<p>I must admit, that I&#8217;m a Flight Simulator freak.  I fell in love with it in 2004.  Less than 6 months later, I found Vatsim (http://www.vatsim.net).  The flight sim experience changed for me.</p>
<p>Those of you who know about Vatsim are already familiar with the organization.  Those of you who aren&#8217;t, let me put it into a nutshell.</p>
<p>Vatsim is a network that allows a flightsim fanatic to not only fly with others online, but to also play the role of an ATC (air traffic controller).  To say this is an amazing sight would be doing Vatsim an extreme disservice.</p>
<p>The nice thing about Vatsim is the sheer level of professionalism.  Real pilots and controllers join the network to make the network as real as humanly possible.</p>
<p>I got the idea to do this blog when I considered doing a prop flight around the world.  I intend to visit all 50 states, including Hawaii if I can.  I&#8217;ll also try to hit a few countries more than once while I&#8217;m there.</p>
<p>Needless to say this is going to be quite the journey.  You&#8217;ll be right there in the right seat along with me.  I&#8217;ll try to have guest pilots along the way, but I can&#8217;t promise anything right now.</p>

<p>12小時大戰．．．終於回到家了</p>
<p>其實今天的模擬飛行示範會，是小的多年來一直想達成的願望（這樣說可好像很誇張咧w）</p>
<p>在大約一年前，那時候剛好因為朋友的介紹下，到過了當時童軍的飛行活動日。因為童軍航空組和航空青年團其實都有在模擬飛行方面發展，都有那方面的設備和活動等。當然，大家都是很「彼此彼此」。為甚麼呢，就是微軟給他們甚麼，他們是用為甚麼。雖然小的說不上是模擬飛行資深的玩家，在飛外掛機的五六年，從第一次飛外掛機，到連線飛行，再寫教學文件，之後教別人飛。</p>
<p>只因為外掛機才可以基本稱得上「模擬」真實的飛機，所以說，如果他們都能飛外掛機，再連到VATSIM有線上的空管大家說多好咧。</p>
<p>結果呢，很高興航空青年團都給了機會給vacc做了這次的示範。Vacc有的雖然是技術和人員，可是都要有資源和機會才可以衝出電腦。</p>
<p>相片還沒來得及上傳，可是這次的規模比我想像的大多了。</p>
<p>再一次謝謝各位。尤其是今天見到William，給我對他，一直是高高在上的教官這印象改觀了。</p>

<p>這幾天因為大量paper work的困擾，害得小的差不多都沒有甚麼時間打blog了。幸好在完成他們的期間，有時間給我讀一讀MD-1 1 FCOM等，好讓我可以開始執筆這個新的教學文件。</p>
<p>該是三、四年前的事了。時為2005年，由一個機長和一群製作群推出了他們的心血作品 &#8211; <a href="http://www.precisionmanuals.com/priv/pages/prod/fs9/744.html">PMDG 747-400</a>。記得推出當時在模擬飛行界引起前所沒有的大迴響，大慨是因為，這是模擬飛行 (MSFS) 第一次有如此「登鋒造極」的作品，正式把我們帶到去非常接近真實模擬飛行器的水平，也讓週邊的軟體（例如：Navdata）或者是Vatsim有住不錯的發展。</p>
<p>當然，一向大家在模擬飛行內的飛機：沒有FMC、沒有MCDU、沒有APU、沒有甚麼Bleed Air Siutch、沒有IRS，極其量只是「玩具」一部，要讓FS的飛行員由一個給自己自娛的玩具過渡到真實的飛機的確不容易，所以當時就令不少和航空相關的論壇出現大量對PMDG 744的問題。可是，不太多人知道該怎樣去飛一架真正的744，有人問，不過就不多人怎樣去回答．．於是，小的見到當時大量的問題沒有人理會的時候，就去找找看究竟有沒有相關的教學來回答案他們好了。教學是的確有，不過當然只有英文，對不論是香港或者台灣的使用者來講，如果他們不是經常對住一大堆航空的Technical Term，就跟本不知道文件在說甚麼三道甚麼四w　於是就在2005年的暑假乖乖的坐在家裡試試看可不可以翻譯一個教學文件出來。（專注航空也是為甚麼在2005年秋天之後我再沒有跟女生交往的原因Zzz）</p>
<p>那時候我是照住<a href="http://smithplanet.com/fs2004/pmdg/">這個教學文件來翻譯成中文的</a>，是因為飛航航程短，版面配置也很合理的說。於是就照一次來飛行，沒有甚麼問題就照住來翻譯一份中文的出來w （嚴格來說．．．都有很多用到翻譯理論中Dynamic Equivalence的地方w）結果在一個月間就寫好了出來，再把連結貼在<a href="http://www.jadeair.com.tw/discuz/index.php">玉山航空討論區</a> 和 fs777.com （至今天已不存在）去，希望教學一出來就可以解答到很多對744日常操作的問題。那麼，教學出來了之後，剛才的目的算是達到了，可是更大的問題其實我是在接近一年之後才發現得到！原因是因為我之後一路讀744 FCOM的時候才知道其實原作者自己對744這種飛機的理解都有不正確的地方，程序也不是常見的．．．更糟的是，一次我在VASTIM上當空管的時候，有一個PMDG 744的新手出了狀況，幸好他本身是VATROC的管制員，最少也懂銀怎樣不在管制頻道內也能用語音發話，那經過一輪對話之後事情才總算解決好。這次的狀況除了令我多了一個要好的朋友 &#8211;小飛 之外，也令到我明不可以繼續用原作者的錯誤的方法去寫害人的教學wwwwww （因為那個狀面其實一定程度上都是由我的教學造成 Orz）</p>

