level terrorism.”

Antiterrorism training materials used by the Department of Defense teach that public protests should be regarded as “low-level terrorism,” according to a letter of complaint sent to the department by the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California.

Web-based instruction — the department asks the following: “Which of the following is an example of low-level terrorist activity?” To answer correctly, the examinee must select “protests.” The ACLU wants that changed immediately, and it wants corrective information sent to all Department of Defense employees who received the training.The ACLU letter notes that this is particularly disturbing in light of the long-term pattern of government treating lawful dissent as terrorism. In the Bay Area, my colleagues and I reported exactly this in 2003, as the California Anti-Terrorism Information Center fed local police agencies information on protests, with catastrophic results. Two years after that, it was the California National Guard.

I guess I’m surprised not only that the government hasn’t yet learned its lesson about equating the exercise of our cherished constitutional rights with terrorism, but also that it’s so incredibly obvious in doing so.

In other news, further research that breastfeeding your kid is good for it.

Breastfed babies seem more likely to do well at high school and to go on to attend college than infants raised on a bottle, according to a new U.S. study.Professors Joseph Sabia from the American University and Daniel Rees from the University of Colorado Denver based their research on 126 children from 59 families, comparing siblings who were breastfed as infants to others who were not.

By comparing siblings, the study was able to account for the influence of a variety of difficult-to-measure factors such as maternal intelligence and the quality of the home environment.

The study, published in the Journal of Human Capital, found that an additional month of breastfeeding was associated with an increase in high school grade point averages of 0.019 points and an increase in the probability of college attendance of 0.014.

Additional specious research also shows that that babies who don’t get breastfed have an increased risk of turning out like this:

O vilão mais forte de Dragon Ball Z  é o Majin Buu e suas transformações e absorsões foram o diferencial dele na série.

O Majin Buu foi mostrado inicialmente na série como um bobão que se divertia matando as pessoas e era subordinado de Babidi.

Depois de lutar contra Goku, percebeu que não precisava de Babidi e até o chantegeou dizendo que se Babidi o aprisionasse, Goku o matava.

Quando Goku foi embora, Majin Buu mostrou um pouco de inteligencia e matou Babidi.

No decorrer da saga,ficou amigo de Mr. Satan e sossegou na sua casa.

Mas,quando mataram Mr. Satan,Buu o curou,mas sentiu tanta raiva que liberou o seu lado malvado para fora.

E nesse ponto que eu queria chegar até agora.

Depois da luta entre os dois, O Buu bom perdeu e teve o corpo usado para se transformar em um Buu mais forte e inteligente: o Super Buu.

Nessa forma,o Buu era inteligente e absorvia as pessoas para pegar seus poderes.

Gotenks volta de um treinamento com Piccolo e estava ganhando a luta, mas a energia de Gotenks acaba e ele não condegue mais se transformar em Super Saiyajin 3.

Gohan chega e estava ganhando a luta contra o Super Buu, quando Buu absorve Gotenks e Piccolo de uma só vez.

Quando o tempo da fusão acaba,Buu absorve Gohan e fica com um poder inacreditavel.

Ele absorve o Vegetto mas não pega os poderes dele pois ele colocou uma barreira em volta de si mesmo fazendo com  que a absorção falhe.

Depois de Vegeta remover o Majin Buu(gordo) do corpo do Super Buu, ele perde o controle e volta para sua verdadeira forma,que não raciocina.

Lembrando que o Buu gordo se separa do Majin Buu acima.

Update : Besok di sekolah saya libur, katanya sih hari tenang, tapi pasti tetep banyak yang belajar.
Btw, di sekolah saya sih menurut saya loh, ada keadaan yang cukup aneh, yang pastinya cukup berbeda dengan tahun lalu. Kalau tahun lalu tuh pada takut menghadapi UAS dan sibuk nyari soal/catatan, tapi sekarang, sepertinya kok tenang banget ya, kayak nggak ada gangguan sama sekali. Ya, nggak tahu deh. Yang penting kita semua mampu mencapai hasil yang maksimal.

