Police say the girls were walking on the sidewalk near their home in the area of Vista Plaza Road in Laguna Niguel last Saturday afternoon when a man driving a white panel van stopped next to them and said, “hey ladies, do you need anything?” The girls continued walking and the van drove away.

When the van appeared again a few minutes later, stopped, and the driver got out, the girls were frightened and ran home. The van was last seen driving away at a high rate of speed.

The man was described as Hispanic, about 50 to 60 years old, 5 foot 9, 175 pounds, wearing a white T-shirt, light-colored jeans and dark brown sunglasses. He was described as having wrinkles around his eyes and mouth and having black and gray wavy, medium-length hair.