<p>因應舊版教學已有的問題，而且我覺得舊版教學其實跟翻譯理論一樣，其實不大可以完全解決實際的問題．．．於是我就來一次反客為主！自己動手一個一個字的寫新的教學，還有就是參考了<a href="http://www.itvv.com/product/B747-400/virb747400dvd.html">ITVV的744 前艙影片</a>和對照了日航的真實飛航程序。參考了舊坂教學的格式後，新版的教學一切以實際為先，用實際的方法來教習飛一個實際的飛行。</p>

<p>在寫新教學的時候也考慮到使用者其實最重要就是自己先明白飛機的運作，明白之後就會自己懂得應付一些教學外的飛航情，要不然我寫一百個教學也是徒然．．．另外就是使用者未必明白大量在飛機上的simple english．．所以也加了解釋到教學上。</p>
<p>PMDG MD-11 在PMDG744還沒有出來的時候經已在開發，由當天的FS2004走到今天的FSX；我的MD-11教學在2006年時經已完成，等待了兩年多，也是時候開始寫了。認識我的人都知道我很欣賞MD-11的自動化和飛行特性，雖然我現在只可以在別人的電腦上完成這個遲來的教學，不過能為我最愛的飛機寫一本關於它的書，也是我多年的期望．．．</p>

<p>四月十日晚．．．我登入<a href="http://hk.vatsea.net/index.php">Hong Kong VACC</a>的Teamspeak伺服器，當天是Virtual CI 跟Hong Kong VACC辦的Fly-in Event</p>
<p>還記得2007年夏天，在一段時間以來大家對政策上和不小事情的看法發生不快之後，所謂道不同不相為謀，我就此淡出了這個教會我空管的Vacc。數個禮拜前，Jacky找了我就說可以讓我教學生；那我想了一想之後，就覺得在Vacc教飛就是以前一直在VACC做的事情，而且我自己正式也好，不正式也好都算是教過不少的學生。而且我知道VACC在2008年一些狀況後，都想重新發展回當日的運作，所以都要感謝一班「新加入」的空管，好比如說Kitty 和Andy 那些因為時間日漸過去而經已在rating 上比小的高的空管大w</p>
<p>就在event那天，Jacky給了一些申請作ATC Student的interview report給我選要教的學生。今天跟學生初步聊過幾句後，不得不配復命運的安排。 這個學生（我先不在這兒說出他的名字）現在在唸國三，對飛行蠻有興趣的，也在VATSIM上飛行過和當過Observer．．．剛好我回想起2006年4月，加入VACC的時候都是14歲，不同的是，我在第一次Vatsim的連線飛行中已對飛機（當時我的飛機為PSS777）操作沒有甚麼問題，空管程序都認識，沒有甚麼出錯就是了。</p>
<p>在過去的這些時間，人長大了，對以前很多事物的看法都改變了，尤其是以往的執意和無謂的堅持都放棄了。冷靜下來確是思考的好方法，只希望在我都可以放下以前的包袱時，新的管制員都可以跟我好好的相處。</p>

<p>結果就在選好了學生之後，Virtual Dynasty跟我們的Fly-in event就要開動了，剛好人手在沒有分配好下，我就跑到了Tower的位置，接替當天開始時因為網絡問題不停掉線的3000 wwwww</p>
<p>還記得，我接觸FS的時候該是2003年，當時候台灣模擬飛行的盛況，今天再見不到了。那時候，最少四五家的模擬航空，他們加起來最少一百人的飛行員陣容，讓世界其他VATSIM 的FIR都很嚮往台灣有如此規模．．．可是就是一些大家之間的不屬意，令全台灣的VA拉大隊的跑到IVAO去，VATROC就是這樣在往後好幾年都變成了死城．．．就算是有Flight event也好，都難復當年勇。可是Virtual Dynasty新的飛行員，新的管理就把他們的飛行員帶回來Vatsim，我曾經的希望，就是台灣的模擬航空可以再次團結，回到VATSIM，算是實現了第一步。</p>
<p>冷靜，的確是解開矛盾的良方；命運，就是推動大家重新走在一起的無形之手</p>

