Our super-hero team at Wanduta Management, and specifically our manager The Incredible Hulk Michael Morrison delivered the amazing news during our conference call last night- and we’ve all been floating on cloud 9 ever since!

This is a group of people I’ve been wanting to thin from the herd from a while. When I started this blog back in September, Reality TV Whores were one of the first group of shitsticks that popped into my head. All I was waiting for was a topical reason to tear them a new one. Then through possible divine intervention, the above blonde dingleberry and her dingleberry husband came into my life.

Tareq and Michaele Salahi, better known as the “White House Party Crashers,” managed to get past the Secret Service into the White House state dinner last Tuesday night. I know that I should be concerned that these two mysterious people managed to shake hands with the President and could’ve been Russian assassins for all anyone knows (I’ve seen a few Bond movies in my day), but the part that really chaps my ass is not the threat to national security these clowns posed, but that they did it as a publicity stunt to try to get casted on “The Real Housewives of Washington D.C.”

A reality show?! A fucking reality show?! Seriously?! Well it’s official, the country is ruined. There’s no righting this ship people. When nobody’s are sneaking into Presidential dinners, not so they can meet the leader of the free world, but with the ulterior motive to help land them on a reality show, we might as well just give up and move to Antarctica, where one can be free of these low life colostomy bags. A reality TV show! The bottom feeders of the entertainment world where you can be on TV without having any discernible talent, or being remotely interesting. Please excuse me while I light myself on fire.

• Bret Michaels wouldn’t ever be able to fall in love again. Oh wait, yeah he could, he could go out on dates like normal people, and spare himself a gonorrhea outbreak or two.

• No one would care if you think you could dance or not.
• That prepubescent fucktard on “Million Dollar Listing,” would continue being obnoxious, just not for all of America to see.

• Joel McHale would only have soap operas to make fun of on “The Soup”….RICK!!!!!!!!

• The names Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt would’ve never been uttered on television. Surely that would be heaven on Earth.
• Tyra Banks would’ve just retired off her millions from modeling instead of feeling the need to tell everyone about her fat ass or dress up in a fat suit on daytime TV. Groundbreaking Tyra, where’s that Peabody Award you so deserve?

• Anyone involved with the show, “Toddlers and Tiara’s,” would be arrested for prostituting those poor girls.

The parents of the spoiled little bitches on “My Super Sweet 16,” would secretly live in shame of their children walking all over them instead of having it on display for the whole world to see.
MTV and VH1 would go back to actually showing music videos again.

We’d all be better off if we didn’t have to endure the nonsensical babbling that comes out of these Reality TV Whores mouths. After all, we have enough problems to deal with in our own lives without having to worry about how to keep up with the Kardashians. You’re brain is begging you to turn that shit off, trust me. The truth of the matter is that reality TV is not going anywhere anytime soon, and we even get to look forward to an Octomom reality show, cause we haven’t heard enough about her yet. I can just about guarantee that trainwreck will get it’s own “Thinning the Herd.”

But one has to have dreams right?

In an attempt to become more well-rounded girls, Cecille and I have expanded our fitness routine to include pole dancing. It was a rough start, but we think we are now on the right track and are determined to become experts. We will not be intimidated by our awkward expressions, bruised legs, or the instructor unsuccessfully trying to keep a straight face.

I’ve been making an effort to spend a little less time on the internet and watching TV so that I could catch up on my November reading. As extra incentive I joined Thankfully Reading Weekend. It’s helped a bit, and I actually finished the second part of Kristin Lavransdatter today and am slightly less than 200 pages away from the end of The Savage Detectives.

I started reading vigorously at the beginning of this past week and tore through a large chunk of both my books, but by Wednesday I was slightly derailed. A two day Thanksgiving celebration kind of got in my way, but making dinner for my friends was very rewarding and I did some great bonding with one friend in particular who was my right hand..girl…(or I was hers – we plotted and piloted Thanksgiving dinner together.)

I had to spend most of yesterday recovering, (cooking is hard work!) and I intended to relax by reading of course. But…instead I watched (blush) Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra, and VH1’s countdown of the 100 Greatest Hard Rock Songs… Yeah. I’m embarrassed.

Today I got back on track though and during a slow shift at the store I blasted through the last 100 pages of Kristen part 2, The Wife. I have all day tomorrow according to Thankfully Reading Weekend, and until Dec. 2nd to finish the Savage Detectives according to it’s due date, so I think ultimately I’m in good shape.

My review of Kristin Lavransdatter’s latest escapades (or lack thereof) coming soon. For the moment, I’ve got more reading to do.

Pues ayer sí pude ver el “Sotry Tellers” de Foo Fighters.

Resultó que al final el Inge tenía un compromiso y la reunión se aplazó; compré unas cheves y ví el Laberinto del Fauno en lo que empezaba. A las 11:30 le cambié al VH1 y ya estaba Dave Grohl abriendo la sesión. Me gustó mucho el programa, este wey es un gran músico y al menos en el programa se veía auténtico, disfrutando enormemente lo que hacía. Esa es mi idea de un buen músico, alguien que disfruta lo que hace y hace que los demás lo disfrutemos. Las anécdotas fueron buenas, las que más me gustaron fueron las de “Big Me” y la de “Everlong”. No podía dejar de sonreír, por que me gusta mucho su música y por que me acordé de dos grandes amigos.

Primero del Rafa. Es fan de los Foo Fighters y tenemos el pacto de que cuando vengan a México (ojalá sea pronto) iremos a verlos, todos en bola. Me imaginé a todos grite y grite hasta adelante, y al Rafa haciendo caras mientras canta Learn To Fly, o la misma Everlong. Pensé en que el debería estar viendo ese programa, pero quien sabe en donde andaría. Pensé en todos yendo al concierto y pasándola bien.

