Late last week it came to light that New Hampshire House Republican Majority Leader D.J. Bettencourt had made
outrageous and demeaning statements about Manchester’s Catholic bishop, John McCormack. Apparently,
Bettencourt had written on his Facebook page that McCormack was a “pedophile pimp” who should have been
arrested and led away from the New Hampshire statehouse in handcuffs for his past involvement with the sex
abuse scandal in Boston. Rep. Bettencourt issued these offensive comments only after Bishop McCormack had
given a speech at the statehouse where he expressed the Catholic Church’s strong support for trade unions and
its opposition to proposed budget cuts that would severely hurt the poor.
In response to Bettencourt’s behavior, Catholics United, the organization which I work for, issued a press release
calling on elected leaders in New Hampshire to distance themselves from these offensive comments and for
Bettencourt to publicly retract his statement. After receiving a torrent of criticism, Bettencourt recently
announced that he has asked for a personal meeting with Bishop McCormack, presumably to apologize in
private. Although this is a good step, it does not go far enough. Bettencourt should publicly apologize for his
outrageous behavior. Until he does so, every elected leader who serves with Bettencourt in the New Hampshire
legislature and every Presidential candidate who visits that state should be asked to publicly distance themselves
from these embarrassing comments.
To be clear: The sex abuse scandal has been a long and tragic chapter in the history of the Catholic Church. And
this sad chapter has caused untold harm to thousands of innocent victims while simultaneously driving many
Catholics away from the faith. However, the saga surrounding Majority Leader Bettencourt’s statements reveals a
disturbing inconsistency regarding the selective moral outrage of some conservative leaders.
Let me offer one example of this moral hypocrisy. During Rep. Bettencourt’s elected tenure in the New
Hampshire House he has served on the Judiciary Committee. On multiple occasions Bishop McCormack has
appeared before that committee and offered testimony in opposition to gay marriage and abortion. In response
to this testimony, Rep. Bettencourt never once raised a question about the bishop’s moral standing in the
community. It was only after the bishop chose to speak out publicly in support of trade unions and against budget
cuts in programs that aid the poor – two key progressive legislative priorities — that the bishop became an open
target for Bettencourt.
Sadly, this inconsistency is not limited to New Hampshire. It also can be found in Washington DC. During last

Dear Bishop McCormack:

The Steering Committee of New Hampshire Voice of the Faithful, representing eight chapters statewide, is deeply troubled by revelations this week of a previous bishop’s destruction of records associated with sexual abuse by a priest, and of records possibly destroyed under your own administration. A diocesan public relations spokesman said documents have not been destroyed since November 2000, leaving two years after your installation here in 1998 when such activity may have occurred. We find these disclosures alarming, since the permanent integrity of all diocesan documents going forward is a vital concern. Without the records of past sexual abuse by clergy, harmful practices endorsed less than one year ago might still be in effect today.

Given this history, we are sensitive to the implications of your agreement last month with Attorney General Philip McLaughlin that avoided criminal prosecution of the diocese. That agreement allows the destruction of the records of deceased priests accused of sexual misconduct upon the death of the accused. As the result of a recent tragedy involving the untimely death of a priest, you are now theoretically in a position to destroy his records.

We urge you to publicly pledge that the diocese will not destroy any more records associated with sexual abuse allegations against any priest, whether living or deceased. These records are a crucial archive of how the diocese has handled allegations in the past, how it is doing today, and how it will handle them in the future. We believe all these records, not just a summary of each one, should be maintained as a permanent archive. This is necessary both to provide a lasting record of the diocese’s response to these cases, and to keep them available as a resource for survivors of abuse who have not yet come forward. Such actions merely fulfill your own promise to assure the preeminence of the healing of those harmed over any other concern of the diocese (December 15, 2002 homily). We heartily support this focus and pray it will be implemented.

According to the diocese’s own numbers, released at the press conference announcing the agreement with the Attorney General, 43% of the New Hampshire diocesan priests involved in sexual abuse allegations are deceased. The diocese’s records on these priests can provide vital validation for survivors in coming to grips with the enormity of the abuse and betrayal they experienced. Ultimately, those records belong to the people of this diocese, and it is imperative that they be preserved.

The agreement with the Attorney General allows the diocese to destroy these records; it does not require that you destroy them. We ask you to immediately and publicly pledge to retain every page of every record of every priest ever accused of sexual misconduct in a permanent archive that will be an essential part of the diocese’s efforts to provide greater accountability on these cases.

We believe a strong and prompt pledge from the diocese to maintain these records will be a tremendous help in rebuilding the bridge of trust between the Church and those who are heartbroken and disillusioned by this crisis, as you yourself must be.

A Manchester historian said he discovered some clergy personnel files empty while researching his history on the Catholic Diocese of Manchester, leading him to conclude they had been destroyed.

“It was my very strong impression that some files had been destroyed and the files were destroyed because of incriminating evidence,” Monsignor Wilfrid H. Paradis said in an interview Monday.

Paradis said he now believes the files he discovered stripped of their contents or containing just one to three sheets of paper involved priests accused of child sexual abuse or sexual misconduct with adults.

Appalled by the pervasive clergy sexual-abuse scandal and the hurt inflicted on children, he blames it in part on the fraternal culture of the clergy and its instinct to protect itself.

“We are not going to be able to save the brethren by destroying archives and putting clergy first before the spiritual and physical and emotional good of the children,” he said.

Paradis, 80, said he had complete access to diocesan archives and other church records while researching his book, “Upon This Granite: Catholicism in New Hampshire 1647-1997,” published in 1998.

But he did not review the diocese’s secret archives. He didn’t ask to look at them and doubted “I would have been given permission anyway.”

