O blog descobriu a “fórmula” do programa que o humorista da MTV vai ter na Record.

Legendários, título provisório da atração, terá o humor parecido com o do CQC, da Band, com reportagens divertidas e sarcásticas, misturado com entrevistas em estúdios, no estilo do que Serginho Groisman faz no Altas Horas, na Globo.

O programa estreia em março, em horário nobre, depois do Carnaval. Será semanal.

A Record tentou tirar Danilo Gentilli da Band para ele fazer parte do Legendários, mas ele acabou renovando o contrato com a emissora do Morumbi.

O ator Bruno de Lucca, da Globo, também foi cotado.

O programa dominical das tardes do SBT, “Eliana” marcou neste domingo 8.3 pontos de média fechando na vice-liderança.

No horário a Globo marcou 17.5 pontos, a Record 7.6 e a Band 5.9.

Mais uma vez o programa apresentado por Ana Hickmann não alcançou índices de audiência satisfatórios para a emissora do bispo Edir Macedo. Segundo dados preliminares do ibope da Grande São Paulo, hoje (22/11), numa tarde de share alto, a atração amargou a terceira posição para a Record, com apenas 8.4 pontos de média. No horário, o SBT registrou 9.2 pontos e a Globo 12.3 pontos.

Exibido hoje (22/11) de 00:27 à 1:04, com 5.2 pontos de média, o programa “12 mulheres” garantiu a vice-liderança para a Record. No mesmo horário, a Globo marcou 12.7 e o SBT 4.6 pontos.

A produção do programa “Qual é o seu Talento?” já trabalha para a segunda temporada do reality, que é uma das maiores audiências da emissora, inclusive tendo liderado o Top 5 da semana passada, com 9 pontos.

 O SBT já renovou o contrato com todos os jurados, com o apresentador André Vasco e inclusive já marcou nova audição, que acontecerá neste sábado (21) em Ribeirão Preto, interior de SP, a partir das 8h. A seleção será na Cava do Bosque.

Segundo os dados prévios, “Sobrenatural” registrou bons índices de audi
ência nesta sexta-feira (20). Com 7 pontos de média e pico de 8, a série garantiu a vice-liderança. No mesmo horário (21h15 às 21h59), a Globo liderava isoladamente com 31 pontos

A Record mudou a sua programação dos sábados. Agora, à tarde, entra uma sessão dupla do “Cine Aventura” e o “Melhor do Brasil”, com Rodrigo Faro e as suas exageradas quatro horas de duração, a partir das 17h15.

Como não poderia deixar de ser, sobrou para o “Jornal da Record”, no ar às 9 da noite, batendo de frente com “Viver a Vida”. É a tal da loteria.

Cabe ao telespectador, controle remoto não mão, tentar encontrar o programa de sua preferência.

A emissora se justifica, dizendo que a mudança se deve porque acabou o “Troca de Família”.

O clima esquentou nos estúdios da Record nessa quinta-feira. Durante as gravações do Câmera Record, Marcos Hummel se irritou com uma repórter da emissora, que atendeu a um telefone no estúdio, segundo a coluna Zapping, do jornal Agora São Paulo.

Hummel começou a gritar com a mulher e disse que passaria o nome dela para a direção da emissora, porque disse que a Record sempre pede silêncio durante as gravações. A jornalista se derramou em lágrimas.

Notes on Student Protest: Lancaster, Friday 20^th 2009

To save myself from repetition, and to mark the event with a different blogging style,  the record of Friday’s protest is in pictorial form… I have no skill in this department, so it is a very amateur exhibition, but I hope you enjoy the photos anyway.

Yesterday was the second leg of the Lancaster student campaign for fairer fees and funding. The event took place on campus, guaranteeing, you might think, popular support and a large crowd. Unfortunately the weather being typically Lancastrian, and the neo-liberal consensus ubiquitous, attendance peaked at around 200 (about the same as in the city centre).

We assembled at one edge of Alexandra Square, sheltering under the Spine from the rain. There were a few faces there I was glad to recognise. The atmosphere was fairly jubilant, but everyone was waiting to see if the initially small crowd would swell. The gathering beginning to reach respectable numbers, LUSU blue-coats demanded everyone step out into the drizzle for a speech from HMV (Mr President). I have to admit that I stayed under the shelter with a small contingent of the less-enthusiastic. I heard enough to realise Michael was repeating much of the  speech given at the previous protest. “Is he chief of the theatre club too?” a friend asked. To give the man his due, the faithful lapped it up happily, and the occasion was marked. Onwards with the march.

The march proceeded down the spine, and out to the Lancaster House Hotel where the Vice-chancellor and his cronies were to hold a meeting. Most of them snuck in the back door of the hotel to avoid the student crowd. A few friendly members of the upper-echelon passed through our tunnel, acknowledging out cause. Michael Payne eventually went into the meeting. There was a rumour that for some time he was being kept out. But, once he was allowed nside he didn’t return. We stood there on the grass verge in the mud for perhaps two hours, or more. The chants kept going, the mood stayed cheerful. No-one can fault the spirit of those who were there. Eventually Danny Ovens (?) called everyone together for a show-of-strength march back up the Spine to Alex sq. It was a good move; numbers were depleting gradually, due to seminar commitments and bad weather. In the square there was a last huddle, and then a few vigilantes decided to storm Greg’s. All in all, a very Lancastrian demonstration.

A novela teve 9 pontos de média, com 14 de pico, no horário o SBT marcou 5 pontos e a Globo 32.

