<p>Sedangkan buah-buahan seperti durian, nangka dan cempedak akan ” ber-reaksi kearah alkohol ”akibatnya perut kita akan terasa panas sekali dan akhirnya muntah2 dan diaree.   <br />Sebab itu kalau kita sedang hamil, maka sebaiknya super hati-hati dengan buah-buahan sesuai dengan habitatnya.</p>
<p>Jenis buah apa saja yang dianjurkan untuk ibu hamil :   <br />- buah tomat    <br />- pepaya, semua pepaya kaya akan vitamin C    <br />- mangga    <br />- jeruk manis    <br />- jeruk bali    <br />- pisang, buah pisang kaya akan kalsium    <br />- dan masih banyak lagi buah2-an yg lain, seperti rambutan, semangka, bangkoang, manggis, sawo dll</p>
<p>Selama kehamilan coba super hati2 dengan buah ” salak ”, karena ibu hamil sebaiknya mengkonsumsi makanan yg tidak mengakibatkan ” kontipasi – sulit BAB ”</p>

The Center for Disease Control says that, on average, we consume fewer than four servings of fruits and veggies a day, instead of the recommended six to ten.</p>
<p>But we&#8217;ve all heard that excess Vitamin C just gets flushed out of our body, and taking too much of certain vitamins, like Vitamin E or iron, can be bad for us. For vegetarians or vegans, like myself, a vitamin is an important part of our daily regimen. But what about people who are getting a decent amount of iron, B12, folate, and the like? <p>  Die Himbrere (Rubus idaeus), die botanisch zu den Rosengewächsen gehört, wurde schon von den Menschen in der Neolithikum zusammengetragen und gegessen. Im Mittelalter wurden Himbeere in Gärten von Klöstern kulitviert. Seit dieser Zeit werden dauernd wieder neue Gattungen gezogen wie bspw.. Rutrago, Rumiloba, Schönemann, Nootka, Himbostar, Himbo Queen, Zefa Herbsternte, Heritage, Autumm Bliss oder gelbe Himbeersorten wie Amber, Blondie, Fallgold oder Golden Queen. Die Arten unte5scheiden besonders im Erntezeitpunkt jedoch außerdem in Ausmaß, Form, Farbton und Geruch der Himbeeren. Himbeeren werden von Juli &#8211; August gepflückt. Einige späteren Arten tragen gar bis zum Oktober Früchte.</p>
<p>  Inhaltstoffe der Himbeeren und gesundheitliche BedeutungHimbeeren beinhalten eine sehr ausgewogene Melange aus diverse Fruchtsäuren, Pektin, den Mineralstoffen K, Magnesium, Kalzium, Phosphor sowie Eisen, und den Vitaminen und Provitaminen ProVitamin A, B-Vitaminen (Nicotinsäure, Vitamin B7) sowie Vitamin C. Himbeeren können darüber hinaus den Glücksbotenstoff 5-Hydroxytryptamin (5-HT bzw. Serotonin) aktivieren. Himbeeren helfen bei Nieren- und Blasenbeschwerden sowie bei Darmverstopfhng. Das in den Himbeeren enthaltene Biotin soll für schöne Haut und Haare sorgen. Himbeereaft stärkt und erfrischt bei Fieber. Auch stärken die in den Früchten enfhaltenen sekundären Pflanzenstoffe (Flavanoide) das Immunsystem. <content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>So, I just got my Shaklee shipment yesterday.  In it was my Chewable Vitamin C.  Yum!  They are like little candies I can pop in my mouth &#8211; somewhat like the smarties we got as kids.  (Just had those yesterday too) but yummier!<br />
From my experience with Vitamin C as a child, I am going to keep these close, especially since it is getting to be cold season!</p>