Paradis recalled that while doing his most intensive research, from 1980 to 1996, he found at least a half-dozen clergy personnel files that contained almost no record of their years of service. They lacked details of their parish assignments and correspondence typically found in priests’ files.

“The file is absent. The file is gone,” Paradis recounted.

“I remember clearly at that time feeling that this had been destroyed and the reason for the destruction would have been something in that person’s life that they did not want to come to light after his death, to protect the person I suppose and also to protect the greater good of the church,” the retired priest and Manchester native said.

He would not identify the priests.

In some cases, the files may have been destroyed upon the death of the priest or before the installation of a new bishop when diocesan officials would “clean house,” Paradis said.

“Some people would take it upon themselves to just go through some of this material and feel that it is better destroyed than to keep it,” he said.

In addition, Paradis said he found a few cases of priests accused of sexual abuse of children and a few of priests accused of sexual misconduct with adults, usually women.

In some instances, he was able to reconstruct these priests’ histories by working through parish and other church records, he said.

“I did run into some cases (of sexual misconduct), but not an alarming number . . . not enough to send out any signals,” he said.

But nowhere did he glean the extensiveness of the problem exposed in the past year.

“I knew there were things like this, but I had no idea the extent of it, the number of priests involved and the number of cases of people who have been violated,” he said.

Some of the recently accused priests “are people I never would have thought would have been involved in anything of that nature,” he said.

A state prosecutor who has reviewed at least 11,000 pages of diocesan and investigative files related to clergy sexual abuse dating back to the 1960s yesterday acknowledged some documents are missing from church files.

“It will be clear when we release the papers what is there and what isn’t there,” Senior Assistant Attorney General N. William Delker said.

The documents are expected to be released to the public by Feb. 10 as part of an agreement struck between the attorney general and the diocese last month.

Investigators uncovered information in witness and victim interviews, police reports and other sources that enabled them to determine documents were missing from church files, he said.

“I don’t want to characterize what they did, but there was stuff removed from the files, and it’s reflected in their own documents,” he said.

A lawyer representing more than 60 alleged victims of clergy sexual abuse suing the diocese said in a recent court motion that retired Bishop Odore Gendron destroyed documents detailing child sexual abuse by the Revs. Philip Petit and Gordon MacRae.

The record destruction, attorney Mark Abramson argued, amounts to fraudulent concealment.

Diocesan spokesman Patrick McGee said church personnel files may include privileged medical records.

“If the priest or (his) medical provider request that the document provided be returned or destroyed, the diocese has complied with such requests in the past,” McGee said.

But Delker said investigators found more than privileged medical materials absent from church files.

“There was stuff beyond that that was missing,” Delker said.

McGee said no records regarding allegations of child sexual abuse by a priest or church employee, including medical records, have been destroyed since November 2000.

Regarding Paradis’ assertions, McGee said he is not aware of any materials being destroyed, but could not rule that out.

Noting Paradis hadn’t examined the secret archives, McGee said, “There is information that may have been moved from one file to another, but that is purely speculation.”

In addition, Paradis concurred with the attorney general’s conclusion that the diocese reassigned abusive priests who later abused other children.

“I am well aware that this was true,” he said. “This actually happened. This isn’t just a fabrication.”

While the church often treated clergy sexual abuse as a “personal” or “spiritual” problem, Paradis credits the media with exposing the crisis as a crime that, given the number of young victims left in its wake, carries widespread social and civil ramifications.

“I’m fundamentally relieved that the press has picked up on this issue and is forcing us to look at ourselves in the mirror,” he said.

“We as church are supposed to be guardians of public morality. So when we as priests are offenders of public morality, then we should at least know it and do something about it,” he added.

A decorated World War II veteran, diocesan historian and official expert at the Second Vatican Council in the 1960s, Paradis said the clergy sexual abuse crisis will probably have repercussions in the church for generations to come.

“This is one of the most crucial scandals, and it’s one of the very critical issues of our time in the Catholic church. It’s definitely part of our history and how we have contaminated to a certain degree the very people that we are entrusted to care for,” he said.

I liken the Papal Bullshitter as the Anti-Christ, the Spawn of Satan’s Loins and Dolan as his servant on earth.

You apologize like a good neo maxi zoom dweebie and you continue to stand up for your perverts of the Roman Catholic Church and your interests. That is like saying the sadistic priests of your Inquisitions should never be prosecuted if they could be and that the millions of innocent men, women and children put to death under torture, brutality and evil under the direction of this church’s leaders should just shut the hell up and go away if they were not so dead from the leaders of the Roman Catholic Church actions.

See Dolan, you sorry excuse for a supposed holy man, you are just like all the other evil of the Roman Catholic Church. The Roman Catholic Church is responsible for the rape and murder of millions, but you losers think that you are all above the law. Lleaders like you Timothy Dolan may speak that you care, that you feel shame for us victims of your perverted rapist priests, but your hidden words that seem to always get revealed and your actions speak volumes that you are still one of the perverted, twisted, sick and evil leaders of one of the most bloodiest and evil of all the christian denominations.

I often wonder how you as a church leader or your papal bullshitter, whom you apologize for all the time, would  handle one of the many insane nightmares I have had thanks to this perverted priest? I wonder how you would feel and react to nightmares where you would be gang raped by demons? Or put on a spit and roasted over a fire while the past Popes and leaders of the church dance in glee around your smoking and roasting flesh and then take turns raping you?  Where the priest who raped you comes up, takes your penis, rips it off from your body and chews on it with so much relish it is abnormal?  Where in these nightmares you actually really feel all of this pain, you really see all of this horror going around you.