CD: You started DJing back in 1992, and then in 1997 you ended up on Power 106 FM in LA, how were you discovered?
VICE: One night at a nightclub in LA, I met a brother of the afternoon hosts called “The Baka Boyz”. They had the biggest show on Power and were not only hosts but DJ’s as well. I started interning for their company and would turn in mixtape after mixtape for them to listen to. Eventually, the tape fell into the hand of the music directors of the radio station and they liked what they heard. At that time I was 19 years old and I knew exactly what their listeners were into.

CD: You’ve been known to say “I’m not a celebrity, I’m a DJ to the celebrities”. But let’s admit, millions of people know you, when do you start becoming a “celebrity”?
VICE: I do say that a lot. I just feel that when I’m out doing my thing, I am there to make people party. Not to be noticed and have the attention on me for the night, but to let people enjoy themselves. Most of the time celebrities are in the crowd and I guess that is where the title “Celebrity DJ” comes from.

CD: You are a very down to earth guy; how have you managed to keep the success and fame from going to your head?
VICE: Surround yourself with people who know you for you. I constantly have my childhood friends around me. The guys that I use to have to beg to carry my crates or speakers into weddings, high school dances and house parties. They may be asking to come to my gigs now, but I always keep in mind what a true friendship means and not a social one.

CD: We know one of your pursuits is to break into the European club scene, how’s that going?
VICE: I recently played in London and had a blast. The scene in Europe has been predominately house music, which I am a big fan of, but I like to incorporate other types of music as well. When I played this past August in London at an exclusive club called Movida, the table in front of me was bought out by David Guetta. It was good to meet him and also see how much he enjoyed my style of DJ’n. He was dancing around his table in circles all night!

CD: Outside of your original influences back in 1992, do you have any influencers that have inspired you in a new way?
VICE: There are many producers who inspire me constantly. I have been lucky enough to sit in many sessions with Timbaland and he is a true genius. The way he works and hears things that other people can’t blows my mind. I have been working on my production more;other producer’s sound, as well as Timbalands, such as Pharrel, Eric Prydz, Deadmau5, & Kaskade continually push me to work harder.

CD: How many residencies do you have these days?
VICE: As of now I have 3 residences a week and 3 monthly residences as well. I play at Tao (Las Vegas) on Saturday nights and Lavo (Las Vegas) on Sunday nights. I’m in Hollywood every Thursday night at Playhouse Nightclub. Once a month I am the resident of Borgata Nightclub in Atlantic City and LIV Nightclub at Fontainebleau Hotel in South Beach. Inbetween all those nights, I am bouncing around the country.

CD: You have been a huge voice in the hip hop scene, but I’ve seen you mix some great house music sets. Are you cross genre, or do you prefer one over the other?
VICE: I have always been a fan of house music as well as many other types of formats. When I started DJ’n in ‘92 labels such as “hip hop DJ” or “house DJ” didn’t exist for me. A DJ was a DJ. To this day I have never labeled myself as any particular style except open format. This means that when I play at a club, I have full range of playing anything I want to play. I feel that is a big part to the longevity of my career.

CD: Being a veteran of the airwaves in Los Angeles, what does it take for an unsigned band or producer to get their music on the radio?
VICE: Well it has been sometime since I have been involved in radio on a weekly basis so things have changed now. The way I see most new acts breaking is thru online mass marketing. Blogging and Social Media groups like Myspace, Facebook, & Twitter help new acts push their music to audiences at zero cost. It’s amazing how many people can catch on to a record now quicker then a radio station can even get a copy of it.

CD: As a SKAM Artist you are part of a roster of America’s best DJs. Your schedule is unbelievably busy, what do you do in your free time?
VICE: I have an 11 year old son, a 4 month old puppy and recently got engaged. I guess that explains to everyone that my time is fully occupied at every moment of the day! hahaha

CD: What can we expect from DJ Vice in 2010 and beyond?
VICE: I have a European and Asian tour that is in the works. I will also be dropping a new mix cd in the new year and a brand new production from myself. I am excited for this new year and what it has in store for me. I have been DJ’n for 18 years now and I get more excited each and every year. This scene changes so much and just like everyone else we gotta keep up with it.

CD: Any advice to those looking to mimic your success as a superstar DJ?

O SBT está em festa. A segunda semifinal do programa “Qual é o Seu Talento?”, exibida ontem, conquistou a vice-liderança absoluta no Ibope e venceu “A Fazenda” da Record nos minutos de confronto.

De acordo com dados consolidados do Ibope, “Qual é o Seu Talento?” registrou na média geral 6 pontos com pico de 10, contra 5 da Record e 30 da Globo que ficou em primeiro lugar absoluto.

No confronto direto com o reality show “A Fazenda”, entre 20h55 e 21h05, o SBT que exibia “Qual é o Seu Talento?” bateu a Record por 10 a 6 pontos.

No horário fechado de “A Fazenda”, das 20h55 às 22h04, a Record levou a melhor sobre o SBT. A emissora registrou média de 10 pontos com pico de 17 contra 8 do SBT que ficou em terceiro lugar no Ibope.

“A Turma do Pica Pau”, que voltou a ser exibida nos finais de tarde da Grande São Paulo, vem obtendo bons índices de audiência para a Record. O desenho foi escalado para elevar a média do canal, que andava em baixa com o “Geraldo Brasil”.

Na última quarta-feira (18), a animação alcançou média de 5 pontos no Ibope, ocupando a vice-liderança no ranking do Ibope ao lado da Band. Na semana passada, quando Geraldo Luís veiculava seu programa neste horário, a média havia sido de 3.