Segundo, del Real. Y es curioso, por que hace dos noches soñé con el, soñé con todos juntos, en la caja de una camioneta pizcando ropa de la que venden en el tianguis por 10 pesos. Estando en la camioneta decidimos ir por cheves y tomárnoslas en la cochera y todos reíamos, Miguel estaba doblado de risa, Tonchi con su risita característica mientras cierra los ojos, el Bebé con sus carcajadas sonoras, Rafa tratando de decir algo entre la risa para hacernos reír más y Real con la cerveza el la mano y tratando de no aventar el trago que acababa de darle. Ese día desperté contento. Word Forward, según cuenta Dave Grohl, la escribió para su mejor amigo, quien acababa de morir el año pasado. Y se me hizo curioso, que justo después de haber soñado con eso, llegara esa canción. Justa. Precisa.

De verdad me encantaría ir a un concierto de los Foo Fighters.

A few years ago, Terrell Owens was on his way to becoming the poster boy of the NFL. But, a few altercations with teammates and team switches stopped that from happening. Along the way, Owens did become an entertaining media personality. VH1 noticed that.

During the offseason in 2009, the Dallas Cowboys revealed that they were not going to re-sign Terrell Owens. In his short time there, he had yet to bring the team a playoff win. After he left Dallas, he signed with the Buffalo Bills. Moving from Dallas to Buffalo is a major transition that had to be caught on tape.

As previously mentioned, VH1 noticed how marketable Terrell Owens is. Quickly, they reached out to Owens’ camp to green-light “The T.O. Show.” The series ended up becoming a ratings success for a network best-known for “Flavor of Love.” It appears that the reality dating shows are falling off, as a result, the network is investing in shows like T.O.’s.

Due to the success of the first season, VH1 renewed the show for another season. The next season will deal with Owens’ life in Buffalo after the first season with the Bills. After the next round of “For The Love of Ray J,” and the “Tool Academy” season, VH1 will be ready for more Terrell Owens.

Hoje a partir das 19h, o canal VH1 vai exibir o especial “Vh1 Storytellers: Foo Fighters”.
O programa será apresentado simultaneamente em 162 países, apesar do programa ter sido gravado no final de outubro, e marca os 15 anos da banda que aproveita para lançar o primeiro single do mais recente trabalho “Greatest Hits”.

Após a estréia, o programa inteiro estará disponível no site storytellers.vh1.com e com mais sete músicas e entrevistas exclusivas.

La semana antepasada estava biendo VH1 y me tope con un programa que te mostraba las 100 grandes rolas de HiopHop segun votantes del canal VH1, estubo bueno por que algunos de los raperos que estan en esta lista comentaban de como crearon la rola y lo que les dio, estas listas siempre son polemicas por q muchos dice, por que no esta esta, falto esta otra, la que pusieron esta horrible y etc, esta lista de varias que e visto es una de las que si estoy mas o menos deacuerdo, de las 100 yo conosco 81 me faltan unas 19 por conoser pero en eso ando buscandolas y bajandolas. VH1’s Lily Megan Hauserman’s debut video (featuring 50 cent and Ne-yo), back-up signing by Cecille Gahr. Lily busts out on the music scene with her hit single “Baby By Me”. She was quoted saying “I want to be Fiddy Cent’s #1 Bitch.”

Doug Benson will be performing at Lakeshore Theater on 12/6 at 4:20pm. Tickets are $20.

You might know Benson from NBC’s Last Comic Standing.  Doug is also a  series regular on VH-1’s Best Week Ever. He also makes recurring appearances on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live. On the classic sitcom Friends, he had the nerve to hit on Jennifer Aniston. He has his own half-hour special on Comedy Central, is a recurring character on The Sarah Silverman Program, and he got Larry David in a headlock on HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Doug also stars in Super High Me, a documentary about the effects of not smoking marijuana after smoking marijuana for a long period of time. On a similar thematic tip, he’s also a co-creator/writer of The Marijuana-Logues, a show that’s been a hit (small pun intended) in clubs and theatres from Los Angeles to New York.

MTV Games and Harmonix Unveil New Holiday Campaign for The Beatles™: Rock Band™

“The Making of The Beatles: Rock Band” Special to Premiere November 27th on VH1 Classic at 7:30PM ET/PT

Celebrating the massive development effort behind The Beatles: Rock Band, VH1 has created a special look at how the game was created, including never-before-seen footage of Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr at Abbey Road Studios being presented with work in progress by the Harmonix creative team. “The Making of The Beatles: Rock Band” is a 30-minute special that features interviews from Giles Martin, co-producer of The Beatles innovative LOVE album project and Music Supervisor for The Beatles: Rock Band, and Alex Rigopulos, co-founder and CEO or Harmonix Music Systems, as well as additional interviews with the development team. The special reveals the origins of the game and a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the music video game that the New York Times called “the most important video game yet made.” “The Making of The Beatles: Rock Band” will premiere Friday, November 27th on VH1 Classic at 7:30 PM ET/PT.

So I guess you can say I’ve become obsessed with the vh1 show True Love.  And I feel like I would be a mix between Ms. Lonely(Sally), Ms. Body Issues(Jenna) and Ms. Marriage (Liz). Mean I do love my curves, its just this dam belly of mine. >.< Anyways, on tonight’s episode Steve gave Jenna an assignment, to write 50 good qualities/ compliments about herself.

So I figured since I’m sort of struggling with the same issues she is, I would give it a try. I did something similar in  my social psychology class. I had to write 6 good things about me and 11 bad things about me. At its definitely a lot easier to write bad things about your self than it is to write good. I just feel weird and feel like I’m being conceited. Well starting time is 10:13, so here we go, 50 things….