And while the changes that our bodies go through as we age are mostly inevitable, there are in fact several measures that we can take to help reduce the signs of those changes. A simple anti aging skincare regimen can help to keep our skin looking as young and healthy for as long as possible. </p>
<p>Anti-aging skin care is helpful not only for women, but for men as well. There are many products available on the market today that are made for specific skin types or conditions such as brown spots, sun damage as well as for wrinkles and fine lines. But with so many products and treatments available, how is one to know which would be the best for their skin? </p>
<p>By learning the basics of anti aging skin care you will not only be able to reverse the signs of aging but also able to prevent future ones from appearing as well. Here are some of the most commonly used ingredients in the world of anti aging skincare products.</p>
<p>One common substance found in many skin care products is called allantoin. This ingredient has been found to smooth the surface of the skin, aid in the regeneration of new cells and generally help to better the overall appearance of the skin.</p>
<p>AHA or Alpha-Hydroxy Acids have been clinically proven to be an effective ingredient of anti aging skincare products. An AHA is primarily used to exfoliate the skin which stimulates its natural ability to repair itself. AHA&#8217;s can also increase the production of collagen and improve the skin&#8217;s elasticity along with the overall appearance in general. Enlarged pores or skin that has acne will also benefit from the use of an alpha-hydroxy acid as well. </p>
<p>Salicylic acid, also known as beta hydroxy acid or BHA, has also been tested and shown to be an effective ingredient in anti aging skincare. BHA is particularly beneficial to people with oily skin and is said to improve acne as well as skin tone and texture. The normal concentration of BHA used is generally in the one to two percent range.</p>
<p>Collagen has recently been studied for use in the fight against aging as it increases the hydration of the skin, which is essential for improving signs of lines and wrinkles. And another promising research study recently conducted has found that copper-peptides may be useful for firming the skin as well as enhancing its natural protective abilities and improving its elasticity. </p>
<p>Certain vitamins such as A, E, C and K have been used in a variety of anti aging skincare products and are helpful for a number of conditions. Retinyl palmitate, a derivative of vitamin A, has been found to be a milder alternative to the use of tretinoin on the skin, and is also known to be gentle and non-irritating to even sensitive skin. Products containing vitamin C have been shown to increase collagen production and even to help minimize scarring of the skin. L-ascorbic acid is another form of vitamin C that is widely used and is also said to promote healing of the skin as well as to minimize the appearance of wrinkles. </p>
<p>Vitamin E has been long known as an effective antioxidant, and one that improves not only the moisture content of skin, but one that also heals and helps the skin to naturally protect itself from damage. Vitamin K is useful for anti aging skin care due to its effectiveness in treating broken capillaries or bruising especially under the eyes where the skin is thinner and often more sensitive. </p>
<p>The substance lycopene which is commonly used in diets to build antioxidants and ward off diseases such as cancer has been studied recently in a topical form. These preliminary studies have shown that lycopene can improve the tone and texture of the skin, but further research still needs to be completed before the full benefits or effects are known. </p>
<p>The hormones progesterone and estrogen have also been studied and considered for use in anti aging skin care treatments. Estrogen has shown to improve the appearance of wrinkles and firm skin as well as increase collagen production. The topical use of estrogen is still in the initial clinical phases and further testing needs to be done before its effects on the skin are fully understood. </p>
<p>A natural approach with promising preliminary results for anti aging skincare is the use of green tea. Green tea is said to reduce puffiness in the skin, diminish fine lines and wrinkles, decrease inflammation and also reduce large pores. Sufficient quantities for a topical cream are still under review; however, the antioxidants in green tea are known to be beneficial for a host of other health reasons as well. </p>
<p>Regardless of the product or method you use in your anti aging skincare regimen, consistency is critical for the best long-term results. And most professionals will agree that you don&#8217;t necessarily have to spend a lot of money to help your skin stay younger and healthier looking. Simple cleansers that clean but also gently exfoliate the skin followed by the use of moisturizer are usually recommended as a part of any successful skin care program.</p>