The definition of being two-faced means you say one thing but either do or mean another. While the Papal Bullshitter and his leaders of the Roman Catholic Church like Cardinal Timothy Dolan may say that they want to do everything they can to help the victims of their perverted priests, or that they feel our pain and are ashamed of what their perverted priests did to us, but there is a totally different reality here.

Firstly, you have the Papal Bullshitters own words he spoke during a traditional Christmas message to his Cardinals and officials working in Rome in December of 2010. To myself, a victim of one of the church’s perverted priests, this is a call from the Papal Bullshitter to his leaders of the church, that it is perfectly alright for adults to rape children and that child pornography is considered normal so why not ya know? If this leader of the biggest religious denomination on the earth believes that child pornography is normal and sex between an adult and a child is not evil, then this person needs to get a grip on reality and get some professional counseling to include sitting in on therapy sessions of child rape victims. Maybe the Papal Bullshitter and his main apologist Cardinal Timothy Dolan ought to sit in on a few of my therapy sessions.

I know this piece of dog dung says he has listened to the stories of the rape victims of his perverted priests, but there is a difference between listening to the victims and hearing what they are saying. You can “listen” to them all you want, but unless and until their stories of horror really sink into your gray matter between those ears of yours, then you will never truly understand the pain and horror of rape victims.

He also states that he is ashamed and filled with humiliation for the scandal of his priests raping children and his leaders, including himself, who covered it up. Nothing could be further than the truth with this incredible bullshitter. I mean when this supposed man of god was known as Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, he got the Vatican to stop the proceedings to defrock a priest who admitted to molesting hundreds of deaf boys in Wisconsin after the priest wrote a letter to Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger. The Papal Bullshitter is also accused of mishandling a German Priest, Father Peter Hullerman, in which this perverted priest was accused by parents of three children of raping them.  Hullerman was sent to a psychiatrist in Munich for evaluation, and his psychiatrist, Werner Huth diagnosed him as a pedophile. Even the personal chief of the Essen diocese, Klaus Malangre wrote to his counterpart in Munich, Fr. Friedrich Fahr that Hullerman was dangerous and someone who needed psychiatric treatment and should only teach in a girls school.

Instead of defrocking this priest and having him prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, Ratzinger, as Archbishop, and responsible for the handling of this case, simply restored him to his pastoral duties. What gets me the most is how fast this Papal Bullshitter worked to restore this perverted priest back to duties. It was reported to the church in September of 1979. Hullerman went for his psychiatric interview on December 18, 1979. By January 20th, 1980 Ratzinger was calling for the restoration of this perverts pastoral duties with no prohibitions and on February 1st, 1980 he was returned to his pastoral duties.

By these two incidents, though I imagine there are more that have not come out, and by his own words in his christmas message to the leaders of the church, this shows this Papal Bullshitter talks a good talk to his flock, but when it comes down to the actual nuts and bolts of this perverted Pope’s mind, it shows he could care two shits less about the victims and more about protecting his ass and the ass of the church.

If this Papal Bullshitter is so full of humiliation and sorrow for what the perverted priests of the Roman Catholic Church did to us victims and the coverup of this, then why does not this supposed man of god submit to prosecution for his aiding and abetting the coverups himself? Here is actually another example of this Papal Bullshitters two facedness along with the Roman Catholic Church’s. I shall use an example of one of the teachings of the church for this.

We will take the confessional, a criminal and priests for our example.

A criminal walks into the confessional and confesses to the priest he had just raped a dozen young boys. Now while the priest would maybe get off on this type of a confession, who knows with the priests of the RCC ya know? Yet from what I have read and learned, the priest would never go to the police about this because the confessional is a sacred place supposedly. He would do all he could to counsel the rapist of young boys to turn himself in for prosecution. He would explain to the rapist of young boys that even though he may receive forgiveness and absolution for his crimes from the church, he should face justice for the crimes he has committed. You can actually see this in effect in the rcc featured movies of old where the priest does all he can to talk the criminal into turning themselves in to the authorities.

So is it not being two faced when you act this way, but when it comes time to your own ass, or the ass of the perverted priests, or the leaders of the church who covered this up, and you too should turn yourself in for prosecution, yet, you hide your sorry ass behind the fact you are a leader of the church and a head of state and therefor immune to prosecution for your felonious actions. Same with the rest of this den of perverts. Instead of offering themselves up for prosecution, they all circle their wagons and hide in the Roman Catholic Church, untouchable by law enforcement authorities unless they get off their asses and turn themselves in and admit to what they did wrong.

So if this Papal Bullshitter is truly sorry, ashamed and humiliated for what has happened to us children, then why not, as leader, lead by example and turn his sorry ass in to the proper authorities for prosecution? Because like his Cardinal and apologist Dolan, they feel they are above the law and do not deserve any punishment for their actions. Yet, they will scream that abortion providers and homosexuals actually deserve the death penalty because of harm to children. Now if this is not being two freaking faced I do not know what is.

Now we come to Cardinal Timothy Dolan. The Papal Bullshitters biggest apologist, maybe because he sees this Papal Bullshitter may not last much longer and he wants the job so he defends this leader of his church and does all he can to deny victims of his perverted priests any justice or recompense for the actions of the perverted priests. What I really love is his recent words on the victims of priest rape.

Yet again and again, this Cardinal states the tired old, Roman Catholic line that they are ashamed of what happened to us victims and want to do everything they can to help us and make this problem a thing of the past. Though this supposed man of gods words sure do not match does it? Can you say two facedness? I knew you could.

This idiot, Cardinal Timothy Dolan, shows the truth of the Roman Catholic Church and it’s leaders in how they really want to deal with us victims. By making themselves victims. It is the old tried and true bullshit. To make things better for you in the face of overwhelming evidence against you, you make yourself into a poor, poor pityful us, everyone is picking on us. We do not deserve this, we should not be paying for it.