Fusão Potara

Podendo também ser chamada de fusão Potara, esta fusão ocorre apenas com o uso dos Brincos Potara. Estes brincos tem a capacidade de unir dois seres, porém a união é permanente mas o aumento do poder é muito maior do que a dança de fusão.

Para realizar a fusão, basta as duas pessoas colocarem os brincos, coloca-se na orelha oposta de cada um, uma pessoa coloca na orelha esquerda e a outra na orelha direita, para que a fusão ocorra. Os brincos são fabricado no planeta dos Kaioshins.

Na saga de Buu, Goku e Vegeta foram obrigados a usar está fusão, assim formaram Vegetto, guerreiro extremamente forte, que poderia vencer Boo facilmente, mas se deixa absorver para salvar Gohan, Goten, Trunks, Piccolo e Fat Boo que haviam sido absorvidos.

Curiosamente ao entrar no corpo de Buu, a fusão que supostamente não poderia ser desfeita se desfaz, com Goku e Vegeta voltando ao normal. Pensa-se que isto deveu-se á natureza mistica do corpo de Majin Buu.

Fusão de dança

Esse tipo de fusão consiste ter duas pessoas envolvidas numa dança, que são imagens espelhadas de cada um, resultando em um novo guerreiro, que tem os atributos dos dois guerreiros que formaram o novo. Goku ensinou essa técnica para Goten e Trunks e disse que aprendeu essa técnica quando estava em outro planeta após a luta contra Freeza e quando finalizada com sucesso, o novo guerreiro é significantemente forte. Existem outros requerimentos e condições:

1) Os dois guerreiros precisam ser similares em tamanho, massa e força (especialmente no quesito força, pois é preciso ter praticamente o mesmo nível de força, apesar que isso não é um problema grande, já que a maioria dos amigos de Goku podem controlar seus níveis de força, então o guerreiro mais forte só precisa abaixar seu/sua força para igualar com o mais fraco).

2) A dança precisa ser realizada corretamente para o sucesso da fusão.

3) A fusão dura no máximo 30 minutos, após esse tempo os lutadores irão retornar para seus estados normais, mas sob certas circunstancias, eles podem perder seu estado de fusão antes de dar os 30 minutos. Um exemplo de fusão que durou menos de 30 minutos é a do Gogeta SSJ4 que tinha muita energia.

4) Depois do fim da fusão, os dois lutadores precisam ter um tempo de descanso de aproximadamente uma hora antes da fusão de dança poder ser realizada novamente.

Essa Fusão foi feita três vezes em todo Dragon Ball.

1ª Gotenks: Goten com Trunks (para derrotar Majin Boo)

Quando Goten e Trunks usam a fusão eles ficam mais poderosos e podem até se transformarem em SSJ3!

Vegetto

Fusão de Goku e Vegeta, utilizando os brincos Potara, para derrotar Majin Boo. Considerado mais forte do que Gogeta Super Sayajin, Vegetto tem um poder incrível. Durante a luta com o Boo, mostrou ser um dos seres mais poderosos que já existiu. Se ele podesse transformar-se em SS4 o seu poder seria inultrapassavel, até mesmo superior ao Gogeta SS4.

Gogeta

Fusão entre Goku e Vegeta, pelo processo da dança Metamoru.

Gogeta atingiu o Super Sayajin nível 4 na fase GT, de Dragon Ball.

Com um poder de luta infinito. Usando seu poder diminuído, Gogeta é capaz de destruir todo o universo com o concentrar de seu ki.

Gogeta é o ser mais poderoso do universo, podendo derrotar qualquer ser que existir, incluindo as fusões Gotenks e Vegetto (caso Vegetto chegasse ao nível 2 de super Sayajin, ele seria invencível).

Sekarang lagi Ulangan Umum, masih bisa dikendalikan, tetapi yang bikin pusing adalah: pada saat kita lagi pusing-pusingnya UUB, sekolah malah bikin try out UN! Gila, gila. Udah gitu, bentar lagi ada ujian musik lagi, triple deh jadinya. Nah, maka itu gw cari kesenangan dulu dengan ngeblog, sebelum undang-undang berbahaya (UUB) dilanjutkan.
YAh, setidaknya dikit lagi selesai.