Para comemorar os campeões dos grandes torneios brasileiros desse ano. O Sport por causa da Copa do Brasil, o São Paulo pelo campeonato brasileiro, e o Internacional com a Copa Sul-americana. Será realizado no dia <strong>20 de dezembro de 2008</strong>, tendo início as <strong>1700Z (15h BRS)</strong>. <p>Am <strong>ersten und zweiten November 2008</strong> findet am <strong>8218 PG <a href="http://www.lelystadairport.nl/" target="_blank">Lelystad Airport (EHLE)</a></strong><a href="http://www.lelystadairport.nl/" target="_blank"> </a>in den Niederlanden zum wiederholten Male das <strong><a href="http://www.fsweekend.com/index.php" target="_blank">FSWeekend</a></strong> statt.<br />
Wie die Veranstalter selbst sagen, ist dies das: <strong>WORLDS BIGGEST INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT SIMULATION EVENT<!--more--><br />
</strong>Die unzähligen Aussteller (zivile Flugsimulatorclubs, Mil. Squadrons, Cockpitbauer, Zulieferer für Hard-/ Software (Cockpit), ATC Organisationen wie IVAO, VATSIM etc., bekannte Firmen und Namen aus Panel-/ Aircraft- und Szeneriedesign, so wie Hardware-Anbieter, VAs, die Macher und Vertreter von FS-Internetseiten und FS-Magazinen und die Royal Airforce, sowie Specialguests) finden sich im <strong><a href="http://www.aviodrome.nl/deutsch/" target="_blank">Luftfahrt-Erlebnispark</a></strong> ein.</p>
<p>Selbstverständlich werden wir zu gegebener Zeit an dieser Stelle noch einmal erinnern!</p>

Dopo aver compilato l'FMC e completato pushback e start up iniziamo il rullaggio per la pista 29,
Ci aspettano 3 ore e mezza di viaggio!
Finalmente all'altezza di TORON raggiungiamo
FL320 e approfittiamo del momento di tranquillità per bere qualcosina,
studiare l'avvicinamento e scattare una foto al cockpit.

All'altezza di GRA iniziamo la discesa
e carichiamo le carte per l'avvicinamento in PDF su un palmare per seguire meglio le procedure.
L'avvicinamento prevede di mantenere prua 252° e scendere per 650ft successivamente
virare a sinistra per prua 070°
e intercettare la radiale 090 continuando la discesa per 6000ft, virare a destra e iniziare
l'avvicinamento.
Alle 16.28 ZULU tocchiamo il suolo argentino e alle 16:36 spegniamo i motori e iniziamo lo sbarco.
Si conclude una grande avventura.

Vroute kombiniert Vatsims ServInfo, eine Flugplan-Datenbank mit mehr als 39.000 gespeicherte Routen und ein Vatsim Flug- und ATC-Buchungssystem. Hier ist eine Liste der Features:</p>

<p>Damit ihr euch ein besseres Bild machen könnt, gibt es einen kleinen Screenshot:</p>

<p>Das Teil ist wirklich genial &#8211; wie man am Screenshot sieht, habe ich einen Flug von LOWW nach LSZH rausgesucht. In der Datenbank sind drei Flüge gespeichert: FL 75 &#8211; FL 245, FL 245 &#8211; FL 345 und FL 260 &#8211; FL 340. Ich habe den dritten ausgewählt. Ein klick auf den Link &#8220;show&#8221; und schon bekommt man Informationen zum Flug: die Route (Airways oder Waypoint zu Waypoint), Wetter in LOWW und LSZH, TAF für LSZH und eine Liste von Fluggeräten mit denen diese Route im echten Leben häufig geflogen wird. Man kann sich auch eine Liste von Airlines geben lassen, die diese Route fliegen &#8211; auch sehr nett!. Weiters gibt es eine Wetterkarte sowie NOTAMs. Sehr nett auch ist ein Link auf die Charts von LOWW und LSZH. Dann kann ja nix mehr schief gehn <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Das war jetzt nur ein ganz grober Überblicküber das Tool &#8211; es lohnt sich, es sich anzusehen &#8211; auch wenn ihr keine Vatsim-Piloten seid!!</p>