This loser, Cardinal Timothy Dolan does not care about the suffering of us victims. Maybe this supposed man of god hopes that us victims do the same as the perpetrators of child rape and cover up, just simply die. That way the church would not have to dip into it’s billions to pay off the victims. They want to truly get away with their crimes and believe they are justified in doing so. All they care about is again, covering their own asses and protecting the assets of the church. They try their best to put up blocks to justice, real and just compensation for us victims of their rapist priests, and then go about their business. I have come to find, after doing much research on this, they typically offer free therapy for life and $20,000.00 for ruined lives caused by their perverted priests and the leaders who covered it up. Well Dolan and Benedict, I would say right to your faces if given the opportunity, to tell you both maybe you ought to get gang raped by a group of your own priests so you know what us victims really go through.

So Papal Bullshitter High Unholiness Pope Benedict Arnold and your apologist buddy Cardinal Timothy Dolan, you both need to get down on your freaking knees to me and beg me for forgiveness. A few days after this I was having fun with slamming some bigoted and self serving christians I had met on a blog when one of them actually said something that I learned from. I could not say I honestly took control of my life back from the priest unless I forgave him for what he did to me. I also had to forgive god and jesus christ too because they really did not have any control over what the priest did to me due to free will.

This would be one of the hardest things I could ever do. How could I ever forgive this priest for what he did to me? To me he destroyed everything I knew and believed in up until that time. Sure I was a teen having my own doubts of faith with the Roman Catholic Church and it’s teachings, but I was still basically a Roman Catholic at the time of the rape.

How could I forgive the christian god and jesus christ? They never heard my prayers, my cries and my pleas to make this priest stop doing to me what he was doing to me. I grew up learning that at your darkest hour, God and Jesus Christ would answer your prayers and pleas. Here was one of their own priests raping me and they did not hear me.

My hatred towards the priest, god and jesus christ along with the church, has grown and festered for over 37 years. Like a cancer it grew, taking what was left of my soul. I felt that the night that this priest raped me, god condemned me to hell. That jesus christ felt shame towards me that I did not physically fight back this priest while he was raping me, that is why he did not answer my prayers.

Couple all of this with the fact I got an erection and ejaculated, and the shame and guilt that was on my shoulders and in my heart and soul, were overwhelming. Not only was I found guilty by this priest of breaking the 5th Commandment: Honour thy father and thy mother, that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

Even the Lords Prayer and the Hail Mary were never the same to me and I can barely even say each of them without getting physically ill from doing so. Up until recently I could barely go into a Roman Catholic Church without suffering a panic attack and the day I went to my fathers funeral at St Charles Parish in Dover NH was one of sheer terror and nightmares for me. I went out of love and respect for my father, yet if it had not been my father’s funeral, but the funeral of someone else, I would have never stepped foot inside that church that day. When I got home that night to my tent I suffered nightmares so severe I literally shook the tent down around me. I was so bathed in sweat and had such terrors that I had to go out and walk around Willand Pond for a couple of hours and sit in one of my all time favorite birch copses just so I could calm down again.

My hatred for god and the church is described in my blog about it. Yet that hate is very real.

I ended up doing a Pagan ritual to deal with a lot of this hatred, guilt and pain. It is one in which you write down the names of all the persons who ever caused you harm in your life. I wrote out the priests name along with the popes. I then burned the paper and scattered it to the winds. I released the hatred and pain. I released everything I could with this situation. I felt a lot of peace in my heart and soul afterwards. Even friends and relatives tell me I am much more calmer and peaceful than I have been in years.

Am I still pissed off at the Church? From this blog you can see obviously I am. I do not know if I will ever get all of this anger out of me for what this priest and what the Roman Catholic church has done to their victims. What his Unholiness the Papal Bullshitter Pope Benedict Arnold said at this christmas address still pisses me off to no end. Some of the responses I have gotten via email from another board I am posting about this, are down right evil in themselves. Two even said I enjoyed what happened to me because I got a boner and I shot off.

The shame and guilt does not belong on my shoulders, nor do they belong in my heart or soul. They belong in the priests who raped me. They belong to the Unholiness Papal Bullshitter Benedict. They belong to the bishops and other church leaders who knew what these priests were doing and then taking these priests who were raping children and moving them to a different parish so they could rape again. It belongs to the church lawyers who fight us victims every step of the way, who continue to do their best to shame us into silence with their non disclosure clauses to their settlements. Their lovely little settlements that do not amount to shit compared to the living hell their own priests put us through.

I imagine this Papal Bullshitter, the Pope Benedict, sitting right now in his fancy robes, with his fancy shoes, all of his little choir boys around him singing his praises. His staff serving him on the finest of china, eating the best of foods. Going to sleep on his soft, king size bed covered in the finest linens. I consider this sick pricks life. How he thinks that child pornography is normal and that sex between an adult and a child is not evil. Then I do something I rarely do. I pray for him. I pray he chokes on a chicken bone and goes to the hell he so richly deserves for all the harm he cannot see with his very own eyes.

I don’t know about you, but in the United States of America, you possess child pornography, YOU GO TO PRISON FOR IT, so is that normal to YOU, your Unholiness?

“In the 1970s, paedophilia was theorised as something fully in conformity with man and even with children,” the Pope said.

This just goes to show this pope more than likely molested children himself. He protects his child molesting priests, so what makes me think, with his reasoning and his words, that he himself does not molest children? How in the hell can he even call himself a man of god when he agrees that child porn and sex between an adult and children as normal and in full conformity? You are one sick and twisted individual Pope to be saying this crap out of your pie hole.