<p>How A Poor Diet Can Cause Poor Skin </p>
<p>Our skin has gotten worse over the past few decades. In the past, people cooked more and made meals from scratch, whereas today convenience rules most of the time. This often means quick and easy ready meals laced full with additives and with hardly any nutritional content in them. Whilst it may seem easier and better to simply shove a ready meal into the microwave, many people do not realize exactly what it is doing to their health, and even if they do, they do not really seem to care.</p>
<p>Our tongue suffers quite a lot from not getting the right nutrients. The more junk food we eat which is laced with additives and false flavorings, the number our tongue becomes. You can tell if your taste buds have numbed because your tongue will have a slightly grey appearance to it. So what about what the junk food is doing to our skin on the outside? </p>
<p>A poor diet can leave the skin looking dull and undernourished. Many people follow low carbohydrate diets which can rob the body of anti oxidant rich produce. Antioxidants help to fight free radicals which cause premature ageing. Also, if you do not drink enough water, your body can become dry and hence the skin may develop a condition such as Eczema or even Psoriasis. So what should you be doing to keep your skin healthy? </p>

<p>It is not too hard to stick to a diet which is healthy for your skin. With a few tips, you can easily keep your skin looking young and healthy for longer. A few things which may help include:</p>

<p>Fatty acids are extremely good for the skin and they can be found in oily fish as well as in flaxseed oil. Salmon and tuna are particularly good and in order to incorporate flaxseed oil into the diet, you should try adding two tablespoons of it per day onto foods such as potatoes. </p>
<p>Get The Right Vitamins Into The Body </p>
<p>Vitamin E is especially helpful in keeping the skin looking good. Nuts such as Almonds and Hazelnuts are great for keeping the skin looking healthy as they are extremely rich in vitamin E. Whole grains and soy based products are also good foods to eat. </p>
<p>Vitamin A is also good for the skin and foods such as sweet potatoes, spinach and carrots are all rich in beta carotene which is natures most easily assimilated source of Vitamin A. The beta carotene helps to fight off free radicals which cause anti ageing. </p>
<p>Drink Plenty of Water! </p>
<p>Water is almost a miracle cure for the skin. It really does help to clear the skin and flush out any toxins within the body. It is recommended that you drink around 8 glasses of water a day, though it all depends upon how active you are. If you are fairly active, you may need more than 8 glasses a day in order to keep your skin properly hydrated. </p>
<p>However, if you hardly do anything during the day, you may not need to drink as much as usual. The general rule is to look at the color of your urine when you go to the toilet. If it is a lighter color than champagne, you are getting enough fluid in you, if not then you need to be drinking more water!</p>
<p>Overall a healthy diet is essential if you want healthy skin. Obviously you will need to exercise, and get plenty of sleep too, but by having a healthy diet you are contributing to having healthy, glowing skin!</p>

Saturday, November 14th, <strong>Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson</strong> donated $25,000.00 to the <strong>“You Can Go To College Committee”.</strong> The Queens based nonprofit organization was established in 1996 to ensure a smooth transition from high school to college for students. The program includes college tours in state and an annual black historical college bus tour, PSAT and SAT preparation courses, parents financial aid workshops, paid and non paid internships, scholarships and help finding financial assistance programs. In the last 12 years, “The You Can Go To College Committee” has been responsible for over 3000 students enrolled in colleges and universities and more than 1000 graduates all across the country.</p>

<p><strong>Saturday November 21st</strong> G-Unity will be at Holy Trinity handing out 500 turkeys to families in need as well.</p>

<p></strong>TINE <em>Kefir Økologisk</em> inneholder 25-50 milliontidels milligram alkohol per liter, noe som er godt under 0,1% alkohol i kefiren og kan derfor konsumeres av muslimer (<span style="color:#3366ff;">halal</span>).<br />
Grunnen til alkoholdannelsen i kefir og bl.a. brøddeig er gjæringsprosessen.</p>
