Hold it right there!

Have you ever wished you could freeze the action in Poptropica, so that you could read a line of dialogue, or look a little longer at a cool graphic? Well, you’re in luck!

We’ve added a pause button to the upper-lefthand corner of your Poptropica game screen that lets you stop and resume your game at any time by clicking on it. For even faster pausing, you can use the F8 button on your keyboard.Happy pausing!CAPTAIN CRAWFISH

My fellow Poptropicans, recently you selected me as your favorite Poptropica villain. This is a great honor, and with it comes great responsibility. I shall not let you down. As your choice for the best Poptropica villain, I make these unbreakable, evil promises to you:

  • I shall require every Poptropican to set a picture of me as their desktop
  • I shall outlaw birthday parties, puppy dogs, and summer vacation
  • I shall replace your sugary sodas with unsweetened iced tea
  • I shall institute a mandatory 8 PM bedtime for all, even when American Idol is on
  • I shall enslave every citizen of every planet in the galaxy and crush them under my iron yoke

hmmm…Binary bard’s mom/mum…would be interesting to see her!
In other news, that Nitrome post wasn’t about Super feed me, it was about some company that had ripped Skywire and Icebreaker for the iPhone/iPod touch illegaly, under a different name. But they have now been removed. Guess people are dying to play Nitrome games on the iPod touch/iPhone hey?

Also, some of our Members who have already completed Red Dragon Island noticed that they were unable to return to Japan after the quest was finished. This is no longer the case! You can now head back to Japan as much as you’d like, and keep wowing the locals with your ninja skills.