See I was tired of life again. This would make the seventh serious attempt at ending my life since the priest raped me in 1975. I believed him. I believed I was evil and god did not want me any more. I remember when the priest was raping me I was begging and crying to god and jesus christ to make him stop. Maybe this priest was right. I deserved what I was getting from him. Ever since I told my friend at Austin Cate Academy what happened to me by this priest, I felt my whole life was doomed. Why should I continue to live? Why don’t I just end it and go to that hell the priest had consigned my soul so very long ago?

I threw my left leg over the rope railing of the bridge when someone screamed: It is not your time yet. I turned and there was this blond woman at the end of the bridge. She ran over and told me to talk to her. I did not want to, all I wanted to do was jump. Especially after she bought up the name of Jesus Christ. When she did that I got royal livid pissed at her and I started screaming at her how much I hated Jesus Christ and god and christians and religion. I let it all out. I took all of my pent up anger out on her. I thoroughly trashed her, her christian beliefs, and everything else.

She took everything I threw at her. She just kept on smiling. That just pissed me off even more. I really started to go overboard, trashing her again, I told her if I was a woman I would wipe that smile off of her face.

Then she said something that stunned me. She told me all the hate I had towards her and jesus christ, they had one hundred times more love for me. That really blew me away. I talked to her then. I stopped screaming at her. I even stopped hating her.

We talked for a while and then she left. She took the rope just in case. I left the Dolly Copp area that day and two days later contacted mental health and started therapy.

Yes, suicide seems to be the only option sometimes for my life. Yet I am still here. I am trying to figure out why. I still haven’t come up with an answer to it.

He drilled into my head that night that I was getting what I deserved because I had broken one of the ten commandments of honoring my mother and father and that I needed to be healed from this evil. He decided the way he would heal me was through my performing oral sex on him, him performing oral sex on me and then performing anal sex on me. He kept telling me I had to take his sacred sacrament to be healed from my sin.

All the while he was raping me, he kept telling me over and over again that no one would believe me, that if I told anyone I would spend an eternity in hell and that I had to say the Our Father and Hail Mary over and over again.

All I have to say to this priest and the parishioners of St Thomas Moore’s Parish in Durham NH, is that one day, all of you will have to answer to your own God. In my life and struggles dealing with my hatred of god, jesus christ and all things religious, I have found my own spiritual path. I have come to find there is a difference between the religious and the spiritual. The religious are all around us and we see and hear them screaming their hatreds against anyone and everyone who is not like them.

The three main religions in this world, Christianity, Muslim and Jewish have spilled more innocent blood than all the Pagan religions combined. Out of these three, Christianity is responsible for the slaughter of millions of innocent men, women and children throughout the centuries. The Inquisitions, the Crusades, the invasions of the North and South American continents, even the Black Plagues may be directly attributed to the Christian religious.

I came to hate the Christian God and Jesus Christ because they did not hear my cries of pain and grief as the priest from St Thomas Moore’s church in Durham New Hampshire raping me. I will admit afterwards I desecrated churches when I could. I would urinate and defecate on church steps and even did so inside one church during christmas eve services. I would spit on the cross and toss urine on it. I even joined Satanists for a while in my complete and utter rebellion against Christianity. As much as I once loved God and Jesus Christ and the church with all of my heart and soul, now I hated it ten times more.

I remember even at times I tried to come back to the church. I walked away each time in disgust. The religious truly controls these churches and the spiritual are told to conform to the gossip hours after mass during coffee and donate all your money and time. Then you find out the priests are just as much hypocrites as they always are and get caught in some kind of scandal.

I returned to Pagan roots. Not the quasi, fluffy bunny of the Neo Pagans and Wiccans, but taking the title of Wytche, I reconnected with the Mother Earth. I became a nature photographer and that is where I started seeing true beauty again. I am still on this path, a spiritual one and not a religious one.

I have sort of come half circle with my hatred and anger towards the Christian God and Jesus Christ. I will NEVER bow down my knee to this god if it is real. As for Jesus Christ, He has shown me that I need not hate Him for what this perverted priest and the religious have done in his name. I have come to realize that Jesus Christ was an incredible avatar and bringer of love, peace, forgiveness and hope. Jesus Christ knows I will never go back to the religion that bears his name. Yet I will take his lessons and use them for my life and combine them with my new found reverence for all life through learning from my hiking and nature photography.

I have actually come to the point of forgiving the priest who raped me. I need to see this man yet the Papal Bullshitter Pope Benedict and his ilk are doing everything they now can to sweep us victims under the rug again. From what my lawyer told me, they took the one Bishop and investigator who actually cared about the victims here in New Hampshire and shipped him off somewhere. We now have a new one and heaven knows what this one is all about. All I know is they are basically offering cheap assed settlements and we have to shut our mouths.

Well what price to you put on this kind of pain and suffering? What price do you put on the unholy horror that my life became thanks to this perverted priest and his bosses?

Pope Benedict, I insult you because to me you are no pope, let alone a man of God. You are evil in my book because you want to protect your stupid religion more than you want to truly admit that this is evil and truly do something about it. YOU Pope Benedict perpetuate this evil and I know through Jesus Christ that when our ends come, it is YOU who will spend an eternity in hell while I will not. See I have already done my time in hell, thanks to your priest. I see heaven in my afterlife.

To understand our pain, you would have to understand the betrayal that was perpetrated upon us.

I was born and raised in the Roman Catholic Church, attending St Charles Catholic Church in Dover NH. I received my First Communion and Confession there. I also went to a catholic school until we had to start going to Horne Street because the school burned down. It is drilled into your head from the very beginning that the priest, nuns and all the officials of the Roman Catholic Church are like speaking directly to God himself. Those punishments of the penguins you hear about, the rapping of the knuckles with the rulers, or sitting in the corner with a dunce cap on are all true.  They controlled your life, you believed EVERYTHING they said to you and if you questioned them……well you just did not question them.

I will not get into it but I left home at the age of 13. I went from one group home to a couple of foster homes. The last foster home I was in was an incredibly abusive uptight, right wing southern baptist bible thumpers. I only stayed a week or so and ran away. I spent the night with two girls I grew up with and the next day the police department bought me to St Thomas Moore’s church in Durham until the social worker they had assigned me to got me into Teen Haven group home in Rochester NH the next day.

That night changed my life forever. I will not get into the particulars of the rape, except to say he made me perform oral and receive anal and oral from him. What I will talk about is the psychology of the rape. All the while he was assaulting me, he kept telling me to say the Our Father and the Hail Mary. He also told me over and over again that no one would believe me over his word as a priest. Then he told me if I ever did tell anyone I would die and go to hell. He gave me the reason for doing this to me was to cleanse me of breaking the commandment of honoring my mother and my father. I remember the whole time he was raping me I was screaming inside for God and Jesus Christ to stop him, I begged them to make him stop, but they did not hear my cries of pain and shame.  Now can you imagine this being done to you?

Here you are, confused, scared because even before I got to the church I was scared outta my wits because I did not know if they were going to send me to juvie in Manchester. Also I knew very well what he was saying was true. No one would ever believe me what he was doing to me. As for my going to hell, well, again, hell was VERY REAL to me even at that age. I grew up in the 60′s, imagine the reality of hell to a young roman catholic boy. Dante’s Inferno was real to me. Now I was being raped by a priest who was supposed to protect me for one single night, but he allowed his perversions and sexual needs to overcome his common sense.

This priest took total control of my heart, my soul, my body and my mind.

I want to share with you one of the nightmares I started suffering right after I did tell a friend at the boarding school I eventually ended up at.

I am walking through the mist and woods and find myself coming to a cemetery. I hear moaning but I think it is more the wind I hear going through the trees around me. I see a shadow, then another one, glimpses of ragged shapes in the fog and mist around me. All of a sudden I feel something brush against my right calf. Then something grabs both of my feet and pull them out from under me. I land in some type of stinky goop, not really mud, almost smelling like an well used outhouse. As I struggle to get out of it, I only sink more into it, it is almost like quick sand but the harder I try to fight it, the more I sink into the stink. As I do these dead, decayed arms reach out of it and grab around me. My legs, my waist, my arms and shoulders and head are pinned and slowly they start to pull me deeper into the goop.I remember looking up trying to take a deep breath for my lungs and as I do a few half rotten skulls come out of the goop and start to laugh this hysterical laugh. All I hear over their laughing is you are going to hell in the air around me.

I am dragged deeper and deeper into the goop. My nostrils, mouth and throat starts to fill with it. I am gagging and trying to breath but I can’t. I am not dying though, I know this, but I cannot breath and I only wish to die. It goes on for what seems like minutes. Eventually I come out of the bottom of the goop, straight into the very pits of hell itself. I am gasping for breath but all I get is heated air from the pit. There is fire and screaming and moaning and pain. I can feel it in every part of my being. My heart goes out to the pain and suffering I hear. My soul weeps for it all. I hear all kinds of sounds that scare the living daylights out of me. Sounds of torture and screams and cries of why, why?

I am seeing even children being tortured, all of them screaming and crying out for God and Jesus Christ to save them, just like I had done while the priest was raping me, yet even here too, these beings we all believed in and prayed to did not hear these young innocent cries of the children. I wept for them like I had never wept for anyone before. My tears are all hot from the fires and pain and horrors I am witnessing.

The heat of the fires are scorching me but not burning me. In a way the goop that is all over me protects me from the full heat of the blaze. All of a sudden three demons dressed as priests grab me and drag me to a room. There is an assembly of men, all of them from the rulers of the roman catholic church.

I cannot repeat the things they say to me or the things they did to me in that room. Suffice it to say that it is ten thousand times worse than what the priest did to me. I can only say think of the tortures and sadism of the Inquisitions That is just a small idea of what these perverts of religion did to me for speaking out against the evil they do. I still cannot deal with some of these nightmares. I think though you can use your own imagination with what I have already told you to understand why I cannot tell this part of the nightmare. It is still too painful, even after 34 years, they are still too painful to deal with yet.

When I wake up from one of these nightmares, I am covered in sweat and just twisted. The nightmares are very real to me. It is no wonder that I turned to drugs and alcohol to block these nightmares because it seemed these were the only substances that I could use to block them? Most of us victims of these priests do. It takes a lot of therapy to learn how to deal with nightmares like I have….and I know many other victims have of these perverted priests.

For decades I took any and all drugs and drank anything I could. My poisons were mostly weed, crown royal and molson ale. I remember some friend and I counted all the blue bags I had saved from the crown royal I drank in one year. It was over 200 bags. That is a lot of alcohol if you ask me considering I normally drank about a six pack or a 12 pack of molson with it. Plus all the weed I used to smoke. I prided myself on being able to out smoke and put anyone under the table. I remember smoking through a quarter pound of really boss herb in ten days and buying two more ounces and smoking that within another week.

I am now pretty much clean and sober. I really no longer drink. Maybe a six pack if I am lucky every four or so months. Heck I bought a bottle of smirnoff and peach snapps two new years ago and they still sit half drank in my fridge. I learned through my nature and wildlife photography, my love of nature and backpacking, that I can find other ways of “escaping” the pains of the past and looking at beauty again.

I lived in ugliness for many many decades. Through my nature and wildlife photography I have started finding the real beauty of the world around me again.

I also would love to ask his High Unholiness Papal Bullshitter Pope Benedict, or many of the bishops and arch bishops and priests who did this to us children and teens, how they would feel to have even ONE of my nightmares, let alone where you have these kinds of nightmares over and over again for weeks at a time. Is it no wonder I became an insomniac? Is it no wonder why I turned to drugs and alcohol to deal with all of this?

Right after this priest raped me I became a pyromaniac. I burned a lot of things. I even got arrested at 14, about two or three weeks later for burning a box truck at the railroad tracks right down from the Teen Haven group home which got me sent to Austin Cate Academy in Center Strafford New Hampshire.

I would also love to hear how sorry the Papal Bullshitter is right to my face. Yet he is too punk and believes that child pornography and sex between an adult and child is considered normal, his very own words he gave in his christmas address. If you do not believe this, just google it and you will see I am right.

So Papal Bullshitter, Pope Benedict, what do you say? Care to have a couple of my nightmares? Oh no I already know what your doom is. Seeing you protected those who harmed innocent children. Seeing you allowed these perversions to happen and covered it up. Seeing you do not care about the suffering of us children. Philomene looks proud and strong, when she walks into the PFR office but inside, she is a woman and a mother who is hurting and struggles everyday with the memories of Genocide and the realities of the difficult life she now lives.

One could not begin to imagine the experience this woman has passed through in her life but she continues to fight for the wellbeing of her children but this isn’t always easy when she is struggling for her own life. Philomene has HIV and no matter how strong she feels one day, another day could be a very different story.

Asked if she is married, she answers the question with a swipe of the hand, as if to say: It is all gone now. She looks to the ground and there is silence. No doubt, the question has triggered vivid, painful memories!

Philomene was born in Rurindo district, in the north of Rwanda, in 1967. She lived on a little farm, with her parents and her 7 brothers and sisters, until she married a man from the neighborhood. Her memories of childhood are happy and peaceful. Her married life might have been the same and her little son might have known the life she had once experienced, but genocide struck and put an end to all normality.

In 1994, of her 7 brothers, only one survived. Her parents and relatives are all dead. Her husband was also murdered, and their only son of 3 years was killed with him. She survived, by the grace of God but sometimes she questioned if it was only a curse because life without her family felt like a nightmare playing over and over, every day, of every month of every year!

She shares the story of how she survived the genocide of 1994. She had only just experienced a miscarriage when violence broke out and the killings began and therefore was unable to walk. While the rest of her family fled on foot through the dark, wet and cold night roads of Rwanda, trying to avoid the killers and find refuge, she stayed behind, too weak to move.

Philomene survived by hiding in the forests for 3 months, hardly eating, living every second, minute and hour with the terror, trauma and fear that her family might have passed in harm’s way.

When the genocide ended, she felt a relief that she had escaped death, but it was short-lived when she heard that all of her family members were killed. Thoughts of her 3-year-old child being killed never left her mind. It became the constant ache and pain in her heart that even today, does not leave her.

‘All of my hopes for the future were shattered’ she says.

When asked how she got HIV, she replies that it was yet another horrific memory she carries from the war.

It was the Patriotic Rwandan Front, Kagame’s soldiers, that had eventually found her bereft, hungry and very sick. They brought her to Nyumba, where they provided her with medicines and economical help to start her new life, alone.

In time, she was able to find love again and married Machumi Celeste, a mechanic from her hometown. They moved to Kigali to begin their new life. They were blessed with 3 children, but trauma and pain struck again for Philomene. Ten years after marrying her second husband she was faced with the reality that he had contracted HIV was now living with AIDS and dying. There was nothing she could do and in 2004, she tragically lost her husband once again.

Today, Philomene struggles everyday on so many levels. She is the sole provider for her 3 children and has to provide them with shelter, food, school fees, uniforms and books. She knows that school is their only hope at having a future and so she is determined to find a way to keep them in school. However, there is always the fear. What happens if she is sick, what happens if she dies? Who will care for her children? Without any family members, the thought is a terrifying one.

Philomne walks the streets, every day, from house to house, trying to sell anything she might have that day, maybe some fruit or small household items. She lives every day with the hope that tomorrow, she still has the energy and health to wake up and continue working hard for her children.

Philomene is a fighter, a survivor, a mother with hopes and dreams that her children will have a chance at life. She is also a grieving soul and lives with the horrors of genocide always on her mind, the memories surface more often than she wished they would, but she has to keep fighting, for her life but mostly for her children.

Philomene began coming to the Prison Fellowship of Rwanda facility back in 2006 where Pastor Deo began supporting and counseling with women who had experience trauma who were also victims of rape, contracting HIV and now trying to live with this illness. Sometimes it is difficult because they do not have the food necessary to take the HIV medications. The PFR program tries to assist when they can but what they hope to do more than anything, is give them a way and a means to become self sufficient. With their help, Philomene has learned how to make little handicraft products out of banana leaves with the other women who come on a weekly basis. It is a time when they can come together, share stories, feelings and emotions. It is a time of healing but also a realistic way for them to learn a new way to make a living and provide for their family. Philomene as of last week expressed her hopes to be able make enough money to one day attend sewing school so that she can give her children the life they deserve to have. It is her dream and she says that one day, maybe she will have the chance to make it come true.

As a mother who has lost a child, I know the pain that I felt and experienced but I could not begin to imagine the pain one feels loosing a child in such a horrific way. Philomene had to grieve the loss of her child, her husband and almost every family member. Having spent time with Philomene while I was in Rwanda and the other women in her group, I have come to know with all my heart that what is needed most is hope, love and kindness. When you have been through such trauma, a gift of love and kindness can be the one thing that gives you strength to continue. I cannot imagine living my life with such trauma, having to live with HIV, having no family to turn to, no one to help me. So, I ask my friends to think about her and the other women and if you think you might like to help, you can. I will post a new story every couple of days and in this way, in no time, all 40 women and their families will receive the hope, love and care they need and deserve. We can do this.  Together, we can make a change and the ripple effect will be powerful and beautiful…  just imagine. All of their children in school… becoming something… giving their children and their children to come, hope for a future!!!!

In a 24-page ruling Thursday, the state’s highest court said that in cases where a defendant is claiming consensual sex, a lower court has discretion to decide whether prosecutors can offer expert testimony that deals with how rape victims might behave after an attack, if that testimony will help educate a jury.

Specifically, some victims might delay reporting a rape, or there might be no physical evidence of a sexual assault. The court record shows many people wrongly believe a rape victim would fight, be severely injured, or go to authorities immediately, and expert testimony on typical victim behavior could help jurors understand, the justices said.

The Supreme Court issued its opinion because it said judges throughout Minnesota were interpreting prior case law too broadly, and categorically barring prosecutors from presenting expert testimony about typical behavior of rape victims.

“Under these circumstances, when our precedent is being misapplied in a large number of cases on an important issue of statewide concern, we conclude that this case warrants exercise of our supervisory power to ensure the fair administration of justice to address this evidentiary issue,” the justices wrote.

Justices David Stras and Alan Page disagreed with the majority opinion, saying the Supreme Court lacked jurisdiction, and leaped over the proper process to issue the ruling.

The ruling brings Minnesota in step with 48 other states that allow such expert testimony in rape cases. Minnesota already allows such testimony in cases of domestic abuse or sexual assaults of children.

The opinion was issued in the case of a man accused of raping a woman in 2007. The woman didn’t report the incident for hours and had no vaginal injuries. The defendant was convicted, but the appeals court sent the case back for a new trial, saying the lower court erred in allowing a nurse and police officer to talk about typical behaviors of rape victims. The appeals court cited the 1982 case law — which the Supreme Court says is being misapplied.

“This will allow us to take a much broader perspective on some of these cases,” Ramsey County Attorney John Choi said of Thursday’s decision. “It’s great for victims to know that prosecutors will be able to better explain and educate the jury on the issues that would be raised by the defense. … Ultimately this expert testimony is going to be helpful to a jury.”

Marsh Halberg, a defense attorney who has handled many criminal sexual assault cases and reviewed the Supreme Court decision for the AP, said he wasn’t surprised by the ruling, because most states allow this expert testimony.

But tactically, he said, he was “amazed” that the justices circumvented the process, which normally requires the state to show that leaving evidence out would have a critical impact on their case.

Halberg also pointed to the dissent of Stras and Page, who noted that even without expert testimony, the victim in this case had a chance to explain her behavior — she testified she didn’t go to authorities immediately because she was scared, did not know if she wanted to go through a trial, and she felt ashamed.

Halberg said the issue of consent is a common defense in sexual assault cases, and this decision allows prosecutors to bring in experts to buttress a victim’s credibility.

In the Muslim world where we hear about the millions of  religion opinions from millions of ”muftis”, to prevent the exchange of flowers as gifts, and that the women shouldn’t sleep near the “wall” so as not to have sex ”with them” while  They are sleeping , or to the fatwas which authorizing the beheading of any American to serve God!

In a crazy world like this, who is the Grand Mufti, who we will rely on to know the determined number of punches or kicks or slaps, which is  permissible for a man toward his woman according to the Sharia Law?

 Euthanasia and assisted suicide can appear a reasonable and even compassionate  solution with suffering of individuals and families struggling with illness of the dying process. What is their excuse for the fact that 1-out-of-3 women in the U.S. Armed Forces report having been raped?  Were they too sexy in those army fatigues?  And, do they consider  adult men the victims because they are helplessly driven to lustful insanity by the little girls they rape?  Are little girls at fault, too?  What about disabled and/or elderly rape victims?

BRISTOL, Va. – Nineteen-year-old Keshia Canter handed three burgers, fries and milkshakes to a car-load of Tuesday afternoon customers at the Hi-Lo Burger’s drive-though window. A lady sitting in the backseat leaned forward, between the two men in front, and handed her a leaflet: “Women & Girls” it said across the top.

“Even though nothing is showing, you’re being ungodly,” Canter recalled the woman telling her. “You make men want to be sinful.”

Canter was wearing boots pulled up over jeans, a pink zebra-print shirt with a black jacket zipped up over it. She has blond hair, dark eye make-up and a little red lip ring. “I just asked if she needed any salt, pepper or ketchup,” Canter said. “I mean, how do I respond to that?”

Minutes later, Canter’s mother, Pam Yates, who owns the restaurant, returned from the bank. Canter handed her “Women & Girls” and Yates started reading.

“You may have been given this leaflet because of the way you are dressed,” it begins. “Have you thought about standing before the true and living God to be judged?”

It continues with one essential theme: The sins of men are, in part, the fault of women, specifically women in tight-fitting clothing. Yates was annoyed. Then she got to a section on page two:

“Scripture tells us that when a man looks on a woman to lust for her he has already committed adultery in his heart. If you are dressed in a way that tempts a men to do this secret (or not so secret) sin, you are a participant in the sin,” the leaflet states. “By the way, some rape victims would not have been raped if they had dressed properly. So can we really say they were innocent victims?”

The hand-out is signed “anonymous.”

Yates was angry.

.. unfuckingbelievable.  This is a perfect example of why Christians are being mocked and derided, and looked upon as mentally deranged.  Christianity = insanity.  These revolting people are part of the rise of extremism wishing to institute Biblical Law™ into U.S. civil codes — the Christian version of Sharia Law: Dominion theology.

Democracy, freedom of religion, freedom from religion, a free society are the enemies of organized Christianity.
